Face to Face with Sasquatch on the GO Road (A Conversation with Thom Cantrall)

So mister Tom Cantrell is here and it's a pleasure to have you with us today.

0:59 Tom, Well, thank you very much. I'm very happy to be here. It's always fun to talk about sasquatch. Oh, you know, that's what I love to do too, so I'm glad I'm in good company. But so you are out in the Pacific Northwest, correct, Tom, Yes. I am. I live in western Washington now. I lived for thirty years over in the southeast part of Washington in the desert, and now I'm over on the wet side again, although you wouldn't know it by the weather. The last week or so, it's been hot, you know. I've heard that. I'm actually headed out to a small town called Oak Ridge. Oh yeah, next next week for a festival. And I was looking at the weather over there and it's over one hundred degrees and I'm like, oh my goodness, this is this could get a little wild out there, but we'll see. It should be a good, a great time, So I'm looking forward to it.

1:51 Well, it's a little a little lower today. It's only eighty two right now. Yeah, or it's been in the nineties, So. Yeah, Tom, You've got a really interesting background. You've been involved with all sorts of things. You've been involved with. You have a military background, correct, right. I spent nine years in the Navy on submarines, and I got out of the Navy in nineteen seventy and I was living on the Olympic Peninsula in Washington at the time, and probably the main reason I got out after nine years was they wanted me to go back to South Carolina. South Carolina again. I said, Hey, there's no walk in South Carolina. I know, I've looked and they're all over here. So I stay. Yeah, stayed and then start college. Started college in Port angels to Washington, then transferred to University of Washington, got my degree in logan engineering. And I that said, I have never worked a day as an employee of a company as logging engineer.

3:04 When I got out, I found out what they paid and I was making more money just put my little jip O logging outfit than what they wanted to pay me. But I did do a lot of consulting work, especially bridge site surveys in the state of Washington. If you're going to build a road that crosses a stream used by anagamus fish runs, that's a fish that are born in fresh water and go to sea and then come back to fresh water to spawn like Sam and steelhead link or not link caud but oh Dad name jumped out of the mind. But that type of fish you have to have a permit from the state, and in order to get that you have to do you have to survey the stream and submitted design, and that's what that be hired to do. Most times. I did a lot of property line work too, but it was mostly bridge side surveys, and in those days, in those times, it was in old growth timber, so i'd be hiking back in a minimum of four miles, generally five or six or seven miles because the ones alongside the road their company engineers took care of. They hired me for the ones that dad's a long hike. Well, I found out real quick the last thing you want to do is hike in do your survey. And that consisted of

4:35 screen flow bed type you know, soil rock whatever, and what you were going to use for abut mnths, and how the bridge was going to build be built, all of that, and I found real quick that the last thing you wanted to do was hike in, get all your measurements, and hike back out, sit down at the table and figure out you got to get one measurement. So what I would do is when I got everything I thought I needed, I'd sit down and do a rough drawing and it was at that time that I started seeing them. They would when you get curious about what I was doing, sitting there alone in the timber where nobody had been for four hundred, five hundred years, you know, and here's this guy sitting here doing this, doing something, and they'd sneak in on me, pee around trees at me. Now, I'd been interested in them for many, many years prior to this. It started with Jerry Crewe incident in northern California in nineteen fifty eight, and that's what lit my fire. That was in an area not far from where I lived, and edreally caught my interest and I read everything I could get from then until I sure I was still in the high school time.

6:02 I was fifteen years old when that happened, and then joined the Navy right out of high school. So, and when you're on the submar you don't have a whole lot of time the law of opportunity to physically look for sashquatch. But after they got me up on the peninsula, yeah I did, and that's when I started seeing them. And it was a great time. It was. It was a lot of fun. Wow, And I got sorry. So when you just wanted to clarify something. So when you said you started seeing them, that's when you're talking about bigfoot or sasquatch. Correct. Yes, yes, yeah, they did. They'd come down and when I was sitting there, they'd peek around the tree at me. For a long time, I thought they only had one eye, just went one side their head the other, because that's all I ever saw. But finally one day my friend and I it was September. I was shut down logging for fire Watch fire season and he had a day off, and so we decided to go grouse hunting. Well, grouse hunting in September is an excuse to be in the woods when the elk or bugling. If you've never done that, you need to do it. It's absolutely magnificent.

