0:52 I'm doing great, Jeremiah, and super excited to be on. Also, I was wondering how we were going to make this happen. You know, in the past I had jumped on a couple of times, I believe, onto your call ins. I remember at the time, no one was really calling in and this was on YouTube and I wanted to listen to people and at the time no one was calling in. So I was like, you know what, let me just do this, let's make this happen. And so I was able to hop on with you a couple of times, but we hadn't done anything official like this, and so yeah, thank you once again. Man, I'm honored. And yeah, if you want, I could take it away. Man, give you the how I ended up in this particular part of California.

1:35 Actually right now, I'm actually in Los Angeles. Crazy Los Angeles might yeah, East LA man, and so we might get some background noise here and there, hopefully not. But yeah, even last night was a wild night and actually broadcasting from the we have a smoke shop skateboard shop here and this is where I've been man lately. But before this, I was based out of northern California, up in Humboldt County and uh, it's it's a trip. How I ended up up there. I had a friend in high school who, after graduation ended up going to the university which is now a poly Humble it used to be Humboldt State University. And she attended there and told me because she knew me well that I needed to get up there for some reason. They told me that I was going to love Humboldt County and it happened and and uh and I did fall in love. Man, It's something about that region of California, and uh, you know, it could be the Redwoods, it could be the ocean, could be those hills around there. But along with all that, man, it comes Bigfoot. And I'm sure you're very familiar with with you know, Humboldt County and and Sasquatch activity and and so yeah, I wasn't aware of that off the bat, but uh so after my first visit, I made it a thing to go up every year because there were these reggae festivals, music festivals, and at the time, I'm

3:07 still into music. I was very much into these festivals. So it was almost like a ritual every year to go up to attend these festivities. And throughout the years I made friends and stuff like that, and after maybe about ten years of doing this, I eventually ended up moving up there. So I had a friend who had a partner at the time, and this guy owned some property in southern Humboldt in an area called Honeydew. And they call it Honeydew because they say it's one of the sweetest spots, if not the sweetest spots in Cali, and it is true. And yeah, and it's just man the terrain man really quick. I know you had a guest previously. I've seen a show that aired and it was from the Gentleman was from Humble County, and so he described the county very well. So I won't go too deep into it because I'm sure many of you have an idea already, but yeah, luscious hills around there, and there was also a dark side, and we'll touch on that really quick, but a little further down. But so I make the move to Honeydew and just get schooled because before I would, you know, go and hit these festivals and it was just like, you know, camp out for several days and maybe stay an extra day or two. But never lived there, and especially up in the hills where I knew there was people. But it's

4:41 weird when you go through some of these towns and it's usually through a highway one on one, there's little towns, and but yet you wonder where everyone else is at. And of course there's a Eureka, which is like the bigger city of the county, and that's further north. But it's like where's everyone at And they're all, I guess, scattered about the hills there and I found out And so anyway, I got schooled in the country living man and in the Humboldt County live in Norcow living and I just fell in love with him and I adapted to it very well. And so, yeah, living up in the hills there, learning a bunch of things, and a lot of it was you know, plant live trees, wildlife and stuff like that, and it was really really cool experiences.

5:33 And so I spent a few years there. Eventually met my partner and we ended up moving in together, and she had a place in Southern Humble also, so I made the move there and ended up basically living there for about what we lived there, maybe seven years or so. And this is also Southern Humble, just a little further south of the Honeydew area and along the way on Highway one to one, there's a bunch of different redwood grows. I don't know if you've ever heard of Avenue the Giants. Yeah, so this is this is that area there. And also so this part of southern Humble that I was living in now was very near Older Point and Older Point.

6:19 Uh maybe may ring a bell for people because Netflix had put out a documentary and you might want to you know, bleep the is Unalive Mountain, it's what it's called. But you know, I'm using I'm changing the name the first part of the name of the documentary in case, you know, they may want to ding you for that. And uh so, basically that's the area we were in there. So there and that that shows that the dark side of Humboldt County in northern California, some of the stuff that's been going on there. And what's interesting is a little further south of that because it's right near the Mendocino Northern Mendocino County border. And there's another documentary that came out on Hulu that was called Sasquatch.

