New Bigfoot Info from Jefferson County! | Oregon

We're bringing him back on the show to get an update about some things. But you may remember we talked to him.

It's a great group to check out if you're in trusted in the Bend area and surrounding area of Oregon. A lot of really good stuff going on over there. But how's it going, Randy? Good, good, Jeremiah, thanks for having me. Yeah, I man, I had such a good chat with you last time. I was like, man, we got to get Randy on the show. And you know, I've been having a lot of really interesting episodes about this area. And also I've been getting kind of on a kick about the Oregon Bigfoot Highway and just starting to realize how this all connects with Silverton and Malala and Esticada and then you take the Oregon Bigfoot Highway through Ripplebrook and it's just it's nuts up there.

1:47 Dude. It is great. You're absolutely right. There's so much great activity. Even with the fires. I think there's still some great activity happening. I think there's uh maybe even a migration using that route. It's easy access to the east and west side. So yeah, oh through that, uh, through that that piece of the Oregon Big Fool Highway, you think maybe yeah, yeah, oh man, where are the big fires right now out there? Well, the biggest ones this past summer and fall were they were mostly down south.

2:34 And east of US. I don't recall anything crazy in the Detroit or the McKenzie area this year, So that's good. I should say of twenty four everything else was south and southwest of central Oregon, so I think the north. Side again s a caada not so bad if every all. Absolutely. How are things going on with the Ben Bigfoot Research Group for you? Good? Good? We got We're doing probably every other month.

3:14 We're doing our squatch and brew to have a meeting, try to have some good content. Also let people share questions and any stories anything they want to talk about. Again, I have decided it's a safe environment as well as the group for. People sometimes to share their story, much like you. It's a platform for people to feel comfortable and not be criticized for something they may have. Experienced in the woods. So it's going well. I have a meeting coming up in April that I'm getting excited about. I do have a new report that I've been following up on in the Ochko's just east of Ben, probably an hour and a half. This gentleman was referred to me. He is uh his pastime, he loves he's a rockhount loves going up and picking for rocks.

4:05 And he was up there late January on a south facing hill that was exposed where he could kind of pick it some rocks. It's his favorite pastime. And where it was clear from snow, and he goes up there to get away and he had something mimicking his picking, and it kind of surprised him. He wasn't sure it was an echo, but. He is way up in the Ochko's away from any human, especially in the winter, and so he would try to change up to picking noise and change the rhythm, and whatever was coming from the ravine would mimic the exact rhythm that he replicated, or did, I should say.

4:52 So he got a little nervous. This was late January, so he kind of high tailed a back down this snowy hill back to his truck, and it needed to mimic him while he was walking away. He thought that was kind of a nerving and he reached out to b f Ro and that was he was referred to me. So we had a conversation and I said, when the weather gets a little better, I like to go out with you. Well he went up just last week on a Friday, and Susie uh got back into cell service running back to town. He called me right away and you got to you gotta come here. This this is nuts. So I went up on Saturday, and what he experienced on Friday was a vocalization coming from the same origin as the mimicking with a whistle, followed by an opposing whistle, and it shook him up.

5:43 So I went up with him on Saturday to the location. Very remote, there is cover, there is water, and there is probably a herd of let's say eighty to one hundred elk right now in that spot, so a lot you know, it touched a lot of box for being a perfect location and habitat for that moment. So kind of he's gonna go back up again. I recommended to him to keep obviously to keep safe, but also to be predictable and he might have more experiences. You know, take the same vehicle, same time of day, which he does.

6:23 He wears the same coat, kind of goes in the same area head down looking for rocks, you know. So who knows. But that's my latest and greatest as far as Central organ. That's that's awesome. That's an area where I haven't I don't think I've really talked to a lot of people from the the Ochaco National Forest, correct. Correct, I have multiple reports from that area. It's a very very productive area, like the Spanish Peak area, the Antne Ranch if you got your map up, kind of hone in on Spanish Peak, between Spanish Peak and Dave Bill. I've got some reports that came to me from hunters, boat hunters and rifle hunters of all had experiences there.