7:20 You haven't lived to you watched his big bulls bugling, and we happened on a herd of about one hundred elk and the herd bowl was a big five point and we followed them all public for three or four hours and finally came to a turk cut and it kind of had a box in the corner of the timber with a turk cut on two sides, and they either had to go out in the turk cut or come back by us, and about half of them did each. And that five point was up on a ridge and the clerk cut beautile and his throat out trying to get his cows, his ladies back together again, and he was not happy. So we decided it was time to leave them alone. Of course we'd gotten separated by that time.

8:14 Garry was somewhere else, but that happened a lot with us. He was a forester also, so you know, we could meet and navigate anywhere in that timber without not having to worry about one of us getting lost. And I was working my way back alone and I saw an opening ahead of me, and generally that means a water hole, and it's always curious to see what's around a waterhole. So I decided to sneak in on it. And I got right to the edge of it, and great big spruce tree there, and I kind of sneaked up behind that and peeked around, and it wasn't a waterhole. It was an area blown down timber about five six acres and there were two bears. I thought if they were sitting there eating mushrooms, and then one of them stood up.

9:09 That was no bear. He was about oh, probably forty forty five yards from me, and great big males ass watch and he looked around, made sure everything was all right, and kneeled back down and started eating the oyster mushroom to growing down trees. They're delicious, I envied him. And then his meat stood up. She looked around and back down, and I had about thirty minutes probably to watch something like this, And then in that time they moved within about thirty thirty five yards of me, and then I felt at gusta wing hit the back of my neck and I go oh, busted, and I had four eyeballs just snapped to me. So I just stepped out from the seat from that big spruit treet and just to let him know I must be there, and I said, you know, I'm just here watching you. I don't like to learn from you. Well, he stepped back, and he allowed the female to step in front of him to go back into the timber. And as she did, she picked up a baby and just put it on her cast and he held on while she made her way back in the timber, and I yelled out, thank you for sharing your family with me, and he turned around and I swear he nodded at me. I really to this day, and that's been this nineteen seventy two, I think to this day, you know, fifty two years later,

10:40 I still think that he nodded at me before he turned and walked back into the timber. It was That was quite a and that's the first time I ever got to see them full on, one percent from head to toe and to sit and watch with them. That happened many times since then, but that was the first time. It was absolutely fantastic because you can imagine. Tom. That is absolutely incredible. I want to ask a question that to some people is going to sound really silly, but I'm just going to ask it. So you're in the early seventies. From what you just said, I'm guessing as of that time, you had no electronic devices on you.

11:26 Correct, I had nothing, you know, done at all. I think I had a little camera, but there's you know, something mud be something like a sure shot or you know, nothing fancy at all. Do you think that because you didn't. There seems to be a conversation coming up in the community where people are wondering I think if they go into these areas without electronic devices on them. Oh yet, do you think that's connected at all times? Absolutely? Absolutely, leave that stuff at home. If you want to have an experience, leave that Leave the electronics at home.

12:12 You know, I carry a camera, but they know me now and they know I'm good. I'm not even going to take a picture of the countryside unless I ask permission first, And even if there's nothing around, I will ask permission because I know they're watching me. They watched me when time. One hundred percent of the time I'm in there, and I always ask you, I'm going to take a picture now, so that's all right. And if I don't hear anything in contrary, then I'll go ahead and do it now. But always, and that's all I ever carry. The most I ever carry is a camera. I don't carry anything else. It's just I found out many many years ago that you carry electronics and they'll just avoid you.

13:00 Who was your mentor in the field of bigfoot? Nobody. I just said that I just had to learn everything on my own as I went. As far as I knew, I was the only person that was even doing any study on them at all. My friend that I was with that day. He didn't believe in them. He thought they were a joke. My family just wanted to make fun of anything that I found. I quit talking to them about it, and I was entirely on my own for bees until twenty ten, okay until twenty I finally found on the internet twenty actually twenty on nine, and I found that there were other people around the country doing this, not many of them, but there were.

13:51 And I found a person named Narla Williams Arle Colette now and she she's God got meythink. But up to that time, I had, you know, thirty years of facts and no way to collate them. And talking to Arla, I got started being able to collate them, and that really really helped. I helped unbelievably. I had to the point. It was September twenty fifth, twenty ten, when I met my teacher and he is a nine foot three inch Sasquatch named Akanisha, And that has just brought things together.

14:44 Now I know why and believing there's still more mystery than there is a fact to them. But at least I at least I know what I'm doing in the direction I'm going, and I didn't for many many years. It's absolutely fascinating. So it sounds like you had a good thirty years where you were investigating researching sasquatch by yourself and really no contact with the outside research community. Were there any absolutely, were there any lessons that you learned during that time that you feel are just were invaluable to figure out looking back on that time, Yeah.

