Originally released 5/3/24

In this gripping episode, we hear from TJ, a listener with harrowing tales of Bigfoot encounters in Great Barrington, Massachusetts, and Sevierville, Tennessee. TJ recounts a camping trip with his uncle that spiraled into an eerie ordeal, with large, menacing creatures terrifying them in the dead of night. Later, TJ describes another bone-chilling encounter at a remote cabin in Tennessee, where his family experienced the brute strength and unsettling presence of an unknown creature.

all right, Big for Society. I've got the privilege of

00:00:41.560 --> 00:00:45.119
talking to TJ tonight. TJ's a listener of the show,

15
00:00:45.159 --> 00:00:48.359
and he reached out to me. I'd like to share

16
00:00:48.399 --> 00:00:51.039
some things that has happened to him over the years

17
00:00:51.079 --> 00:00:53.240
regarding Bigfoot. But how's it going today? TJ?

18
00:00:54.000 --> 00:00:54.320
Oh good?

19
00:00:54.399 --> 00:00:59.960
How are you awesome? I'm excited to hear your accounts

20
00:01:00.399 --> 00:01:03.399
for a reason that I will share later. Kind of

21
00:01:03.479 --> 00:01:05.560
keep keep that in my back pocket for now, but

22
00:01:05.959 --> 00:01:08.319
I'm going to go ahead and give the floor to you,

23
00:01:08.400 --> 00:01:11.480
and you're welcome to share what has happened to you

24
00:01:11.519 --> 00:01:12.680
over these years.

25
00:01:13.359 --> 00:01:13.719
Okay.

26
00:01:13.840 --> 00:01:19.519
So my uncle, who was basically my father as well,

27
00:01:19.560 --> 00:01:20.560
he you know, he.

28
00:01:20.519 --> 00:01:22.599
Acted as as both for me.

29
00:01:22.799 --> 00:01:25.840
He would take me on probably three to four camping

30
00:01:25.840 --> 00:01:28.760
trips every year, and it was what I looked forward.

31
00:01:28.519 --> 00:01:29.159
To the most.

32
00:01:29.400 --> 00:01:32.680
And one of the places that I really enjoyed going

33
00:01:32.680 --> 00:01:37.200
to was up in Great Barrington, Massachusetts. And it's right

34
00:01:37.280 --> 00:01:40.280
on the New York Massachusetts state line that you could

35
00:01:40.280 --> 00:01:41.680
probably throw a stone and hit.

36
00:01:41.560 --> 00:01:42.599
New York from where we were.

37
00:01:43.560 --> 00:01:47.239
So this this place, I was thinking about it, and

38
00:01:47.319 --> 00:01:50.120
I'm not going to mention the name of the site because.

39
00:01:52.079 --> 00:01:53.680
I just don't want to step on any toes.

40
00:01:53.719 --> 00:01:55.359
For one, I did a little reading on it, and

41
00:01:55.439 --> 00:01:59.280
I know what's closed down right now. It's in the

42
00:01:59.359 --> 00:02:03.400
process that we can chaining ownership, so I don't know

43
00:02:03.519 --> 00:02:04.640
who owns it anymore.

44
00:02:04.799 --> 00:02:06.599
So I just don't want to piss anybody off by

45
00:02:06.680 --> 00:02:09.240
mentioning it on the internet. But this is the type

46
00:02:09.240 --> 00:02:10.919
of place that it had a lake in it, I

47
00:02:10.960 --> 00:02:13.560
will say that. And it was one of those.

48
00:02:13.439 --> 00:02:16.400
Lakes that like you see on a screen saver crystal

49
00:02:16.439 --> 00:02:18.120
clear and had stones on the bottom.

50
00:02:18.199 --> 00:02:21.560
It was just, you know, the most relaxing place you

51
00:02:21.599 --> 00:02:22.199
can imagine.

52
00:02:22.199 --> 00:02:25.000
But we also went up there to go off roading,

53
00:02:25.000 --> 00:02:28.159
you know, ATVs all that other stuff, durt biking, not

54
00:02:28.280 --> 00:02:30.960
at the campsite we actually went. I'm not sure if

55
00:02:30.960 --> 00:02:32.719
I remember the name of the mountain that we went to,

56
00:02:32.759 --> 00:02:35.360
but it was probably a forty minute drive because of

57
00:02:35.680 --> 00:02:37.159
all the hills in terms of you had to take.

58
00:02:37.199 --> 00:02:40.039
I think it was called Barre Mountain. I'm not sure

59
00:02:40.039 --> 00:02:41.840
if I have that right, but I think that it was.

60
00:02:42.719 --> 00:02:48.520
So this trip, it was not like the others the

61
00:02:48.560 --> 00:02:51.840
previous trips. I was just getting with excitement, ready to go,

62
00:02:51.879 --> 00:02:54.000
couldn't wait till he picked me up that Friday, and

63
00:02:54.039 --> 00:02:56.759
it was always on Memorial Day weekend. This was it

64
00:02:56.800 --> 00:02:59.240
was like did you ever go somewhere or plan something?

65
00:02:59.240 --> 00:03:03.199
And from the Star everything was just flu bar Well,

66
00:03:03.439 --> 00:03:05.680
this was that he got stuck in traffic on the

67
00:03:05.719 --> 00:03:07.919
way to come pick me up. We ended up being

68
00:03:07.960 --> 00:03:10.280
two hours late, and then we were trying to rush

69
00:03:10.360 --> 00:03:12.960
up there because that night storms were supposed to roll in,

70
00:03:15.000 --> 00:03:18.960
so on top of that we got stuck in traffic

71
00:03:18.960 --> 00:03:20.680
going up there, and everything was just messed up from

72
00:03:20.680 --> 00:03:23.840
the start. So luckily we got up there was just

73
00:03:24.000 --> 00:03:26.000
enough time that you could see off in the distance

74
00:03:26.000 --> 00:03:27.159
from where the campsite was.

75
00:03:27.199 --> 00:03:29.599
The storms come and just lightning.

76
00:03:29.280 --> 00:03:30.879
And everything, and we were trying to set up our

77
00:03:30.879 --> 00:03:34.039
tents best as possible so that we wouldn't get, you know,

78
00:03:34.680 --> 00:03:37.960
bringing down while we were trying to do it. So

79
00:03:38.120 --> 00:03:42.479
this place, when you pull in, it's a whole bunch

80
00:03:42.520 --> 00:03:45.560
of winding turns and campsites that are set up, and

81
00:03:45.599 --> 00:03:47.840
then you can go up. There's one road and it

82
00:03:47.919 --> 00:03:52.479
follows you to the parking field, and the parking pillage

83
00:03:52.520 --> 00:03:56.240
is a big open space, and then beyond that it's

84
00:03:56.280 --> 00:04:00.919
just all dense woods. So it was pitch black by

85
00:04:00.960 --> 00:04:04.199
the time we got there, and we pulled into the

86
00:04:04.240 --> 00:04:07.879
parking space in the parking field, and I remember getting

87
00:04:07.879 --> 00:04:10.159
out of the car because my uncle had his high

88
00:04:10.199 --> 00:04:10.599
beams on.

89
00:04:10.639 --> 00:04:14.840
He had a Cadillac Escalade that he was driving. And

90
00:04:15.719 --> 00:04:16.480
I remember.

91
00:04:16.160 --> 00:04:18.360
Getting out of the car and looking because I was

92
00:04:18.360 --> 00:04:21.879
always a little uneasy about dense woods at night. I

93
00:04:21.879 --> 00:04:23.360
don't know why, it's just how I been since I

94
00:04:23.439 --> 00:04:26.279
was a kid, but I remember looking over there and

95
00:04:28.000 --> 00:04:32.600
that's when I noticed the eye shine, and I didn't

96
00:04:33.079 --> 00:04:36.319
know a whole lot about nature and eyeshine and stuff

97
00:04:36.360 --> 00:04:38.879
like that at the time. You know, I saw wildlife

98
00:04:38.959 --> 00:04:43.800
during the day, but never really at night. So I pointed,

99
00:04:43.839 --> 00:04:45.399
you know, I called over to my uncle and I said,

100
00:04:45.399 --> 00:04:47.000
look at that. You know, I says that like deer

101
00:04:47.079 --> 00:04:51.360
or something like that. And I remember his face just

102
00:04:51.439 --> 00:04:59.240
turned concerned right off the bat, and that bothered me

103
00:04:59.319 --> 00:05:01.040
because my uncle he was the type of person he

104
00:05:01.120 --> 00:05:04.199
was not scared of anything. He was he was out

105
00:05:04.240 --> 00:05:06.000
of his minday, and I mean that in the nicest

106
00:05:06.000 --> 00:05:08.720
way possible. There was not much this men were scared of.

107
00:05:09.879 --> 00:05:11.759
So when I saw a concern look on his face,

108
00:05:11.800 --> 00:05:13.839
that made me really nervous from the start. And he

109
00:05:13.920 --> 00:05:15.319
kind of just brushed it off, and he was like,

110
00:05:15.360 --> 00:05:17.399
you know, just don't pay attention to that.

111
00:05:17.519 --> 00:05:18.920
Just get the tent up. You know, we're about to

112
00:05:18.920 --> 00:05:19.439
get rained on.

113
00:05:19.639 --> 00:05:22.920
So we did that, and thinkfully, he had the sense

114
00:05:23.000 --> 00:05:25.480
enough about him that night that he took a blue

115
00:05:25.519 --> 00:05:28.120
tar and you know the little holes that come in

116
00:05:28.160 --> 00:05:29.360
the tarp, little metal rings.

117
00:05:29.680 --> 00:05:32.279
He tied it up to the part of the tent

118
00:05:32.319 --> 00:05:33.160
where the poles come.

119
00:05:33.079 --> 00:05:38.040
Out from underneath the tent because we couldn't get a

120
00:05:38.040 --> 00:05:40.639
great view of where we were that night, and we

121
00:05:40.639 --> 00:05:42.879
were worried that wherever we were.

122
00:05:42.759 --> 00:05:44.319
There was a chance that rain was going to come

123
00:05:44.399 --> 00:05:44.879
under the tent.

124
00:05:45.279 --> 00:05:47.120
And thank god he did that because that night I

125
00:05:47.160 --> 00:05:50.160
woke up probably one am from the thunder and there

126
00:05:50.199 --> 00:05:55.759
was a river running under the tent. So we survived

127
00:05:55.759 --> 00:06:00.720
that night, thankfully, and I just had this feeling that.

128
00:06:00.560 --> 00:06:01.600
There was just something off.

129
00:06:01.639 --> 00:06:03.639
I couldn't shake it when the Tommy woke up that

130
00:06:03.720 --> 00:06:06.800
morning and we left to go to Bear Mountain to

131
00:06:06.839 --> 00:06:10.240
go ATVing, and it wasn't just us, it was his

132
00:06:10.399 --> 00:06:12.800
friend had a camper that was just probably a few

133
00:06:12.800 --> 00:06:13.600
sites up from.

134
00:06:13.519 --> 00:06:17.480
Us, up on a hill, and it was usually a

135
00:06:17.480 --> 00:06:19.560
big group of us that went together. We were all.

136
00:06:19.399 --> 00:06:21.360
Spread out all over the campsite, so it was just

137
00:06:21.519 --> 00:06:24.680
us kind of alone near the parking field, and I

138
00:06:24.720 --> 00:06:27.360
think that's probably why I felt the way that I did,

139
00:06:27.360 --> 00:06:29.199
because we were so close to what we had seen

140
00:06:29.199 --> 00:06:31.040
that night, so.

141
00:06:32.600 --> 00:06:33.839
We kind of just forgot about it.

