No, I'm from Petkatonka, which is northern Illinois. Okay, I've been studying. I've been studying a group of sides squads up here and I've been following following them through the state. I study all over the state, and I started in Wisconsin. Uh, I researched in Michigan basically the surrounding states. They're all over the place.

What was the town where your your main research happens again, so I can bring it up on screen with the map. Tak time Illinois, small town, small town, farming community. It's got a gas station in a bar and a post office. All right, northern Illinois, you said, yeah, okay, well.

3:00 Uh check check for Winnebago County, Rockford area. What's the rock word? What's the rock word? County? All right, here we go. Okay, well now we're all right. We got this on the screen. Okay, that gives people a feel. Oh yeah, there it is Pecatonica right there. Okay, cool, all right, so uh yes, sir, uh what brings you even to call about? Well, you gotta said you you had a lot of questions on your on your panel about do they cloak? And since they do? They have. I've been studying these creatures for almost forty years, so I've got a lot of history with these creatures, a lot of information that a lot of books and stuff don't have. I've actually been chased by these creatures. I've been attacked by these creatures.

3:55 I've been you know, I study. I got a more close in personal with these creatures and that moneymaker could ever dream of, you know, h do they cloak? I'm gonna tell you right now, Yes, in a sense they do. They have a fluid in their skin, in their skin or their hair or that. If they're standing in front of a tree like a chameleon, they could they could, you know, blend their their the color color or the fur to that to that tree and blend right into that tree. But they don't really cloak or turn invisible. They just because they're still standing there. They're just the same color as the background.

4:39 Now, some people say they can kind of see a shimmery saying, is that something you've noticed as well? Or yeah, I don't know what that is. I'm trying to trying to figure out what it is to be part of the cloaking process. I believe the camouflage I call it camouflage because that's basically is they can't applies when they blend into the surroundings, you know, like a communion does. But yeah, these orbs that people see coming off the sasquatch, now sasquatch when they sleep. The reason we don't see them at night or see them during the day when they're sleeping, because you know, they can't see very good during the day. That's why they they sleep during the day, hunt at night and move around at night. It is because they are the eye sights real bad. So when they sleep during the day, they sleep inside uh like caves that have methane gas. They they're safe inside there for man because man can't go in there because man can't breathe methane. So at night when they come so at night, when they come out of the mething caves, the mething that's caught in their fur hits the oxygen and turns colors different, orbs green, red, blue.

6:01 People see orbs coming off them those that's just the methane gas coming out their fur. And people want to uh believe that those are some kind of paranormal type of orbs, and they're not. It's just gas build up that's being released from their fur. Now do you think this is a flesh and blood creature or there's something more going on? Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, they don't. If they were, you know, you gotta look at the common sense. If they were smart enough to open a doorway to a different demension or a different world. Don't even think they'd be smart enough to communicate with us. I mean, they are they are They are hominid but but I mean, and they do get intelligence about them, but that intelligent come on, you know.

6:57 I mean, well, I mean, that's a true I've heard. Either ways, I have heard some really really interesting things where they show that they can be incredibly smart. But have you had any experiences where you get really close to them or you get a good look at at their face where things got really. I'm gonna I'm gonna tell you a story. Okay, I told all my calen. This is true. This is true story. This is back in the eighties, is before YouTube and videos and phones and everything. You know, we have cell phones back in the eighties. So, but. I was at I was at this one spot and it was it was in Oklahoma, and it was a campsite and I'm in the campsite and after you're okay, I'd set up here and I set the tent up and it was a nice spring spring day and there there was a crick a river or crick, more of a crick about one hundred feet from me. And uh, all of a sudden, I hear these grunts and stuff and I'm like, I look up and there is this I don't know how to this look, how can I explain this. It was a as big as a tree.

8:12 I mean, the thing was huge. Just looking at me, I'm look, I'm dead. He was like ten maybe fifteen feet close to me. He was that close, and I'm like, man, he must have been hunting me or something. All you do was sit there and stare at me and watch me everything I do. I think it's putting up my tent. I didn't try to run because I know with these creatures, if you run, they will think your prey and they will chase you down. They will rip you apart, and they will eat you. I have I've actually seen people get ripped apart by these creatures. So but anyway, my story is that so I'd be setting up my my and I'd be cooking up. Then I start the fire and he just say watched me the whole time. He wasn't really interact with me or anything. And I pulled out a bunch of uh uh like spinach and stuff like that. I cooked it up in the in one pot and cooked up some meat and on the on the I'm the fire there, and you know, I was waiting for him to come forward and try and take my fluid. But he didn't He just sat there and watched me the whole time. And it was I was waiting for it. You know, I had my I had my fire arm on my side. I was ready, you know, I was ready. I didn't have to pull it once.

9:32 This was the thing that breaked me out. He calmed and he popped himself down right in front of me, sat there Indian style, right in front of me, and all he did was point at the vegetables. He did pointing at me. He pointed the vegetables. So I pulled the vegetables off the off the fire that the spinach I had on the fire, off the fire and let it cooled down, and I handed it to him, and he took the whole bowl. Of course, one gulp. He gulped it down. And I'm freaking out because I'm I'm wishing I had some kind of video camera to video tape because no one's going to believe this. Right, he hands me the ball back and then I handed it to me because I heard he want to meet. He took the meat and flung it. They there was a whole group of them. They were vegetarian subsquats. I've never seen anything like it. They did not eat meat. Now I've heard of them. I have heard of them. I know they're out there, but to find those groups are very rare. And when I was telling a Native American chief my story, he said, and the Native American chief is from Oklahoma. There, and I told my story. What was going He says this, There is a group of vegetarian sasquatch around here, and they actually protect humans from

11:05 the meat eating sasquatch. So if you had, if they graced your presence, that means you were you were what they thought was an innocent and loving heart individual. You know that you did me no harm day that that's a legend anyway, you know, and they're just that was the biggest I was scared the whole time. I'm gonna tell you. I'm gonna tell you I was scared. I had my I was like two inches I had my my hand was there my fire the whole time. But I didn't need to even draw it, but it was there. It was there. I was ready to. Can you share what region of Oklahoma this was in?