15:29 A lot. Number one. I learned that they are not just an animal, that they are another US. Of course, there was no DNA work at that time, but just studying them, just being with them, being around them, there was just too much that they did that showed intelligence. One time I was on I can't remember the name of the creek out on the west end of the Olympic Peninsula. Pardon me, I'm maybe one years old, and then short term memory is terrible. 16:26 But I was on this creek. It was leighs and archery o season, and that's the reason I was out there, and I had been there most of the afternoon when I was where I was had my stand was in a little brush patch next to a major trail alongside this creek, and the creek was a series in this area was a series of beaver dams. There'd be a pond, a dam, another pond, the dam, and the pond behind that one right on up the creek and about oh, I don't know. It was probably three in the afternoon.

17:09 In that area. At that time of the year, it's dark by four point thirty, so it was late in the day. I heard some splashing and I looked down the stream and I could see us I was watch it in the beaver pond, and actually I watched, and pretty quick there were two of them there, and turned out actually there were three of them before when they got close enough to me, when they got in the pond in front of me where I could watch what they're doing. They were running the salmon that were in the stream. Goodwin Creek was the name of the creek. They were running the salmon up against the beaver dam ahead of them and then picking them up. And as I watched him, he was squeezing them with his arm against his body, and some he would keep, some he would throw back. And it took me fifteen twenty twenty five minutes of watching to figure out what he was doing and what I finally realized he squeezed them. If nothing came out, he threw him back. Those were spawned out.

18:16 But if eggs or sperm came out, they were fresh. They hadn't spawned yet. And I don't know if you know it about salmon, but once they spawn, they start just like they've got cancer and start dying, and I mean they change color, they get these big open sores on them. So, yeah, nobody's gonna want to eat that. Well they don't either. Yeah, they're intelligent enough know that. Then I look down in his thumbnail. He was close enough I could see it. It looks just like a knife the way it was shaped. And he was sitting right down the middle. If if they had eggs, he'd keep the eggs. If they didn't, heed to just keep the heart on the liver, okay, struggle the rest of it out, and then split the back. So he had cut them on each side of the spine and then hang them over a tree, lamb. Well, if you're fishing, and when it got time to leave, they took them all with them. That's a high degree of intelligence to do that, to fillaw them out like that. Number one, to check them to see if they're fawn number two to follow them like that to dry, and they dry them just like the Indians did and store them. So yeah, that's a high degree of intelligence there. I knew even then.

19:40 Since I met my teacher, I realized just how high it is. But at that time I had no doubt that they were an intelligent being. Just looked kind of strange. Tom, Can you share the story of how you met your teacher? Sure? Sure? Like I said, it was the twenty fifth of September twenty ten, and I had been cabin doowns. Got to remember I lived in the desert then, and it was hot, and I didn't go out much. During the heat. I would worked, but the job I had was absolutely fantastic. I was twenty by twenty ten. I was retired, but my last job was as a an engineer estimating an engineer for an asphalt company. And if it was hot, I'd go to the library or go to the contractor's office where they where they put all the upcoming jobs forbid and find out what was coming up and who was bidding on it, and you know, stay in the cool. If it was cool, i'd work to go out and work the field somewhere so it was a fun job, and actually it's the fun most fun job I ever had in my life, other than falling timber and doing this when they wasn't trying to kill me with every tree they came to. But on the that but I retired, they forced me to retire

21:12 in two thousand and seven. My heart went story on me. And so twenty ten I was going to take a trip, just to day trip, maybe stay overnight, just to get out of the house. In September, late September it cooled off enough. Plus that's the time between the end of of archery elk season and the beginning the muzzle order our elk season, and it's the time when the elk are muling the most. I mean, they're deep rut and you never know what you're going to see. So I was decided to go take this trip, and I mentioned it Arla, and but two days before I was going to go, she says, this road you're going on, does is there a big pollowood on that? And I said, well, the road I'm going on I've never been on. I've been on the top of the ridge both sides of this of this river it's Tushi River, but I've never been on this road because it was a Boise Cascade tree farm prior, and they shut it down and beaded it over to the Matilla Indian Reservation, the tribes of the Indian Reservation, and they've had it shut while they rebuilt the road. It was in terrible condition. Now the road's finished and maybe they've got the gate opened and

22:45 it's accessible, and I wanted to just go in and check it out. And she said, well, I see a large male sasquatch with a red stripe on his chest. Uh, and he's looking for you. Now, you've got to remember Arla is very much of a shaman. She's half Cherokee, quarter choked Off, and quarter Scottish, so all three are mystics. But she has She's amazed me and what she's done on many times. One time prior to this occasion, my heart was giving me a bad time, bad enough. I called the paramedics. They came. I was on the gurney headed out the door when my phone rang in Washington.

