Retired RCMP Officer Comes Forward About a Bigfoot Call

Retired RCMP Officer Comes Forward About a Bigfoot Call

A family called police after something spent hours circling their home and shrieking. The responding officer reportedly watched a huge, two-legged figure clear a five-foot fence. The family said it returned after he left.

Retired Royal Canadian Mounted Police officer Chris Raabis comes forward to share the Bigfoot-related call he helped follow up on near Pemberton, British Columbia. He describes interviewing the frightened family, hearing his colleague’s account, and documenting the incident in a police file.

Chris also shares his own unexplained experiences near Nelson: strange chattering during a nighttime dog walk, breaking trees, a thunderous impact he interpreted as a thrown boulder, and deer remains with no visible blood on the surrounding snow.

What happened outside that family’s home—and what is happening in these British Columbia forests?

00:00:13.839 --> 00:00:17.140

6
00:00:17.260 --> 00:00:21.089

change the way you see the woods forever. So stay

10
00:00:30.859 --> 00:00:33.479
with us. Please keep Jeremiah in your prayers as he

11
00:00:33.520 --> 00:00:37.799
continues his fight against cancer. For more updates about his

12

medical journey, please go to the CaringBridge link in the

13
00:00:41.740 --> 00:00:44.740
show notes. Thank you. All right, Bigfoot Society, you've got

14
00:00:44.759 --> 00:00:48.579
the privilege of talking to Chris Rabbis today. A little

15
00:00:48.600 --> 00:00:52.600
bit of background about Chris. He is a 54-year-old retired

16
00:00:52.759 --> 00:00:59.549
member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, or RCMP. He

17
00:00:59.570 --> 00:01:03.409
was a firearms instructor, defensive tactics instructor, and an incident

18
00:01:03.509 --> 00:01:08.010
management intervention instructor. He also has a degree from the

19
00:01:08.090 --> 00:01:13.859
University of Calgary in history. And four daughters and a Christian,

20
00:01:13.920 --> 00:01:17.819
which is awesome. My goodness, hats off to you. That's

21
00:01:18.760 --> 00:01:21.939
four daughters is kind of the most impressive thing, man,

22
00:01:22.000 --> 00:01:25.219
as a parent. Good for you, dude. Good stuff. Chris,

23
00:01:25.269 --> 00:01:27.849
welcome to the show. This is going to be a

24
00:01:27.870 --> 00:01:33.209
very interesting discussion. You've got some things to share about

25
00:01:34.510 --> 00:01:39.090
some incidents that you've had over the years about a

26
00:01:39.290 --> 00:01:46.379
certain area in Canada. And feel free to... First off,

27
00:01:46.420 --> 00:01:48.500
is there anything that you want to share about your

28
00:01:49.019 --> 00:01:52.409
employment with the RCMP, or do you think that's enough

29
00:01:52.909 --> 00:01:53.810
for listeners to know?

30
00:01:55.689 --> 00:02:02.670
I'm retired at this point. So medically, post-traumatic stress disorder,

31
00:02:02.689 --> 00:02:07.709
sort of a thing that happens to law enforcement people,

32
00:02:09.530 --> 00:02:12.550
especially the places that I was posted. They were pretty

33
00:02:12.590 --> 00:02:16.469
rough war zones. So yeah. It's one of those things.

34
00:02:16.509 --> 00:02:20.419
But yeah, so I'm retired. You know, I hunt, fish,

35
00:02:20.860 --> 00:02:23.300
take my dogs in the bush, that kind of thing.

36
00:02:24.560 --> 00:02:28.710
Gotcha. So you are not just sticking to the city

37
00:02:28.750 --> 00:02:31.250
or town areas. You're actually going out there in the

38
00:02:31.289 --> 00:02:35.370
woods pretty deep, would you say, when you're doing the

39
00:02:35.449 --> 00:02:37.629
hunting and fishing and going out with your dogs or?

40
00:02:39.930 --> 00:02:45.629
Yeah, I'm blessed where I live near Nelson, British Columbia.

41
00:02:45.650 --> 00:02:50.930
I mean, Canada has one tenth of the population of

42
00:02:50.969 --> 00:02:54.009
the United States, and it's the second largest country in

43
00:02:54.030 --> 00:02:57.819
the world. So you can imagine that there's a lot of,

44
00:02:58.759 --> 00:03:02.719
you know, deep woods where you can go and not

45
00:03:02.780 --> 00:03:05.680
see anyone for as long as you want to be

46
00:03:05.759 --> 00:03:08.710
out there. And those are the kind of areas that

47
00:03:08.750 --> 00:03:14.629
I like to be in. You know, it's my happy place. But,

48
00:03:15.310 --> 00:03:20.370
I mean, I can get into the most recent experience

49
00:03:20.650 --> 00:03:24.639
that I had. I was just walking my dogs. And

50
00:03:24.840 --> 00:03:28.659
even where I walk my dogs, it's a forest service

51
00:03:28.699 --> 00:03:33.819
road proximal to Nelson. And I walk my dogs up

52
00:03:33.860 --> 00:03:37.750
there a lot. I gained quite a bit of altitude

53
00:03:37.969 --> 00:03:41.870
on the drive there. And I think I start walking.