11:47 It would be like, uh, I'd be up in the top of the upper in the long part there, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, a long strip and uh, and it was I'm gonna tell you it was the most. I mean, every encounter I've ever had a sasquatch has always been aggressive. I've always had to had to fight. I've always had rock showing at me. I've always had you know them, uh break off tops of trees and throw them in the road to block my to block my pass if I'm taking a four wheeler out there, you know, they keep me from going any further. I've had them, you know, chase literally chase me. Of course, me being on a four wheeler or or motocross bike, I've had chased me on foot. And what they did there is they chased me enough to scare me. They did scare me. I tell you, every time I go out the woods, I'm scared of deaths of these creatures. But see, to me, that's the whole adrenaline rush, you know, trying to get them on a video for some reason, you pull out that camera and it's like, uh, it's like kryptonizing them.

13:01 They're gone. It's like they know and they're gone. And I have I still to this day cannot figure out how they know what I'm doing. I mean, that's why I asked Hey, they're intelligent. It's like they will make themselves known. But the minute you pull out the bokay and they're gone, they're scarce. And that's just that's the question there. Are they intelligent or more intelligent? Do they speak our language? Do they know what they equal? We have is do no one knows. One can get rid of that much personal information on these creatures. All we can get is is behavior. That's all we can get, you know. And it's like, you know, foot prints and tree breaks and knocks on trees, and when they knock on trees, When they knock on the trees, it's location.

13:49 When they knock two rocks together, it's a dinner call. You actually saw one of these individuals attack someone in your party? Is that what you would say? Yeah? Yeah, Well I was in the military at the time, and we were on maneuvers and there was like fifteen twenty of them and there was only twelve in our group. And we come around and Ben and we were suitting. Well, we were on maneuver, so we were shooting blanks. We weren't, you know, in a real combat situation. And we divided up into two teams, and these streets probably thought we had real animal shooting each other, and they they the guy had pointed a gun at at the party.

14:38 I was in big for a society would be right back after these messages. And all we know is we heard this guy who was pointing the gun at us. It shows the blanks, of course, but just scream earlier. We get up there and his head is completely detached from his body. He's completely ripped apart, you know. And we at first we didn't know what well what had happened until the other people that was one of the other soldiers that were with them, told us what had happened. And then we've seen this big huge This footprint was bigger than a footprint I've seen in the lower forty eight. This was we were at a at a base. We were at a military base in Alaska. So they don't use they don't use it much anymore. They use it for training purposes.

15:46 But we're up there and the big foot up there are just huge. They make the ones look down down here on the lower forty eight. They make the ones down here look like their kids. I mean, these scenes are huge, and yeah, so yeah seen it. I didn't actually see the actual action, but I've seen what was left of the guy's body. There was nothing left. I mean they toally, you know. And the word thing about about it is the guy's heart and his liver was gone, and they and then later on life, when I started studying more and more of these creatures, every finding the animal their heart and liver gone, it's more likely a sasquatch attack, and they go after the heart and liver because that's where the protein is. A lot of times you'll see it. You'll see a dead carcass, you know, with a heart liver gone, or you'll see him tossed up in a tree. If the dar is tossed up in the tree, nine times out of ten, the heart liver is gone and they're putting the meat up there to dry out. And they will come back forward, trust me, they will come back forward. I've been up and close, like I said, I've been nothing close personal with a lot of these creatures, and I've had plenty of experiences and uh stuff I had figured out, like the before I figured out it was messy gas coming out of there.

17:03 For I thought it was actual paranormal orbs coming out there, but it wasn't. It was because some of the caves they went into. I tried to go into myself, uh and I could breathe in there, and then I figured out was methane. But they can call it in at these caves all day long, you know. So and there was messying gas and messing gas. When it hits oxygen, it turns colors, especially at night, you can see it, you know. Well, life adventures. Do you have a did you say you have a channel where you've got some videos on it about stuff. I've got some. I've got some research videos then my research for most my most my research videos have tree brakes.

17:45 I have a few grunts and I have some footprints, but I don't have no actual footage of sasquatch. But for me, like I said, every time I put out that camera, it seems like they disappear. It's like they they go just just out range the camera or something, you know. I just that's why I said, you know, I'm gonna get them. I'm gonna get them. I bet you on on on video, I'm I'm gonna get them. You know, figure out a way to do it, you know. And as first people can say, well go ahead night, use infrared. No, they can see infra red. Yeah, you don't want to mess with that exactly. Yeah, they can see it, you know. They can see at night. They can see at night like we can see during the day. Well, I'm my channel. I do everything on my channel besides Sasquatu. Sasquatch is my number one thing I love to do, but I do My channel is a multi channel. I do everything on there.

18:38 But uh, sage squats is my number one thing. I've studied it. I've got uh, I've got a doctorate degree in wildlife biology, so you know, I've got so Yeah, I've got uh, you know. And people say, well, it's has a degree in big pot and I said, well, wildlife biology is all wildlife, you know, and and uh so. But some people, if I joke growing it's green bigfoot, because that's why I say, I studied cryptids, you know, but they don't have an actual degree for cryptids. They it's got to be wildlife bolt, which covers all wildlife. That's really well life. I'm glad you called in. I do have an individual that I need to call back.