142
00:06:33.879 --> 00:06:39.160
When off roading that day had a blast, and I

143
00:06:39.199 --> 00:06:41.800
remember we were parking the field, we had the trailers unloaded,

144
00:06:42.480 --> 00:06:45.079
and it was about probably two hours before we were

145
00:06:45.120 --> 00:06:53.079
set to leave, we heard people screaming, just bloody murder, screaming,

146
00:06:53.079 --> 00:06:55.000
Now there's bears up there, so we thought that that

147
00:06:55.160 --> 00:06:59.399
was it. These people in there ATV came pulling ass

148
00:06:59.439 --> 00:07:04.360
out the trail and they just like maniacs, went to

149
00:07:04.439 --> 00:07:06.720
their car, which was just a few cars down from

150
00:07:06.720 --> 00:07:09.839
where we were parked, and started loading everything up as

151
00:07:09.920 --> 00:07:12.480
quick as we could, and my uncle went up to

152
00:07:12.519 --> 00:07:14.360
them to try to say, is there a bear back there?

153
00:07:14.439 --> 00:07:17.800
They wouldn't even these people wouldn't even acknowledge him.

154
00:07:18.240 --> 00:07:19.920
They it was like he didn't exist.

155
00:07:20.040 --> 00:07:21.680
He was trying to get their attention to see, like,

156
00:07:21.920 --> 00:07:23.720
you know, what's going on, you know, is there something

157
00:07:23.759 --> 00:07:26.040
we need to be worried about. They didn't acknowledge him

158
00:07:26.040 --> 00:07:27.639
the whole time. They packed up as best as they

159
00:07:27.639 --> 00:07:31.720
could and sped out of there. We should have known

160
00:07:31.720 --> 00:07:33.959
after that that we should have just left and went home,

161
00:07:34.800 --> 00:07:36.920
because after that it just gave off on top of

162
00:07:37.000 --> 00:07:39.040
the night before that, it just gave off bad jushu

163
00:07:39.560 --> 00:07:44.959
that something was not right. So that kind of killed

164
00:07:44.959 --> 00:07:47.160
the mood after that because everybody was really concerned about

165
00:07:47.160 --> 00:07:48.839
what was going on, and we figured, you know what,

166
00:07:48.959 --> 00:07:50.959
let's just take the lofts. We're going to come back

167
00:07:50.959 --> 00:07:54.160
tomorrow anyway, packed the stuff up and we'll go back

168
00:07:54.199 --> 00:07:58.800
to the campsite to eat. So we got back to

169
00:07:58.839 --> 00:08:01.720
the campsite and it was just about dusk, and my uncle,

170
00:08:01.879 --> 00:08:05.519
wherever we went camping, he bought this huge, old school

171
00:08:05.720 --> 00:08:07.040
white able was cooler.

172
00:08:06.759 --> 00:08:08.199
With it, and you know, I don't know if you

173
00:08:08.240 --> 00:08:09.759
know what I'm talking about. They had the double doors

174
00:08:09.759 --> 00:08:11.439
on it, and.

175
00:08:12.800 --> 00:08:15.439
That's where we had all food, the fruit, everything, it

176
00:08:15.480 --> 00:08:18.279
was all stored in there. And I guess we were

177
00:08:18.319 --> 00:08:20.920
so tired that night that we made the mistake of

178
00:08:21.040 --> 00:08:24.360
not putting the cooler in the truck in the escalator.

179
00:08:25.199 --> 00:08:27.759
So that's probably what set this whole thing in motion.

180
00:08:29.240 --> 00:08:33.159
So I was exhausted and everybody else was too. So

181
00:08:33.200 --> 00:08:37.080
we went to bed, and I till this day, I

182
00:08:37.120 --> 00:08:41.200
cannot figure out what woke me up that night, but.

183
00:08:41.440 --> 00:08:42.559
I remember waking up.

184
00:08:42.720 --> 00:08:44.919
I'm not one hundred percent sure what time it was

185
00:08:44.919 --> 00:08:47.480
because this was before the age of cell phones. I

186
00:08:47.480 --> 00:08:49.039
didn't have a cell phone or anything like. It was

187
00:08:49.039 --> 00:08:51.120
two thousand and five, so it was, you know, just

188
00:08:51.320 --> 00:08:54.000
entering that error. But I was fifteen. I didn't have

189
00:08:54.039 --> 00:08:55.879
a cell phone with me, you know it is kids

190
00:08:55.919 --> 00:08:59.159
didn't have cell phones then, it's not like today. And

191
00:08:59.200 --> 00:09:03.120
I remember waking up and I just had this terrible

192
00:09:03.200 --> 00:09:07.240
feeling like something was wrong. And I turned to my right,

193
00:09:07.320 --> 00:09:09.080
which is where my uncle was sleeping, off to the

194
00:09:09.120 --> 00:09:12.840
side of me, and I noticed he was already up

195
00:09:12.960 --> 00:09:16.600
and the tent that we had, because you know, the

196
00:09:16.639 --> 00:09:19.879
mountains in Massachusetts during that time of year, you get

197
00:09:19.919 --> 00:09:22.200
that cool breeze blown at night. You want the top off.

198
00:09:22.200 --> 00:09:24.440
It blows right on your face, keeps you nice and

199
00:09:24.480 --> 00:09:27.480
comfortable at night. But there was you know, see you

200
00:09:27.480 --> 00:09:30.039
through mesh that it wasn't a big tent, so if

201
00:09:30.080 --> 00:09:32.240
you sat up, you could see through to the outside.

202
00:09:33.000 --> 00:09:37.200
And I remember seeing his face and he was ghost

203
00:09:37.240 --> 00:09:44.120
white and he was staring at something, and I nudged

204
00:09:44.200 --> 00:09:46.279
him to ask him, you know, what was going on,

205
00:09:46.320 --> 00:09:48.759
because I've never seen a look of concern on this

206
00:09:48.799 --> 00:09:52.639
man's face like that before, and I automatically knew something

207
00:09:52.679 --> 00:09:55.279
was really wrong. And then I turned my head to

208
00:09:55.320 --> 00:09:58.919
see what he was looking at it and that's when

209
00:09:59.120 --> 00:10:04.440
I saw two of them, and I let out a

210
00:10:04.480 --> 00:10:08.240
gasp because I was not prepared for what I had

211
00:10:08.320 --> 00:10:16.919
just looked at. And they were massive. So my uncle's escalade,

212
00:10:17.159 --> 00:10:21.639
I remember the one, its waste was up to the

213
00:10:21.679 --> 00:10:25.919
window on the driver's side. So this thing was towering

214
00:10:25.960 --> 00:10:28.720
over the escalade like it could probably see over the

215
00:10:28.799 --> 00:10:31.000
escalad no problem, like fit a clear view.

216
00:10:31.879 --> 00:10:32.879
And the other.

217
00:10:32.759 --> 00:10:36.200
One was staring at my uncle and it did not

218
00:10:36.279 --> 00:10:42.480
look happy, and I gasped, and it was just involuntary.

219
00:10:42.600 --> 00:10:45.399
I had no way to control it. And that's when

220
00:10:45.440 --> 00:10:50.320
it turned its attention to me. And the crazy thing was,

221
00:10:51.039 --> 00:10:55.440
once it did that, its whole demeanor changed. It went

222
00:10:55.559 --> 00:11:00.039
from looking pissed off and angry to.

223
00:11:02.320 --> 00:11:02.720
Gentle.

224
00:11:03.320 --> 00:11:05.120
I guess that's the best way I could put it.

225
00:11:05.480 --> 00:11:08.639
And that's what was the craziest part about it. It was,

226
00:11:09.720 --> 00:11:11.559
you know, when I was I've always had the type

227
00:11:11.559 --> 00:11:13.039
of a baby face when I was younger, so it

228
00:11:13.080 --> 00:11:14.279
must have realized I was just.

229
00:11:14.679 --> 00:11:15.559
A kid at the time.

230
00:11:16.879 --> 00:11:18.519
And I don't know if that's what it was, but

231
00:11:18.559 --> 00:11:22.000
that's how I reasoned it, that it realized he had

232
00:11:22.000 --> 00:11:25.559
a kid with him, and it like not, you know,

233
00:11:25.600 --> 00:11:29.120
it turned it down. It didn't want to scare me.

234
00:11:30.159 --> 00:11:32.360
And I remember when I first looked at it, my

235
00:11:32.600 --> 00:11:37.600
stomach turned like my nerves were just all bunched up,

236
00:11:38.080 --> 00:11:39.759
and it was almost like I was gonna throw up

237
00:11:40.320 --> 00:11:42.919
because I was just so scared. I was trembling, and

238
00:11:42.960 --> 00:11:46.320
it was like I just I didn't know what was happening.

239
00:11:46.600 --> 00:11:48.799
It was like being in a horror movie where you

240
00:11:48.960 --> 00:11:51.960
just couldn't I didn't know anything about this stuff. Then,

241
00:11:52.600 --> 00:11:54.440
you know, I grew up in the suburbs of Long Island.

242
00:11:54.840 --> 00:12:00.240
Nobody talks about that stuff there, So it was like

243
00:12:00.240 --> 00:12:02.120
my brain was just trying to process what I was

244
00:12:02.120 --> 00:12:04.399
looking at, and when I couldn't find an answer, I

245
00:12:04.519 --> 00:12:11.159
was starting to freak out. And the other crazy part

246
00:12:11.320 --> 00:12:14.879
was once it's demeanor change, there was this calmness that

247
00:12:14.960 --> 00:12:17.799
rushed over me. And I don't know what caused it,

248
00:12:17.840 --> 00:12:20.639
because I went from freaking out, almost having a panic attack,

249
00:12:21.279 --> 00:12:28.720
to this warm, relaxed feeling. And once that happened, my

250
00:12:28.799 --> 00:12:31.679
uncle finally snapped out of the trance he was in

251
00:12:32.039 --> 00:12:35.440
and once he saw me looking at it, he pulled

252
00:12:35.480 --> 00:12:37.679
me back and just kind of shoved my face into

253
00:12:37.679 --> 00:12:39.480
the sleeping leg and he.

254
00:12:39.559 --> 00:12:43.960
I remember him saying, don't move, and that's when I

255
00:12:44.039 --> 00:12:46.840
heard it speak.

256
00:12:47.879 --> 00:12:52.159
It was just one word and I will remember it.

257
00:12:52.159 --> 00:12:57.000
It seared into my brain and it said Enoch, at

258
00:12:57.080 --> 00:13:00.600
least that's how I remember it, Enoch, And I don't

259
00:13:00.639 --> 00:13:02.919
know if it was talking to the other one or what.

260
00:13:04.200 --> 00:13:09.000
But right after that I heard some commotion and these

261
00:13:09.039 --> 00:13:12.480
things tore us out of our camp, and I don't

262
00:13:12.480 --> 00:13:14.279
know why I got up to look again, but I did.

263
00:13:14.759 --> 00:13:18.120
These things covered three hundred yards in probably four seconds.

264
00:13:18.799 --> 00:13:21.879
And the crazy thing was it took our cooler with them,

265
00:13:22.120 --> 00:13:24.440
because I guess it must have been the one side

266
00:13:24.480 --> 00:13:28.080
of the cooler had a hinge that was broken the clamp,

267
00:13:28.919 --> 00:13:32.519
so it never stayed close, so I guess it looked

268
00:13:32.519 --> 00:13:34.480
in there so all the goodies that we had, and

269
00:13:34.519 --> 00:13:37.159
it was like, well, I'm not this is coming with us,

270
00:13:37.159 --> 00:13:41.440
whether you like it or not. And I remember as

271
00:13:41.480 --> 00:13:44.720
it ran into the woods, it sounded like.

272
00:13:44.639 --> 00:13:46.960
A bulldozer was going through those woods.

273
00:13:47.799 --> 00:13:50.840
And what creeped me out even more as it went

274
00:13:50.840 --> 00:13:54.200
into the woods, there were three more sets of eyeshine

275
00:13:55.159 --> 00:13:57.559
that came over as soon as these things entered the woods.

