All right, Big for Society got the privilege of talking to Roman tonight. Roman reached out to me and wanted to share some interesting things that he's encountered over the years. How's it going tonight, Rome, Well, pretty good, Jim, how you doing? Oh man, it's been a wild and cold time in Iowa. But I just I get through every day so I can talk to someone about Bigfoot. It's been twenty twenty below down here to you.

0:57 Yeah, we're at like twenty degrees and that's bad enough for me. Oh man, Hey, I say, we get right on into it, and okay, we'll see where the conversation leads. But I'm just going to let you go ahead and take the floor Roman and share what you've experienced over the years. Okay. I grew up in Hfield County, South Carolina, and uh I lived there my whole life. The day I was born. I'm fifty one years old now, I was born. Had I got two sisters. I was the youngest, two older sisters, and he was raised. Yeah, we sat down at the dinner table and ate dinner every night of his family went to church every Sunday. I had. My dad was he was a hard worker. He taught me growing up and to be right and work hard. And that's just the way it was. I had the best mom and dad. Man, you know, every wish for, but we grew up. I grew up right on Stevens Creek. Is Steven's Creek.

1:49 We think of a creek, you normally you think of something small, but Steven's Creek's more of a reservoir. Is backs then it's a reservoir off the Savannah River. When I say creek, if people run basketball punching boats in it. We've got boat houses. I placed my dad's places right there on Marktown Road and it goes all the way back to Students Creek, and we got a road that goes down a big hill, and when you get down the bottom of hill, we've got like a big covered dot that's got a roof on it, and take a left and go up the creek. And we got a couple of other docks right there on the water and keep it pretty nice down there, and a lot of people come there fishing. And so after my actual encounter, my signing, started doing some research, listening to other people's stories, started listening to your show and listen to other people tell their how their encounters right down. And after that, I started thinking back all these things that had happened to me when I was younger, and that's where I like to start out at. Let's go back to when I was eighteen years old. Everything out here is pretty you know, there's houses in far in between, a fews across the street, maybe a couple like smaller sub divisions where every house had acreage, but on our side of the road it's mainly bigger acreage. So you have one person lives here, be twenty thirty acres. This person lived here twenty thirty acres, So it's pretty spread out. And when you get them to the creek. Across the creek was mostly farm land and stuff like that. There still is that way on our side. You've got across the streets. Now it's got a couple

3:20 of sunda bysions and stuff like that. Anyway, I had met a girl over there and we started dating. And by the time it's for about a couple of years, and she ended up getting pregnant. I was seventeen when she got pregnant, and she ended up we had the baby. It was tough being that young, little dad and going I turned eighteen by my son, I guess he was about six seven months old. I had been over there at night and then he was, I think, having with trouble sleeping, so I ended up falling asleep in her bag while we were put him to sleep. I ended up waking up like one o'clock in the morning, and I'm like dark. I got to go home. And I had walked over there that night. So when I left her house, you walk down this like long, big hill, and he got a couple of houses on the right left, and there's a shorter cut that you can take and take a right and it goes down this big hill and it's got real dark, and it's got a couple of raves in the woods, like from the eighteen hundred or so. I'm thinking, man, I said, I ain't walking down that way, I said, I rarely walk away to the Markdown Road and go the long way then walk down that spooky ways. Anyway, I get down to mark Down Road and I take a right and I'm walking up toward my parents' house and I hear something off in the woods. And back then I was like an apic deer hunter. I live for it. I love the deer hunting. And I'm thinking, man, I bet that's a deer coming this way. So I squat down in the road. It's kind of a day load, thinking the deer might come up to the road and then walk on out. Cause I'm sitting there. All of a sudden,

4:54 you just I just heard this thing started coming at me. Just rip. I mean your limbs ripping on trees, them snapping and breaking. And I stood up and I'm like, oh my god, that's a bear. So I just took off running as fast as I a run, and this thing came up. Instead of coming up to the road, there's a like a ditch line. The power line that runs down side of the road, and you know how these things are that this thing was just nothing but like BlackBerry vines and briar bushes, and this thing is just plowing through it. I'm running off. I'm running on the highway up on the hill and it's down in that ditch is running just through the briars. And I get all over my parents the highway, which is as fast as I've ever runt of my life. And I stopped this first second, and out here it's still a scroll of deep huffs. It's breathing. So I take back off and run up about one hundred after I get my parents got some big brick interest skates.