7:10 It's a really it can be really sick. There's there's Murder's Creek, Black Canyon, which you know just just goes names alone are very alluring. Yeah, it's a great area. I just don't have the resources to cover that area as thoroughly as I should. Yeah, and that's that's what it comes down to at the end of the day, is resources for sure, your time and et cetera. But so this Ochaco area, is it kind of like a connecting area to I mean it kind of looks like it could be from to Shoots over to like u Matilla in in that area. Yeah.

7:50 Yeah, it is actually the tail end of the Blues, I mean really zoom out. It kind of hopscotches to the Blues, which, of course, as well know is such a great area as well the Blue Mountains. But yeah, it's kind of the game way into the Blue Mountains head to eastern northeastern Oregon. Absolutely. I mean Oregon is just a crazy crazy, so crazy they're going to put on my tombstone. He never made it to Washington because Oregon is so crazy. Yeah, yeah, we got some great stuff. We're very fortunate, you know, in Washington does too for sure.

8:33 But uh yeah, Oregon is just you know, for me, it's you know, it's location and and how how much can I cover within an hour and an hour and a half. That's kind of my radius. But you're right, you know, just there's there's some really great stuff happening here, especially as you you know, you've been covering the Oak Ridge area. S The cada is great, you know, oak Ridge, I'm starting to learn is some gosh darn, It's got some really untapped areas that I'm still learning. And I'm getting reports. You know, some of these are older reports or even secondhand reports from hunters who won't.

9:14 Go in that area. So and that tells me that's the area I need to be in. No, oak Oakridge is crazy, And I mean I've talked to an individual from Cottage Grove and you know, up she was talking about some things that happen up at Blair Lake, which is closer. You know, it's going east away from Oakridge. But man, that area is just a wild, wild, wild time. But you know, I've started to look more also a little north of Oakridge as well, been talking to people up there, and I had reached out to you because of just curious about the Subtle Lake area. Yeah, have you checked that area out?

9:59 I have, so one of my very first report that I didn't know exactly what to do with because at that time it was a passive hobby, more of a curiosity of Sasquatch. It was enough for me to be made fun of at work if I brought it up, which I didn't care. I have no humility, And so my first report came to me from Subtle Lake. Actually it was just south of the entrance of Subtle Lake. July of two thousand and sixteen, about two two thirty in the morning of gentlemen was coming home from a family union slash lead funeral. He was heading back to ben to be at work that morning, and he left me a voicemail. This is a coworker. He left me a voicemail right about two thirty in the morning, which he never does.

10:59 You know, he doesn't call me at all hours. And so he left the boismail saying, Randy, I always kind of laughed at you and your hobby or you're curious about bigfoot, but I won't laugh anymore because something very tall and harry just ran in front of my pickup just past Subtle Lake entrance. So with that report. That that kind of got my fire going. So that's my first report a Class A. And it was running. If you're looking at the map Highway twenty, it ran from east to west. He slowed down, it crossed his headlights and then went up the bank on the west side and then grabbed the tree and stood behind the tree, but watched him as he drove by. So he slowed the speed of his vehicle to about thirty to twenty five miles per hour because he wanted to know what the heck was on two feet that just ran across the highway in three strides, and it appeared to be staring at him as he went by. So it shook him up enough. And this is very much a very non believer too. Now he's you know, curious about the topic.

12:14 So that's my that's my very first one to class A. Just passed. That is Jack Lake Road, which is almost across from the entrance from Subtle Lake. Jack Lake Road. Beautiful prints were found in the snow in the eighties from a friend of mine while Christmas tree hunting with her father a large trackway. They quickly packed up the left she had the kids were small at the time and her father was a logger, and he goes, we don't want to be in this area. Later on, in about two twenty eighteen, I was on an expedition near Jack Lake, which is just right up the road from Subtle on the poor service Road. Had a will call back from something and if you keep going further north, there is a spot called Candle Creek. There's a trailhead it takes up to Cabot Lake and the day hike up there and we were surrounded by knocks up there, tree knocks.

13:19 So yeah, I personally have had that happen. I've collected multiple reports from Candle Creek, including a vocalization coming across a canyon from the reservation side the Warm Spring Preservation, a gentleman reported to me. And then closer back to Subtle Lake, a little bit further up Highway twenty south west, there's a lake called Link Lake. I've had two reports from Link Lake vocalizations and a Class. A and then we're all familiar with Subtle Lake and the Class A report of the of the people staying in the cabins, and this was in the eighties as well.