276
00:13:57.600 --> 00:13:59.600
I don't know if it was like they were watching

277
00:13:59.679 --> 00:14:02.279
out for them or what. So there was five wall

278
00:14:02.360 --> 00:14:05.559
together and just the fact that I knew that there

279
00:14:05.639 --> 00:14:08.759
was five of these things out there. I was freaking out,

280
00:14:08.799 --> 00:14:12.840
and I remember after it left, that calmness feeling just left,

281
00:14:12.960 --> 00:14:15.279
and I was back into panic mode, and I was

282
00:14:15.320 --> 00:14:19.000
begging my uncle to just please leave, And that was

283
00:14:19.039 --> 00:14:22.000
the first time I normally he's like, I just suck

284
00:14:22.039 --> 00:14:24.080
it up. You know it's gonna be okay. Don't be scared,

285
00:14:25.360 --> 00:14:27.320
he said, if we didn't even take the ten He

286
00:14:27.360 --> 00:14:30.879
got us all in the car and drove us up

287
00:14:30.919 --> 00:14:35.320
to the trailer that his friend was staying at, and

288
00:14:35.600 --> 00:14:36.320
I remember he was.

289
00:14:36.440 --> 00:14:37.559
He was in a complete panic.

290
00:14:37.559 --> 00:14:40.799
He was knocking on the door, and you know, that's

291
00:14:40.799 --> 00:14:42.639
when they knew something was wrong, because for my uncle

292
00:14:42.759 --> 00:14:44.679
will people to be knocking on your door at whatever

293
00:14:44.759 --> 00:14:46.720
time it was in a panic.

294
00:14:46.480 --> 00:14:47.200
Something is wrong.

295
00:14:48.519 --> 00:14:50.279
So thankfully they were nice enough to let us stay

296
00:14:50.320 --> 00:14:54.399
there that night, but we left the next morning very early.

297
00:14:54.840 --> 00:14:56.720
My uncle didn't want anything to do with it, and

298
00:14:56.759 --> 00:14:57.600
that was the last.

299
00:14:57.360 --> 00:14:59.240
Time we ever went there. He never wanted to go

300
00:14:59.279 --> 00:15:01.399
back to that place after. And this was probably one

301
00:15:01.399 --> 00:15:05.679
of his favorite spots aside from Kinnatinny, that he enjoyed

302
00:15:05.720 --> 00:15:07.840
going to, and.

303
00:15:09.879 --> 00:15:11.840
He wouldn't talk about it with me the whole ride home.

304
00:15:12.279 --> 00:15:13.960
Big for Society, who will be right back.

305
00:15:14.000 --> 00:15:34.480
After these messages, he didn't want to speak of it.

306
00:15:34.480 --> 00:15:36.639
It was like he just wanted to forget it.

307
00:15:37.480 --> 00:15:43.879
And I remember his escalade had a sunroof, and he

308
00:15:43.960 --> 00:15:46.360
pulled the sunroof back as we were driving down the

309
00:15:46.399 --> 00:15:51.120
mountain in the shade, and I was looking at it

310
00:15:51.120 --> 00:15:53.879
as the sunroof was opening, and before the glass opened.

311
00:15:54.120 --> 00:15:58.120
Once the shade pulled back, there was a perfect handprint

312
00:15:59.000 --> 00:16:01.519
on the glass and it was so big it was

313
00:16:01.559 --> 00:16:04.799
pretty much overlapping the sun roof. That's how big this

314
00:16:05.320 --> 00:16:12.320
print was. So after that, he refused to talk about

315
00:16:12.360 --> 00:16:14.240
it with me, and I had so many questions because

316
00:16:14.240 --> 00:16:17.919
I wanted to know what happened that night, because I

317
00:16:17.960 --> 00:16:19.480
still have nightmares about it till this day.

318
00:16:19.480 --> 00:16:21.799
I'm not ashamed to admit that there's still times I

319
00:16:21.840 --> 00:16:23.679
go to bed and it's like I'm back in that place,

320
00:16:23.799 --> 00:16:27.360
or it's some type of similar scenario and I'll wake

321
00:16:27.440 --> 00:16:29.759
up in a cold sweat because it freaks me out.

322
00:16:30.919 --> 00:16:37.440
And unfortunately he's passed away now. But even when I

323
00:16:37.519 --> 00:16:39.360
knew he was coming to the end, I figured I

324
00:16:39.480 --> 00:16:41.120
want to give this one more shot to talk about

325
00:16:41.159 --> 00:16:43.720
it with him. He wouldn't do it. Even when he

326
00:16:43.799 --> 00:16:46.000
was on his deathbed, he wanted nothing to do with

327
00:16:46.039 --> 00:16:48.600
that night. Ever, again, he refused to talk about it.

328
00:16:49.000 --> 00:16:49.840
He was the type that.

329
00:16:49.799 --> 00:16:54.600
Didn't like anything he couldn't rationally explain. He was very

330
00:16:54.600 --> 00:16:59.240
devoted Catholic, and if it couldn't be explained by God

331
00:16:59.440 --> 00:17:03.240
or some other reasonable scientific explanation, he didn't want anything

332
00:17:03.240 --> 00:17:05.559
to do with it. And he would get angry at

333
00:17:05.559 --> 00:17:07.319
me because there were times over the years I begged

334
00:17:07.400 --> 00:17:08.839
him to just talk about it with me so we

335
00:17:08.880 --> 00:17:11.119
could see you if you both saw the same thing,

336
00:17:11.119 --> 00:17:13.000
you know, did we really both see this? Did that

337
00:17:13.079 --> 00:17:15.920
really happen? And he would he would get angry and

338
00:17:15.960 --> 00:17:17.559
he would just don't. I don't want to talk about it,

339
00:17:18.079 --> 00:17:21.160
and that was the end of it. So it kind

340
00:17:21.200 --> 00:17:23.119
of bugs me that we never really had a serious

341
00:17:23.119 --> 00:17:26.000
conversation about it till this day, you know, and that'll

342
00:17:26.000 --> 00:17:29.480
never happen. But yeah, that night was that was something.

343
00:17:30.079 --> 00:17:32.720
It was bizarre, It really really was.

344
00:17:32.759 --> 00:17:32.920
You know.

345
00:17:33.079 --> 00:17:36.559
You go from I think in the world is one

346
00:17:36.559 --> 00:17:38.839
way one minute, having that all shattered in just a

347
00:17:38.839 --> 00:17:42.960
few moments that messages you up pretty good. It really

348
00:17:42.960 --> 00:17:46.000
really does. And I don't talk about it with most

349
00:17:46.039 --> 00:17:48.480
people anyway, because I know how people are about it,

350
00:17:48.519 --> 00:17:51.039
and I just I don't want to. I don't have

351
00:17:51.079 --> 00:17:51.880
the patience for it.

352
00:17:52.640 --> 00:17:54.759
You know. The way I'm thinking is, you know, if

353
00:17:54.839 --> 00:17:55.920
you want to be ignorant and.

354
00:17:57.839 --> 00:18:00.000
Just refuse to believe that these things are out there,

355
00:18:00.039 --> 00:18:02.359
that's I'm not going to sit there and beg you

356
00:18:02.400 --> 00:18:02.960
to believe it.

357
00:18:03.279 --> 00:18:04.119
I know what I saw.

358
00:18:04.880 --> 00:18:07.920
You know, it's scary that these things are out there

359
00:18:08.000 --> 00:18:09.880
and we're being looked at as the crazy ones.

360
00:18:10.839 --> 00:18:17.079
There's something really wrong with that. Just we should so

361
00:18:17.160 --> 00:18:20.279
impress it. How big they were. That's what really got me,

362
00:18:20.319 --> 00:18:21.720
how massive these things were.

363
00:18:22.240 --> 00:18:25.519
I'm sorry for the the cursed words. I grew up

364
00:18:25.519 --> 00:18:26.640
an Italian family, so.

365
00:18:26.599 --> 00:18:28.920
It's it's a second language to me.

366
00:18:29.039 --> 00:18:32.599
But yeah, that was That was a hat, that's.

367
00:18:32.400 --> 00:18:38.880
For sure, TJ. That's that's wild. That's I mean. First off,

368
00:18:39.480 --> 00:18:41.279
I'm sorry you lost your uncle.

369
00:18:42.920 --> 00:18:45.799
Oh, thank you. First really it was I appreciate that.

370
00:18:45.880 --> 00:18:47.839
So just the one left detail that I want to

371
00:18:47.839 --> 00:18:48.400
forget to tell you.

372
00:18:48.559 --> 00:18:53.079
Definitely after we left, about a week later, we got

373
00:18:53.079 --> 00:18:56.759
a call from the person that ran the campsite saying

374
00:18:56.799 --> 00:19:00.400
that our core was found in the parking field and

375
00:19:00.720 --> 00:19:04.079
the doors were ripped off the hinges, and they you know,

376
00:19:04.119 --> 00:19:06.200
they called my uncle and they were yelling at him, why.

377
00:19:06.079 --> 00:19:08.759
Did you do that? And leave? You're cool there? And

378
00:19:09.240 --> 00:19:10.359
he's you know, he tried.

379
00:19:10.880 --> 00:19:13.480
I don't know what exactly he told them, but I

380
00:19:13.519 --> 00:19:14.920
don't know if he said a bear about into it

381
00:19:15.000 --> 00:19:16.720
or something like that. It was something along those lines,

382
00:19:16.759 --> 00:19:18.559
because he didn't even want to tell those people what

383
00:19:18.640 --> 00:19:21.759
he saw. And I think he was more pissed because

384
00:19:23.480 --> 00:19:25.400
I think he knew that the people that run that

385
00:19:25.400 --> 00:19:27.960
campsite knew these things are there. Just when I go

386
00:19:28.039 --> 00:19:29.440
back and look at it. This is not the first

387
00:19:29.440 --> 00:19:31.480
time they've done that. This is not the first time

388
00:19:31.480 --> 00:19:34.160
those things have gone into somebody's camp and took something. Well,

389
00:19:34.200 --> 00:19:36.279
the first time they had an interaction with people at

390
00:19:36.279 --> 00:19:41.000
that campsite, they were way too calm about it, you know,

391
00:19:41.119 --> 00:19:44.079
even though like I said, they had that one had

392
00:19:44.079 --> 00:19:47.519
a grimacing face, just that around and find out face

393
00:19:47.559 --> 00:19:48.680
when he was looking at my uncle.

394
00:19:49.200 --> 00:19:49.759
You could tell it.

395
00:19:49.680 --> 00:19:52.000
It was just like posturing and like, just let me

396
00:19:52.039 --> 00:19:54.079
do what I'm gonna do when I'm gonna leave, you know.

397
00:19:55.279 --> 00:19:58.319
But the other scary thing was, you know, when you

398
00:19:58.359 --> 00:20:01.160
look back and realize it. Just those two things alone

399
00:20:01.200 --> 00:20:04.559
could have tore us through that entire campsite and nobody

400
00:20:04.599 --> 00:20:05.480
would have been able to do.

401
00:20:05.440 --> 00:20:06.200
Anything about it.

402
00:20:07.599 --> 00:20:10.440
They could have done anything they wanted to those campsites

403
00:20:10.640 --> 00:20:12.640
or anybody that was there that night, and nobody wouldn't

404
00:20:12.640 --> 00:20:13.039
been able.

405
00:20:12.920 --> 00:20:14.960
To stop them.

406
00:20:14.559 --> 00:20:18.319
Just the size of them and the muscular the muscles

407
00:20:18.359 --> 00:20:21.480
they had on them, I don't think anybody could have

408
00:20:21.480 --> 00:20:23.599
done anything, and by the time somebody called for help,

409
00:20:24.119 --> 00:20:26.799
it would have been too late. And I think that's

410
00:20:26.799 --> 00:20:30.160
what scared me the most. How powerless, you know, I

411
00:20:30.200 --> 00:20:32.599
felt in that situation. I had no control over it.