19:18 I feel like we could probably talk for a few hours with what you've experienced over the years. So highway reach out another time as well. Okay, sure, no problem. Hey, Highway twenty four is loaded with sasquad. There's four families down there. I just I knew there was one family down there, but I didn't realize how many were down there because of the way the road and the river set up. It's it's it's a hotspot for him. There's also Highway nine in Illinois. It's not not not real even a popular highway, but that is also too loaded with a not loaded. It has a few sightings fas squat And lately I've been recording the fact that sightings and Illinois have been getting larger and larger. And I don't know if it was the fact that they'd never really been here before and they're exploring a new territory or because before, like a couple of years ago, when I discovered this this family in Pecatonica, I was I've been out in those woods several times, I never heard of anything, and then they start popping up, so you know, but they've been There's been a lot of sightings Illinois, and I'm like flooded.

20:35 Whether I get calls from people calling me asking me to come research, do research, and stuff. But you know, I want to hook up of the BFR out here here, but they never they never returned my call. So it's like you know here in Illinois, so but they never returned my call. So you know it's like, oh, my hook it up for them giving some of my information that I got and we can seer information. You know. So you are saying that you have also heard multiple reports from the Highway twenty four area. Oh yeah, yeah, that is that is all. There's a lot of year in a lot of game animals down in that area, so that is definitely a hotspot for sasquatch.

21:24 I had a family from down there and call me. I don't know how they heard about me and my channel or whatever base. Did they see me on doing a live stick because I did do a live stream one live stream so far of a research and I guess they watched it. They were watching that time they called. How they got my number? But they called me and asterdam I can come down and say area and just researching, I come up with tracks breaks everything, and it was more than just one set of tracks. It was a family. It was I tracked two juveniles with a female and a male. So it's a family unit down there. I thought it was just one family unit, but after researching it, now there's a good four family unit that I could uh count, So pray, and I think there's more because it usually there's that many. There's there, there's quite a few more. They usually travel in big packs, you know.

22:23 And uh yeah, but I'm sorry, I don't mean, I don't mean to see her a bible. But I'll let you go. Man, Hey, it's fascinating stuff. I hope to hear from you at a later time. Thanks, No, it's a it's a privilege. I just to let you know. You know, I've been listening to your show for a little while now. I think it's a really great podcast. You know, it's yeah, it's it's uh, I listened. I've listened to like maybe like normally, I'm a it's either Sasquatch Chronicles or Bigfoot Society or a couple you know, there's no shorte of bigfoot podcast, but yours is pretty awesome. Dude, Thank you, thank you. I really tried to, you know, give people a platform to share what they've experienced. So glad that yeah.

24:37 Yeah, so yeah, well, so I guess I'll just kind of go into it. So, uh, right up front, I've never personally witnessed a sasquatch myself, but living where I've lived, so I live in Washington State and I've had a fascination with Bigfoot ever since I was six. It had to do mainly because of some experiences we have in an area called Willipop Bay over along the Oregon or Washington Ghost basically my first exposure to anything that had to do with sasquatch. My family once brought home this little documentary with Leonard Nimoy. Almost everybody have seen it. But one time we were camping. We used to go to this area called Willipop Bay, which is near Long Beach, Washington, and it's at the time it was a little more rural.

25:26 They've done a lot of logging there recently, but we would my dad when he took us camping, he took us like he would take us deep into the woods, so to a point where my mom would be like, why are we out here so far? You know? But anyway, there's this one area where we would camp and my mom would note she'd be like, why is there somebody hammering out in the middle of the woods. Because she said she'd hear this. It was like a baseball back hitting the hitting the tree like as hard as possible. At the time, we were all like, oh, that's interesting. You know. It wasn't up until later that we realized as like, oh, that doesn't make very much sense, does it. Some random guy with a hammer running out in the middle of the woods. But it's in that area where just weird things would happen, you know, some of the standard like noise stuff that people would report.

26:20 You know, we would feel those occasional like really deep thuds that I've heard that reported in a few encounters that I've heard were sometimes prior to a individual witnessing a sasquash, they said that they felt like what felt like some sort of like two hundred ton boulder hitting the ground, like the ground moved really powerfully. I don't I don't know if that makes me very much sense or anything, but so we were kind of fascinated with that, and I remember it was I think it was back in two thousand and two or two thousand and three, but well, we were camping there one day and we ended up there was a little mud pits not too far from our camp site. We get up in the morning and my dad's looking down at this mud pit and I'm like, what's up and he looks up at me.

27:05 He's like, look at these and he says, well, there are these footprints in the mud, barefoot footprints, human like and we were like, with somebody walking around here barefoot, and we thought that that was really fascinating. So my parents were like, well, let's call the BFRO and well, you know, they did some casts. They came out and looked at it. This This would be like a couple weeks afterwards, and I guess, I guess Jeff Mildrum, I guess it was either him or something somebody else. Maybe They said that they believed that the footprints were man made, but to this day I kind of I must I kind of disagree with him, because I was like, guys, we're like literally out in the middle of nowhere. Sure, yeah, and none of yeah, and none of us walked, you know, because they go off of the whole presence of a mid tarsel break thing, and they said, well, this has a little bit of an arch it, so this is probably just a human.