7:04 I don't know if you had seen that. Yeah, so it's kind of along the same vibe the both documentaries. And that's the area basically that you know I was I was living in. There's actually there's a way to connect through those roads where the Hulu documentary was focused on that'll get you back into the area where I was too. So it's some little back road secrets there, and I don't recommend going that way. Folks take Highway one oh one just to be safe. Yeah, I think it might be interesting for a second, because if people haven't seen these docs, they don't know if you get off on these if you get on these back roads. I mean, people take these areas really seriously, and you just don't want to go walking in the middle of these I mean there could be I've heard allegedly there could be fishing line with fish hooks and you could walk into the FD like a lot of really weird stuff kind of booby traps and things you don't want to mess with.

8:11 Yeah, you never know, And that would be going on to like private property or even in the wilderness, you know, people doing a gorilla grows and stuff like that. You never know, which was more of a thing back in the day. Now with legalization, that type of activity I would imagine has dwindled, but I'm sure it's still there. So you got to be careful yet going into these wilderness areas, but especially private property also that's where it really gets dangerous. And also Yeah, people are known to go missing, you know, Humboldt County for a while there. I believe it statistically it held like the biggest amount of missing people for many different reasons, whatever reason people want to get away or disappear on their own or and other more nefarious stuff held the title for California for a Yeah, the amount of missing persons cases, which is a scary thing. And yeah, you know I did experience that. You know, there was a what was it, Oh yeah, In that documentary they get into several missing persons cases, and I actually spoke to the mother of one, and so I do get into that as well. I find it very mysterious because some people have brought up the topic of Bigfoot also with some of these missing persons cases, which I thought was very interesting. But who knows, you know, even historically, there's some Native American tribes. There's a I believe her name was Lucy Thompson and she lived I believe, on the climate somewhere and had wrote a book in the early nineteen hundreds or late eighteen

9:44 hundreds and had talked about them. I believe mountain devils, and I believe they've described like, yeah, them taking women and stuff like that, and you hear about that. I've been hearing more from the Hoop of people as well. Some of them have been a uh doing podcasts and stuff like that, and I've been listening and I have spoke to some of them. Shout out to Inker from from the Hoopa people there. And he's very knowledgeable, has been in many documentaries. He's been on with Less Stroud, they did the Willow Creek episode and and even you know, through people like that, I've heard just different things. And it's not only Bigfoot out there as well, so it's it's very interesting. But yeah, so I got bit by the bigfoot bugs. So I you know, living up that way, it's kind of like it's all over the place. I mean there's uh, you know, the storefronts, the redwood carvings, Bigfoot, it seems to be everywhere, you know, the stickers on cars.

10:39 You know, there's. Even little maps you could buy at certain gas stations that show like sightings along the way in the area along one to one and stuff like that. It's pretty cool. So, yeah, it's it's a thing out there. And and so I started getting into it. And at the same time, my brother who was down here in southern California was sending me stuff online because I wasn't watching you know, TV. Luckily, I had a little bit of internet and I would tap in every so often, and my brother would send me videos bigfoot related, knowing that I was up that way, and so I started checking out what people were doing online and and going out and investigating and stuff and certain finds, you know, and and I thought, you know, I should you know, check this out and see if anything's going on in my area because I know, you know, there's bigfoot activity around here and where I had heard.

11:38 And so I started going out and checking stuff out around the property because we were on like forty acres heavily wooded. And it was just perfect for uh, you know, stuff like that. You know, we had wildlife, we had you know, just everything there just right outside the house. So it was a perfect start, you know, just getting into this stuff. And eventually I made my way down into the redwood groves along Avenue of the Giants, and there I started finding what, you know, people have been finding stick structures. And stuff like that, and I found that fascinating. Now I keep it in mind, I know for some people It's not a thing, I know. You know, you got to keep in my people could build these things, so I'm not saying it's bigfoot, but there I felt there.