412
00:20:32.640 --> 00:20:36.400
And I'm the type of person that doesn't like that

413
00:20:36.680 --> 00:20:38.599
I have to be in control of certain things or

414
00:20:38.640 --> 00:20:42.079
I just I'm not cool with it. And knowing I

415
00:20:42.119 --> 00:20:44.720
was just completely powerless to everything that was happening that

416
00:20:44.839 --> 00:20:47.720
night is what really I think pushed it over for

417
00:20:47.839 --> 00:20:52.279
me for me camping wise, and I don't enjoy it

418
00:20:52.279 --> 00:20:53.799
the same way that I used to, or if I

419
00:20:53.839 --> 00:20:55.240
do go camping, I know it's going to be in

420
00:20:55.279 --> 00:20:59.079
a really well populated area where you know, it's not

421
00:20:59.279 --> 00:21:01.920
super dense wards or anything like that, because I just

422
00:21:01.960 --> 00:21:03.119
I can't enjoy it anymore.

423
00:21:04.000 --> 00:21:07.799
And it sucks that it's like that, but it's just.

424
00:21:07.799 --> 00:21:10.319
That every time, like I get into it, you know,

425
00:21:10.400 --> 00:21:13.160
a dense area like that that's feeling just replays on

426
00:21:13.240 --> 00:21:17.079
my head of how I felt with that, the pure

427
00:21:17.160 --> 00:21:19.119
terror that was flowing through me that night, and I

428
00:21:19.200 --> 00:21:19.839
just can't do it.

429
00:21:20.519 --> 00:21:24.759
I can't deal with it. But yeah, sorry, I just

430
00:21:24.839 --> 00:21:25.279
wanted to.

431
00:21:25.200 --> 00:21:29.160
Add that in before I forgot my ad adhd bring

432
00:21:29.359 --> 00:21:31.240
skips over details.

433
00:21:31.559 --> 00:21:32.039
It's hard.

434
00:21:32.559 --> 00:21:35.240
I totally get that. I'm right there with you. Wow,

435
00:21:35.400 --> 00:21:40.680
that is an extremely intense encounter. Thank you for sharing that.

436
00:21:40.880 --> 00:21:43.880
It sounds like you haven't really shared it to many

437
00:21:43.920 --> 00:21:44.720
people at.

438
00:21:44.599 --> 00:21:46.960
All, and like I said, it's because I just don't

439
00:21:46.960 --> 00:21:48.920
want to deal what They're really cool, you know, because

440
00:21:49.000 --> 00:21:52.319
it's something I take seriously because it did affect me

441
00:21:52.640 --> 00:21:57.039
in a very physical way, not just emotionally, you know,

442
00:21:57.400 --> 00:21:58.799
it affected me in a physical way.

443
00:21:58.839 --> 00:21:59.880
So it's.

444
00:22:01.720 --> 00:22:03.359
She even talk to anybody that's just going to sit

445
00:22:03.359 --> 00:22:07.240
there and laugh at you, it's I'll snap because I

446
00:22:07.319 --> 00:22:08.680
know how I felt that night and I'm not going

447
00:22:08.720 --> 00:22:10.880
to deal with somebody making fun of it, you know,

448
00:22:11.640 --> 00:22:13.799
if I know somebody really wants to hear.

449
00:22:13.720 --> 00:22:17.480
It, I will tell it, but to just some random person. Now.

450
00:22:17.559 --> 00:22:19.559
That's why I was comfortable to come on here, because

451
00:22:19.599 --> 00:22:24.079
I listened to your episodes and I saw how serious

452
00:22:24.119 --> 00:22:26.480
you take this. You know, I know this is the

453
00:22:26.599 --> 00:22:28.440
hobby for you.

454
00:22:28.440 --> 00:22:31.519
No, this is it, man, dude, this is it for

455
00:22:31.839 --> 00:22:34.599
I'm not even kidding for the next thirty years at least.

456
00:22:34.640 --> 00:22:38.440
This is it. Like, I take it extremely seriously. So

457
00:22:39.039 --> 00:22:41.039
is that okay? If I ask you a few questions

458
00:22:41.079 --> 00:22:43.759
about as from that night, it sounds like you've you

459
00:22:43.920 --> 00:22:48.039
got a pretty good look at the two creatures. Do

460
00:22:48.079 --> 00:22:51.720
you remember any details about how the face looked. I

461
00:22:51.759 --> 00:22:54.599
know you've said that you saw emotions, but do you

462
00:22:54.599 --> 00:22:56.480
remember anything any other details?

463
00:22:57.279 --> 00:22:57.519
Yeah?

464
00:22:57.559 --> 00:22:59.359
So the one the one thing was why I was

465
00:22:59.359 --> 00:23:01.480
able to make them out so clearly was because our

466
00:23:01.519 --> 00:23:04.440
campfire was still going just enough that it was shining

467
00:23:04.519 --> 00:23:08.799
light on them. And the creepiest part was the one

468
00:23:08.799 --> 00:23:12.519
that was standing on the opposite side of the fire.

469
00:23:13.799 --> 00:23:16.160
I could see its hair, which it had like it

470
00:23:16.160 --> 00:23:19.920
was almost like a reddish brown, but the fire was

471
00:23:19.920 --> 00:23:22.160
causing it to also have eyes shine at the same time.

472
00:23:22.240 --> 00:23:23.920
So this thing was no more than ten yards away

473
00:23:23.960 --> 00:23:26.240
from me. But it was staring at me with its

474
00:23:26.279 --> 00:23:29.559
eyes glowing, and that's probably what set me off to

475
00:23:29.599 --> 00:23:31.920
just go into panic motor because it was just so.

476
00:23:33.519 --> 00:23:34.640
Not normal.

477
00:23:36.119 --> 00:23:38.119
The way it was, you know, it was like a

478
00:23:38.400 --> 00:23:41.640
staring a hole for my soul type of thing, right.

479
00:23:41.759 --> 00:23:44.960
And then the other one that was off to the

480
00:23:45.000 --> 00:23:47.960
snide by my uncle's truck, it was also the same.

481
00:23:48.039 --> 00:23:51.839
It had reddish brown hair, and that was the bigger one.

482
00:23:52.039 --> 00:23:55.559
I think that one, if I'm looking back at it

483
00:23:55.559 --> 00:23:57.319
in my head, that one probably had a foot and

484
00:23:57.319 --> 00:23:59.519
a half on the other one maybe a little more.

485
00:24:01.200 --> 00:24:03.319
I couldn't tell the eye color on that one because

486
00:24:03.400 --> 00:24:06.240
of how dark it was, and it was far enough

487
00:24:06.240 --> 00:24:08.759
from the fire that it I guess the angle it

488
00:24:08.759 --> 00:24:11.000
was that it wasn't catching that eye shine. I don't

489
00:24:11.039 --> 00:24:12.559
know if it has. The light has to hit the

490
00:24:12.599 --> 00:24:15.680
eyes a certain way for that to happen. But I

491
00:24:16.000 --> 00:24:20.480
remember you could see this part of the face here,

492
00:24:21.160 --> 00:24:23.720
and everything else was just hair like it had a

493
00:24:23.759 --> 00:24:29.119
super long beard, and then the long hair that kind

494
00:24:29.160 --> 00:24:31.160
of went back of its head. It was kind of matted,

495
00:24:31.920 --> 00:24:35.079
but it was also it seemed like it was well kept.

496
00:24:35.559 --> 00:24:38.880
It looked on some places like sleek like it was

497
00:24:38.920 --> 00:24:43.119
being brushed, almost like they take care of themselves. The

498
00:24:43.240 --> 00:24:47.839
hands were massive, and that I could tell that even

499
00:24:47.880 --> 00:24:51.319
before we found that handprint on the window of the

500
00:24:51.319 --> 00:24:51.799
sun roof.

501
00:24:52.680 --> 00:24:54.200
I mean, it could probably put its.

502
00:24:54.160 --> 00:24:57.839
Toll hand around my head and squish it no problems,

503
00:24:57.920 --> 00:25:01.079
especially then when I was fifteen. Also, the arms were

504
00:25:01.279 --> 00:25:06.359
insanely long. I remember that, like abnormally long compared to us.

505
00:25:06.839 --> 00:25:11.759
I couldn't tell where they how far they went down.

506
00:25:12.240 --> 00:25:15.000
But because they were kind of like this, their arms

507
00:25:15.000 --> 00:25:18.000
weren't down at their sides, they were up in the air,

508
00:25:18.480 --> 00:25:21.160
So I don't know, you know, I know a lot

509
00:25:21.160 --> 00:25:22.880
of people say they go below the knees. I would

510
00:25:22.920 --> 00:25:25.079
have to say they probably definitely did, but I can't

511
00:25:25.079 --> 00:25:28.839
say it for sure, because like I said that, they

512
00:25:28.839 --> 00:25:30.440
weren't hanging down. They weren't like.

513
00:25:30.400 --> 00:25:31.640
Just staying there.

514
00:25:31.680 --> 00:25:34.599
You could tell they were investigating our campsite. They were

515
00:25:34.599 --> 00:25:35.559
trying to figure out what.

516
00:25:35.480 --> 00:25:38.000
They could take from us. At least that's what I

517
00:25:38.000 --> 00:25:40.400
think they were doing, especially since they just took the

518
00:25:40.400 --> 00:25:41.799
whole cooler and ran off.

519
00:25:42.319 --> 00:25:45.599
And the other thing that I know that the arms

520
00:25:45.599 --> 00:25:48.480
were insanely long, because this thing picked up an insanely large.

521
00:25:48.880 --> 00:25:51.759
It grew cooler like it was carrying a baby.

522
00:25:52.039 --> 00:25:58.000
And ran off with ease. So the muscle and it

523
00:25:58.119 --> 00:26:00.119
was packed with ice. I mean, it was only that

524
00:26:00.200 --> 00:26:02.160
for a night, and those things held ice for days.

525
00:26:02.839 --> 00:26:04.759
So the fact that this thing picked it up one

526
00:26:04.839 --> 00:26:07.400
hand and just kind of punched it over on its

527
00:26:07.400 --> 00:26:10.119
side like it was it was nothing and ran off

528
00:26:10.400 --> 00:26:16.720
was just it was nuts when you know, when I

529
00:26:16.839 --> 00:26:19.880
go back and think about it, just knowing how much

530
00:26:19.920 --> 00:26:22.240
weight that probably had. That me and my uncle, two

531
00:26:22.279 --> 00:26:25.000
people were having trouble lifting that thing, and this thing picked.

532
00:26:24.759 --> 00:26:25.559
It up like a baby.

533
00:26:26.599 --> 00:26:31.480
That's that's scary. That's a that's a scary level of

534
00:26:31.480 --> 00:26:37.319
strength right there. The one thing I don't remember is

535
00:26:37.359 --> 00:26:41.720
the feet. Okay, I don't remember looking down there. I

536
00:26:41.799 --> 00:26:45.640
was so focused on the face and the body that

537
00:26:45.799 --> 00:26:49.279
I just didn't look down there. I would have to

538
00:26:49.279 --> 00:26:52.240
say they were male. That I would have to say,

539
00:26:52.359 --> 00:26:55.559
I didn't notice any female features on them. They were definitely,

540
00:26:56.240 --> 00:26:59.880
you know, broad chested for sure. You know, you tell

541
00:26:59.880 --> 00:27:02.960
them a lot of muscle up here, and that was

542
00:27:03.400 --> 00:27:06.000
I mean, the hair on it was really thick. So

543
00:27:06.039 --> 00:27:07.759
the fact you could see the muscle under the hair

544
00:27:07.880 --> 00:27:08.319
was really.