28:01 But I don't know. I think it was kind of a misfire on their part, but you know, I still think it was probably one of those things. I guess we'll never know, but yeah, I thought it was a little odd. But anyway, so I started just kind of paying attention and asking. You know, growing up, I would ask people about sasquashing, what they encountered or like things. You know. I had friends that were cynical of the whole thing. But I have a buddy. He's a I've never hunted, but he's a hunter, so he knows pretty well what he's looking at when he's hunting. And one day he we were like thirteen at the time, but he says, Alex, hey, I got something to tell you. I was like, oh, what's up. He's like, so a few he said that he came up to me and he's like, so I think I saw a sasquash And I was like really, and he's like yeah. So apparently he was riding his bike with I think his sister and his uncle. They were up in an area in Oregon called Fort just about Fort Stevens, up in the foothills there. I don't know if anyone knows where that is, but well, he says he's riding his bike and he gets a little ahead on the trail and he says about I don't have to ask him again, but he says, like maybe one hundred feet in front of him. He says that this thing walks up, walks down from the hill onto the trail in front of him, and it stops and it turns and looks at him, and I guess he

29:34 I asked him, well, what did it look like? And he's like, well, it looked it looked like a giant basically, he said it kind of looked like a King Kong. But it was like he said, it was nine feet tall, and he said it did have a cone shaped head, and it turned and looked at me for a second. Now, he says that he had gotten off his bike and that he kind of in a moment of panic, he grabbed his helmet and through it in this thing's direction, and then he bolted back to like to backtrack towards his sister and uncle. And yeah, you know, that's one of the stories that he told me. He says that. Then he says that he remembers like right as he was doing that, that he had already continued walking. It stepped off the trail and started walking down into the brush of the hill and he says, and then it just disappeared. And I was like, I was like, well, what color was it? And he's like, well, it was like a really dark blackish color.

And yeah, so that's what my friend, my buddy Kevin told me about years ago, he says, you know, and he's pretty you know, I trust him because he's been hunting for years. Also, even as a young guy, he always knew what he was looking at. But he said he believed that that's what he saw was a sasquatch. So I've always believed him.

31:14 That's wild stuff. Yeah, no, no, it's it is pretty cool, you know. I know it's not like you know, I've heard some pretty crazy encounters on your podcasts, which are awesome, but you know, most of the stuff I have to share are just like second hand accounts, which is basically what people have told me. And they've said, yeah, share, share it with whoever you want. Like the other one that I found fascinating was sorry, I don't want to take up too much of your time, man, I just want I want to be mindful of anybody else trying to call in. No, you are good, please keep going awesome. So what's his name? My dad has a buddy who he's since lost contact with. But this buddy he used to be a logger who did some deep woods logging here in Washington State. Well, one day I guess, well, he's doing this clearcut and I wish I could have found this guy so I could cooperate this and learn where it was. But anyway, he says that they're clearcutting this area and like cascades somewhere, he says he he looks up onto the hill not too far up, and he say he's not one of these things, but a whole family of them walking along the edge the top of the hill. And he says, he looks over. I can't I got to. He like looks to one of his co workers and then they're like, what are you know, Like, what are those things that basically, you know, just tall, naked, hairy people. And I guess he took this and he

32:47 goes over to a supervisor and he's like, hey, we just saw these things, and his supervisor basically like cut him off and said, do not say anything. About those. He's like, no, you didn't. Yeah. Wow. I always found that fascinating because even ever since then, you know, I've heard and people can think what they want about the whole like cover up. I've heard some crazy theories about like people keeping things under wraps some people. I've heard some people said yeah, it's the logging companies, or the people say it it's a rogue government age adult agency. I mean, I don't know, but I did find it fascinating that his uh he said that his boss was adamant. He says, do not say anything about those.

33:34 And I was like, so my dad told me that. I was like, huh So I always thought that that was fascinating. I really wish I could find this friend of his, because you know, it'd be nice to get just kind of, you know, just some clarification on that. But yeah, yeah, that's what my friend, That's what my dad's friend experienced while he was logging. Did you did you say what area that was? Again? Yeah, I I don't. It's in Washington, somewhere in the cast. I wish I could say, yeah, because I wish I could say exactly where he was doing this. But yeah, yeah, so my dad so me and my dad would do roof care so often. My dad's been doing this since eighty nine, and he's he gets around. He talks to a lot of people, like like someone who needs the roof cleaned up in the hills or that kind of stuff, and every once in a while he meets somebody who tells him something fascinating. So there was this gentleman that my dad was talking to. This was years ago, but somehow they got onto the topic of sasquatch and this gentleman was like, oh, He's like, oh, you should hear what my aunt. What happened to my aunt? And he's like, well, what happened to your aunt? He's like, oh, yeah, she used to uh she used to lit. She used to come out and find one of these things, picking apples off of her tree, like right next door window. And and he says, nat and she would take a broom and hit it on the back of its head. WHOA yeah.

35:09 I was like, are you as like seriously and the guy's like yeah. And you know, this is like a third hand account, obviously, but this is what this gentleman told my dad. He's like, yeah, she she had supposedly she had one of these creatures on her property. She said it would come out of the woods. It would and it would take the apples off of her tree right in her backyard. And I guess it was she was a spunky old lady, so I guess that she was pretty confident in just walking out. She'd have a broom writing and she just whacked it and she said it would take off. That's funny. So I always thought that was kind of funny. That's incredible. Yeah, yeah, my U. When my father was young, there was this native lady that used to live in his neighborhood and they would in case and they sit down and listen to her tell stories. One time she told and she was she was straightforward. She was like, oh, yeah, those creatures are real. And she reflected on a time where when she was younger. I guess it must have been she lived on some sort of reservation. It must have been here in Washington State. But she says that one time, this was back when the outhouses were outside of the house, like you know, like fifty feet you know, over in the at the edge of the yard. She says that they were on a property that had like this woods next to it. She says that when she was a little girl, she would walk out to use the bathroom. But then one time she went out to this outhouse and she says that, you know, something approached

36:43 the outhouse and it started knocking on all sides of the outhouse, just kind of like tap tap tap, And I guess, I guess she peeked open to take a look at it, and I guess it was I guess it was like a younger one of these things that was only about My dad said that. She said it was about the size of an e walk or something, but I'll have to ask him again, but yeah, she says, it was like it must have been a baby one and just curious, started just knocking on all sides of this little outhouse. But anyway, she knew that she was like, okay, I guess she was still scared, so she waited up until it was on the like knocking on the back of the little out house, and then she bolted out of it and she starts running towards her house, and she says, this thing let out a scream and it gave chase. It started. She said that it started chasing her and she managed to make it into her back door.