23:33 She's in eastern Oklahoma, and she says, who are those people? And what's wrong with you? Now, if that doesn't blow you away, there's nothing in the world going to and so I explained. But so she told me about this this, I said, well, I'll do is I'll drive in and if I find a pile of wood, I'll just set up there. I don't know where I'm going, but I'm just going to set up a little my watch station. And when I go, when I'm researching Sasquatch, I don't go trumping in the woods, never have. What I do is I take my bolding chair. And I learned this from those early days when I was sitting there drawing up my bridge site and they'd come peek at me.

24:22 I have a holding chair, I open it up. I have a nice chest with the fried chicken hips and boiled eggs and diet PEPSI in it. And I have my kindle. I opened the chair, put my bottom down in it, grab a chicken hip, a boiled egg, and a diet PEPSI open my kindle and I read. And within an hour there'll be somebody peeking around a tree at me. And usually now and that at that age, I was seeing more and more of them, and so I just I'd found a pile of timber timber that she was talking about, and I just sat up there it was a nice htile area. I put my uh my step on the stop, got a little older type set up that I use some uh it's like incense, only actually it's a it's a it smells like berries.

25:23 It's just great. And my eagle feathers and hang them and then I just sit and wait. And about two in the afternoon, I missed time one thing on this trade ship. I had timed all right for the off season. Deer season was done, but I forgot paul turkey season. Now nobody goes says I'm going turkey hunting in September, But it's a great excuse to take the gun on the truck and go for a ride on a Saturday, Okay, And that's what happened. I had four trucks past me and one set of three horses right coming out of the high country there and about two in the afternoon, and this is the first time I've ever had them speak to me telepathically, okay. And I get this message and said I can't come out. There's too many people they might find might see me. Oh, I'm sorry about that.

26:34 I didn't have to be here today. It could have been Tuesday. I'm retired. I there's a little bit of Tuesday instead of a Saturday. And I had stopped and picked a box of apples in a box of grapes for them on my way out and had them there and I asked, do you need me to leave the fruit for you? And if you've ever the sasquatch laughs, it's worthwhile, especially when it's nine foot three inches tall, got a chest like, oh, you can't believe his shoulders are like fifty four inches apart across. He's saying, you can imagine what his chest looks like. And it's just a big rumble. And he says, have you looked at the river? And I, oh, okay, you could walk across the river on the salmon that we're in it. So, no, they weren't hurting for food right then he said, perhaps if you brought them in the time of the white stuff.

27:35 I said, okay, I can do that. I can do that. So I said it would it be just as well that I went home now and came back another day. He's, yes, that would probably be good. So that's what I did. I packed everything up, put my chair away, put my ice chest away, put my candle away, and I had one foot in the car. I had my right foot under the steering wheel, sitting down in the driver's seat. And he stood up across me, across the little road there, about twelve feet from me, and I wanted you to see me before you left, to know that I'm real and I'll contact you later on. I said, okay, we can do that, and he'd been He just disappeared right out in there and standing right in front of me, and his head had just reached a major crossband. There was a little hawthorn tree there and he was standing right under it, and his tree had just reached a major branch of that tree. So I was majored dad just to see. And he's nine foot three inches tall.

28:46 And I named that hawthorn tree Nathaniel, But you know what else are you going to name a hawthorn? Right? And so he left. I left in a few days later. I got a can you come out anytime soon? I can come out anytime you want me to tomorrow. Then, so I went out and the gate was shut. Who was midweek And the gate was shut into that road right at the end of that property. There's nobody there is. It's a big, wide open area. I parked there and walked up the road in lit the ways and looked up on the hill. There he is. And he has his daughter with him at this time, and she's red body, her whole body is red hair, and she's hiding behind Dad, peeking around his legg's at me. He's probably seven or eight years old at the time. And he said, I know you have some concerns about you. What were you're you're learning from us and your priesthood that you He says, know this, we have the same creator, We serve the same creator. And I asked him, I said, well, what about Christ? Do you know about Christ? Yes, Christ is a savior for mankind, not for us. And the next

30:19 question I asked, well, do you have a savior? And the answer is when I hear a lot from him that's not for you to know at this time. But what he's conveyed was he'd like to have we be their scribe. And that's why I've written fifteen books over the next twelve years. Big for Society will be right back after these messages.

