"Everyone around here sees the Villanous Gate"

His name is John, and he has a very interesting encounter story. I think we're just gonna let him kind of an unveil bill that because it sounds very interesting with John, how are you doing tonight? I'm doing fantastic. How about yourself, I'm doing great. It's been it's been a long time coming chatting with you. We've been working on it for a while, but I'm excited to chat with you about this. Yeah, indeed, indeed, well let me take the picture for everyone. So we're this

1:30 happened in Tows Canyon. Tows Canyon is a twenty one mile stretch of switchbacks and a very dark canyon between angel Fire and TOAs if you were to look at at Tows or angel Fire. Excuse me, we kind of shit. It's kind of like we're it's like a big old shift gold but made out of mountains. We have a lot of We have wild turkey. We have Bear Mount Lang I mean June, we had it. Even a wild turkeys. They're as big as uh like a kitchen trash camp. I mean they're they're huge. We have milk and you know, uh, mule deer and all kinds of stuff like that right around. But anyways, I've been here for about let's say a year and a half, and like my first week here after coming, I moved up here from Austin, relocated. And the very first week that I was here, we had a call them kids, a couple of my younger cookser whatnot. They were telling me about a creature that is called the villainists Gates and I have never heard of this creature before.

2:53 She's like, yeah, yeah, So you know, I'm I'm out there on the on my balcony and I'm you know, watching the Barris Go bar whatnot, and I see this just black feature sharing at me from across the meadows or whatnot. I'm like, whoa, what do you mean we're going on? We're talking about it. We're talking about dog mad And I'd always been interested in Bigfoot. So she's like, no, it's not bigfoot. It's definitely not adult man. And then one of her, her current roommate, Lucas, She's like, nah, it's definitely not a dog man. I mean, I've got this dog man up here where we are.

3:36 The elevation here is we advertise it at eighty six hundred feet where Lucas lives. He lays at about eleven thousand feet and so, and the backside of his parents properly without you can clearly see Colorado from here. I mean, we're just we're just like a swing throwaways, so so over there, it's like it's barely any stretched soil. I mean, it's like like raw and brand new. So he was very certain about his deciding there after I was here for about i'd say about a month. I'm driving away from work and uh, you know, it's a little winey road. You're kind of cutting through the golf course to get out of here, and I'm seeing something out of the out of the corner of my eye and it's a U and it was tall and it was black and it had like an amber looking eyeball And okay, hold on, do you know those you know, the traffic signs that you know with a pedestrian crossing and whatnot. Okay, all right, So if you could imagine that sticker, that tradition that's in that that's in

5:10 that science, if he were to come off of that time and he just has one dimension, so there's no it's just a kind of like a flat man, so there's no girth to him. Okay. Anyway, so there's I'm driving down the cannon and it's very dark. What we like to do here. What I found out is that usually you want to get you want to trail someone to kind of share the life because you can you can hit just about anything going through there. So it's already ah. I guess this happened about maybe about two months ago, so we have a you know all that the deer are having little babies running around, and so we're driving through your cannon. I'm just naturally cautious anyways, So we're sharing the light.

6:11 I'm already I'm zipping through, and I'm going faster than than I should. I think the speed limbits like forty miles per hour or whatever. We're both falling ass made about fifty or sixty going through there, and we pass up a little family of some years. And so usually, like the the females, they all hang out together, and then the books, I'll hang out together, and so this one just happened to be a whole bunch of females and their little babies. So we're coming through the canyon and I'm a little bit closer tee hand than I should be, and all of a sudden, the gentleman in front of me stwerves real quick, and I'm thinking, okay, we're going to run up on some deer. Ever, so I'm following his work. I might be maybe two car nates behind him, so we're pretty close anyway. So coming through, he makes this swerve and then I'm looking to my right just to see if I if I have. I'm already can already see the left side, let's lest side of the canyon. It's uh, when all the snow runs off, there's like a nice little stream and all that type of stuff on that left side. On the right side, it's just woods and stone, rocks and trees. Well, after he takes that swerve, I'm looking and the guys who are doing construction in the