14:08 I believe with a small group menacing. These people are staying at the cabin to the point where they slept the nur suburb and then drove off or left rapidly. But yeah, uh, Subtle Lake is just I mean, just talk and talk and talk until I run out of breath. But Subtle Lake area, the highway Highway. Twenty is very, very productive all the way if you keep going east. I've had some great things happen up by Tombstone Pass, Lava Lake Road. I've had some reports in your big Lake. But yeah, to answer your question, some great stuff. Sudtle Lake has got a lot of a lot of curiosity for sure.

14:59 That's so great to hear because it lines up perfectly with the research that I've been doing, because the society will be right back after these messages. I mean that BFRORO report is so good. It's funny because when I used to do a call in I believe it was the call in on YouTube. It was one of them. I actually had that guy call in and oh, no kidding, I'm listeners. Let me know if I'm off on this, but I'm pretty sure I've never released that audio and I think I lost it, which is unfortunate because if he's listening, I would love to talk to him again because it was just such a fascinating conversation. But just one of those things where I think it might be unless someone's like, no, dude, it's an episode this that would be great too. I hear you Camp Sherman. What kind of area is that up there?

16:12 Camp Sherman's gorgeous. Camp Sherman has a lot of big, big pine and ponderosas. Closer to the highway gets a little more thick. You got water running through there, the river running through there. Camp Sherman is a spot where it seems like April is kind of the time to get there. April or May is when I've had reports, and the beauty of the Camp Sherman areas. You just pull off onto the Camp Sherman Road and start venturing north and you can hang a left anywhere in those woods and do primitive camping.

16:58 There's even a great horse camp in there. So it it is absolutely. Gorgeous with some just beautiful floor, a lot of cover, a lot of water. It's a spot if you come out here, when. You come out to Oak Ridge and you got a little you know, a couple of days before or prior or after, that'd be a great spot for your hit. I highly recommend it. That. That's that's good to know. You know, there's this gentleman I interviewed. We were talking about him before we started, and and by the time this areas you y'all have already heard it. Why did I say it like that? That's weird. I guess I do live in Iowa. But so he was saying that they found a great track over by Three Creeks Wilderness and then they went to the ranger station allegedly in Sisters area, and they were all worked up because they're pretty young, and Eric, dude, we got a track, you guys can come out here.

17:59 We'll show you where it is. And they were like, buddy, we've got so many casts in the back. We're fine. And I was like, oh my goodness, that's that's kind of cool. I mean, this is a while back, though, you know this is by bike, yeah, way back there. But I was like, oh man, you hear stuff like that and it makes you wonder, for sure. It does. Three Creaks. I just got another report from Three Creeks. This gentleman is law enforcement and that's all I can say, right, but he has had a sequential experience up in the Three Creeks area with heavy, heavy tree knocks and also.

18:41 Vocalization as well. I also have another class A report from Three Creeks from a while back. I think this is the early nineties. People doing some adventure scheme snow skiing, and something came out of the tree line screamed at them. They immediately tried to leave the area, but it started to come after them, and they were lucky enough to get onto a road that was buried in snow. But they got onto some sort of of a. Clearing of a road and they both hopped up into a greater, a tractor, a greater used for plowing snow.

19:24 They hopped up inside the cap of it and shut the door, and this thing. Circled the Greater, but it circled it from. Probably one hundred yards to two hundred yards out and he said, he'll never forget it. It was the scariest thing you ever heard, because it was so mad. This thing was so angry and so mad that it was almost whimpering, chattering and whimpering out of frustration. You can hear the frustration come up from it vocally. And it went on until late nightfall and then finally stopped. And then they were able to get brave enough to get out of the Greater, the cab of the Greater, and get back to safety, back to the main.

20:09 Road and call for help. Your parents came and got him. I also have another report from three creeks, and I believe it was a boy scout leader who saw one up on a on a ridge. He and three other scouts saw it before peeked over the ridge and gosh, this is really long. This is by the sixties, so nothing recent, but that area seems to have some great stuff happening as well, from from from back in the sixties to currently. So. The gentleman, the deputy, the law enforcement deputy. He has an audio recorder up in this area and has been collecting audio. And I don't know how successful he's been, having heard recently, but pretty pretty fascinating.