31:01 That is absolutely incredible. So the books that you've been writing, you're saying they've been telling you to write down things in these books. Yes, he quite often will make sure that I know something so I can write about it, and I write two different ways. Some of them like Sadequatch of Truth, twenty one Days to Destiny, Sasquat Search for a new Man, Sasquatch Face to Pace, those are all one true facts. They're nonfiction. Others like Martie's Story After Armageddon, the other four they're novels, but they have story, you know, facts about Sasquatch in them. And what I do here, I do this so that they can't hate. If I want to tell something really critical or important about them, I'll include it in a novel. Then when somebody attached me about hey, it's a novel, they can't argue. It frustrates the daylights out of them. And I love that. But to anybody to whom it's important, those those things dealing with usquatching, those books are one hundred true. So I

32:31 mean true in my vision. You got to remember, we all see things in light of our own history. Okay, so. What I see may not be with somebody else we see. I don't know. It's just how I see it. That's how I readate it. And you know, I don't tell untruth. Don't. I don't make you make up stories, but other people may have had different experiences time. That's all right. Yes, that first interaction with your teachers is very very interesting and it just there's a lot to learn from that.

33:17 Just a random question. Do you know how many toes that they had? Oh? Some have most have five, some have six, and I've even seen some with four. Okay, So you have seen actual ones that have four. Absolutely. So I've interviewed people for a few years now in the subject, and something that will come up, and I'm curious about your thoughts on it is there are certain parts of the US, like southeast Alaska, where if there's four toad sasquatch that lead to some really you know, interesting interactions. Have you found that the number of toes, if there's a four toad sasquatch, that things can you know, turn south pretty quick?

34:12 Or No? I sat with the group that had all three, some had four, some had most had five, and a few had six. And that was in and Prince of Wales Island, Alaska, Okay, and uh okay, that with a group of eighteen of them at a funeral. Uh yeah, so and that they had you know, very It just very I find that most negative interactions, actually, I find that all negative interactions are caused by the human being and the interaction. There's a lack of respect there somewhere that creates a problem. Okay. The last thing that a species like them would want to do, who are trying to stay hidden, is to attack the dominant species in the bio. They will do not want to be brought to attention, okay, but they can be. You can do things wrong. Also, in my book of Sasquatch, Face to Pace as a compilation of thirty two face to pace encounters across the country, and you wouldn't believe how many of them expressed how frightened they were fighting further alive.

35:42 They could absolutely couldn't move, they were so scared, and all of us didn't are standing there looking at them. Your mind gets out of control. Okay, your mind does strange things to you. Back in twenty fourteen, I was driving back into camp. We were camped in northern California on Blue Creek, which is next ridge over from Bluff Creek, where Bob and Roger had got their film, and I was right at the head of Bluff Creek. I was coming back to town. I had to go to town to get the gas for my tent heater. And at Mafus fourteen, right at the head of Bluff Creek on the Go road, we came around the corner and there's two of them standing right square in the middle of the road. By the time I got my car stopped, I was not more than twenty feet from them, and I had two people in the car with me. The lady in the passenger seat was from England and she'd come over just for that outing, and Narla was in the back seat. And the first thing that Jackie did.

37:00 This this is Jackie Talks. I've talked to Jackie three to four years ago about this. Oh yeah, right ahead, Okay, this is interesting. Yeah, yeah, because it's the most exciting, illustrated, illustrative mind thing that I've ever seen. But she just yelled out as loud as she could, I need to rattle the car. They turned and two steps, they were three quarters from to seven eighths across the road. They turned, went back across the road, across the shoulder, and down the bank in two steps. As they disappeared, one of them said, I'm the one you know, as Patty, this is my son, and I said, wow, you know that's that's pretty cool.

37:55 But Jackie was totally new though they were sasquatched in the thirty and then pardon me, we were a mile post fourteen and the twenty miles back to our camp. She had convinced herself that she had not seen two sasquats down in the road, she had seen two Mexican drug mules wearing long haired Gillie suits, backpacks, wearing flipflops. Why because her mind didn't know what sasquatch was, but it knew what Mexican drug mules were. It didn't know what Harry's body was, but it knew what a Gillie suit was, and didn't know what a humped shoulder was, but knew what a rucksack was, and didn't know what Osman pads were on the feet, but knew what flip flops were. So she just rationalized all this back into that's what it had to be. And it was probably two or three days later, arlassist, Jackie, do you realize you've traveled six thousand miles to see what you saw, and now your mind's not letting you see it, and that got her started thinking, and by the time we got back to the air Portland Portland, she had straightened it all out and understand and understood what her mind had done to her and understood what she had actually seen.