5:44 As soon as you get to the dryway, there's about one hundred and more yards up to the house from there. So I took back off again and opened the screen door. I was about trying to shut myself in between screen door and the regular door and beating on the door, and they finally can't let me in. I'm like, oh, my bear chasing the other road today anyway, So now that they're knowing what I know now, I don't think that was a bear, because listening to the stories that bear don't normally to go and just start, you know, snatching limbs down off trees, and I don't think they do anyway. But as much records as that thing was making, now, I could have turned back and look when I was running, but I figured if I turned my head while I was trying to run, it was slowly down. I was trying to just make sure I had The only thing I want to do is make sure I was running as fast as I could run. But anyway we're going, we'll go forward on up to the up to the actual siding anyway. Like I said that each property is divided twenty thirty acres, and then Nick's property every twenty thirty acres. And then you had my neighbor to our right hand side that he lived about halfway up on the right, and then his sister lived all the way at the back. She had a trailer out there on at the top of the hill. Right. But the way it is, it's pretty flat, and you know tild you get back to where the creek is, and once you get toward the about one hundred yards for you get the creek, it's a big hill going that goes downhill. And she lived right there at the top of the hill on the right hand side, you know, on their property. And her name was Betsy. She's a good old, just good lady, but a tough old lady te man. And anyway, she

7:15 don't come up to me. She's cut up to me a couple of times and she said, Roman says there's a there's a big foot down there. And I just blew it off. I thought she was a little crazy on that one. And then a few months later she came back to me, she says, Roman. She had a three fifty seven baculum in her hands. She said, Roman, there's a big foot down there. She said, I was sleeping last night and I woke up. She said, it's something walked by my window. And she said, my window is eight feet off the ground. She said, I'm gonna go down there, and she says, things glooping in some cave down there somewhere, And she said, I'm gonna go there and I'm gonna shoot that thing. I said, basically, I said, ain't. I said, there ain't no big foot down there, you know. And I've never, ever, not one single time, this whole time, with everything going on, never thought bigfoot. I believe. I've always believed in bigfoot. It up. I didn't think there were any big foot around here. I thought they were all way off somewhere in California somewhere. A lot of that, and like the National Forest and the big the Big National Force and stuff like that. But anyway, so it's going to the day I had my sighting then on the creek. I spent a lot of I spent a lot of time down there. It's like my salvation there. I just it's so beautiful and quiet, and that's where I go to think and when I got things in my mind. And also I have a little outcrop down there. It's got a lot of minerals and a little bit of copper and a little bit of gold in it. So I get in there and I like it there and dig and get my rocks, and there's gemstones. It's volcanic, so it's I get find all kind of crystals and stuff in the rocks. So that's just fun for me getting

8:46 there and just be in the woods. And there's times I've gone down there at one o'clock in the morning, nothing about and this is like deep woods, something like this swampy down there, and so even at one o'clock in the morning, I got in and by myself. No problem. I wasn't wasn't scared. I always hear things when things walking in and making these weird noises, but I never thought one single time it was a big bit or anything like that. One afternoon, I'm coming up. I've been there in my hole digging and starting to get It's not dark yet, just starting to get dark. So I have my buckets and I come on up the hill. And when I get about three quarters away up the hill, I stopped and I'm taking like a little rest, cause them bucking the rocks are heavy, so I can only get so many yards. And then i'd set it down and take a break and get so many yards. But the last time I sat it down, I'm sitting there for a second and I started smelling.

9:37 It smelled like a skunk. I'm sitting there looking around. Said, man, here, it's a skunk right here. I said, man, it's got to be like right here. It spelt like it was like under my feet, that's how strong it was. I'm looking around and by the time by this time I heard wow, you know, just then loud all are I didn't even have to look yet. And the first thing that popped in my head was the skump smell Betsy saying that put down there, and I don't know it's somewhere during my lifetime because I lost fear. I just I don't have I just don't have it. But I think when I heard the things that holler for the first time, I actually just had a almost like a smile and spirkle smirk on my face, meaning and thinking, you got it the kidney. Don't get me wrong, it was I had the initial shot in the shock of it because that it was because I'm I got something right here hollering if you ain't supposed to. It's just I don't think you'd ever running anything like that in your life. And you're sitting out of theirs behind this behind this holly three, real thick holly tree, and it's just I you can see it's just waving its arms and it's and it's just sitting there the steady, just screaming and screaming at me, and I'm thinking somebody is messing with me. You know, the only thing of that, I don't really hang out with anybody. I'm real, you know, I don't. I have a few friends you, I don't really hang out that many people, and most people that I hang out with and know me, you know, I wouldn't do anything thing like that unless everybody knows. Normally, I always got like a pistol on, you know, So that'd be dangerous to play a prank by that. But I'm still thinking possibility. It's