7:46 canyon, so you have like a like brand new paint on the road, brand new, you know, from your traffic lands or whatnot. So he swerves. I follow him, and then as I look up, as I'm looking out at the road or whatever, I see this black figure with one foot on that on that traffic the the white liner went and I'm like, what the heck is this? But I'm staring at him. He sit there guy front me. He slammed on his brakes. I'm slamming on line and from his oh gosh, he looks like Okay, that same sick guy that's on the traffic step side or whatever, but shaped like a newbis and he's got twelve feet tall. Easily his arms went all the way down to to what I would say work would be his ankles, and the hands it looks like maybe I couldn't they say if they're fingers or if they're calls. But there was just like one continuous h can't I guess you could say, one dimential And with that big old that same old bit ambra that I saw before

9:20 and the guy booth, we both stopped so we should swam on the brakes. We both stopped eighty about another fifty fifty yards ahead of this guy, and we're jumping out of the car. And the first thing that we're asking did you just see what I just saw? Did you see that? And it was just it was just a dangerous thing, and it was I know sometimes people give descriptions of of like a creditor or like or maybe have a big foot and cloak or something like that, but this creature was it's like, I guess what I described described it to the very next day as a as like black hole black, like the darkest black that you could imagine seeing.

10:18 You could see the outline and it was almost as if you could see through the blackness, if that makes any sense. So it was just straight black. You couldn't I couldn't distinguish between like a chest and a waist or anything like that. It was just just just one if there was no separation that I could see that I could see the next day, immediately I'm coming through the candid. I called my son back in Austin and I was telling him about it right away. And then the very next day, I'm coming to work. Haley Haley is here, Lucas is here, and Jamison this year and these kids they see they see this creature all the time. But anyways, I'm telling my story because I'm just really excited about it to some of the servers here. And before i can even get to the part where I'm describing this creature, Jamo Jamison walks through the door and he finishes my description to a chief to a t and then you know, we really started going nuts then because it was like it was like he was right there with me. So I don't know, I've never heard of the term filling this

11:50 gate. Hear about skin walkers. Like I said, I'm very curious as as about big Foot. A matter of fact, we had the big Foot siding in the Red River, which is about thirty minutes away from Camagil Fire, and I think that was just last year. Last year of the year before. So the guys up here, he's moving around. But what they tell me about this villain, this gate, is that because we're in what you call the enchanted circle, so it might go it might stand for about let's say a hundred round miles, you know, in the circle whatever. And what I'm told is that this villain is Gate. We don't know what it is, but and I'm assuming it's a it's male. But the creature just he just does a loop in this enchanted circle, just just walks around doing the loop. And that's really really I can tell you about that.

12:54 I say, I wish I could wish I could say that the creature had had shoes. Where there was no shoes. It was like it was just a white stick figures and uh. And I could only see like one side of his face that was revealed to me. Didn't see any teeth, didn't see any clothing. It was just a black entity. That's all I can tell you. Really, that's really interesting. Yeah, I will, I will, definitely, I'll definitely consider that. It's man, this is wild. I have a few questions for you, as you can imagine. Yeah, yeah, okay, So man, where to start? So you are in Texas?

14:18 Correct? No? I mean angel Fire, New Mexico. All right, thank you for that clarification. Perfect, So angel Fire, New Mexico. It's an area called the Enchanted Circle, one hundred miles round circle. And do you know how far back the sightings of this creature go? Uh? Jamison his uh, he was pretty much born and raised here and he's want to I want to say, he's eighteen or nineteen now, and he's been seen since since he's his youth, you know, four or five years, since he was four or five years old. So as far as uh, the the history of this creature, I couldn't. I couldn't tell you that.