12:28 For me, there was something weird because the way I was finding these things, I almost felt even guided to these things sometimes, and they were interesting, you know, the way they were built. Some of them would take a lot of effort, you know, to gather the material and all that, and you know, some of them weren't big at all. You know, some of them. I can't imagine a massive bigfoot being inside of one of these things. You know. Some of them looked like almost like shelters, the teepees, the huts and stuff like that. And I became very familiar also with a bushcraft and things like that, so I know people practice things, and so I kept that in mind. But it was just kind of odd how I would find these things. It was just kind of weird where I was finding and I found the same thing with a lot of other people in different parts of the country as well. So I really felt that there was a thing there, and you know, the things would elevate sometimes sometimes I'd find little weird things like feathers and stuff like that. Now, there was other times where I found in a particular area, and this is in the northern part of Humboldt, there was this huge structure on this beach area. Because I started finding some of these structures along the beaches too, which I thought was interesting. I was like, well, yeah, you know, people may be hanging out build one of these things, and it was made with driftwood that would be washed up from the beach. But I was like, man, these are very similar to the stuff that I fire and others

14:00 are fighting in the forest. And so I dug a little further and I started finding out that there was actually some reports in some of these areas where I was fighting these these structures. So I thought, hmm, maybe you know there's something there. And so this particular area I had found this massive one. It was it was huge, dude, and it was kind of hidden in the back of this beach area. And it in when I talk about beaches in northern California, there's nothing like southern California where you see, like, you know, a bunch of people and people bathing and up there you get it also, but it's it's they're very lonely beaches. For the most part, and uh, but you do see people there.

14:45 And so this massive structure, I was checking it out and uh, and outside of it, not too far outside of it, I found an elk kill and I was like, what, this is interesting, and so I documented that. And by the way, so I started documenting all this stuff, you know, doing little short videos, and I would post them to to my YouTube to share with other people what we were what I was finding here, and and so yeah, I thought that was very very odd. And so again looking into the area, it's an interesting area because it's the ocean is right there, but yet there's these lagoons in the area and and there's these reports also that I have had found online in that particular area also, and some of them are pretty well known. And there's actually more reports going further up. And it's one highway, one on one that goes up there, further up there, and so I was just like, man, this is really interesting.

15:50 So I kept returning to that area, and it just seemed like almost like a playground back in this area. And it's weird because there's these these little short shrubbery bushes there that gave it cover to this back area and it was pretty well hidden, and yes there is obviously there's elk in the area, and so there's a you know, major food source there, and of course a bunch of ocean food too. There had been in certain areas that had found clams, like piles of clams, and I thought that was pretty interesting, you know, and people are usually warned out there not to not to get the clams because a lot of them could be toxic at times, depending on water levels.

16:34 And stuff like that. So but these piles were massive, and I was just like whoa. And so a lot of this stuff that I'll be sharing with you, I also have like photos and videos, so I would love to send some of this stuff to you later for you to check out. And if there's anything, please make a note of it and I'll be sure to get that to you. And so this area really became of interest to me, and so I would return every chance I would get now living there, I ended up living in humblet. For about twelve years or so. So this I'm talking, I'm gonna be talking experiences within that amount of time. So I'm going to shrink all that into a little bit. So it might sound crazy, but this is you know, within a long time.

17:20 You know. And so I just kept at it, and eventually we had moved also to town for our son because because of getting into high school and stuff like that, he didn't want to go to the small town high school. So he started going to school up in Arcada, which is the next town over from Eureka. He started attending Arcada High And so we had a spot in town and our spot in the hills, and so I would I started spending more time in town, which gave me access to and that this is in the northern part of the count access to areas up there every chance I would get, and I would get into these areas, go into these redwood groves and stuff and check things out.

18:11 These beat a lot of these beaches as well, and just started finding certain areas where I would consistently find these structures and stuff, and I would just continue hitting those spots and and yeah, it just seems like there was activity there. Now. There was this one area very near where I described the elk and all that the elk find. There's a parking lot there because this is an area, there's a restaurant there, and I'll say it's a Moonstone beach and there's a parking lot there where this older man used to take care of the parking lot, and I noticed that some structures were popping up in that area and I had asked them.

18:54 I'm like, do you know you know anyone? You know? I would ask people. Some times, because people would sometimes be around them or near them, and I would ask people if they built them or knew anything about them. And he just told me. He was like, yeah, no, I have no idea who builds these. They just kind of pop up overnight. And I'm like, all right. And even my son too, because a lot of the youth would go out to the beaches sometimes and I'm like, if you guys do this stuff and he's like, yeah, nah, we don't, you know. And yeah, we get a lot of open minded people up that way, you know, the hippies and different just a lot of loving people. Man, I'll say that.