545
00:27:08.160 --> 00:27:14.640
Impressive, did you, I know you already kind of talked

546
00:27:14.640 --> 00:27:21.200
about how how they were in you know how looking

547
00:27:21.279 --> 00:27:24.039
at the escalade and how one of them looked next

548
00:27:24.039 --> 00:27:26.519
to it. If you had to estimate like how tall

549
00:27:26.599 --> 00:27:29.240
each of them were, would you be able to estimate

550
00:27:29.559 --> 00:27:33.640
the height of them?

551
00:27:33.759 --> 00:27:37.519
The big one had to be easily over ten feet

552
00:27:37.880 --> 00:27:42.200
over because I know the top of the escalade I

553
00:27:42.200 --> 00:27:45.880
think it was about six feet maybe six two if

554
00:27:45.880 --> 00:27:49.400
I'm remembering right, and this thing towered over it. I

555
00:27:49.440 --> 00:27:52.599
mean it was just it was almost comical how much

556
00:27:52.640 --> 00:27:54.759
bigger this thing was that and it escalates that small

557
00:27:54.799 --> 00:27:55.319
car truck.

558
00:27:55.400 --> 00:27:56.599
I mean it's big.

559
00:27:56.839 --> 00:27:59.480
So the fact this thing just towered over it, and

560
00:27:59.519 --> 00:28:04.400
like I said, its hip was at the glass like

561
00:28:04.440 --> 00:28:09.920
the window of of the passenger side. So that should

562
00:28:09.960 --> 00:28:11.640
give you an idea of how mass of this thing

563
00:28:11.799 --> 00:28:17.720
was because me standing at the I'm five eleven, so

564
00:28:18.759 --> 00:28:21.440
me standing at the passenger side of an escalade.

565
00:28:22.680 --> 00:28:26.279
Probably goes up to hear on the least.

566
00:28:26.519 --> 00:28:29.559
So the fact that that was its waist, I mean, yeah,

567
00:28:29.559 --> 00:28:32.079
I can't give you an accurate number, but just a guesstimate,

568
00:28:32.119 --> 00:28:33.200
it had to be over ten feet.

569
00:28:35.880 --> 00:28:38.759
Were you able to notice. Did you notice anything about

570
00:28:38.799 --> 00:28:41.960
the mouth, like, could you see teeth anything like that?

571
00:28:42.640 --> 00:28:45.279
Yes, I could see teeth from the first one because

572
00:28:45.319 --> 00:28:48.279
it was almost like a smile when it was looking

573
00:28:48.319 --> 00:28:48.920
at my uncle.

574
00:28:49.440 --> 00:28:55.440
But it wasn't a smile. It was like a I

575
00:28:55.480 --> 00:28:58.279
don't know what a I have a husky.

576
00:28:58.680 --> 00:29:01.279
So if my husky goes after prey, you know how

577
00:29:01.319 --> 00:29:04.599
its lip comes up, you know, and dog and it

578
00:29:04.599 --> 00:29:07.000
shows its teeth. That's that's what it looked like it

579
00:29:07.039 --> 00:29:13.759
was doing. So I couldn't see the color, but I

580
00:29:13.759 --> 00:29:18.400
could see teeth. That that was plain in this day.

581
00:29:18.640 --> 00:29:26.160
The lips, I don't know. I don't know the color

582
00:29:26.240 --> 00:29:31.240
works were I really don't it was you know, it's

583
00:29:31.240 --> 00:29:36.559
a weird combination of being a blur and steered into

584
00:29:36.559 --> 00:29:38.920
my mind at the same time, if that makes sense.

585
00:29:39.039 --> 00:29:45.839
Absolutely, Yeah, seeing that the teeth on one of the creatures,

586
00:29:46.160 --> 00:29:49.559
were able to see the shape of the teeth.

587
00:29:49.839 --> 00:29:52.599
Were it all our teeth? That was the first thing.

588
00:29:52.640 --> 00:29:52.839
I know.

589
00:29:52.960 --> 00:29:59.079
Our teeth really just much bigger, okay. And so that

590
00:29:59.240 --> 00:30:02.319
being that, like how they were rounded.

591
00:30:02.359 --> 00:30:05.039
Yeah, no, I mean it's it's Joel. It looked like

592
00:30:05.039 --> 00:30:08.000
they go like that. It didn't look like they flat

593
00:30:08.079 --> 00:30:10.720
or anything like that. It looked like they curved to

594
00:30:10.759 --> 00:30:12.079
the side, almost.

595
00:30:12.200 --> 00:30:13.000
Big for society.

596
00:30:13.000 --> 00:30:31.680
Who will be right back after these messages?

597
00:30:32.000 --> 00:30:36.000
Oh wow, you were able to see the eyes correct?

598
00:30:36.759 --> 00:30:37.000
Yes?

599
00:30:37.279 --> 00:30:40.279
Did you notice anything about the pupils?

600
00:30:41.039 --> 00:30:43.359
So the one I couldn't see it's pupils because like

601
00:30:43.400 --> 00:30:44.960
I said, it was given off that eyes shy and

602
00:30:45.039 --> 00:30:48.920
glow right. The other one they just looked black. Now,

603
00:30:48.920 --> 00:30:51.480
I don't know if that was because it was dark,

604
00:30:52.599 --> 00:30:55.319
but I didn't notice really any white in them. It

605
00:30:55.480 --> 00:30:59.200
just looked black like it was like staring into a hole.

606
00:30:59.240 --> 00:31:05.920
Almost the nose of the creatures. Did you notice anything

607
00:31:06.160 --> 00:31:08.000
out of the ordinary about the nose, like how it

608
00:31:08.039 --> 00:31:11.079
was shaped more like a gorilla, more like a human.

609
00:31:11.839 --> 00:31:13.319
It looked more like you know how we have like

610
00:31:13.359 --> 00:31:14.839
a ridge here.

611
00:31:15.319 --> 00:31:18.279
Theres looked more like it went down like this didn't

612
00:31:18.319 --> 00:31:21.839
stick out as much, went like that type.

613
00:31:21.599 --> 00:31:24.240
Of thing flat flattened.

614
00:31:25.119 --> 00:31:27.359
Yeah. Yeah, the bridge of the nose didn't look like

615
00:31:27.440 --> 00:31:28.839
it was there. Wow.

616
00:31:32.240 --> 00:31:37.240
What about the forehead above the eyes? That area, how

617
00:31:37.240 --> 00:31:40.200
would you describe that?

618
00:31:40.200 --> 00:31:41.039
That was just skin?

619
00:31:41.599 --> 00:31:44.079
Okay, there was no hair that I could notice, and

620
00:31:44.119 --> 00:31:46.400
I didn't notice that the one when it was like

621
00:31:46.640 --> 00:31:49.920
snarling at my uncle. You could see the wrinkles in

622
00:31:49.960 --> 00:31:52.640
its forehead and they were so prominent. It looked like

623
00:31:52.720 --> 00:31:55.920
it had like almost extra skin there, like when it

624
00:31:55.960 --> 00:32:00.279
did that, clearly see the bumps from it from.

625
00:32:00.200 --> 00:32:00.759
It doing that.

626
00:32:01.279 --> 00:32:05.599
Gotcha. You were able to see hair on the creatures.

627
00:32:05.680 --> 00:32:08.440
It sounded like how long would you estimate that the

628
00:32:08.480 --> 00:32:09.039
hair was?

629
00:32:13.400 --> 00:32:16.160
I could compare it to my husky Okay, it was

630
00:32:16.160 --> 00:32:18.359
like husky length hair almost, so.

631
00:32:18.319 --> 00:32:24.000
A few inches yeah, yeah, okay. You mentioned that there

632
00:32:24.079 --> 00:32:27.319
was almost like kind of a mane of hair or

633
00:32:27.480 --> 00:32:29.240
were you able to see a shape to the head

634
00:32:29.640 --> 00:32:30.079
through that?

635
00:32:32.400 --> 00:32:34.119
I didn't notice that.

636
00:32:35.920 --> 00:32:38.839
It didn't go like you know, our heads are like rounded, right,

637
00:32:39.119 --> 00:32:45.960
It looked like before it went back, okay, trying to

638
00:32:46.000 --> 00:32:47.200
stick What to compare that to?

639
00:32:50.759 --> 00:32:53.920
I don't know. It just looked like elongated almost.

640
00:32:54.119 --> 00:32:55.920
It almost looked like it was elongated at the top,

641
00:32:57.119 --> 00:33:00.400
like there was extra like their skulls weren't round the top.

642
00:33:00.880 --> 00:33:01.480
Was this thing?

643
00:33:02.640 --> 00:33:06.720
Was this your first introduction to anything with bigfoot?

644
00:33:07.400 --> 00:33:07.759
Yes?

645
00:33:08.240 --> 00:33:12.200
Okay, because so this is where it's interesting because any

646
00:33:12.279 --> 00:33:14.839
other person that I asked that question, they would have

647
00:33:14.880 --> 00:33:18.720
been like this, But the fact that you have to

648
00:33:18.799 --> 00:33:22.400
like think of how to describe that man. That is

649
00:33:22.680 --> 00:33:25.720
very yeah. Wow, so this is your first this incident

650
00:33:25.839 --> 00:33:28.079
is your first foray into big Foot. It's not like

651
00:33:28.119 --> 00:33:31.519
you're watching the documentaries and in search of like this.

652
00:33:31.599 --> 00:33:35.240
Is not you WI on the suburb of Long Island.

653
00:33:36.200 --> 00:33:40.279
My life, Yeah, man, trying to like other people do.

654
00:33:41.079 --> 00:33:44.079
I was always outdoors, you know that, That's what. That's

655
00:33:44.119 --> 00:33:46.640
where I lived with my friends. We were on our bikes,

656
00:33:46.799 --> 00:33:49.079
you know, causing some type of mischief. We're playing video

657
00:33:49.119 --> 00:33:51.519
games or I didn't even know it was a thing,

658
00:33:52.200 --> 00:33:57.559
that's really why. So the mythology that I knew before

659
00:33:57.599 --> 00:33:59.960
this was I don't know if you've ever heard of snipe.

660
00:34:01.039 --> 00:34:02.599
Yeah, it's not real.

661
00:34:02.839 --> 00:34:06.880
It's absolutely doubles made up around the campfire, and it's

662
00:34:06.920 --> 00:34:10.039
scare kids. And when we would go on these camping trips,

663
00:34:10.039 --> 00:34:11.599
like I said, there's always a big group of us.

664
00:34:12.079 --> 00:34:12.480
At night.

665
00:34:12.519 --> 00:34:15.119
They used to take the kids snipe hunting, and the

666
00:34:15.199 --> 00:34:17.599
adults would hide in the forest and they would jump

667
00:34:17.599 --> 00:34:20.960
out and scare us. That's the most I knew about anything.

668
00:34:21.920 --> 00:34:29.199
Wow, that was it. This is very, very wild. The

669
00:34:29.239 --> 00:34:31.719
way that the creature looked to you is just something

670
00:34:31.760 --> 00:34:35.679
that you would more see in like a zoo type setting,

671
00:34:35.880 --> 00:34:38.920
or like you would almost see Like you could be

672
00:34:39.039 --> 00:34:41.519
walking in the city and you might see a person

673
00:34:41.559 --> 00:34:44.679
that looks kind of similar to how they looked.

674
00:34:46.920 --> 00:34:49.039
There were features about it that are definitely human.

675
00:34:49.679 --> 00:34:51.599
But if you saw on one of these things walking

676
00:34:51.639 --> 00:34:53.880
in the city, you're gonna know.

677
00:34:54.320 --> 00:34:59.559
Okay, it was that different. I guess unevolved. It's the

678
00:34:59.599 --> 00:35:04.119
best way. It's like almost human, but not modern human.

679
00:35:05.000 --> 00:35:06.239
Okay, yep.

680
00:35:08.400 --> 00:35:12.480
I wouldn't say cave man, but I guess somewhere in

681
00:35:12.519 --> 00:35:12.920
between that.