15:11 I couldn't tell you that. Sure, you know, but it's not I mean, it's not like the guy. I mean, it's the damnest thing. I mean, he just sits around and he walks around a lot. We'll they're seeing the kitchen in the morning. Have you ever heard of anyone outside the restaurant having sightings of this creature, like outside of your group that's in the restaurant. Yes. So when I moved here, I had a dolt woman that happened to have he had developed cancer.

16:21 He's about thirteen, you're going on fourteen years old. And but like in Austin, you know, we would go out for you know, midnight heights and stuff like that, and we called it getting spookies. So we're doing that here. And I ran into a to a gentleman by the name of Joseph. He was a Native American, and it was like, hey, what are you doing. You know, I've got I've got I've got a machadi and uh, you know, a nice little flash side or whatever. Because I mean it was a couple of nights ago we were we were stocked by by a mountain mountain liar whatnot. So he's asking me what we're doing. I'm like, yeah, we're just going outside. We're getting We're just said to get silky around here. And he was like, he's like, sir, I would highly highly recommend that you do not do that, that you don't you try to stay inside your house after nine o'clock. And I was like why. He was like, well, because not just bare, not just couger. He said there are things out here. There are things out here, and it really took me back or whatever, but it was like it's like, yeah, he's like there's a you know if you've heard of steam walkers, and that's how the stuff and you know, and whatever you can get whatever you imagine, they're out here. And they kind of dogged on me because I used to like the where I work, we

17:56 close that at nine. Just about every store around here in Mange of our closes at nine, And I was like, what the heck is going on with this? And then it kind of when he brought that to my attention to kind of makes sense. It's like these folks are are going home and getting comfortable because you know, we're it's safe, and so it kind of made me think that that's why the city where the village Mange of Our closes that at nineteen black clockwork. I mean, it's like it's just like it's shut down. I think the population, just a general population here might be under seven hundred people. So when we're not busy during the season, you know, for bi single season or C season or whatever, it's pretty much gross out. And you know, the wildlife here is very h they're they're they're very use to humans. You know, we had a we had a saw five hundred pound bear that was just walking in the diner and just the other day, so you know, but but yeah, I had there's a war I lived in Tows. There's a telement that goes by the name of et nickname for extrats restaurant Ornot, and he's got amazing stories about big Foot,

19:30 not one man, but big Foot. So you know, it's here is pretty it's just's just pretty pretty common. I mean, if you mentioned big Foot here, no one can have got a bad an eye or even or even laugh about it. I mean it's they take it pretty serious here. So you've got big Foot in the same area whatever this villainous gate creature is and personally well, first off, has anyone ever captured a U any photos or videos or any evidence of this thing at all? Yet? Uh?

But I know we've also we'd also joked about thinking and we just need to go out there instead of trapping and chests, you see, we chest his same. But but I think I think Jameson tests Hey Sol personally, do you think that you're dealing with a skin walker or some kind of dog man? H I say, more and more inclined on the on the level of of a skin walker, not a not a dollar man for sure. And I asked that because of the time when you brought up a twelve foot tall Anubis type features, and that's that's sometimes sometimes you hear that thrown around when people talk about dog man. So that's that's the main reason why I brought that up. But yeah, I couldn't. I mean, even with that it was black girl, there was no Oh my gosh, I really can't describe. I can't articulate what I saw because I mean I didn't see I saw the shape of it that line, But as far as features like the like the muzzle or you know, any kind of

And then the one way that I could make out his hands, it's because you know how uh uh, you know how you're how you're walking and you're you know, you're dragging your you're you're flaying your arms back and forth. Well, okay, that's the only reason why I can make out that hand, because it's just happened to be away from that the blackness of the body, if that makes any sense. Yeah, definitely, yeah, and the and the favors were it wasn't a close hand, it was an open hand. And that's why I saw that when you saw the creature. And maybe even from what you've heard from your co workers, are there certain emotions that people will feel associated with with seeing the creature or is it different people react in different ways? Uh? You know, I would say that people do react differently in different ways. I mean, and the kids here, they're so I mean, they're so used to seeing that the creature that it's just uh, it's just like you while talking like it's just said lack of Visit's like it's just another day, I went from uh,