I was like, oh, we'll tell fine. Wow. Yeah, oh man, that's not the first time I've heard of a like you're pretty much a close call, I mean almost taken out. Yeah. Yeah, I've always wondered. I was like, I mean, wasn't trying to take her or was it just messing with her? You know, I can't, I can't really know for sure, but I was like, that's still pretty terrifying.

Pretty frequently because I when I go camping, we like to be away from people as far away from people as possible. So there's this area called Goose Lake and or the four and a little in that area, there's an area called the Forlorn Lakes, and there's this area where we would camp. And one night back in like two thousand and six, we were camping and we woke to these really powerful howls. And you know, we've heard coyotes, we've heard other animals, we've heard bears, we've heard all this kind of stuff. We heard these howls and we and basically they sounded identical to the pa Powers or the Screamers. I don't know if you guys have heard of that. You know, and some people have tried to say that the powers were just coyotes, but that, I mean, I have a hard time believe eating that, given how powerful these Yeah, so

40:06 we heard those and you know, we, I guess we listened to them for like I don't know, I think they were going on for like a maybe a half hour, and we thought, Okay, that's pretty awesome. But uh, I guess we later found out that there was a couple camping in that same area. Who were I guess closer to those hows. This is what we're guessing. But they were closer to the hows where they were coming from. I guess it scared them enough so that they took off. But like a couple yeah, a couple of years later, we would end up going back to that general area. And so we we make it to the end of this really far road and we get out of the car and there's something weird, like there's no sound whatsoever.

And my mom was like Paul, like he was like, I don't want to camp here because my dad will My dad loves camping, but sometimes he'll he'll want to camp somewhere, even if it's like a little like, uh, maybe we shouldn't camp here, you know. But anyway, against my mom's wishes, we decided that, yeah, we'll spend a night here. But there was a little abandoned campsite there, and and we're talking like this. There was a tent there. It still had some stuff in it, it was tipped over. It was just kind of caved in, like it had been rained on. It probably was there for maybe a few days. But I, you know, to this day, I'm like, why did we end up deciding to camp here? I still don't really know, but I get I really don't know because we were like, so there's an abandoned tent here with some stuff, almost as if, you know, we can only theorize what actually happened. Maybe they were just being lazy and like, hey, we don't need this tent anymore. But we're like, well, somebody's left a camp here, and it looks like somebody left in a hurry. But anyway, so we're can't we decided to spend a night here, and my mom is just not having it the whole time. She's like, Paul, She's like, there's something wrong here, Like I wish I could describe it, but it's just it's like there's this weird thickness in the woods. And I've heard other people kind of talk

42:26 about this, you know, almost as if there's like some sort of depex predator around. But anyway, so what happened on this outing I remember was my mom. My mom got up to use the restroom. She goes out, you know, like in there, you just kind of go out and find a little place in the bushes to be your business. But well, she's out. I don't know, she probably went like maybe one hundred feet maybe you are Padre George. I don't know. She went out with the wo was to do her business. But anyway, she comes back and she's like, she's not she's a kind of panic for worried. And she says, Paul, there was somebody babbling out in the woods. Who And I guess, yeah, while she was out, you know, he's in the bathroom, she says. And you know, I don't want to sound weird doing this, but she basically hears this like this, but you know, she hears, well, we call it samurai chatter and this she says that this, Yeah, she said that this put the hair up on the back of her neck. And then she got up and like bolted. And I guess at the time she was just like, uh, I guess she didn't really know what to call it at the time, but she said it sounded like such some guy babbling and saying some weird gibberish.

But she's today, she's she she's adamant because when I shore this Sierra sounds, I was like, well, you know, it was like this, and she's like, yeah, that's basically what it sounded like, but you know there's some variants, you know, because they're in a different area. But she basically said, yeah, it sounded like some guy just talking gibberish, but really deeply. And once we figured out it was like, you know, after we listened to Ron Moorehead's collection of the Samurai Chatter and all that stuff, it was you know, it was a little like my mom was like, oh my gosh, what what on earth?

I asked him as like, so my father told me that you had an experience with the big guy out in the woods. And he's like, oh, yeah, I've seen him. Like can I hear it? And he's like sure. So he goes on. He was hunting this friend. I can't remember his name. I'll just call him Gosh, I'll just call him Scott. So Scott was hunting up in an area near Mount Saint Helen's near the Ape Caves. So there are certain areas I guess if you go up further, you know, you can get a you know, a hunt.

He was up in his deer stand and he was he was out looking out towards this little meadow. He was waiting for elk. I guess, he said he was hunting elk. And he he's up in the tree standing. He sees a herd come out, and this herd starts moving across the field and this is probably like, you know, two three hundred yards away from him, and he's, you know, he's watching. He's watching this herd move and I and he says that while he's while this this herd is moving, you know, they're starting to scurry into the woods. He says he thought initially he thought, oh, there's some guy following on. But he says that this giant thing lumbered out of the the edge of the woods and started following this herd. And he says, oh, yeah, and this thing just started it was walking. He says he noticed first that it was walking really weird, like if it was a man. He said, it was walking incredibly weird. Yeah, but he said it was also completely black, and he says that the way it was swinging its arms, it was a little off. So he ends up watching this thing walk across and follow this herd, and he says he noted it's like, yeah, this is a big man.