19:35 And these people are, you know, out there doing different things, and so they're I think, are capable of maybe building some of these things. And I wonder and I've asked, and yeah, I haven't gotten much of a response there, but anyway, so. Yeah, talking to locals was another thing too. I started getting a lot of information from locals and stuff like that, and uh, the name Bobo started coming up, and people were like, yeah, you got to start, you need to meet Bobo, you need to talk to Bobo. And uh and I don't know how, I forget how it happened, man, but it eventually happened. I ended up meeting Bobo at some point, and we've become good friends and we've got out several times and and uh, so that's been cool. And and you know, he's I don't know if you know, but he's from that area and and so yeah, so getting deeper into all this, I somehow end up at Bluff Creek. I don't know how it was, but I got uh notified somehow that Bluff Creek, you know, they were having gathering there and and that it was far and and rewinding a little bit. I remember back in the Honeydew days, someone had mentioned that the Patterson Gimblin film had been shot in Humboldt County and I was like, what, no way. I didn't know at the time, and I was very familiar with the film, seeing it as a kid, and I was blown away by that. And so I really wanted to know where

21:07 this was, and eventually I found out, you know, Bluff Creek and all this, and so I made my way there. The first time, I went with my son and had no idea where the film site was. Ended up at Laos Camp and met with Mike and I forget his last name, and he was an ex sheriff, had been going there since the eighties and actually unfortunately passed away a few years back. But and he guided us to the site and that's where I met all most of the guys. And yeah, since then, you know, I've been returning to Bluff Creek and there had been several experiences that had happened there that we could get into also. Man, but really quick going back down to the property in Southern Humble, things started happening there. You know, there was a few experiences that got my attention, and slowly I started gearing up, you know, getting an audio recorder and stuff like that and putting it out and yeah, we know, started getting the woodenknox and stuff.

22:10 What else. There was some weird instances with our trash being like dug through and scaring people in the house, and you know that could have been a bear, but we didn't see any signs of bear or anything like that. It was it was pretty weird. That happened a few times. And yeah, eventually these weird lights started popping up on the property, Jeremiah. And I'm sure you know you've heard about this, And it was the weirdest thing, man, because I had started hearing about that, you know, at the time, I was getting more into the stuff online, listening to podcasts and stuff like that, and I started hearing about the orb what people call orbs now and people explaining about these strange lights popping up, you know, during bigfoot encounters or in areas where bigfoots are known to be.

23:04 And so yeah, I started documenting these lights, man, and live streaming, so I had we were is weird because we're off grid, but yeah, my cell phone Verizon, you get service out in these certain areas, and so I was able to live stream these orbs light and they started popping up almost nightly, Jeremiah. And it was the weirdest thing. At first, I thought it was somebody maybe walking through the woods with a headlamp or something like that, and it wasn't. And it looked basically, these things looked like stars but they were at ground level and they would like dim and get bright and sometimes really get bright, and then they would just disappear. Sometimes they would change multiple colors. And I've seen them from ground level shoot up into the sky and then also vice versa. I've seen things drop. It looked like a star just dropped into the woods and I was just like what. And I've also seen these things like float through the woods. Okay, And this is all happening on the property as well, and it was it was weird, man. And this was going on for a long time. I mean pretty much every night that I could get a visual and they would pop up across. So we had this deck on the house. It was like a three sixty deck, and our view was of a hill next next next to us, and we had a neighbor over on that hill and we were good friends with them, and they, you know,

24:38 I talked to them and they were aware and they were seeing them as well. And it was the weirdest thing. Man. They would pop up almost every night that it was visible, and sometimes it would be multiple, you know. And uh, and there was one one that would pop up in this certain area. So there was this huge rock and it wasn't technically on our land, but I guess if I wanted to, I could walk over to it. And this rock actually had the name of some local natives that lived in the area, and this orb would always. Pop up on that rock also. And now I also became so I started digging into some of this stuff trying to find out what it is.