21:05 You see you just the deputy is actively investigating bigfoot and collecting sound recordings. Correct, what what a word? That's amazing. Isn't that crazy? This guy reached out to me as well, and he's a just a fantastic guy. And he he is lucky enough that his description he's he's able to be out in the woods for the most part of his shift. He also gave me a great report of he and his son. This was two twenty fifteen, I think Polina Lake, which is my other hotsquad and we've talked about before, but he was it was the end of season.

21:57 They're getting ready to shut the gate. For winter, and he and the Sun were up there by themselves camping, and they were in a backpack tent. But the tent was very small, had a very small footprint on a very large tart. And he said, late at night, I own ten eleven o'clock, Sun was asleep and he could hear something walking up into their campsite to the point where you could hear it walking on two feet onto the tart. And then it slowly, something slowly pressed in on the tent onto this gentleman, and it scared him to death. He jerked up and whatever it was then ran off. By the time he got the ziper open of the tent, he had no visual it was long gone.

22:46 But that. Experience is what kind of shifted his whole thought on the Sasquatch bigfoot topic. And those are the kind of individuals that we need in the positions that they're in. That's that you got that right? Yeah? Wow? How cool is that? Great guy? There's another area I've been looking into, just as I've been researching. There's actually a few. One is Detroit Lake and this this other individual I just talked to. This will be out by the time this is but he had a really interesting encounter on the actual island in the middle of Detroit Lake, which is kind of cool.

23:34 Oh yeah, yeah. Piety knob. I don't know if I'm saying that right, but it's pretty cool. But have you heard a lot of things coming from I know that's kind of like a hotspot in a way, right that Detroit Lake. I didn't really but it made sense. I I just until recently I did hear that story of the gentleman on the island, and I didn't. Realize that's a great story that I can't wait for that to come out. But it is dad gum. It is so sick in. There and cheep and hard to get to, which just makes it perfect. And that is also where I received a report in my group, my last squatch and Brew, a gentleman first time to the group to the meeting, shared his story and he was camped across from the island on the backside, doing remote camping by himself, and it was just him and his German shepherd, and the story went he night one or two woke up and something he woke up to feeling wet in the tent and come to find out that his German shepherd was cowering, cowering and had urinated all over it south and inside the tent. And once he realized, it's like, oh my gosh, my dog just just puts itself.

25:03 He then heard something pacing around. The tent, thrashing, I could hear breathing, and so it's a really intimidating, scary, scary. Encounter. But that is also in that same general area, and that's also not far from there for service employee that I know, he's got some audio set up out there as well. So yeah, I mean I'm starting to learn more and more about Detroit Lake, and it makes sense if you go you come out here to visit, that's a great area to go and just kind of drive around.

25:46 It is absolutely beautiful, fit, green covered water, food, Yeah, great spot. Yeah. Part of me wants to is so tempted to go on the Oregon Big for a Highway, but I was like, man, I am not prepared. I mean, it's I'm not going to have a rental that's prepared for that. I talked to Jeff Rohan and the stories he had of what happens on I was like, man, I don't think I'm prepared for that. Ripple Brook will maybe have to wait for another day, but you have to be. If you're serious, like I might have something for you.

26:27 All right, Well, uh that's that's awfully that's awfully nice to you. I will definitely, uh we'll keep that in mind for sure. Have you, uh you know another area that I heard some stuff from recently, Silver Falls State Park? Have you ever heard anything from that park at all? I have, but only. Third and fourth hand, nothing direct to me. Okay, yeah, yeah, yeah, it's pretty I have been there. I've done a couple of days, hikes and arches gorgeous. So when you have your your meetups, uh, what kind of people come in off the street to these?