23:21 the female in particularly, she went from being astonished she actually moved here from Wisconsin, but she went from being astonished and scared to now it's just just comment, you know. I just I'm just gonna go out there on my porch or whatever, smokes cigarette and if you could come, body comes by, you know, not a big deal. Well, so how close is the creature getting to people's houses? Do you think? Probably within I don't know, fifteen feet or less. Wow? Yeah, yeah, easily.

24:08 This is man, this this is wild. I'm not sure what to think about this, John, if you were a kidd and when this is uh, this this is a wild one. It feels like, Man, I'm sure there's people listening to this from there's got to be people listening to this podcast from that area that have also seen this creature. And if they would reach out big for society at gmail dot com to let me know if they've have seen this and maybe they know the creature by other names, that would be incredible. I mean, John, I mean, I'm sitting here with do Thumps the whole time that we're talking, and again, I just wish that I had the right words to articulate what I saw, but no, it's uh, it's real. And uh there's several folks around here that could that could test to the story and and and share their their verse as well. Wow. Yeah, it's just it's just stand the same, you know. And when I when I first saw it, you know, I'm thinking, Okay, maybe it's just you know they maybe it's just a big book or something like that. That's that's in my experient field vision. But not it don't work about too much. And then it was like a couple nights later, saw the same thing again, except this time I stopped and just marveled at it, and uh, you know, then I was like

But so that's that's twice, and then I can and really make it just really just affect me without any kind of question whatsoever. And then for the for the gentleman I was driving the forerunner ahead of me, for us both to stop and pretty much say the exact same thing, did you see what I just saw? Did you see it? Did you see it? So? Well? Yeah, but by the time we uh uh you know, turned around foot back in that direction or whatever. I mean that the creature was gone. And so I don't know if it went back into the into the woods from the from the right side work it was, or did it go on the left side to where they know the little stream and the little river is because I couldn't say it say that, did you get is the gentleman that also saw the creature that one time? Is that someone you still keep in touch with or is it just happened and then you've never seen the gentleman again? It was just it was just a random coincidence. Yeah, it was just it was just random. Yeah, And I don't know. I mean, it's a trying to think now it's just random and I don't know, And I'm trying to

27:12 think if I even see the Gentleman's vehicle in the angel fire what I really don't recall that either. It was one of those uh you can't get to it was that you know that hot hot orange that they got on those four runners nowadays? Sure, so yeah, so it's a I've definitely noticed about it if he was here, but uh, yeah, that's wherett have you ever talked to the owner of the restaurant to see if that the owner has had in the sightings of this of the creature. The owner lives in uh in Dallas and uh yeah, and but wherever he comes down and whatever.

But oh, we'll I'm gonna say, but the change of fire, from what I was told was was built on on on an Indian burial ground, So that could be something that that could have something to do with it. I mean, I know I've seen a I've seen a young woman probably maybe five two, and I'll be hot dog if she wasn't going to just turn into a werewolf right in front of my eyes, in the middle of it, in the middle of the bar. And that's a that's a totally another story in itself. So again there are this is the enchanted Circle, and there's the scene here too that the enchant of circle will either accept you or it'll spit you out. And I mean I've had I've invited employees or friends from Austin, Texas to come up here and works and some of them hadn't even made it a week before this enchanted circle kicks them out because it it is to just make them accept them. So as far as this spiritual nature,