25:21 And I also heard of like possible like stuff going on in the earth that could cause this stuff. I've heard of like earthquake lights as well came up. We do get a lot of earthquakes in that area also. But yeah, I thought there was something more to it, because there was times where I would stare at these things and I almost felt like there was some sort of maybe communication going on. I know, it sounds wild, and I would hit points where I would almost even get a little almost scared, and I would stop and just stop recording and maybe go in the house, take a break, and and you know, maybe come back out a little later. But yeah, man, I've seen them in orange colors as well, and it just it was weird. Now, there was one particular summer I was headed to the top part of the property and this is daytime and I'm driving down and mind you, the properties are behind a gated.

26:24 Gate. It's a gated driveway, I mean, and it has a pad key with a pass code that you need to get in, so not anyone could go in there. And again you're way up in the hills, so not anyone is going to be around there. And so I'm driving to the top part of the property and both sides of me are wooded, and I noticed on the left side of me, I'm going about maybe five miles an hour. I'm in my truck, windows down, and I notice something like running beside me off to the distance a bit in the woods, and it has like a humanoid shape, and I'm like someone running, and so I stopped my truck and I noticed there's like an old, old oak tree, and at the base of it, I noticed what looks like a face.

27:16 And it's just like a. It's not conical or anything like. It just looks like a normal head. But it's all black and and I just noticed, like around this part of the face you can see a grayish area and it's just two eyes looking at me, and it's just like normal eyes. It's nothing strange, no red eyes or anything. And we have this stare down and I can't tell you how long this is going on, for maybe several seconds, and before I know it, it's it's just it's gone, and I'm going about my way. So I can't tell you if it took off running or if it just poof went gone. It was just like it's not there anymore, and okay, so I'm gonna go go about my business.

28:08 But before that, I was just like surprised. I wasn't scared. I was just like, WHOA did I just see this? And there was no one around at the time, and so I paused for a little bit and Jeremiah, my phone was sitting on my passenger seat, didn't grab it, bro, you know. And I hear that it does happen. I hear people talk about that happening. Yeah, it just all happened too fast. And yeah, I can't. Like I said, when I seen it running, I didn't notice anything huge. It just looked like a normal size person, maybe someone about my size. I'm not a big dude, I'm maybe five'.

28:49 Six but it was just completely, black you. KNOW i didn't notice anything else other than. That AND i always described it as like a kid's cartoon, book like one of those that you flip through and it just kind of plays out the cartoon or. Whatever that's what it looked like when it was running and uh and when it was. Paused, yeah if you got got any, questions, Please uh that's. Really that's a really cool way to put A glenn Because i've heard so many different. Ways so it's almost like it's is it that it's running so fast that you're also you're kind of missing frames as you're watching. It like that's such a weird way to but a cool way to describe.

29:32 It, yeah, Yeah AND i think maybe that and, uh trees being in the way as. WELL i think maybe cause that you know that uh effect as, well and then actually maybe seeing it from the peripheral not you, know straight. On but, yeah it was just really weird and uh yeah, man you, know and there's people That i've shared this with And i've been more open about it online and there's some people that you, know don't know about this and people THAT i, go you, know out in the field with and and it's just LIKE i don't share with anyone because it just AND i don't expect anyone to believe me. Either you, know but it's just it's what, happened and, uh, yeah, man and So i'll never forget, that and so YOU i don't mind sharing that with. You and what's interesting is actually down the hill from from this particular, area, uh there's been reports Along highway one to one again and some recent.

30:32 Ones so you, KNOW i keep that in. Mind and according to To, bobo because you, know he knew WHERE i was, staying there had been some like vocals in that area in the, past and but nothing else really moving fast, forward another EXPERIENCE i had was this time was in the northern part of the. County so it's it's it's. INTERESTING i got to live in a lot a lot of different places Throughout humble and MAYBE i will explain that some other. Time BUT i got to live with a friend in the town Of, trinidad which is on the, coast and and it's basically it's two little. Towns There's trinidad slash West. Haven so we were technically at West, haven but we Say trinidad because a lot of people don't know West. Haven and so this put me right near Where i'm finding a lot of these structures along the coast in the northern part of the county there and it was just.

Man and so one Day i'm leaving the town Of trinidad And i'm headed southbound On highway one oh, one and it WAS i want to say it Was october because it just had that vibe out and the sun was setting and it was like almost like a harvest looking sun to. Be AND i remember it had just rained a, bit but yet the sun was shining AND i love when that. Happens and So i'm headed Down highway one oh one AND i Just i'm on the on ramp of the freeway AND i noticed a few cars on. The highway passing.