682
00:35:15.960 --> 00:35:20.440
Were there anything anything you noticed about the creatures that

683
00:35:20.599 --> 00:35:25.639
reminded you of different apes or monkeys that you would

684
00:35:25.679 --> 00:35:27.360
see in the zoo. I'm going to get flak for

685
00:35:27.400 --> 00:35:29.400
that question, but I'm just going to ask it.

686
00:35:31.440 --> 00:35:34.599
No, Now, this thing didn't look like that. I mean,

687
00:35:34.599 --> 00:35:36.639
I guess there were some similarities, but.

688
00:35:36.800 --> 00:35:39.239
No, No, I would never go to a zoo and

689
00:35:39.280 --> 00:35:43.400
think a gobrilla look like a big foot or a chimp.

690
00:35:44.440 --> 00:35:46.920
It's no, or like an orangutan.

691
00:35:47.360 --> 00:35:47.599
I'm not.

692
00:35:47.719 --> 00:35:48.920
I'm not going to sit here and say that they

693
00:35:48.960 --> 00:35:52.400
all look the same. You know, I don't who knows that? No?

694
00:35:55.320 --> 00:35:58.320
But no, I wouldn't mistaken a gorilla or a chimp

695
00:35:58.360 --> 00:35:59.639
for it.

696
00:35:59.320 --> 00:36:01.800
It sounds like you saw them move a bit. Was

697
00:36:01.840 --> 00:36:05.920
there anything about the way that they moved that was weird,

698
00:36:05.960 --> 00:36:09.559
like the way that they were running or walking, anything

699
00:36:09.679 --> 00:36:11.199
out of the ordinary about their gait?

700
00:36:15.480 --> 00:36:18.599
From what I saw, it was I hope this is

701
00:36:18.639 --> 00:36:21.440
the right word, methodic.

702
00:36:23.440 --> 00:36:26.800
Every movement looked like it was for a reason.

703
00:36:27.840 --> 00:36:32.079
And the other crazy thing that I noticed was when

704
00:36:32.119 --> 00:36:37.039
they ran off, I didn't hear a thing, and you

705
00:36:37.079 --> 00:36:39.840
would think something that big until they got to the forest.

706
00:36:40.480 --> 00:36:44.079
That's when I heard them crashing through trees. Before that,

707
00:36:44.119 --> 00:36:46.280
when they were running through the field, I didn't hear anything.

708
00:36:46.679 --> 00:36:51.199
It was almost like they were running in silent mode.

709
00:36:51.400 --> 00:36:55.440
And that I couldn't explain that because well, like I said,

710
00:36:55.440 --> 00:36:56.599
as big as these things.

711
00:36:56.400 --> 00:36:59.039
Were, if they were running, you would think you would

712
00:36:59.079 --> 00:37:00.880
hear it. And it was like.

713
00:37:00.880 --> 00:37:03.320
Almost somehow they were running in a way that they

714
00:37:03.360 --> 00:37:09.320
weren't making sound, which really creeped me out when I

715
00:37:09.800 --> 00:37:12.159
thought about it. You know that the longer time goes on,

716
00:37:12.320 --> 00:37:15.320
you start thinking about stuff and you start analyzing things

717
00:37:15.320 --> 00:37:20.440
a little differently. And the more I put the details together,

718
00:37:20.480 --> 00:37:24.920
the more it creeps me out because the fact one

719
00:37:24.960 --> 00:37:26.719
of these things could want and not make a noise.

720
00:37:27.000 --> 00:37:28.360
I mean, you could be in the middle of the forest,

721
00:37:28.360 --> 00:37:29.960
one of these things will sneak up on you know

722
00:37:30.039 --> 00:37:36.400
it's there. Yeah, and the fact something that big can

723
00:37:36.480 --> 00:37:38.480
do that is crazy.

724
00:37:40.639 --> 00:37:44.840
It is wild. So you having no introduction to bigfoot

725
00:37:44.880 --> 00:37:48.400
before this, did you have anything in your mind then

726
00:37:48.719 --> 00:37:51.760
that told you, Okay, what am I looking at right now?

727
00:37:51.880 --> 00:37:54.199
Or you were just you had no idea what you

728
00:37:54.239 --> 00:37:54.840
were looking at.

729
00:37:55.719 --> 00:37:57.679
I didn't know. I had not a clue. To me,

730
00:37:57.760 --> 00:38:00.280
it was like a monster. That was how my was

731
00:38:00.320 --> 00:38:01.920
reasoning it at the moment. It was like a real

732
00:38:01.920 --> 00:38:05.880
life monster. It was like something out of a Stephen

733
00:38:05.960 --> 00:38:08.199
King Nobles Stephen King novel had come to life.

734
00:38:09.480 --> 00:38:14.000
You've already mentioned that you do have nightmares about this,

735
00:38:15.320 --> 00:38:18.199
and so that was I'm going to guess, I mean,

736
00:38:18.719 --> 00:38:21.000
what's been going on for like twenty years?

737
00:38:21.519 --> 00:38:23.079
Yeah, it's been a while, Okay.

738
00:38:23.440 --> 00:38:26.559
Is it just a replaying of the events. Usually when

739
00:38:26.559 --> 00:38:27.519
you have those.

740
00:38:28.679 --> 00:38:34.039
Sometimes I am back in that scenario. Other times it's

741
00:38:34.079 --> 00:38:38.199
something completely different. But I am in the woods and

742
00:38:38.480 --> 00:38:41.119
I know something is coming, and I could hear it,

743
00:38:41.800 --> 00:38:45.000
and I know what it is, and I'm panicking the

744
00:38:45.000 --> 00:38:47.599
whole dream and then it's almost like, right before I

745
00:38:47.639 --> 00:38:48.440
see it, I wake up.

746
00:38:50.639 --> 00:38:55.639
Do they ever talk to in the dreams or anything

747
00:38:55.679 --> 00:38:56.039
like that?

748
00:38:57.320 --> 00:39:00.000
Every once in a while, I'll hear that one word.

749
00:39:00.239 --> 00:39:03.840
That I mentioned to you, the word of Koch, yeah,

750
00:39:05.719 --> 00:39:08.840
or something like that. It was the fact that it

751
00:39:08.920 --> 00:39:13.719
talked was just weird because of how deep it was.

752
00:39:14.079 --> 00:39:16.360
It wasn't like me and you talking right now, right,

753
00:39:17.159 --> 00:39:19.119
so it had so much basse in its voice.

754
00:39:21.320 --> 00:39:24.400
Have you ever looked into what that word might mean?

755
00:39:25.920 --> 00:39:27.639
No, I don't. I'm not even sure it's a real,

756
00:39:27.880 --> 00:39:28.679
real word.

757
00:39:31.920 --> 00:39:34.920
It is. I can tell you it's a real word,

758
00:39:35.079 --> 00:39:38.679
religious word. The Book of Enoch has to do with

759
00:39:39.239 --> 00:39:44.079
it's one of the books that weren't put into the

760
00:39:44.119 --> 00:39:47.960
canon of the Bible, and it has to do with

761
00:39:48.199 --> 00:39:52.440
things like the Nephilum, which is like, you know, the

762
00:39:52.519 --> 00:39:56.440
giants you may have heard of, and some people think

763
00:39:56.480 --> 00:40:01.400
that those are related to Bigfoot. But it's it's very

764
00:40:01.639 --> 00:40:06.960
very interesting that that's excuse me, the one word that

765
00:40:07.039 --> 00:40:09.039
they said. It's going to take me a while to

766
00:40:09.079 --> 00:40:11.880
process that. For sure. I'm very familiar with that area

767
00:40:12.320 --> 00:40:17.199
since my grandparents lived in Great Bearrington, so I spent

768
00:40:19.079 --> 00:40:21.639
it is beautiful area. I was not in to bigfoot

769
00:40:21.639 --> 00:40:23.599
at the time because I was a little kid, but

770
00:40:23.840 --> 00:40:27.239
I'm very familiar with the Great Bearrington area. My father

771
00:40:27.280 --> 00:40:32.400
grew up there. Western Massachusetts is extremely wild, and I

772
00:40:32.440 --> 00:40:34.800
have no doubt in my mind that there are bigfoot

773
00:40:34.920 --> 00:40:40.599
in western Massachusetts, especially around that area. I'm pretty sure

774
00:40:40.639 --> 00:40:46.320
I'm aware of which that Bear Mountain area. There's a

775
00:40:46.360 --> 00:40:51.320
few different places it might be, but man, I was

776
00:40:51.400 --> 00:40:53.760
just just imagining the woods out there. You know that

777
00:40:54.039 --> 00:40:58.199
the phrase is that there will be dragons out in

778
00:40:58.199 --> 00:41:01.880
western Massachusetts because it is wild out there. You know,

779
00:41:01.920 --> 00:41:05.880
Massachusetts is not just Boston. It is you get out.

780
00:41:05.800 --> 00:41:08.559
That's kind of place you want to be at at

781
00:41:08.639 --> 00:41:09.519
night with no flash.

782
00:41:09.880 --> 00:41:12.400
I remember that one of the first times I ventured

783
00:41:12.480 --> 00:41:13.920
up that far as a kid, That's when I found

784
00:41:13.960 --> 00:41:15.239
out what true darkness was.

785
00:41:15.440 --> 00:41:21.679
Absolutely absolutely And you know, we went hiking in an area.

786
00:41:22.199 --> 00:41:24.199
We went camping out in this meadow and we were

787
00:41:24.280 --> 00:41:25.920
just camping in the middle of this meadow and one

788
00:41:26.000 --> 00:41:29.519
night we had a pack of coyotes just like run

789
00:41:29.519 --> 00:41:32.000
through the middle of the field, jump over people sleeping bags,

790
00:41:32.079 --> 00:41:34.159
like it's a wild place out there. Have you ever

791
00:41:34.199 --> 00:41:37.199
done any research to see if there are any other

792
00:41:37.639 --> 00:41:42.280
incidents that happened in that same area Bigfoot related?

793
00:41:44.320 --> 00:41:45.119
I've browsed.

794
00:41:45.440 --> 00:41:48.039
The problem is I couldn't figure out how to use

795
00:41:48.079 --> 00:41:51.519
some of the maps. There's one and I stumbled the

796
00:41:51.519 --> 00:41:52.679
course that was like white or.

797
00:41:52.639 --> 00:41:53.239
Something like that.

798
00:41:53.480 --> 00:41:55.360
But I think those settings were only limited to like

799
00:41:55.400 --> 00:41:57.119
the middle like Texas.

800
00:41:57.400 --> 00:41:59.840
Yeah, they're going to be more Oklahoma and Texas. Yep.

801
00:42:00.679 --> 00:42:03.599
I come across a couple of years ago this one

802
00:42:03.679 --> 00:42:06.840
map that gave so many sightings. I can't find it again,

803
00:42:08.079 --> 00:42:11.760
but it had a lot in the northeast area, and

804
00:42:13.000 --> 00:42:14.679
I remember trying to look one night and it was

805
00:42:14.719 --> 00:42:17.760
like really fidgety, so it crashed a lot and I

806
00:42:18.000 --> 00:42:19.320
had kind of given up on it, and then I

807
00:42:19.360 --> 00:42:20.159
went to find it again.

808
00:42:20.280 --> 00:42:20.760
It was gone.

809
00:42:23.280 --> 00:42:26.480
But it looked like you know that one pitchure floating

810
00:42:26.480 --> 00:42:29.719
around that shows the sightings and it's like the whole

811
00:42:29.800 --> 00:42:34.199
United States. Yeah, it looked like in the aspect of

812
00:42:34.239 --> 00:42:37.519
the markers that they used the little Bigfoot. That's what

813
00:42:37.559 --> 00:42:39.360
it exactly looked like on that map that I pulled

814
00:42:39.440 --> 00:42:41.920
up that night, except it was virtual and you consuming

815
00:42:42.280 --> 00:42:43.599
places and see the reports.