29:36 I'd be really exclined to believe that it's that that creatures is it's something spiritual, is a spiritual instus. What I would say it is Wow. Yeah, so you've got the villainous gate, You've got people almost turning into wolves. You kind of mentioned dog Man a little bit earlier. Do you have dog man stuff going on that are you too? Yeah? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, Lucas, Yeah, he has dog men's sidings up there and again, but he's on a higher elevation too. And it's like if you picture age of fire as a as like a fish hoole, he's on the back side of that fish bole. So he's got I mean, like again, you can see from here from Colorado from here, and that's just just nothing but nature. Yeah, nothing, but as far as the eye can see just a little bit this. And then for us it's ilk season, So you know, I don't So, I don't know, you know, if there's just more of a fun and through source for them out the creature that I saw, I don't. I don't know if it's eating anything, but I can imagine a good big foot and adult man to live out here very well. Absolutely. And that's something else that has has come up in passing a few times in this interview. Is it sounds like there's some some pretty solid big foot activity in that area of the enchanted circle as well? Yeah, yeah, I think so. I think so it's an Again, it's not if you if you're in the city of the Buildings of Tiles and you mentioned anything about aliens or UFO or whatever, again, no one will fat an eye and they're like, yeah, he just all one just the other day. I'm sure if you mentioned big foot, yeah, you can have Bill have a conversation with you all about it. Yeah, it's a I've never ran any someone or mentioned it or heard the topic come up to where anyone was ridiculed. Here, it's like nope, you yeah, let's talk

You do you remember any particular big Foot stories that you've heard from that area that you found interesting or well they The one that sticks to my mind was like the most I guess if I've been here a year and a half, so maybe eighty a little under two years ago, I think that's where that side was in red River. And so red River, okay, So the in Canada circle that's angel Fire, the red River Questa and Tows that that makes up that ring from from Toles and and and there's a okay, so in Tows there's a an Indian pleblaw.

33:32 But on the back side of that tweblaw there's like a Wheeler Peak and some other very tall mountains back there. But what can can't go on it because it's on the pleblaw Lolong to the Lolong to the tribes. But on that on that back side over there, you can take a trail from Tows to red River and just just have a you know, you can buy get walking whatever you want to do. But that's where the big Foot is a scene that has been seen on that back side. And I think when he was from what they the report said when he was in the in Red River, I think he was just pretty much as being a nuisance really, you know, just rummaging, rummaging around or whatnot. So it could have been could have been a younger one, you know, maybe it chu been all or something. But that's about it all that. As far as when Lucas would mention the dog man that he believes he's encountering at his at his home and whatnot, he just describes the animal as just she scratching on his on his walls and scratched down the windows, that type of thing. But again,

We're all doing all this stuff at two o'clock in the morn. I'm trying to little bit. So yeah, that's all I know about that. I don't. Yeah, it's probably cool at first, but then it gets pretty annoying, I would guess. Yeah, I think so too. I mean, but yeah, it's a I mean, it's it's it's it's it's it's different, it's special. It's a unique place, I would say, and it really sounds like it. Can you go into detail or anything at all about you mentioned there's some UFOs and alien activity in the enchanted circle as well. Oh yeah, the guy, Yeah, okay, so where I live, uh et he works. He does construction at that property. First night, okay, and I have like a little green, little alien man outside of my front door, and uh sucks.

36:13 The first thing that I've met him, he's like, hey, my name's eighteen. Like, okay, that's school. It's like, yes, short of racial trestle because you know, I've been I've been abducted before. I was like, what it's like, and uh, because I also have a have a pit bull and the ball was out there, he was kind of skins behind it, and it was like, yeah, so that's not a little little jumpy because I've been abductor before, and uh, you know I've also been you know, attacked by pit bulls or whatever yours. Just you just you're just triggering those memories for me. Yeah. So it's let's say it's it's called the house retirement village. Half there's twelve units that are assisted living and then the other units are just for anybody else. But there are the elderly. I mean they talk about them all the time. And we have like a little clearing because where where pange of fires, little mountainous over there, and the towers were at the edge of the rocky mountains. But there's a there's fast mesas out there, so I mean, you can you know, you can see different galaxies from out there, and there's there's very little like the interfere with that type of thing. But but yeah, they're shooting. They're shooting. Oh, they're all the time. I mean, just going back and forth. And I think I think New Mexico is one