32:17 Me and then on the opposite, end AND i don't even know WHY i looked at that part of the. Highway on the opposite, END i noticed on the side of the highway a, tall dark Figure. Deeremiah and it was, skinny okay with. People i've heard people describe these things as like a basketball. Player this is what it looked. Like it was super. Thin and AGAIN i couldn't like get major. Detail it was just like, black, humanoid tall. Shape and this thing starts walking across the road while these cars are going, by and So i'm, Thinking, okay there's gonna be some cars, honking, screeching maybe. Swerving something's gonna happen. Here and SO i get on And i'm getting And i'm getting ready for something to, happen and nothing. Happens the cars go by and the SUBJECT i don't see it cross my side of the. Highway So i'm, thinking MAYBE i missed something, here and if it did make it, across it's gonna be on my side.

33:28 And i'm gonna be able to see. It so WHEN i get to the point Where i'm expecting to see somebody or, something it's an embankment and it's nothing but like redwood trees, There and if you keep going down that, Embankment i'm pretty positive it'll spit, you like behind the town Of trinidad and into the beaches. There there's some beaches down. There and SO i thought that was super, weird. Man and so AGAIN i think to, ME i think it was one of these, things you, know no dash cam, unfortunately and there had been Other, again this is a little south of where some of these reports along the one oh ONE i was mentioning the.

34:20 LAGOONS a lot of activity in this area along the, highways a lot of road crossings trip out on. This so a few years, Later i'm looking at THE bfro and someone had had submitted a, report BUT i believe it was from a few years, back it wasn't from that actual, year and they reported getting a road cross siding right Along highway one on one in That trinidad, area and it's off this there's these little side roads that kind of paralleled the highway and it was on one of those roads and it was these, women and SO i was, LIKE, whoa that's. Interesting now another, thing there's a well known bigfoot investigator who now focuses on missing people who wrote several books from up that. Way he also he also had put some accounts in one of his books from That Trinidad beach area as. Well SO i THOUGHT i was, like all, right here we, go more information coming From. Trinidad and recently also your GUEST i believe mentioned The trinidad, area and Also flash Of beauty had. FEATURED i believe there was two people there that they mentioned or featured recently that brought up The trinidad area man and had experiences and sightings. There SO i thought that was mind. Blowing there so for me, personally that's like some sort of confirmation of.

Area so ten eighty ten eighty nine and that goes all Over, HUMBLE i, mean it goes up To Suemeg State, park but then also goes out in the sticks and that that's a really fun. EPISODE i think it's been alluded to a few times And Mike, Gunnis glenn you are you are just going THROUGH i had no. IDEA i, mean to, me WHEN i would think Of Bigfoot, Dwarf i'd be, like, oh it's the guy in the background of Like tate And jonathan's videos and like he's kind of there with the dreads hanging out and like he's. Cool but, like, dude you. Were you were getting into it by, yourself which is. Amazing, like so you Mentioned, bobo AND i want to make sure that listeners there might be some listeners that don't get the. Connection bobo's So James Bobo fey and he's one of the individuals that was involved with Finding bigfoot back in the, day and he IS i would say one of one of the legends right, NOW i, mean one of the guys that knows what's going. On was there anything That bobo taught you when you guys first, Met any really cool things that you remember him teaching you that you might still rely on to this.

Know AND i had showed him some some of the like the structure finds and stuff, too and he wasn't like he's not into, that you, know he was like, more you know some of the, Stuff he's, like oh, yeah that's, possible wind or you, know he had other. Up there was just one moment where one of the thermals seemed to have been like touched, it just like moved weird and it wasn't recalibrating or. Video and there's also like someone had leaned a bunch of broken branches which almost gave it like a hut feel up against the, trap and SO i thought that was. INTERESTING i was, like, whoa it's bigfoot here building. Stuff but who, knows it could be, people you, know a lot of youth go out there THAT i, mean the trap's all tagged up and, stuff and you could tell the people hang out, there but it's definitely in a good. Place NOW i had, gone you, KNOW i would return there and check it out just to see what's going.