11:09 sitting there yelling, and so I figured I'm gonna say something funny or as stupid as this somebody messing with me. They're gonna laugh. So I said, big Foot, I said, I ain't got a problem with you. I said, I know this twenty two magnum. I got right here in my ways probably what even in phase you? I said, just to let you know, I said, if you come running at me, I said, I'm gonn shoot your writing nuts. And they didn't laugh. Ain't nobody laughed. It just case. Matter of fact. It's dropped down on all fours and it took all about forty more yards up behind this cedar tree and that thing I think about when it dropped down, it took off. I've never seen anything in my life as fast as that thing was. I said no, and right then I knew it was definitely not nobody playing with me.

11:50 So he got over there behind a cedar tree, and it's sitting there and it's I can see I can never really get up like a good look at its face or any thing, because it's always behind a bush. Like I could see it. I can see it, but just never in detail at one time because of the bushes that were staying behind. But they were sitting there and it started screaming and yelling and like that. I look at her at it, and I point toward my truck. I said, I'm going to my truck. My truck was at the top of the hill and it's like a little circle that could come in. It goes up, it's kind of circling. I had that point in facing out. It's sitting there, and it's it's just steady yelling and raising hell and waving his throwing his arms and all over during place and shaking the tree that it's standing behind.

12:37 So I got open my truck door and I shut my door and I don't get it. I don't crank it up, and I ain't got to leave me anything. And like I said, I wasn't scared. I just couldn't shock. And so I'm just sitting there, just looking out of the window of just facing the hand on the stairwell, just trying to take in what was going on. After I got my truck get shut up. I didn't say, I didn't hear nothing else. So I'm sitting there. I sat there about ten minutes, and I was thinking about it, and all of a sudden, the whole ass end of my truck just just it felt like it dropped down about eighteen inches. I just bounced back up, and I looked at in my arview mirror and I didn't see anything. And I rolled my window down and looked around into the back of the truck. I didn't say anything. But what got me was I was my truck was a thirty It was a Chevrolet DURAMACS thirty five hundred, and I know I already had one thousand pounds of rocks in it back. So for something to be able to push my truck down eight ten inches and that thing what I had to weigh one thousand pounds got me. It's just three people could have jumped on the back of that truck not made it squat down two inches. So after it did that. I cranked my truck on up and went ahead and pulled on out of there. But after that encounter, I got to thinking about all these years that everything, the whole bunch of things, started making sense to me after that. If you knew the crap I went through for three or four years when I lived in a cabin right there on the at the top of the hill. And then when my encounter happened, my house had

14:07 already burned down. My house burned down eight years ago. This My house had been burned down for a while when my counter actual counter happened. But while I was living there, man, I'm talking about it had to be in these subsquatches that they about drove me insane. But I'm thinking the whole time before my en calendar that those were black people messing around in my woods. So I'd be out there, I'm talking about, and I'd hear these owl calls. I'm thinking there's people making owl caols, And I mean you can hear people like walking in and me walking in the woods, you know, and they're doing these alcohols and stuff. And I'm thinking there's people are trespassing on my place. So so night after night I'm out there, man, I'm by this time, I done got, you know, pissed off, and I went I just wanted to catch one of these people. All I want to do was just catch one of them. So all I wanted to find out why the hell they were on my property. So night after night I get up there might be dressing in black and playing all kinds of stuff, and I'd hear them coming up walking through the woods, and I'd get down there and lay down in the leaves and being for hours and hours, and they always I could never figure out while how they always knew where I was. I think, there's no way they know I'm right here.

15:22 There's no way. And they were just like there was always there were always one step ahead of me. And I mean for gears. I mean you wouldn't believe the time. I mean it literally drove me crazy trying to catch these people. And one night I had a friend of mine come over and he was gonna help me. I said, man, we got to catch the boats. So late that night I had an old flatbed truck out there at the top of the hill, and him went laid under that truck and I ended up falling asleep like one o'clock in the morning or so. He nudged me any points, and I look up out of the tractor sitting on the trailer right there. And I looked, and you can see the silhouette and people, like few people standing there with a little coun't really see him and all because it was so dark out there, and you couldn't see your handing from your Facebook loop toward the skyline. You see them like standing there next to each other, moving around, walking around out of there. So I told my friend, I said, right on the count of three, and I had like a pump shotgun. It was like an eight shot to grip remigen, and I think he had one of the other shotgun pump shotgun.