27:14 You know, I have boy a wide it's a wide expectrum of people. Usually it's people who've had some sort of an experience and just kind of sit against the back wall and listen. Those are most of the people that, you know, especially the first the first timers, they show up and they're not sure what they expect, like. You know, how serious is this going to be? Is it going to be anything interesting or is it just a bunch of hoopla? And so a lot of them come and they they don't really participate. Was just fine. I don't ask people, just show up and sit down and listen, you know. And so I find that people for the first time will show up, they don't listen, and then at the end of the meeting, I always try to take a moment and introduce myself and talk to them, and almost all of them always have a story like, oh, yeah, this one time I was hunting, or this time I was camping or fly fishing. That's that's when they get excited. For two reasons. I mean, one is that I approach them and make them feel comfortable.

28:29 And then the other reason is, you know, they're like wow, find that I. Can tell someone like I could not. They feel comfortable because they're not the only person in the room, you know, like, oh okay, other people have had these you know, interesting encounters, and it's great to be here and and see that there's there's a small crowd with curiosity and show these stories to share, you know, from all backgrounds. Right. So, yeah, so it's fun. This last meeting I had, I. Boy, is the biggest number of new people I have seen. Yeah, so, which is great. That's what I want. I want to obviously collect reports and data locally that you know, I want people to be brave enough and curious enough to come to the meetings and feel comfortable to share their experience.

29:14 And they may you know, people may not even have experience. You just want to know more about the topic. You know, non't believe it's perfect. I'm not. I'm not here to sell it, you know, if you want to, you want to show up for an hour and a half and and listen to me babble and and try to put out some good content and something educational and and I. Always do a little you know, try to do a little trivia. This last time I did trivia and some fast box trivia and through candy bars and get people kind of excited and engaged. That was That was a hit. But yeah, they're fine. That's awesome. And I apologize if we had this conversation last time. But I think if there's there's listeners that haven't heard that one yet, it might be interesting. But so when you when you set these, uh, do you have people already set up to kind of share what happened to them? Or is it just the thing where it might If it happens organically, then it does begs a society will be right back after these messages.

30:31 Organically. Yeah, you know, this last one, I should backtrack on that. This last one, I had a couple of people have had a class A experience. I invited them to come and share their story and they did. And one of them, man, I'd love for him to be on your podcast. And he had that class A encounter while kayaking up the creek, and man, I'll. Tell you he was so nervous telling the story from everyone. But I was so. Proudable and so proud of them I'm so grateful. Everyone had mad respect for him and they were all super grateful that he shared it and made it real, you know.

31:14 And and he he shook my hand after he goes, gosh, darn it, Randy, that was the best therapy I've ever had. That's great. Yeah, I mean I would I've never been to something like that before. I imagine it has to be a very special experience. And and I mean it's because you're not putting everything out there on the internet, right or like on a podcast. But there is some risk to it in a way because you don't know who's gonna you know, if you're sharing something, you don't know who's going to walk through that door from the town. You know, could be your boss. But I mean it is a that's a great way to meet people that are thinking the way you are. And I think it's very important that you're doing something like that and area.

32:01 Yeah, no, it is. I I'm very fortunate that it's well received, and I just feel like it's so important again, you know, for people have that safe platform in an area where we have so much really great activity and things happening. I think it's. You know, it's a win win it's symbiotic. I'm getting something out of it and they're getting something out of it, and it's just. I hope it grows. I hope more people show up the next meeting, which is in April, April nineteenth, I'm hoping I'll get more people and more stories and. Its fun. And then afterte the meeting, I'll try to a guest speaker.

32:42 Just wanted to go to line up a guest speaker to share some you know, some scientific knowledge or or their mythology. Being out there and looking for sasquats. So I try to have a guest speaker. But then after the event, I encourage people if they want, you know, we go next door and have some lunch and a beer or so uh and just talk freely, you know, and you know, hey show me on on X whereas that spot is and whatever. And so that's really fun too, dude. I love on X. I would love for them to be a sponsor one day. But that is the best, dude, when you talk to it like a hunter and they can be like I can share the pin with you and you're like, oh man, you are awesome. Like it's such a great app and they have a big footmarker in it. It's amazing they do.