816
00:42:45.239 --> 00:42:47.360
One you could look up that would be really similar

817
00:42:47.480 --> 00:42:49.360
to that, and that's really good is if you've got

818
00:42:49.360 --> 00:42:53.360
a bigfootmap dot com. It's Bigfoot Mapping project and it

819
00:42:54.480 --> 00:42:58.800
takes data from all different parts of places, and it's

820
00:42:59.440 --> 00:43:02.559
that would give view the info that you'd be looking for.

821
00:43:02.559 --> 00:43:03.000
For sure.

822
00:43:03.440 --> 00:43:05.039
I'm not going to lie for a while. I'm too

823
00:43:05.079 --> 00:43:05.679
scared to look.

824
00:43:05.920 --> 00:43:07.119
Yeah, no, I bet.

825
00:43:07.239 --> 00:43:10.719
I mean when you bring these feelings back out in

826
00:43:10.760 --> 00:43:14.039
yourself and it's hard to deal with it, really is.

827
00:43:14.880 --> 00:43:16.079
I don't, like I said, I'm not the type of

828
00:43:16.079 --> 00:43:17.519
person likes feeling that way.

829
00:43:17.719 --> 00:43:22.800
So and never it feels like you've never been drawn

830
00:43:22.920 --> 00:43:25.440
to go back to that place. Ever, it's that's a

831
00:43:26.559 --> 00:43:28.440
never go back there of me.

832
00:43:28.480 --> 00:43:36.039
Wants to the common sense start of me not so much. Yeah,

833
00:43:37.000 --> 00:43:38.719
I mean, you just wait until you find out where

834
00:43:38.719 --> 00:43:40.719
I live here. In a minute, you have heard of

835
00:43:40.760 --> 00:43:41.280
a yuori?

836
00:43:42.599 --> 00:43:45.599
You live in North Carolina? Oh, sorry's okay. You live

837
00:43:45.639 --> 00:43:47.559
in the you Are National Forest.

838
00:43:47.679 --> 00:43:48.519
Ten minutes above it.

839
00:43:48.639 --> 00:43:53.559
Holy mackerel, dude, O my goodness, oh my goodness, did

840
00:43:53.599 --> 00:43:56.000
you know about it when you moved there.

841
00:43:56.280 --> 00:43:57.199
After we moved here?

842
00:43:57.400 --> 00:44:02.800
Holy mackerel, you moved right into the middle of the fire. Like.

843
00:44:02.960 --> 00:44:07.320
One of the craziest areas for Bigfoot sightings North Carolina

844
00:44:07.480 --> 00:44:09.440
is nuts in that area.

845
00:44:09.800 --> 00:44:14.880
Oh my god, the Devil's tramping grounds. No, you go

846
00:44:14.920 --> 00:44:17.760
look that up after we get off this. Okay, you're

847
00:44:17.760 --> 00:44:19.079
gonna you're gonna have your mind blown.

848
00:44:19.480 --> 00:44:26.320
Really yeah, I will definitely let me make a note

849
00:44:26.360 --> 00:44:27.199
of that real quick.

850
00:44:27.360 --> 00:44:30.760
But you ever are out this way, there's a because

851
00:44:30.800 --> 00:44:32.719
the name of the road, but the rust stop is

852
00:44:32.760 --> 00:44:36.280
called El Dorado, yep, And it's right in the middle

853
00:44:36.320 --> 00:44:38.440
of you are a national forest and the entire store

854
00:44:38.519 --> 00:44:40.920
is dedicated to Bigfoot exactly.

855
00:44:41.360 --> 00:44:44.280
Yeah. I've talked to a few at least one person

856
00:44:44.360 --> 00:44:47.559
that lives in the middle of that forest, and they were,

857
00:44:48.000 --> 00:44:53.639
I mean, their house was being just attacked by some creature,

858
00:44:53.719 --> 00:44:57.239
which they feel is bigfoot is because they were pretty

859
00:44:57.320 --> 00:45:01.199
much doing land landscaping on their proper. But so you

860
00:45:01.280 --> 00:45:03.599
live a few minutes away from there, that's wild. Have

861
00:45:03.719 --> 00:45:06.920
you ever gone to the forest, done any hiking in there?

862
00:45:07.880 --> 00:45:11.079
Not yet? Okay, Yeah, it's going to take some courage

863
00:45:11.079 --> 00:45:12.159
to must throw up for that one.

864
00:45:12.199 --> 00:45:14.599
But I mean I can't say that the whole area

865
00:45:14.880 --> 00:45:18.320
you know, write it off because they have off road

866
00:45:18.360 --> 00:45:22.280
trails there, they have really nice cabins for camping, and

867
00:45:22.360 --> 00:45:24.480
then there's bed and lake that you could just go

868
00:45:24.519 --> 00:45:25.679
pull your RV right up.

869
00:45:25.559 --> 00:45:26.079
Next to it.

870
00:45:26.639 --> 00:45:29.400
Big for Society, who will be right back after these messages,

871
00:45:45.400 --> 00:45:46.400
m I.

872
00:45:46.320 --> 00:45:48.119
Mean, I would be stupid to not use that just

873
00:45:48.159 --> 00:45:50.400
because you know what happened.

874
00:45:50.760 --> 00:45:53.199
And you know, I got two kids now that are

875
00:45:53.199 --> 00:45:54.880
going to want to experience all that stuff. You know,

876
00:45:55.159 --> 00:45:57.880
I'm not going to keep them inside and not let

877
00:45:57.960 --> 00:46:01.639
me go experience nature because something happened to me.

878
00:46:01.880 --> 00:46:06.639
You know exactly. Yeah, that's not the only thing that

879
00:46:06.679 --> 00:46:09.519
you've had happened to you, Big for related.

880
00:46:10.360 --> 00:46:18.239
Yeah, So that was last year, before the birth of

881
00:46:18.320 --> 00:46:22.639
my second son. We went out to Tennessee to stay

882
00:46:22.679 --> 00:46:26.320
up in the mountains to go see Dolly World. And

883
00:46:26.559 --> 00:46:28.480
you know, that whole area down there is just a

884
00:46:28.559 --> 00:46:32.519
tourist trap. So you know, my wife couldn't do much

885
00:46:32.519 --> 00:46:34.119
because she was two months away from give them birth.

886
00:46:34.519 --> 00:46:36.840
So we found this nice cabin in the woods, the

887
00:46:36.840 --> 00:46:38.280
one that I had sent you.

888
00:46:39.159 --> 00:46:39.639
And.

889
00:46:41.079 --> 00:46:44.400
I remember when we got there that night, I had

890
00:46:44.400 --> 00:46:48.639
that feeling again and it was I chrucked it up

891
00:46:48.719 --> 00:46:51.000
to this is just the first time I've been in

892
00:46:51.039 --> 00:46:53.159
that remote of an area in a very long time.

893
00:46:53.199 --> 00:46:55.480
So it was my nerves playing with me. Now this

894
00:46:55.519 --> 00:46:58.960
one isn't as isn't as exciting as the previous one.

895
00:47:00.079 --> 00:47:03.519
More it's scary. But I remember my father in law

896
00:47:03.960 --> 00:47:06.719
went out to smoke his cigar that night and he

897
00:47:06.760 --> 00:47:08.519
came in and he said he saw something staring at

898
00:47:08.559 --> 00:47:09.800
him from the woods.

899
00:47:11.119 --> 00:47:11.719
And what a matter of.

900
00:47:11.679 --> 00:47:13.239
Fact, it was like, you got to be fitting me,

901
00:47:13.559 --> 00:47:16.360
you know, please don't tell me that that's happening again.

902
00:47:17.000 --> 00:47:19.960
So I just didn't want to I didn't want to know.

903
00:47:20.280 --> 00:47:23.079
I didn't want to know. So I went to bed

904
00:47:23.119 --> 00:47:25.760
that night with my wife, my kid. I was just

905
00:47:25.800 --> 00:47:28.639
you know, focused on, you know, having a smooth night

906
00:47:28.679 --> 00:47:32.280
because it was our first night there at two am.

907
00:47:32.719 --> 00:47:35.119
So the way this house was set up was it

908
00:47:35.159 --> 00:47:39.159
was like three stories. We were the bottom bedroom on

909
00:47:39.239 --> 00:47:41.679
the bottom floor of the house, which is pretty much

910
00:47:41.719 --> 00:47:45.519
even with the mountain, and there's this deck that comes out,

911
00:47:45.599 --> 00:47:49.119
but after the deck there's probably like a twenty foot

912
00:47:49.199 --> 00:47:53.000
drop that goes off, and then there's another level that

913
00:47:53.119 --> 00:47:58.519
had a hot tub and a swing that was a

914
00:47:58.559 --> 00:48:02.559
Western style horse, and then there was another story on

915
00:48:02.639 --> 00:48:03.119
top of that.

916
00:48:05.199 --> 00:48:11.719
At two am, I heard the most terrifying roar ever.

917
00:48:14.000 --> 00:48:16.199
That it woke me out of a dead sleep, and

918
00:48:17.360 --> 00:48:20.079
followed by that it felt like somebody pulled the side of.

919
00:48:20.079 --> 00:48:20.639
The house off.

920
00:48:22.679 --> 00:48:27.400
Shortly after that, it sounded like something was thrown through

921
00:48:27.440 --> 00:48:33.880
the woods. So my father and Lloyd being he's next marine,

922
00:48:34.119 --> 00:48:38.639
so he's something is going on. He's going to go

923
00:48:38.679 --> 00:48:44.480
investigate it. Something ripped the swing and these were still

924
00:48:44.559 --> 00:48:48.000
change that were bolted into the beams of the house.

925
00:48:48.840 --> 00:48:53.679
Something ripped the horse saddle off the house and threw

926
00:48:53.719 --> 00:48:58.440
it about eighty yards into the woods. And I knew

927
00:48:58.440 --> 00:49:02.760
the sound once it it yelled or whatever they did,

928
00:49:03.480 --> 00:49:05.000
I knew the sound and I knew what it was.

929
00:49:06.159 --> 00:49:08.639
And I probably sat there in bed for about ten minutes,

930
00:49:08.760 --> 00:49:11.280
just unable to move because I knew what was happening.

931
00:49:12.079 --> 00:49:14.840
And then I heard a whole bunch of promotion upstairs,

932
00:49:15.519 --> 00:49:18.000
and my stepdad was screaming, and my stepdad, my father

933
00:49:18.119 --> 00:49:21.920
in law, was screaming, and I knew what was going on,

934
00:49:22.960 --> 00:49:27.159
and I felt bad because I just went into that

935
00:49:28.199 --> 00:49:31.119
pann next state. But my wife was trying to figure

936
00:49:31.119 --> 00:49:31.800
out what was happening.

937
00:49:31.800 --> 00:49:32.559
And I couldn't even.

938
00:49:32.440 --> 00:49:35.400
Answer her, and then my kid was crying because it

939
00:49:35.440 --> 00:49:36.679
will come up and I'm not kidding it.

940
00:49:36.599 --> 00:49:39.519
It sound like sat because decided the house would pulled off.

941
00:49:41.800 --> 00:49:43.800
And I don't know what set it off. I don't

942
00:49:43.840 --> 00:49:46.119
know what set it off. I guess we just pissed

943
00:49:46.119 --> 00:49:48.639
it off somehow. But you know, this was near B

944
00:49:48.760 --> 00:49:52.599
and B, so we had a lot to know what

945
00:49:52.639 --> 00:49:54.800
happened because they were going to come back the next

946
00:49:54.800 --> 00:49:55.079
thing to.

947
00:49:55.079 --> 00:49:58.119
Be like, what the what'd you guys? Do you know?