47:45 And I guess he waited like maybe an I don't know, an hour or so, but he says that he had marked, he had kind of seen where this thing's head like he marked basically where its head came up to from a tree. And he said, he said, he got out of his tree stand and started heading over towards where he saw this thing's head had ended. And he says, as he's got closer and closer to this tree marker, this marker, he says he started to get scared because he says, he told me that he walked up to this and he says he could reach his hand up and then also with a arrow in his hand or something like that, he says that he couldn't reach where this thing's head ended. And yeah, he said that that that's when he was like when he was a little terrified at that point. Sorry about that background noise that and so yeah, he says that, yeah, whatever this thing was, it was falling this el herd. And he told me that this thing was over probably over nine to ten feet tall somehow, because he said he could not reach where he saw this thing's head end. And he and he, you know, I could tell that he was still some I some of these people they seem like they deep down they think they know what it is, but they don't want to be straightforward about it because of the ridicule.

You know, again, these are all just like second for hand accounts. But you know, I call this my little circle of Sasquash because I get a lot of people asking me. He's like, why do you believe in sasquatch? You know that kind of stuff, And I was just like, well, I would, you know, I've never witnessed one, but I would basically have to look all these people in the face and tell them, well, I think you're lying. You know. That's and I just can't do that. And they have nothing to gain, you know. It sounds like these people are just they're just normal people. They have nothing to gain gain from telling you the story at all.

She had just gotten married, but they were camping up in the four mLAN Lakes are her and her husband and well, I guess they were camping nearby, and he, I guess he walked off the trail a little bit. I either to go to the bathroom or to see something. But he says that he said that this thing stood up or something. I'll have I guess I'll have to ask my sister again, but she says, yeah, this this thing stood up, walked and started walking away. And my my ex well he's now ex brother in law, but he he told me that He's just like, well, it looked like almost like a guy covered completely in moss.

But I asked him, I was like, what was the guy in a gilly suit? And he's like, he says, he doesn't believe so because when it started walking off, My sister didn't get to see it, but she she says that they could feel it walking, like like when this thing started to walking off, it was so heavy that they could feel every step it took in the ground as it was leaving. So yeah, so I felt that was pretty fascinating. You know, the foreland lakes and different pinchrol area that that place is, you know, people are always hearing like either screen or having some sort of there.

It was a person I was supposed to interview when I was out in Oak Ridge and it never worked out. But pretty much the short version of it is the individual is driving out to Crater Lake National Park and had something cross in front of them on I believe fifty eight. And this is not a bigfoot person. This is just a person from a Facebook group for a town. And she said she was like, the best I can describe it is it looked like a very tall moss man, a big, big man just covered with moss completely, and I was like, wow, that's that's very interesting. So never got to interview the individual, but there you go, kind of similar to what you said, So.

Yeah, the you know, it's kind of I'm just I'm kind of at that point where I'm just like, well, you know, I'm a working man, so I don't get out in the woods as often as I would like. But my wife and I were in this area where we knew that because I have a old a church friend. It's this area not too far from here called so called Silver Star Mountain, and the it's SilverStar Mountain is popular, I guess, even on the Bufar Roh because they had that supposed bigfoot picture, like a hiker took a couple photos of like a sasquatch at the top of the mountain. But you know, it's not really confirmed. Some people say it was a guy in a skiing suit, but you know, I have a hard time believing that because I've hiked to the very top of that mountain. But anyway, my wife and I were a few weeks ago. We were driving up there and you know, we just uh, just to kind of explore. But it got late because we had to watched the sun sunset, and we saw we ended up seeing these weird lights up on the hill and we were like, oh, is that a car or that kind of stuff. You know, you know, I sorry, I know it's a big Foot podcast, but you know, I just because I know frequently sometimes I've listened to these encounters and some people report that, say like with their stas rush Acount, and they said, well, yeah, we've also seen some of these strange like lights up in the hills. And I'm like, oh, that's fascinating too, but yeah, my wife and I recently we believe we saw some

But I was like wait because I was looking at it on a map and I was like, no, there's no car access up where these things were. One of them changed colors and then they disappeared and then reappeared like almost a mile down the mountain, and we thought it was weird. And then I told my wife, like, do you want to leave? And she's like yes, because like yeah, she's because she was like Alex, there was often a precursor to a sasquatch experience, and I was like, well, not all of them but I've heard a few that where that happens. But you know, yeah, I mean we we took a couple of short videos of them, and I don't know, we can't really confirm what they were, but it was just strange. But that's that's about the strangest it's gotten for me. Like while we're up in the woods, you know, still know I still haven't had my little eyewitness testimonies. But you know, I don't sit. I don't criticize someone who has because you know, it's sure, I'm so far, I'm so far down the rabbit hole on this that sometimes I have to backtrack and be like, oh am I going in saying.

I couldn't really tell like that I was saying in my mind, you know, like the Lord's prayer, you know. And I couldn't move.

Okay, and the other one that I've seen up close, I had told about that where his face looked like mister mgou on the on that curtain. And because we stopped the car and everything, and I got out of the car, I was wanting to take pictures and I couldn't get the dagone thing to work. It would not work to take no pictures or nothing. And I guess I got lasted. You know, like whether they call that a sonic boom or something like you know where you can feel it, I'll tell you it goes want wa wa wa. Yes, yes, that but this this beamed uh with massive He was twelve to fifteen feet tall.

1:19:36 He was huge. This was out, This was out on a backcountry road. You know, like, that's the first time I have ever seen anything like that. He reminded, how Yeah, southern Indiana. Yeah, this was on a back road going towards between If anybody's from southern Indiana, just on the back road going from Highway three from from Charlestown, Indiana the Scottsburgh and it's and it's a back it's a it's like a little highway, but it's just considered a back country road. And uh yeah, and I don't want seen it initially, and I kept talking about bigfoot that day.