16:19 And I didn't want I didn't want to make keep that much noise. I just wanted to get out and run up. I was a bust on them in the head to put it the shotgun. I just wanted to get one of them. Soon we jump out, he racks the shotgun and these things take off and at the time I thought it was people and and I couldn't even believe how fast they took off. And then there's run went around at loop. I was talking about where I was part of that with My counter happened, and there's a goalie on the other side of the driveway. It goes straight down like a four foot drop, and then it drops on down to about twelve feet. And we had had an ice storm like a year before that, so this goalie was full of all these tree tops and limbs that had drunk off from the ice storm. And man, they two cats just with took off just barely down through the here like breaking limbs, running through the tree limbs, And I'm thinking, man, we must have really scared the heck got them dudes. They practically killed herself getting away from us, stinking. But it was always funny to me how fast and how how they were able to just run like that in the picts, black dark and then run down and run through them tree limbs like that. I thought the man they practiced killed herself getting away from us. Now that I think about it, I probably wouldn't. I'm just glad my buddy did it right there shot now, because if I had ran up that thing hit it ahead, if I would have had kind of a surprise. After my encounter happened, me and my girlfriend went in there and we were camping there at the creek for a week. I think we can sat there and spent some time my mom. My mom, she passed away a year ago, and my mom, she was there choose everything to me. I loved her morning anything

17:52 in this world. And we were real close. And I think that's really the only thing I ever I really did fear was losing like somebody you love, or like my mother. After she died, and I've had my dad, he's still around. He say, he's eighty six years old, and I've had to face the fact that that it's going to happen. While she was right before she died, we was down there camping out out of the creek and they just enjoying the creek and going very well, spending time my mom. And anyway, one night we was walking back up the hill and you can hear something walking in the woods out beside us, and it sounded like it was by p Doot, but it was screaming. It sounded like it sounded just like a woman scream like she was just a woman being this murder. That's what it sounds like. So I'm thinking, yeah, maybe my Mountain Lon. Even though I had seen already seen the big Foot if I didn't do that, but it's made screams like that before that. But thinking about it now, this thing was breaking limbs and all kinds of stuff.

18:48 Of cougar wouldn't do anything like that, And we don't really have that many cougar around here, but cougar are pretty stealthy animals. I believe they wouldn't be just breaking limbs and walking that loud in the woods. But it followed us all the way up the hill, and then after you get the top of the hill, go up a little bit further and my uncle he Levet was right in the middle and we got a guard. He's got his big garden, and across from that we got another big garden right there playing every year. And it always stayed back on the tree line and swore you couldn't see it and sit there just screaming bloody murder. And hell got in the house and went to bed, and all night that things walked around and around the house and sit there screaming like that half the night. And this went on for a couple of weeks to the point where you know, we actually put staying at the creet. We went there and started staying at my mother's house. And my mama come waiting me up in the middle of the night into that Roman says that that things, that cougar, cat or wherever that thing is. She says, out there in the front yard under my windows, screaming. And I got up, and I think she's out there just raising hell. And I went, I was looking get the flashlight, and I looked, but it would always be just right inside the trees.

19:56 You never I can never see it. So I went and backed up. We got a bunch of security cameras, so I backed up scurity cameras, and I'm looking for maybe a cat or something there. But at the time, but I could I remember a couple There were a couple of I think places on the table you can see like a big like a dark shadow or something back behind the tree. But I was thinking it sounded like more like a cougar because I didn't, like I said, after listening like your show and listening to other people's subscriptions talking about it sounds like a woman screaming. Now I realized I was probably that the big foot there see and of course noses being walking around and probably had to be that subsquatch. But after my mom passed, I quit going down there for a little bit. Here in the last couple of months, I started going back down to the creek, back to the hall, and I started digging again about two months ago.