33:26 Yeah, I'll have to share to show you one day my screen. I'm looking at it now and it's just covered and they're all mostly big foots. But then I have more colored based on the experience, you know, so vocalization to one color class A is another color structure or whatever. Something odd is a different color. So all the colors have a meaning. They're all sasquatches, but the colors all have a different meaning based on the report. That's a great idea because then you could easily analyze and see if there's patterns, like are all the class as in one area or along a certain line or. Yeah, yeah, And I would say, you know, looking at mine, you know, it's it's some pretty rough data, but you know, you zoom out a little bit and you go, oh wow, Okay, there's definitely a pattern.

34:15 And it is it's a it's a cascades, you know, the. Specific crest trail, you know, I mean it's it's right down the center, and then it it's kind of clear east of bend. And then you know, I started seeing more icons than Oachico's, you know, and then south, you know, feels in and Crater Lake. I got more more symbols. But yeah, I'm. Absolutely you know, last time we talked a lot about I believe it was Cultist Lake. Have you heard anything else come out from that area? I I did. I had, gosh, darn, I'd have to check my notes.

34:56 I did have a gentleman casual lead tell me about. Oh yeah, hunter. Yes, I had a hunter come up to me at my last meeting. First time at this meeting. This gentleman is a oh my gosh. He had two great experiences. One those season, he was on the backside of Colcheslake. He and his buddy, they were alone, and they heard something up in the trees, hitting trees, vocalizations, and they left that. I don't think they stayed the whole night. They left.

35:37 And then this same gentleman found beautiful prints in the snow last year up in the area that has your curiosity. Lava Lake Road off a highway twenty heading west. Looked to your left there and there's a road called Lava Lake Road, and about four miles back there he found beautiful trackway. But he did not have a phone with him, so he was out there scouting. It was it must have been early winter. But yeah, so yeah, I did get another one from Coltis. So but right now Cultus of course is.

36:18 Buried in snow. So I'm excited to get up there, hopefully spring when the snow starts to break a little bit, and uh and get around to that that that entire lake, the entire area, try to get up there. I got some interest in some more equipment. I'm looking at some long term audio wildlife acoustics, and then a parabolic and then probably a smaller another audio recorder, start just collecting audio from that area. That's awesome. This is just a question as an outsider not from the area, So apologies if to you you're like, you know, but so, there's a route that goes from Sisters to Mackenzie Bridge called the McKenzie Highway. It says that oh yeah, see here we go. It says closed November to July.

37:16 Is it. It's pretty wild and crazy, isn't it. Yeah, that's a great It is closed. And that is where I've gotten some reports received some reports. That's that's not far from where that greater where the two guys went and climbed up in the Caaba. That greater. That is a beautiful route. Believe or not, I've been here twenty five years. I have not gone over that route. I don't have a good reason why I haven't. But it takes you over to the Mackenzie Bridge, and that is such a great area. That whole Mackenzie Mackenzie River and up by Clear Lake all the way down to like the Bell Knapp area is loaded with reports. I've had a report not far from uh Clear Lake, Uh if you're looking at the map, a bow hunter head a vocalization there. And then I had an interesting encounter up at Robinson Lake something making some sort of really intimidating yell noise from across the lake from the Mount Washington Wilderness. But yes, beautiful, beautiful area, full of great reports. Again, very very wet. It's a great habitat. It's thick, it's

38:50 lots of cover, very few people, especially when you start going up off out out of the way a few miles, I mean you still see people. I mean it's just uh, it's a stick and the roads are kind of narly, which is all my favorite. Right where where it's inconvenient for people. That's where I want to be because I think that's where these things that's that's where they thrive. But yeah, that whole Mount Washington Wilderness, which covers that the three Creeks and the Mackenzie Pass, that's just a beautiful spot. It's one of my favorites. It's so green and rush exactly. There's so many that that stretch one twenty six has.

39:33 I've gotten so many weird little mysteries and emails over the past months, Like, I guess there's some gas station out there that has all these Bigfoot tracks in it you can check out. So I got tracked. Okay, yep, I've heard about it. I'm not okay, yeah, okay, so that's cool you heard about it too. And then I mean everyone is probably aware of Ike's Pizza for different reasons in lee Burg. But I had a listener that she sent me is actually interviewee, but she sent me she had taken a picture of a polaroid that was on the wall back in the day in Ikes. It's very interesting looking allegedly the back view of Bigfoot taken from the area. It's very interesting. Yeah, but there's so many different different trails you could follow, you know, not physical trails, but just kind of like mysteries around the area. Yeah, there's a lot a lot going on.