1:20:24 I said, you know, there's a big foot that sees back here in that barn, because it's that there's a house that it's on this hill and then there's this huge barn and it's just covered by the woods. But you can still see the barn, and then down below it it's nothing farm builds and fields before you get to like this bridge where you take a left or right, you know. And I just felt like there was a big foot back there for some reason, and I said that, and the next thing I know, we're pulling over because this thing is massive. That he did not and his body was white. He was so white, like really white, like pale white. That he was so tall I never seen I've seen him tall. I would say the tallest Bigfoot that I think I have ever really seen her encounter like where I've seen him up clothes, is maybe twelve twelve feet. I wish I could take a tape measure and see how tall they really are. That this looked like a red haired giant. This looked like he didn't have no hair on his body, and he looked older. Yeah, I mean I can draw. I have, actually I have drawn pictures. And I know that I've seen the dog Man where we'll ever you want to call it. I

1:21:56 know that they're here. I know that Bigfoot's here for sure. And another one that I've seen see and my daughter has seen them too, and she's seen the same blonde haired one day. I've seen we both have, and i've seen them shape shift. I don't know if that's a bigfoot or not, but it looked like a big foot. And then the next thing you know, it went down to the ground. Its belly was to the ground, and it looked like it was doing a spider crawl. It was crawling like a spider. And somebody told me I was explaining that to them and they said that sounded like one of them other things, okay, And it was gray in color. It was it looked like it had come from underneath the ground, to be honest about it, this one that was doing the spider crawl, it almost looked looked like a cross between kind of like a wolf that it didn't have a big snout on it, but its hair was really matted and it was kind of gray looking. And it was a grilled dirty gray,

Yes, And I do have some pictures that, especially the one that I just seen here a few months ago that jumped up into the tree, and it jumped way up because I was in and I did get some pictures. I got like four or five of them because I stood in one spot that didn't move and I took pictures back to back and told me to get my back to the house. Absolutely. Yeah, now I can tell when i'm outside. Yeah. Sorry, if you. Have and most of my fightings, I.

You can tell me what you think and what you don't think or whatever. Okay, people don't have to believe me. And I have somen that where it looks like it looks like they have faded, like I've seen them when I've seen it with my eyes, because there was something that was really really black, and I was like, what in the world is that? And so I took pictures and you can still see in my pictures. But it's almost like you know the movie Predator. Yep, I got them. It's like I got the picture right when they was trying to go into me not seeing them.

Yeah, when when we talk, we are going to have to start at the beginning and just go through the entire thing. If we can. I think that would be great. Yeah, because I know, look, people, I apologize, I'm all over the place, but let me tell you something. I know what I've seen. I know what I'm still experiencing. Uh. They've come up to my bedroom Winda and I don't know if it's actually goodfit or the tall man, but I hear I'm sniffing, sniffing like a dog, you know, like in the summertime when you got the windows opening and stuff. Right, Oh man, yeah, yeah, And I've got recordings where they're whooping and stuff like that. I mean, I've been woking up. I get woke up all the time, uh, with hollering, with them hollering and yelping, or because I know the kyles. I heard the cows screaming. Sounds like a bunch of witches or women out there screaming. I've heard babies crying.

1:27:01 Oh dud really? Oh no? Yeah, what's that mean? So usually that means they're trying to get someone to go into the woods. So whenever you hear that, don't go into the woods. Okay, Candace, please. I know that's what I know. Yeah, I know I've heard the baby, the baby crying. And see where I was at and where I was at in Charlestown, Okay, it was all wooded too, and I had to move from there because it was really bad. And one of my friends, she still lives over there, and she sees stuff all the time that over here. And my cousin her lande. I'm on fifteen and a half acres here, and then they got ten acres down the road. Well, her husband was in a bad motorcycle wreck and so now he's got Alzheimer's and that's why I'm here up and her out and everything, and I have told her.

1:28:04 And see he walks constantly, and he's not really old, he's only sixty one that he walks constantly on these trails. He was born and raised out here. And it's like you can tell him. I have told him. There's things in these woods that you can't stop him. But I have heard like babies crying, oh, off in off in a distance. We'll see if you okay on the fifteen and a half acres, when you get to the other backside of it, where you cross the creek, there's old there's like another two or three hundred acres back here behind us, and it has old cabins stuff where it used to belong to a church a long time ago, and they used to use them cabins as a camp. Well, one of them is still in really good shape. And in between there used to be tobacco fields and corn fields and stuff. But see when I go outside and they got three dogs here, they're all Border Collie and stuff like that. In the one day, about three or four weeks ago, I went out here by the barn, and all of a sudden, this fear come over me.

1:29:23 And when it did. The dog grab the hold of my dress and started pulling me back. And I knew right then and there to stop dead in my tracks, because there's two big dogs that stay in the house, and there's one that stays out on the back patio and stuff. And see, I knew though, was the only one on the back side of this house going up to the woods and stuff, and the other big barn that's going down the hill into the valley. I know that they stay in there. I know that there's there, and I've heard them on the roof too. I've heard something on the roof. I don't know what it is on the roof, but yeah, And when I was down in Charlestown living over there, I'm trying to think that that's where I've seen the spider crap, that real dirty gray when do the spider crawl over there in Charlestown And that patch of woods, it was not a real big patch of woods over there, less than a half an acre big.

But it's all it's like a moat that runs through there with the creek, and there is stuff that has dug its way, like tunnels, under the ground. There's like tunnels going under there. And then they take the tree branches. Anytime any of y'all are in the creek beds and you start seeing the tree branches up against the base of the creek and stuffs along the sides, and you think, oh, that's a beaver dam. You better think again, because I know that's where that thing come out of. Because they're not all beaver damps. There's tunnels under there. And I and I have whipped all this stuff. And see, they got a friend that's coming hunting on this property. And I asked him, I said, you believe in Bigfoot? He said no. I said, we better keep your head. I said, you better keep your head on a swivel. I said, because there's big foot back there. Plus there's other stuff back there. He just looked at me like I's nuts.