20:51 It's hard for me to get down there for a while and even get at my mom's house and even see my dad, you know, just because the memories. But actually I think to steal down there because the last couple of times I've been in they're digging. About time it starts getting dark, you start hearing the alcohols, and they start going off and and you can get them different. I used to. I used to turkey hunt with Jackie Blesso. He was the full time world champion turkey caller, and one of the things you do in a turkey calling contest is an owl. Caol, but owls like they're real girth below girth the that's what they sound like. I'm thinking, even when I was out here in the woods trying to teach these people off, like, man, that's the worst alcohol I've ever heard them, big buss. But I just think I am, like, absolutely insane.

21:33 They were probably selling tickets to go watch me out there, crawling around out there like an idiot. That's what I feel like now that I know what I know. You know, but that's most of it. Got anything you want to ask me about that? Roman? Definitely, I was just letting you go. Man. That's some incredible things that you have experienced over the years. You shared a lot of really personal things, and I want to thank you for being open enough to share some really personal things. Sides the Bigfoot interactions. I was thinking about the owl calls. So it sounds like what tipped you off is that the owl cal itself was just so ridiculous sounding, not that it was like, yeah, really loud, Yeah you could tell, yeah, yeah, real bad. Definitely went out. I was always thought as a person, I thought there were people on my place doing these alcohols and wouldn't let them. They wear each other and work, I can never catch them. But now I know that it was probably not a uh, they probably weren't people. Looking back, now I can one thing. I'm pretty good in the woods. I can walk. You're very quiet. I used to I used to hunt. I used to hunt.

22:36 Was stalky, knob bet stop and I can figure out by the likes of me, I can never see you. It was making all these walking through the woods, making all these calls. Like I said, now, it's probably because it wouldn't people. So I feel like I feel like I'm a idiot now and knowing what I know now after my counter and knowing that they do alcohols and stuff like that. Oh, absolutely, hindsight is twenty twenty for sure. What would you say is the most recent interaction or something that you would attribute to Bigfoot? What's the most recent things I would say, I would say about two weeks ago when I got down I was down there digging, and I'm sitting there. When I'm in my hole, I'm like, I have a hammer and a chisel because you know, it's an outcross, a rock outcrop, and I'm sitting their hammer and chiseling away. And then I start by the time it starts getting dark and you start hearing these alcohols. And there's a where our place is. There's an island that's right across from our place, and the creek goes on both sides of it.

23:40 And this island is probably about the size of about one and a half football fields, and it's got just huge trees and just real thick even during the wintertime, it's thick. You can't even see in there, and that's where a lot of some of the calls are coming from. Oh yeah, I got monocolars and I was looking trying to look through there a couple and I saw a couple of things in there when I was looking through my monoculars. That kind of leads me to think, that's it's the perfect place. Nobody ever goes on his island. Nobody ever goes on his own What kind of things did you notice through the binocular I was looking through my monoculars, and the first thing, one thing I always one thing one of my hobbies was always is like looking to just see how far I can, like look through into the woods. You can sit there and when you focus in on with your monoculars, you want to find a gap in the trees, and then you want to try to just take your mind away from everything else around it.

24:33 You want to try to focus on that one spot going through into thiss You know what I'm talking about, because in order to focus in on behind it, you had to get out of focus with the main feature to be able to look deeper and deeper. But I saw something. It looked like like maybe a head sticking out from behind a tree, but I said, I could just be a limb or bush sticking out side of the tree also, And so I sit there and I just sit there and watch it and watch it. And then it moves. She's seen it go in toward the tree. That's huh. So that's one thing I looked for. And then after it moved, I started looking down. I went over to the next tree, and then I saw it at the next tree right beside it, okay, And then I sat there and watched it for a while, and then it didn't move, and I turned and looked to the right, and then I swung back just to see if it would move. I looked away, and then when I had to look back at it, he wasn't there anymore. And then I looked down and I saw it down toward the bottom, lower at the bottom in the tree. So there was definitely some movement going on in there. I can't say, yeah, it was a soft squats, but I think it is very interesting. You mentioned that Betsy is Betsy's still alive. Yeah, she's still alive. She moved after that, Yes, she moved, and she was down there all the time. She did, and then she was for her to come to me and just tell me something like that. She seemed pretty rattled about it. She was pretty upset about it. Betsy's got stories, yeah, no question, Yeah, I bet she does. I bet she does. I can get older.