39:21 But that was so so fascinating to watch happened. It was unreal. That is incredible to hear that side of the story. Thank you Tom for bringing that up. That's that is really really cool, because it's been a long time since I've been able to talk to her. I did want to before we get too far away from it. So when I was talking about Southeast Alaska, I was actually referring to Prince of Wales Island. I just didn't come out and say it. But I'm curious, So did you you went up there to go look for sasquatch or how did that? Oh? No, trip go. I went up to sam fishing, and after three days I'd caught so many salmon that I was tired of salmon fishion, and I just took out.

40:08 I took my gold pan and headed up into the hills looking first streamed pan to work my pan in. There was a creak, and I wanted to do that, And it turned out that that the creek I wanted to work on came out of a lake, so that kind of missed that up for me. And so I just was out wandering around and came on this group of sasquatch and they asked me if I wanted to join with them. Is to go and understand, when one knows something, they all know it. So whenever wherever I go, they know who I am, and I don't have to don't have to wait for them at all.

41:00 Can you describe how those sasquatch looked like that you saw on that island specifically. Oh, just the same as any other buried in color from There were no redwoods in that group, but there were from white to black and everything in between, just like they're just like our hair color varies, so des airs and they were. They were all of a size, you know, they were much bigger than me. I was just looking at them from somewhere between just above the navel to the middle age middle to chest and hype uh, And it's just it's just that's how it was. They were run of the mill, and like I said, it was a burial ceremony that they'd asked me to attend with them, and I was with eighteen males and there were some females too. For the ceremony, the males and females separated and one on the one side and one on the other side.

42:01 What was your part in the ceremony? Was it just to watch what was going on there? Just to watch? Did you get any feeling as to if it was a natural death or if something. That was natural? Okay, it was natural? Yeah, and you other remember not like state of Washington, there's about three hundred in the state of Washington, seventy two thousand square miles. They live about one hundred years nominally unless an accident happens, but their age is about one hundred years. Now, that means that in the state of Washington, in those seventy two thousand square miles, there will be three deaths a year.

42:47 Does that answer a year why you don't find a body? Yeah, I definitely would make it a lot more sense. So are they actually burying them like we do, you know, digging a hole in the ground and. They all way down? Yeah, way down, and you wouldn't I know what they look like, so I know what to look for, but you would never believe it was a grave. If you found one. Yeah, they'll transport transfer trees, transplant trees a foot and a half in diameter over the top of the grave. Any the year, you'll never know that they hadn't lived there forever. And yeah, admit, you'll never find their graves.

43:34 How far down are they usually having to dig. From anywhere from four feet to twenty feet depending on the soil. Does is the tree? Does a tree act as a sort of sort of marker? Do they have like a marker that honors that like we do. They'll put a big rock there for that. Yeah, I think that's the purpose of that. But they'll plant, you know, towards three trees just to disguise it as what that's for. Very interesting. What are your thoughts on There's there's a whole, a whole lot in the community in the last few years of tree structures and axes and is that a thing that you would ever notice in your research going far?

44:24 Absolutely? Okay. My partners and I did ah a five year study on their glyphs and their their structures. We did it in BC, and one of one of my partners lived in BC and had a great place to do it, and so that's where we did the study. Uh, and yes, they very definitely are are. They're a way of communication, most of the glyphs, and it's mostly between them. If the glyph is for you, you'll have no fun, no trouble in understanding. You may have you may have to think about it a little bit, but you'll have no trouble in understanding it. If it's not for you, you're reading somebody else's mail. And that's difficult to do because I mean, just look at English and take the word bow and tell me what it means. You know, it could be a ribbon in your hair. It could be a bend at the waist. It could be the front end of a ship. It can be something to loan scenario with all of them the same word. Right.

Would you be able to share maybe a little bit about what happened on that.

47:28 Expedition part of that I already told you the deal Chackie happened on that way. So that's the same thing. Okay, perfect, great. Yeah, okay, okay, I was curious. Yeah, And oh my heavens, we saw had five sasquatch sightings right in camp, the two on the road. We had them in the camp all night long, every night. That camp is where the term Sashquatch begnata came from. Kathy, one of the people there. She likes to put her tent away from everybody else so that the young ones will come play with their can at night, and she talks to him, has a great time. About the third morning, she came to the fire and her eyes like I two burgholes a blanket.