1:32:04 I said, Okay, you'll find out. Yeah, he's gonna learn. He's gonna learn pretty quick. It sounds like, wow, yeah, because they are here, they're back there. Oh yeah, Southern Indiana. Everybody thinks it's like Indianapolis, like a big city and stuff, and it's not. It's all country out here. Well, it's out right down there by Kentucky. You know, it's like you got to remember that. Yeah, we're not that far. Yeah, it's not that far. Yeah. And where I'm at, I'm on I'm between I'm right outside of like Jeffersonville, Indiana, going into the country like a little suburbs little town, and I'm on the outskirts of the town. So i am out in the country.

1:32:50 You ain't gonna if you break down out here, you just there go to the nearest house you can find, right because it's a good long walk. Oh my god. But yeah, I've wondered, what, man, when I hear. The baby cry, Yeah, it's you know, thankfully you know enough that not to go in the woods. But there's people I've talked to where, you know, they are hearing their own name being said from the woods, or they're hearing the voice of their significant other, and then they are going into the woods after it. And I keep I try to oh, no, you can you can't do that, because you will not come out like you gotta be really careful with that stuff, you know.

1:33:38 No, I know, no, I do know, because I'm gonna tell you something. I can just go out their back door and go out on the back, the back patio back here. Uh, and I can feel them. I can feel them. It is no lie. I don't know if it's because of what it is. I feel this vibration. I start feeling a vibration and it's like want, want, want want that It's hard for me to explain it that it's anytime I go into the woods at anytime.

1:34:19 I'm not gonna say any time, because I'm in the woods and had fun and had a good time, and I've been bothered at all. But it's when I started stealing that sensation in my body and it starts in my feet, you know. And my dad, my dad was Native American, and I was raised around knowing a lot of stuff. My dad taught us that. I know that. When I was a younger girl, we had encounters because I told you, I'd climbed a tree about ten years old, and we would way down in the way at the base end of three a years okay, but the big took out and I climbed a tree and on the other side of like five or six hundred acres. And this was in Georgetown, Indiana, and back then it was more farm land instead of subdivisions and I was up in that tree and I told my dad, I said, old Dad's book, is that a baby cow? And he said, yeah, drinking food from my mind and stuff. And I was up in the tree and we was watching it and everything.

1:35:25 He told me to be real quiet. It one scared, scared of the baby, you know. And then all of a sudden it stood up. It stood up and looked at his her, looked at my dad, and it turned around and walked away. This one was only probably about five foot tall. And because it was the little one, and it was drinking from that cow, from that cow's milk, really, and it was on all fours. Yeah, we thought it was a baby. My dad told me it was a baby cow. And when it stood up and walked away, it was so black. And one that walked away, it's good. It looked over the cow at my dad, and my dad told me to get my my behind down out that tree and keep my mouth check because he was having a big cookout. It wasn't eat it or freak nobody out. But he said that was not a cow, and you don't tell nobody.

1:36:19 So Candice, I want to clarify a few things. And I think we did talk about this before in the past. But so you're saying that was it. Do you think it was maybe a juvenile. Yeah, yeah, it was. It was a. Small one, okay, and it was. Then it wasn't. It wasn't real tall, and it wasn't real bulky. It looked like a kid because we thought. It was a baby cow, and it was drinking milk directly from the cow, and it. Was underneath the mama cow and it was fucking on her nipples. Yeah, got you. Yeah, it was drinking from the cow nipples.

And that's why my dad told me to be quiet up in the tree because I was climbing the tree, being a kid climbing the tree, and my Dad's like, uh, don't be making a bunch of noise up there, you know, just climb the tree and be still and watch it. Just watch the cow. And then when it got done, it stood up and it looked right at my dad, and my dad told me to get down out of that tree. Now. Yeah, and I come in a tree because I said, Dad, what is that I did? No cows could stand up like that. He said, that wasn't a cow. That was not a cow. I know that they'll uh, I know they take advantage of horses. I've heard that before. They do ye and prayed hair and other things. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, where they do stuff with horses. But as far as seeing them with the horse, I have never seen that. But yeah, I did see one. Yeah, when I was a little girl, we've seen one drinking from the mama's the mama cow. Wow. We thought it was yeah, we thought it was We thought it was a calf. And you know, Dad just wanted me to be respectful of it, you know, and not hoop and hower or make noise or nothing like that.

1:38:40 When it got done drinking, it stood up, it looked right at my dad, and it turned around and it walked right right back down the hill. Incredible, oh man. Yeah. Yeah. And then from the time I was ten and then when I was twelve, when we were building the clubhouse back in the woods. That's when that one that jumped. I told you I've seen like a strawberry blond one man and it also had gray skin. It also had gray skin too, and it looked human. They did not look epe. They looked more human. Now those that was what I need to tell you before is the nose on it. Okay, that giant, the solid white one that we've seen, it had a human nose. Its nose wasn't flat or nothing. I'm telling you, look like mister mcgew and. But the other one, Uh, their nose were flat on like the bridge was flat, but the tip of it came out, you know, like a regular nose.

1:39:55 And they had really a wild like a wide mouth. I had a wide mouth, uh like I don't know, I don't want to say planning of the eighth type of things. Mm hmmm. Uh maybe a mouth like that is how I want to describe the mouth. That the nose, the bridge of the nose was flat, that there. Was a tip, gotcha. Yeah, wow, yeah, no, I exactly know what you're saying. Absolutely.

Or if I walk out there by myself, everything goes dead quiet, like silent. You could hear a pin drop. Something always tells me to get back in the house or get inside, or get up by the house.

Uh, if it's on the side, I mean this place is are insulated. Okay. The only experiences that I've had as far as like they haven't really slapped the house or nothing. They come up and they like to look through the window and they like to sniff, you know, like sniff the air. Yeah, And I'll tell you, and they're another way. I know that when they're out there is because you won't hear one dog make a peep.