26:00 Matter of fact, I had talked to her sister in law, eight sister in law the other day, and she had give me Bets's number, because I've never talked to bits after I had to run in with it, so I wanted to call and tell her, you know what, I ran in that thing to hell. So I've been really meaning the I just I worked so much. I work all the time, like six seven days a week. Feel free to pass on my info if you ever get to talk to her. I would love yeah, will I like. I love to know a little bit more of myself now. I think if I tell her that she's probably she'd probably opened up a little bit more after I kill her. I had a she sing it. You know, if people are on a I didn't tell too many people about this first thing. Might I walked up my dad's house and I wouldn't like I said, I lost my fear fator a long time again. You know, in order for me to be afraid of something, you have to like, I don't fear death. I know what's going to happen, and when's your time? Is your time? So and I had a really bad break, like years and years ago. I was in my brand new f two fifty. I was going up Mark Karl.

26:59 I had been mobigging my jeep. I said, doing it about eighty five my brour and I was my girlfriend at the time. I was talking to Ernie couldoose bad at he just kept him hanging up on me. So I sent her message my phone and I went off Soda Road and I hit a concrete covert. H head on the concrete covert, I went in every end over one hundred and twenty five yards down in this inbatement. Dude, I hit eight trees. The truck was I mean nothing left up the truck. The brief is so flat, the stem and smashed down to the up seat, I mean, phone, everything in that truck was just being destroyed. And I was standing there on the hood that truck when it stopped without a scratch on me and thinking, what the hell has happening? Wow, you're lucky in the record driver. Next day he was. He was on his hands and knees and my shirt, going, you got some kind of purpose, you got some kind of purpose, and said I've been driving a record preacher over for twenty years. Said your truck's talked too much of the story vicuies I've ever seen in my life, and said you ain't got to join you. I mean, it was definitely some of divine intervention. Yeah.

27:56 I shouldn't even be alive. I should have hamburged me. But something, man, I don't pursue whatever reason, it saved my life. That's wild. Roman people were bringing me. I had people bringing me parts of my truck, had me autographed. Oh yeah, man, when you autographed this for me? I found this tennis ball in ATURECT, had me a silent MS ball, any part of my truck they could find laning in the GG center there. That is so weird. Yeah, that's crazy. Wow. Makes you think about each day for sure, Yeah, definitely. But that just made me realize that when it's your time, it's your time, and right in with my time. So absolutely my I was coming out of hill and big Foot when I run around and killed me. But it would have been my time I went out with my boot song. That's there.

28:40 That's exactly right the area you were talking about where you dig for rocks. Do you guys have granite in that area? Yeah, we have a whole lot of granite. Really, Yeah, a lot of granite, a lot of corks. See, there's several gold mines up the road. You got the dorm mine you know, which was in my Hormet in eighteen hundred is produced pretty good bit of gold, and I think there's a couple of other mines around there, and that outcrop I got. I was happened to just be looking into Goalie one day and I've seen a rock formation opening in Clayland. I started digging, and man, it was just like orange and green and blue and just every colors of the rainbow and this rock. There's a few album I've talked to I don't even think on record where they've mentioned they have hypothesis that massive amount of granite could be related to Bigfoot type things.

29:33 And I think it might even come up in some Missing four one one stuff too. But I just wanted to ask you about that. That's very interesting to tell you. I have. Yeah, there's a granted is one of the main rocks we have here. We drew your whales and stuff. I heard you have to drift the granite order. But I tell you what I placed that they're on the creek. This guy Indian. There's Indian graves. And let me tell you, I've had some seriousbody was gonn run into a big foot. It was gonna be me, because I've had some serious encounters with some spirits. And when one time me and my wife, we had like a spirit in our house and she was they clawed her, It clawed her all up right there in front of my us. When one night, really, oh dear, I said, there was washed and I was trying to grab her and hold her and protect her, and from it was there's claud all across her back. Everything. I stuck it and he believed it.

30:26 But we had a guy who stayed there in our place that helped my dad, and he stayed in the camper in the creek. His name was David, and my dad he owns a bunch of properties all over the place and has rental properties. So he helped my dad. It was like his handiman. And he stayed on the camper and the dad provided him at a place to stay down there, and he liked to drink a lot, and one night he drank a little too much, and I guess he had they've fallen in the creek and drowned in the creek. And anyway, years later, me and my girl, I was taking that in time. We were upstairs. I had a big slide and stoor going out onto a balcony here out there at my house. And I looked up the glass and I said, man, there's a David. I said, he's standing there something something like. I could see him and some other guy in a long beard.