948
00:49:58.400 --> 00:50:00.920
So my father in law told him to tell him

949
00:50:01.079 --> 00:50:03.599
something happened. Something came and ripped a horse thing off,

950
00:50:05.440 --> 00:50:08.920
And this guy was way too cool about it, way

951
00:50:08.960 --> 00:50:11.840
too cool about it. Didn't blame us for it, didn't

952
00:50:11.880 --> 00:50:13.320
say oh, well, you're gonna have to pay for that.

953
00:50:13.880 --> 00:50:15.840
He just said I'm sorry that happened. And that was

954
00:50:15.880 --> 00:50:16.800
the end of the conversation.

955
00:50:20.159 --> 00:50:21.800
That was it. That was it.

956
00:50:22.039 --> 00:50:24.760
Thankfully, nothing else happened the rest of the trip. But

957
00:50:24.880 --> 00:50:27.199
I don't know why it picked our cabin that night.

958
00:50:27.719 --> 00:50:30.719
I don't know what set it off, but something pissed

959
00:50:30.719 --> 00:50:32.440
it off so bad that it ripped that thing out

960
00:50:32.480 --> 00:50:36.320
like it was a toy, and they found it. I

961
00:50:36.320 --> 00:50:38.880
mean they found the chains and it like wrapped up

962
00:50:38.880 --> 00:50:42.639
all around the saddle and it was probably about eighty

963
00:50:42.760 --> 00:50:47.360
artist too. It wasn't liked it was not like anything

964
00:50:47.400 --> 00:50:53.239
that could throw that thing that far. That's it's it's terrifying.

965
00:50:53.599 --> 00:50:55.920
It really is just just the raw strength that these

966
00:50:55.960 --> 00:50:57.840
things have scares me. And I think that's what what

967
00:50:57.960 --> 00:51:00.159
scares me A happened the most, is that if you

968
00:51:00.199 --> 00:51:02.079
ever come up against one that's pissed off like.

969
00:51:01.960 --> 00:51:05.199
That, what are you gonna do?

970
00:51:08.159 --> 00:51:10.599
You ain't gonna be quick enough to do whatever you

971
00:51:10.639 --> 00:51:12.760
need to do. If it's close enough to you, You're done.

972
00:51:13.599 --> 00:51:16.519
That's game over right there. And I think that's what

973
00:51:16.599 --> 00:51:21.320
scares me the most, you know, and that's something could

974
00:51:21.360 --> 00:51:23.559
have you that powerless.

975
00:51:23.599 --> 00:51:37.199
And was that around like the Seaverville Pigeon Forage area, Yeah, Severvilleville.

976
00:51:37.800 --> 00:51:43.880
Really I knew it, dude, yep, because because I've had

977
00:51:43.960 --> 00:51:53.880
another report similar setup Airbnb log cabin type deal. I

978
00:51:53.920 --> 00:51:56.159
just I just had a feeling, dude, Wow. That is

979
00:51:56.360 --> 00:52:00.400
the crazy thing is that he's like he's pretty much like,

980
00:52:00.440 --> 00:52:01.360
oh happened again.

981
00:52:02.360 --> 00:52:05.280
Yeah, that was basically it. That was basically it.

982
00:52:05.400 --> 00:52:07.679
That's that's the gist that I got from, you know,

983
00:52:08.239 --> 00:52:10.360
my father, and I'll called him expecting to be yelled at,

984
00:52:10.360 --> 00:52:11.239
and he was gonna.

985
00:52:11.000 --> 00:52:12.400
Have to argue with him that he didn't do it.

986
00:52:12.719 --> 00:52:19.039
And this guy was just like a.

987
00:52:16.760 --> 00:52:21.800
Sh I'll tell you what. That area of Tennessee some

988
00:52:21.880 --> 00:52:25.960
wild stuff that goes on in that area and more

989
00:52:26.000 --> 00:52:27.519
than more than bigfoot too.

990
00:52:30.360 --> 00:52:32.800
They call them the ridgewalkers mm hmm.

991
00:52:35.079 --> 00:52:37.239
And I mean that that's pretty much what they're doing.

992
00:52:37.280 --> 00:52:40.639
I mean, there's no flat land over there. It's a disaster.

993
00:52:42.159 --> 00:52:45.000
I mean, living up there, he you know, it's I

994
00:52:45.039 --> 00:52:46.800
don't know how people do it. I mean it's beautiful,

995
00:52:46.800 --> 00:52:50.199
don't get me wrong, but I prefer flat land.

996
00:52:51.159 --> 00:52:57.000
Yeah, it should come out to Iowa. It's pretty flat

997
00:52:57.039 --> 00:52:57.400
out here.

998
00:52:59.119 --> 00:52:59.320
Yeah.

999
00:53:01.800 --> 00:53:07.559
Oh that's wild tj MA. Dude, you have gone to

1000
00:53:07.760 --> 00:53:11.719
some wild, wild stuff and like you know, I'm not

1001
00:53:11.719 --> 00:53:15.880
gonna lie to you. Like being in North Carolina, there's

1002
00:53:15.920 --> 00:53:18.719
a chance, you know, there could be other stuff that

1003
00:53:18.800 --> 00:53:23.199
happens too. But I mean it sounds like you kind

1004
00:53:23.199 --> 00:53:25.280
of you got to handle on it. You know, it's

1005
00:53:25.320 --> 00:53:27.599
it's not gonna this isn't going to ruin your life,

1006
00:53:27.639 --> 00:53:27.920
you know.

1007
00:53:28.800 --> 00:53:30.360
No, no, I mean.

1008
00:53:32.360 --> 00:53:34.719
I've I've been through quite a bit aside from that,

1009
00:53:34.920 --> 00:53:38.840
So it's you know, you can't look in truly the

1010
00:53:38.920 --> 00:53:41.360
funny one have, you know, Like short as it is,

1011
00:53:42.239 --> 00:53:43.400
it's more just less.

1012
00:53:44.119 --> 00:53:46.679
This is me off that I don't know what's out

1013
00:53:46.719 --> 00:53:49.480
there just from the reading that I've done over the years.

1014
00:53:49.480 --> 00:53:52.320
They don't these things are out there. I'm not telling anybody,

1015
00:53:52.760 --> 00:53:55.519
the government, you.

1016
00:53:55.480 --> 00:53:58.679
Know, whoever it is that's in charge of these decisions, right,

1017
00:54:01.679 --> 00:54:04.360
I mean, I don't buy the whole wall. If we

1018
00:54:04.440 --> 00:54:08.079
tell them, then people are going to stop going to parks,

1019
00:54:08.360 --> 00:54:11.559
Like really, yeah, this is America. You really think people

1020
00:54:11.599 --> 00:54:13.559
are just gonna stop because they know there's something crazy

1021
00:54:13.559 --> 00:54:16.119
in the woods. They go to Yellowstone knowing that a

1022
00:54:16.159 --> 00:54:18.960
grizzly bear could walk by and eat their face off. Absolutely,

1023
00:54:19.639 --> 00:54:22.000
if that's not stopping anybody, I doubt something like that

1024
00:54:22.119 --> 00:54:25.320
is going to prevent anybody from going out and enjoying nature,

1025
00:54:25.920 --> 00:54:26.920
you know, although.

1026
00:54:26.559 --> 00:54:29.159
It sometimes does.

1027
00:54:29.760 --> 00:54:32.360
But that's for the unlucky schmucks like me that have

1028
00:54:32.440 --> 00:54:36.159
to have a face to face and count with them.

1029
00:54:36.280 --> 00:54:37.239
Man, that's wild.

1030
00:54:38.440 --> 00:54:38.920
Yeah, And.

1031
00:54:41.519 --> 00:54:43.440
I don't know, you know, I try and rationalize why

1032
00:54:43.480 --> 00:54:46.199
it happened, but there there's no rationale. There's just wrong place,

1033
00:54:46.239 --> 00:54:48.840
wrong time. That's really what it comes down to, at

1034
00:54:48.920 --> 00:54:52.920
least I think, you know, I've read a lot of

1035
00:54:52.920 --> 00:54:55.599
opinions that they choose to reveal themselves too. I don't

1036
00:54:55.599 --> 00:55:00.360
know if that's true. You know, I am a nature person.

1037
00:55:00.480 --> 00:55:02.239
I don't hunt or anything like that, not that I'm

1038
00:55:02.239 --> 00:55:04.920
against it. You know, if you're hunting for food and

1039
00:55:05.000 --> 00:55:07.719
stuff like that, then you're doing the right thing, right,

1040
00:55:08.920 --> 00:55:10.519
But that's not me. I've never been able to do it.

1041
00:55:10.559 --> 00:55:12.840
I just don't have the heart for it, you know.

1042
00:55:14.880 --> 00:55:15.519
So I don't know.

1043
00:55:16.119 --> 00:55:18.119
Maybe it's that is true.

1044
00:55:18.159 --> 00:55:22.119
Maybe they since the calm demeanor and people that who

1045
00:55:22.199 --> 00:55:25.599
is who isn't safe.

1046
00:55:25.079 --> 00:55:29.480
I believe I believe you probably are onto something there.

1047
00:55:30.760 --> 00:55:35.519
That's something I've been thinking through and I yeah, it's

1048
00:55:35.960 --> 00:55:38.800
that's a whole different discussion for sure, but I think

1049
00:55:38.800 --> 00:55:42.639
you might be onto something there. TJ. I want to

1050
00:55:42.679 --> 00:55:46.559
say thank you for discussing, for talking about this with me.

1051
00:55:47.119 --> 00:55:50.639
You know, I've tried for years to growing up in

1052
00:55:50.679 --> 00:55:56.760
Massachusetts like I get it because one New England people

1053
00:55:58.039 --> 00:56:01.039
New Englanders don't don't active if they don't know you

1054
00:56:01.320 --> 00:56:05.639
and especially about weird stuff. I get that because that's

1055
00:56:05.679 --> 00:56:09.519
where I grew up in western Massachusetts. So but I've

1056
00:56:09.519 --> 00:56:13.239
been trying for years to talk to someone and you're

1057
00:56:13.280 --> 00:56:15.960
one of the only people that have reached out. So

1058
00:56:16.000 --> 00:56:19.119
thank you for being so open to share what you

1059
00:56:19.159 --> 00:56:22.880
shared in that area problem and it has been it's

1060
00:56:22.880 --> 00:56:26.519
been fun talking to you about it's been on, it's

1061
00:56:26.559 --> 00:56:30.199
been on lightening talking to you. I should say that instead,

1062
00:56:30.800 --> 00:56:35.840
thank you for sharing that whole area Tennessee is is

1063
00:56:35.920 --> 00:56:38.559
weird as well. I think there's more to come out

1064
00:56:38.559 --> 00:56:42.360
of that from other listeners, but we did talk earlier

1065
00:56:42.440 --> 00:56:46.639
that you're up for. There's a new thing that I'm

1066
00:56:46.920 --> 00:56:53.239
trying for the Patreon and the YouTube channel members trying

1067
00:56:53.280 --> 00:56:54.920
to come up with a name for. I think maybe

1068
00:56:54.960 --> 00:56:59.599
Strange Days. But pretty much, we have a conversation about

1069
00:57:00.119 --> 00:57:03.679
weird stuff that you may have experienced that's not Bigfoot related,

1070
00:57:03.800 --> 00:57:06.159
and I've done it a few times. It's led to

1071
00:57:06.199 --> 00:57:09.719
some really interesting conversations. So if you want to check

1072
00:57:09.719 --> 00:57:12.599
that out, you can become a Patreon. The links will

1073
00:57:12.639 --> 00:57:14.800
be at the description. But yeah, I think we're going

1074
00:57:14.880 --> 00:57:17.079
to have a chat. I got a few questions to

1075
00:57:17.719 --> 00:57:19.360
ask you about that, but I just want to say

1076
00:57:19.400 --> 00:57:21.880
thank you so much for coming on tj oh.

1077
00:57:21.800 --> 00:57:23.960
No problem man anytime. I appreciate you having me.

1078