48:22 She had ny sleep at all, you know. And Arla says, you know, what's the matter, Kathy? Are she getting any sleep? She says, no. They won't let me sleep, you know. You know, I try to get to sleep and they pope me through the tent. She said, Kat sleep at all? Well, she says, tell them that that you need your sleep and leave you alone tonight. He said, can I do that? Arsad? Sure you can't, because she said, okay, okay, guys, listen up, you leave me alone tonight. Go play with Nancy. Poor Nancy. She and her husband Russ were down at the other end of the meadow and they slept in on hammocks, and those little guys they'd run by, and as they ran by, they'd pop them on the butt in the hammock.

49:15 And that's what that's where the turns I squatched Prignotta came from another thing that all happened. Oh jeseus, we had him all around the camp. Kathy was walking back to her tent from She and I sat up late one night talking. She's been a good friend for so many years, and I had gone to bed, I'd headed for my tent, and she made sure the fire was down in good shape, that there was wood there for the morning. Was it was late. It was after eleven o'clock and usually I'm in bed by eight eight thirty. And she's walking back to her tent and walks right face to face into one I mean six eight feet and it just frozer in place, absolutely, frozer in place.

50:08 You've got to remember, this is a safety factory. They do that because then they can get away and you don't go running off running a mark across the field or something like. Where we were there there were trenches all over the place and you could run off into one of those and kill yourself. And so it kept her still well. They moved out about a position and then I'm in my tent and you're Tib, Tib, come here and help me. I need you, so, okay, Kath, help me. Let me put my pants bag on because I was just getting in bed. I'd already gotten taken my medications or the evening and was just just laying down on my bed and got back up, pulled my pants all night, didn't put the bitch shoes on. And it's cold. I mean, we're fifty five hundred and six thousand feet elevation in mid June. It's cold that night.

51:17 And I get over there and here she has been over That's what happened, Kevin. She's I don't know. All I saw was a great, bigger redwood log standing up right, she said. I couldn't see himove his waist, but I saw these two bigger redwood lugs. And I looked up and he was back behind it by a tree. There's a porter from senior tree that grew just behind her tent, and he was standing there with that. And the funny thing is they were apologizing to one another, and neither one was listening to the other one. And it was so funny. And I advised told him. I says, okay, brother, I've got her. You can let her go now. You agree, lease her. I'll make sure she doesn't run them ug and he did. And I told her, I just grab you a cap and throw out my tent and stay there tonight. And you know that that bothered her though for quite a while. It's just been the last couple of years now that she's pretty much returned to normal and able to face him again. And she didn't realize what they'd done or why they'd done it. She knew what they'd done, but not why they'd done it. And actually she found that out. She's a little bit better with it, and she's back pretty much of normal now, well normal for Cathy anyway. But yeah, that's just a few of the things that have happened here. I wrote what four or five different essays on things that happened

52:49 in that twenty fourteen camp, and what I want to do in twenty and twenty twenty five is return there and I want to make this the event of the decade of the twenty twenties, things that nobody's ever done before in a on a camp out there. I will have to limit the people that come, but we're going to have a presentation every day by one person or another. We're going to do a expedition into the Patterson Givelan film site, probably an overnighter. We will have several different interest groups formed. There'll be one interest group headed by somebody that's well knowledge in Sasquatch. There'll be another interest group headed by somebody that's well informed on orbs. There'll be another one, maybe owned little people, maybe on ets.

We haven't meet a a planning meeting coming up after our camp out in the Blue Mountains this week, so next week or two we'll plan that and get things decided, end up and figured out. Has there ever been a time when you're in the woods there's been sasquatch involved where things just get really intense, and you're like, I don't want to be in this situation right now. I'd rather be out of this situation. Yes, okay, oh, yes, that's happened. And usually it's because I've gotten somewhere where I shouldn't be, okay, And usually that involves a mother and a child. But I solved it.

55:30 I just left, Okay, And don't try to push them. I don't care what species you're talking about. A mother is gonna protect your children and with any means possible. Also, juvenile or adolescent males. Nobody gets in more trouble and any species than adolescent males. Okay. They do the weirdest things. There's no accounting for them. Okay, And uh, that's it's it's a terrible thing. We just leave, say hey, I don't want to disturb you. Talk to them, Please talk to them. They'll understand you. And just say hey, I don't want to DISTURBU you. I don't want any trouble.

Was that in the Pacific Northwest? That that happened. Oh, I've had that happen in Georgia. I've had it happen in Oklahoma, had it happened in Alaska, I've had BC everywhere. It's the same thing. Yeah. I wanted to ask you about a specific place, just something, a place that's kept coming up a few times from different people. Is have you heard anything about Spirit Lake in or again in the Wilamotte National Forest?