31:11 He was real white face when David the skin was green. And she said yeah, she said, he's waving at you right now. And by the time she said that, he was throwing his hand up waving at me. I said, d you can see you too, and said yeah, but yeah, today he's been dead for fifteen years and he's sitting there waving at me. She saw it, you know, she waving at you. I used to see ghosts in there, all kind of spirits all the time down there. And one night, hell it was it's been this has been bout eight years ago. We was out there and and man, there was like my dogs were like chasing something all around in the woods. Whatever it was like haul on blok because my dogs it was just playing with my dogs. And we looked up and this big UFO came up, was like real bright, just elongated and just it's just one solid, this bright bright light came easing over the trees. And then another one came flying up right real fast behind it. Right when he got to it, it stopped, and then both of them just eased on real slow, one right behind the other.

32:09 That was like creepy. And then and then at the same time my dog was just three of them are just just being a run, racking through the woods, just chasing something that they can't catch. And that was a that was a very high night r there. I've seen UFOs and broad daylight I had that. I've had them fly clean, I mean clean over my head. At least one of them was like a triangle chase broad daylight. It was maybe three hundred feet above the top of the trees. And then matter of fact, we were coming in from town and was in the truck and you can see it looked like something dropped out us like it was like a portal over close to where my parents' house was, and we've seen it fly back in around. So I said, let's turn up here where the fields are and go here to the fields and see if you can see anything but see ice. We turned up the road, we saw it coming over the top of the trees, and we just stopped the truck right there in the middle of the road and got out, and it flew right over our head.

32:58 It was I could tell you every tail on it. You can see everything on it. Flew right over head, didn't make a noise or nothing, and she had her phone trying to record it. Sider reporter would work. Yeah, that was awesome siding right there. You said that you're in pretty close proximity to some burial grounds. Yeah, looks at the Indian barrel on my dad's place. And we got I got an area head collection, I got both. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I got all kind of stuff, you name it. I got an area. It was how close to the houses are the burial grounds? Oh, I'd say within maybe eighty hundred yards? Oh my goodness to wow. Yeah. Yeah, so there used to be the main campus right there our place. If you look at them out where this would have been seven, eight thousand years ago these Indians.

33:52 So there was a there was like an encampment type deal. Was that there was like a main like a village type deal you're saying, or yeah, up on the flag and then he had to creak down like city camps would have been up there on the top of the hills. Sure, the niest ever would put their camp on the slopes, always on the plants. That's where we find most of artifacts. So you're definitely in the thickest something there. You've got so much stuff going on in that one area that you're at. And I'm not surprised after finding out that, I wanted to talk a little bit about so that the night when you saw the creature and you yelled at it and then it ran away on all fours. Yeah, it didn't run all the way. It just went up about thirty yards and I got behind a nother tree started yelling some more. Yeah, So the can you describe like what you noticed from the way it was yelling. Was it just a sound or language or it was it was more as yelling and it wouldn't and it wasn't all focius like a lot of people will say. It was it's just it's just raising like it was pissed off. I got to think so maybe it got sprayed by the skunk. The smell, I mean it smelled, that's the way it was acted like. It was just like frustrated today because it smelled just like a skunk. I'm talking about there Always people always try to describe how would it smelled, how the odor was, But this thing smelled if you've ever rode by a dead skunk on I ran on the highway, no different than that. It was identical to the smell

35:22 a dead skunk on the road. Did you notice or can you remember any weird details about what you saw? Yeah? It was. It was like a real It was like a chocolate little like a more like a chocolate color color of a dark real dark brown black, maybe mixed a little bit, or could have had mud on it on it, but it was real dark. And it had definitely had some long arms, because that's one thing you could see just flapping and flying away. And I can never really tell I can never really get a good height guess on it because the way that the terrain is, all the hills, you got gilts and all kinds of stuff to say where I was standing in the road coming up, so you could got like a little three foot bank right there, and then it was like over the hump and behind the holly tree right there. Going it slopes back down to the right, you can get over that little hump and it's behind that big holly tree right there. And then after I said that to it, I didn't know if it understood me or what about me shoot out, but it's getting a little bit more distance between It ran over behind that Caesar tree then, but it was sitting there and just grab had grabbed a hold of it, you know, and it was like I guess you stepping over both hands and grabbed a hold of the lean on each side. It was just sitting there, just shaking the tree. And when it went to other direction and it started, really it definitely took any sphere and in the way it was yelling too, and it wasn't like real sphere. I guess that this could have been like a maybe a juvenile maybe because it didn't have the it didn't sound like it had the lung capacity like some of these some of the other descriptions. Some of the other people say that it sounded like it