40:43 Yeah, No, great area I do have. I'm just kind of looking at matter minds. I do have a report. Gentleman his wife were driving up past Mackenzie Bridge and they were heading north, falling the river, and the wife something sitting on the rocks across the river and it was bent down, and she yelled at her husband to slow down, and he did. They pulled over in the dirt area and they. Could see this thing. The river's lowed, so obviously they didn't hear them. Then it was. It was. Going through the rocks. It was lifted up the rocks, analyzing the rocks like I was looking for, you know, crawdads or something, and then just came and see them casually stood up, which blew their mind. And then it just turned around and walked right into the tree line and was gone. I think he said it was twelve to fifteen second moment, but really really impressive.

41:47 How many times? Oh you know, if you think back from the different reports that you've gotten, have you gotten anywhere what the person saw was up in a tree? No? I have not. Interesting Okay, Yeah, I don't doubt that. I think there's something to that, but I have not received an reports of that. Okay, Now it's on my mind because I just talked to an individual really interesting stuff that happened over by Otis on west of the Van Duzer Quarter, so you know, over by the coast. Okay, but yeah, something you really don't hear a lot, I think, but it's just it sticks in my mind because of that. Yeah, just very very interesting.

42:42 Yeah. Oh, another thing we talked about last time that I want to check up on. Have you heard anything more about Badfoot down by Crater Lake. I have not heard. And that's my that's my nickname. So oh okay, so it's just my little nickname for it. You know. Actually I got it from one of my from one of my people in my group. You know, he goes, oh, yeah, it's like like just badfoot down there. I just nicknamed that area of the area of bad Foot.

43:22 So no, I have not heard anything more from that area down there, you know. I think the latest report was I got last fall from the Rabbit Ears Rabbit Ears Mountain. I believe it is a lady and her husband who were camping in their sprinter van heard a very intimidating sequential yewl or yell and I'm trying to zoom in on it here, and that's off the highway to thirty west of it. And that's the latest report I've gotten down there. And again, yeah, it was on.

44:10 October twenty six or twenty four, followed by some really high pitched horn type vocalizations. It is my notes, So that area, you know. And I've gotten so many reports just north of their of them crossing Highway one thirty eight. And why these things cross the highway when cars are coming blows my mind. I'm not sure what the thought is there. Why why do they do it? Why can't they wait until car passes? If they don't want to be discovered, won't be left alone? Why are they doing it in front of cars? Why not wait for the car to go? Buy? But Highway one thirty eight is the border of my bad foot area. So anything north of one thirty eight is I feel better about. But anything south of one thirty eight Crater Lake National Park I will not even come close doing in their alone. Gosh, I mean, go with a buddy, but definitely probably armed. Just I don't know, man, I've heard just things of being these things chasing people out of the woods or aggressively attacking or not attacking.

45:30 Big so society will be right back after these messages. I shouldn't say we're attacked, but just being really aggressive and menacing, not curious like the ones I'm used to here. The ones down there are they they don't want nothing to do with humans, and they're going to move you. In a very aggressive way. Matter. Crater Lake is one of those interesting places because there's so much lower about it that you hear things, and you hear some really interesting things about people going missing or people acting in certain ways all of a sudden that would not be the way they would probably choose to do. And I think it would be tough though, because it's like, how much of these are campfire stories, but then how much are actually, you know, legitimate things that have happened. And that's why it's cool that you're in an area like that, because you might be getting some things that happen down from that area, you know, from actual people that experience them, which is pretty cool.

46:55 Yeah. No, I am very very fortunate. I agree with that. I think the closest report that I responded to and felt comfortable enough to respond to was up one thirty eight year Diamond Lake. A police officer off duty saw one across the road, and so we responded to that report. You know, being a first responder, he's able to take a pretty good snapshot of what he saw and it was pretty impressive, and we spent three four days up there. Didn't see much evidence to support it, except you know, it came up today. I was talking to Toby a little bit. The only evidence I thought was interesting. I'm not gonna say evidence. What I thought was interesting was off trail. We're we're trying to trying to do a great fashion research trip. There were sticks, so again off trail, just looking for any sort of evidence that would prove that this gentlemen saw something. There was a primitive game trail that was highly used by you know, animals of any sort. But along this game trail up along this hill, forest thick thick forest. I climbed out by myself. At that part, I'd separate from the group and I was going up the up the hill into the trees, just trying to see if I saw anything that didn't look right.