57:03 Oh? Yeah, is there anything you can share about that area. I'm not that familiar with it. I've just heard stories about. Yeah, so you had not been You have heard sasquash experiences from that area? Oh? Yes, yes, Oh wow. I've heard some pretty uh intense things from people that are not researchers, that are not you know, in quotations bigfoot people, but they have been in that area doing nature things and they've run into these creatures. So I think that area in the wilama is a very active area just from character.

57:48 Entire. While I'm at National Forest exactly if I've been and other places in there and just had great, great, great, great things happened. That's where I had my first heating uh experience. Uh was it was the South southwest of Mount Hood in the Alignment National Forest, and we were in camp with Jeff Rohn and Jim Uh don't don't get older now weather right, Yeah, but some of the old organs as watched people Autumn Williams, that old group wow.

58:33 And there are about ten or twelve of us in camp there and my partner, UH research partner, Sue, and I were invited to join him. And I was feeling, Oh, I was terrible. My heart was out of sink and it was absolutely absolutely out of this world. Hurry man, I can barely breathe, I could, I could barely do anything. And Jim, Jim to mean told Jeff. He says, I don't think we're going to see tom here tomorrow. And I wasn't. I was headed back to town to head to a doctor. And that night and so i'd like the second or third night in camp, U saw squatch had been around our cants all that long. I mean, I had, you know, footprints sixteen inches long right next to my camp. And on this particular night, I woke up just before daylight and there was a buzzing sound and Sue was away, She's where's that buzzing sound coming? From, I said, right out of my chest. And it was if you point to points your finger right below your sternum, right at the base of the sternum. That's where I was coming from. As a matter of fact, it burned a spot in my skin, and I've got pictures of it.

59:59 I posted of it, of that burned spot. And it stayed for actually stayed for a couple of years before finally went away. And it was just a sound. And I thought it went for fifteen or twenty minutes before it stopped. Two got up. She looked outside the tent, but didn't see anything. She never went outside. She did look, I found out later she said, no, no, that was been going on for two or three hours. And what it did it reset my heart. My heart is in as in fibrillation all the time, one hundred percent of time.

1:00:43 But it made it so it was in rhythm again. And they did at that time. They did it one more time in a camp later on up in northern Idaho. They treated it. A end big So society will be right back after these messages. Uh, And that happened first time in the land of the Lambit. Wow.

1:01:24 Uh, that's incredible. I mean, that's that's amazing that that was able to happen. And it's definitely a good thing that was able to happen as well. They've kept me alive, they already have exactly. I just just this last week, I had a siege that hit me. I called for help from my teacher and it just went away, just like you snapped your fingers. Wow. The last three days, my blood cresure has been way high all at once. I asked him for help and just warn't as normal. So yeah, yeah, I wouldn't be alive now if it weren't for them.

Over the years, did you ever were you ever able to go down to Southeast Oklahoma? Oh yes, yeah, yeah, I spoke of the home of the conference there a couple of different years and all I lives in Southeast Oklahoma, Okay, and yeah, so that's one of my favorite areas because they're all over down there, and but one of my favorite occurrences happened in Georgia at our camp there. Okay, we're west of west of Atlanta, only about eight or ten miles from the Alabama line, and we're in camp eighteen of us around a camp fire, and two of them come and stood right behind me at the campfire. So I tell people, if anybody wants to call that one a liar, they've got to call eighteen people a liar, including the Georgia Superior Court judge.

You know, over the years that you were your researching, were you at any point able to get evidence like did you ever cast footprints or trying to get photo evidence or audio recordings or anything. I'm sure I just did a presentation there. I've put together a PowerPoint and we're going to do the presentation on it online here sometime the next week or two on absolute scientific proof of not only their existence but the veracity of the patters.

And people who were still arguing that it's a fake just have no idea what they're talking about.

All people who want who are demanding proof want is to satisfy their own This will show the people will have been telling me, no, that's not what this is about.

Look at our government's track record with indigenous people and tell me how you want them to. First of all, they try to put them all in one place, and you can imagine that was sasquatchy. That's just not going to no, no, but an even worse picture. Everybody's going to be wanting everything shut down, no logging whatsoever, nobody in the forest because they're endangered. How do you know they're in dangered.

The point is there is no need for proof. Now they're coming forward. They want want more contact, but they're choosing who they want contact with, and they don't want contact with your brother in law. They want contact with people they can work with. And that's number one. Lose your fear. Fear is one emotion they cannot work through, So lose your fear.

Okay, if you do those things, then you have a very good chance of having one walk up and say you know, hi, I'm your teacher, Listen to me and we'll go far. That's that's great advice, and I hope that people listening to this take that to heart and definitely definitely think about that before they are going out.