36:55 didn't have that. I didn't feel it. I think one of I would have to say. The part that really got me was that it ended up following you up to your truck. Oh yeah, now that's that's surprised. That really did surprise me. And it had to be that creature because there's nothing else I could have, you know, thirty five hundred dermats. It's got pretty stout suspension on it, absolutely, and like I already already had a thousand pounds of rocks in the back of it, so it was already compressed pretty good before it jumped on the back of it. For to drop down that far, that's what really got my attention right there. I said, man, that thing is bigger than I thought it was, so they had they had to be heavy though. Oh yeah, I don't think it jumped on the truck. I think it because they went down so fast and came back up so quick. If it would have jumped on it, it would have been went down and then past it came out. I think what it did it we came up and just put his hands on the back of my tailgate because I had a tool body on a body on the back of it. Okay, so it's pretty stout. Tailgate didn't know it's hard, still solid still, so I think he just put his hands on the back of the gate and just shoved down on it. And that's what it felt like me thinking over the years when it sounds like there's been many times when you've heard things in the woods. Have there ever been times where there was a sound you heard and it just it confused you and you were like, I, this sound shouldn't be here right now. Yeah, many times we'd be out there and I heard this thing one night making this real weird kind of I don't even know if I can start and describe it. It was

38:27 a I'm like, what in the world is that? And it would always do that. It would be there in that ditch down there, making that noise. When it was it real loud, but it was I've never heard anything making no noise sound like that. I love that there, and I sat a countless night. I loved to sit outside at night and just listened up the creakings and the sounds of the nature. Absolutely, and so my whole life has been sitting outside listening. Well, I hear noises like that I've never heard before. But at the time, I was thinking bigfoot. Yeah exactly. When once you get aware that could be an issue in your area, your outlook kind of changes. Have there ever been any sightings of I don't know if you've ever heard of dog man before, like a creature that kind of has a canine look to it and it's on two legs.

39:17 No. I knew that they probably exist, but I had never seen one of those. By the stories I've heard, I hope I don't. Well, that's I'm gonna I was going to say, count yourself lucky that they're not in the picture that you know of for sure. That's good. Yeah, that I know of. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Back then, I was always packing some serious but guns. I always had to do three guns on me, big shotguns. My wife. I had three hundred win mag I'd always keep on me when I was down there. That's a that's an elephant rifle there. That's a big gun. I killed my first year with that gun when I was like eleven years old. And that's that's bigger than a little bit bigger than his mag. And I always tell you to say, I mean I brought I was there with guns. Was nothing for me when I was like ten or eleven years old. That's how much time to change with kids today, and back when I was kids, I could walk out side with the thirty eight Sundays when I was ten eleven years old.

Yeah, it's a little bit different. Unfortunately, I'm guessing what was that back in the probably eighties or nineties or Yeah, I was born in seventy two, so that'd been about early eighties. Yeah, that's cool. Yeah, that's a whole different time for sure. Oh yeah, definitely. Roman, you got some weird stuff going on in your area, man, and I don't think it's gonna I don't think it's letting out either, to be honest. No, I tell you what I thought to some other people too, and they said they got some stuff going on in replace too. They owned a lot of several hundred acres and they said they failed some little tps and stuff like that over the place. Really, and there's a lot, there's a whole lot of still, there's a lot of National Forest and the like bike they turned it and turned them into in the bike trails now, so it used to be like game management hunting. Now they're like bicycle trails through the woods and it's back behind where we're on our side. Man, it's still nothing. But people they own hundreds and hundreds of acres of land are not selling it. They don't want it to be developed. And I like it that way, yeah myself as well. It's we got to we can't lose all the land just it doesn't right, that's actually nice. I was going to ask you, is have you talked to your neighbors? And it sounds like you're starting to talk to him, which is good. Yeah, Now the ones that we're see, I didn't really get along with her brother, which is Tony. He used to one to he died here if just a

41:38 few months ago, matter of fact. And his son, his son now he's got a camper down there. He just begin my camper. He went in the last six by six months ago and he's been standing there a little bit. I asked him about this. You be hearing you see happen? He's up and hearing some weird stuff down there.