48:25 And there was half a dozen sticks that were broke off and stuck into the ground along this little game trail, and I thought, you know, well, that's weird. Why, you know, if there's humans up here, which it's really hard to get to it and be This spot is near a very popular falls, so people who are in that area are literally getting out of the car to use the restaurant and get back in the car, or they're doing a quick pipe to go look at the falls. But they wouldn't wander up this hill that's steep and treacherous for the most part and stick literally randomly stick these little sticks in the ground. The sticks were twelve to fifteen inches tall, broken up, and they were just jabbed into the ground along this little this little game trail.

49:20 So I took pictures of it, and Toby mentioned that someone else had experienced out as well. I don't know if there's anything to it or not, but that's the only thing I thought that was kind of baffling, Like, what's the purpose of that. I had no idea, you know, And you know, maybe maybe a human didn't put them there. Anything's possible. I don't know if that's probable, though. What was a diameter of the sticks, Oh gosh, maybe an inch and a half. So there are branches I'd broken off the tree and then they were just stabbed into the ground, but like a border. It was like, you know, you see him every five six feet ish stuck in the ground along this game trail, and you can pull him out.

50:09 I pulled one out, and the that's random. I would someone, Oh there's another one, and there's another one in a very very remote area. So that was baffling. That was that was rather interesting. So the first time I've heard of someone else seeing that was today when I talked to Toby for a minute. Someone else is seeing that as well up in Washington, So who knows. That's right, guys, Tob Johnson from a Flash of Beauty, shout out to those guys. Tob is a great. Great it was. It was great to hang out with him in the others at Sasquatch Summerfest.

50:49 For sure, they do they they do resemble humans. They do live like animals, you know, they hunt, you know, like a primate would you know, and they scavengs when they can. They're opportunists, you know, they're either going into resources trash can or they're stealing a buck from a hunter. You know. So but yet you know, and I like, I'd even say the characteristics are human like to the point where I would you know, there's been a suggestion that these things are on the spectrum uh neuro divergent. Right, So so there's the human side, and they're curious about humans, the experiences that we've had here.

51:50 They're curious about other humans as humans would be. So uh you know, I I could have been attacked at Couldest Lake couple of times and never have So they're curious about who's hanging out in their woods. Not threatening that yet, how are they surviving? Are they are they you know, are they acting like animals? And are they killing you know, elk, of course they are and deer? Are they going after the crawfish in the lake and the fish when they can? Yeah, you're you're hopefully going to be over at the festival, right. Yeah, I got on my calendar on books. I'll be there. Yeah, I'm gonna. I think a small group of us are going to camp. Priscilla's going to find me a spot.

52:39 I asked for a spot in your water and activity. And she said, I have a spot for you. So I'm going to head over there probably the next month or so and have will give me a quick tour of it. We'll be camping in the woods and heading in their dream today. That area when I was when I have my maps out last year, that area was blown up, like just random hunters would come in and be like that area right there, So let's say, well, actually all over it's crazy, I mean, vocalizations, all sorts of weird stuff. So I would I mean, if that's if that's the area down where she is putting you guys, I'd say that is pretty pretty solid, I would say, And I think I had like maybe three or four I'll have to bust out the maps again.

That's That's actually when I had my my issue where I had to go to the urgent care at the end of my time there last year and like get my legs checked out, and then I went back and I was like kind of I was like forget this, you know, because I had to like go to the hospital and shut down in reviews and I was like, I'm getting a burger and going for a drive. Who cares? Like I drove down to that and I drove way out there and I was like having lunch by a boat ramp or something, and I was like, Oh, it's so nice, and then all of a sudden, dude, it was just like not nice. And I was like, this is how people disappear. I was like, something, it's either it's either a cougar or it is a bigfoot or something. And I was like, I guess I'm going to shut this down. Let's go back to town.