37:43 of those sleeper states. You know, we hear about the area fifty one, and we hear about the mountains up there in Colorado. But I think New Mexico and Buyo Canion is one of those sleeper states that stay under under the radar of national news where a lot of this, uh, the UFOs and the aliens you know, can can develop and can thride here without without much attention to being drawn to Yeah you can. Jolly, it's I say, it's not nothing serious, nothing serious. It's like a it's just like a. It's it's like, it's like it's common culture. The thing that gets me is is that you're saying that in these three towns that are in this enchanted circle, like everyone is like, yep, it's cool, it happens. I've seen it, my mom's seen it, my kid has seen it, and it's like, not a big deal, not a big deal at all, not a big deal at all, not a big deal.

38:53 All you know there, if you drive going through town or whatever, you'll find, you know, one of the hottest selling products out here is that the traffic sign with the cow being transported by it by UFO. You know, it's locked into little tractor beams whatever. I mean, that's that's everywhere. Really Yeah, yeah, yeah, I said yeah. People make no bones about it, no bones about it at all. John, Do you find that a little weird or is it just you're used to it now? Everyone in their front yard has these like cows getting abducted signs. You're saying, they're all over the place. I mean it's very common. It's very common. Yeah, it's what was your question again? No, that's that's I just wand your your quick opinion on that. If you had to, you know, thinking about the Enchanted Circle in general, if you had to pin it down to one reason why all this stuff is going on inside the circle, what would you say? I say, because of the spiritual nature behind behind our Native Americans. That's that's what I would say. You know, we've got there is ah. I want to say, there's four or

40:28 fourteen or seventeen pablows just in New Mexico alone, and and everything is really you know, it was really really really admired and sacred if that makes a sense. You know, there's a lot of so yeah, i'd say more of the names, I'd say this the spiritual spirituality of our or our Native Americans. I would say, it's absolutely fascinating. Is it a good idea for people to visit that area or is it kind of like they don't really like visitors coming in and no ord place to visit.

42:04 I mean we're we we treat ourselves or we we model ourselves as a as a family resort. So no, it's yeah, you wanted time to visit and and see the sights and whatnot. I mean it's I mean, nature is everywhere, and it's like there's so much like granted in the in the rocks and trickle ways and and onyx and I mean it's just it really seems like that like the land is alive. That makes sense, Like it's just alive. So absolutely I know that that makes that makes total total sense.

42:51 A really left field question, have you ever had any interactions with big Foot or heard anything from other states besides where you're at now Oklahoma. Okay. I didn't want I didn't want to like out that state because of what we said, but I was kind of leading you into it. Yeah for sure. Okay. Anything you can share from that, yeah, I mean I have not seen one in Oklahoma, but we had. I grew up in Moore, Oklahoma, and at the at the time, my graduating class was I think we had over twelve hundred kids. So we had there's like five lakes around. Our favorite lake was it was Draper Late. So we'd go out there, hang out and you know, do what kids do whatever.

43:45 But the guy, a buddy of mine, his dad owned the horselining stables out there were not and uh it ain't wait and he was. He was always coming to us with stories about a bit shoot down area. That's always messing around with the horses, that's around the horses and move himself around. I'll put I'll put the saddle over here, and they're like, how back saddles over there? And uh, but he was. He was also Native American and his father used to uh to talk about it and talk to us about him all the time. So and this was, uh, this would be between ultra Ahola City and Norman kind of like the right down in the middle. Okay, gotcha. My mom used to go to the Art Vocal Wilderness and she swore up and down like in I want to say were eighty six when I graduated high school, maybe about nineteen eighty three.