54
00:03:41.889 --> 00:03:47.050
What would I be at? I think I'm probably about 1,000, 1,100

55
00:03:47.050 --> 00:03:51.039
meters above sea level. And then I can gain another

56
00:03:51.039 --> 00:03:56.360
300 vertical meters, something like that. So like not crazy high,

57
00:03:56.379 --> 00:04:00.780
like not Colorado high, but like not bad. And so

58
00:04:01.780 --> 00:04:04.810
I park in this place that I always park in.

59
00:04:05.969 --> 00:04:10.520
This particular evening, it was about a year ago, maybe

60
00:04:10.539 --> 00:04:13.960
a year and a bit. It was bow season, so

61
00:04:14.020 --> 00:04:22.600
early September of last year. And I was walking around dusk.

62
00:04:24.290 --> 00:04:26.629
So I got out of the vehicle, got my dogs out.

63
00:04:27.170 --> 00:04:30.470
They're idiots. They're running all over the place. We start

64
00:04:30.509 --> 00:04:35.170
walking up the road. And there were... a couple of

65
00:04:35.230 --> 00:04:37.949
interesting things that happen. So first of all, when I walk,

66
00:04:38.189 --> 00:04:40.569
I don't bring like, even if it's dark, I don't

67
00:04:40.610 --> 00:04:44.889
bring a flashlight. I'm in the bush, whatever. I've got

68
00:04:44.910 --> 00:04:47.649
my dogs. I feel good. So I don't bring a flashlight.

69
00:04:47.670 --> 00:04:50.910
I have a light on my phone if I need one. So, um,

70
00:04:51.110 --> 00:04:55.529
you know, walking with the dogs, we, we gain altitude

71
00:04:55.589 --> 00:04:57.269
and then we come sort of to a height of

72
00:04:57.329 --> 00:05:02.670
land that's more rolling. And, um, kind of have to

73
00:05:02.769 --> 00:05:06.490
imagine like, uh, I can use my hands, but to

74
00:05:06.529 --> 00:05:10.189
describe it, if you've got a slope, there's a road

75
00:05:10.370 --> 00:05:13.350
that's cut into the slope. So you've got the high

76
00:05:13.430 --> 00:05:16.250
side of the road, you've got the road, and then

77
00:05:16.550 --> 00:05:21.410
it slopes down. And generally it's going to slope down into, uh,

78
00:05:21.449 --> 00:05:24.649
you know, some kind of drainage or a river or

79
00:05:24.670 --> 00:05:28.180
a creek or something like that. So this road that

80
00:05:28.240 --> 00:05:31.199
I'm on, once I get to height of land, um,

81
00:05:33.329 --> 00:05:38.569
or close to it, it's, it's crossing. There's probably about, uh,

82
00:05:38.740 --> 00:05:41.000
on my right side. So as I'm walking towards the Creek,

83
00:05:41.579 --> 00:05:44.860
it probably goes up about a hundred, about a hundred

84
00:05:44.920 --> 00:05:51.600
meters and drops down very, a varying, um, length, like

85
00:05:51.639 --> 00:05:55.370
a varying distance because, um, as, as you walk towards

86
00:05:55.410 --> 00:05:57.610
the Creek, you get closer to the slope. I know

87
00:05:57.629 --> 00:06:00.420
that's kind of hard to understand, but like, The road

88
00:06:00.459 --> 00:06:03.930
that I'm on will actually meet the creek. So when

89
00:06:03.949 --> 00:06:06.470
we get to the point at which I'm talking about,

90
00:06:06.529 --> 00:06:09.550
it's going to be about 150 meters down to the creek.

91
00:06:10.490 --> 00:06:15.620
So I'm walking my dogs. It's getting dark. I'm listening

92
00:06:15.680 --> 00:06:19.740
to a podcast, and it's actually a paranormal podcast that

93
00:06:20.060 --> 00:06:25.420
I love. And this lady on the podcast is telling

94
00:06:25.439 --> 00:06:30.269
a ghost story. And as I'm walking... I hear this

95
00:06:30.689 --> 00:06:33.649
chattering sound. I don't know how to describe it other

96
00:06:33.670 --> 00:06:38.620
than some sort of chattering sound. And the podcast that

97
00:06:38.639 --> 00:06:42.560
I'm listening to, it's curated phone calls of people calling

98
00:06:42.620 --> 00:06:46.579
their paranormal experiences. And sometimes the host will overlay sounds

99
00:06:47.100 --> 00:06:50.579
on the podcast. And I thought, oh, that must be

100
00:06:50.670 --> 00:06:56.970
just him overlaying these noises. And then I thought to myself,

101
00:06:57.470 --> 00:07:01.860
why would he put these sounds over some lady's ghost

102
00:07:01.920 --> 00:07:08.160
story so i stopped and i you know wound as

103
00:07:08.220 --> 00:07:10.980
it were the podcast to the same point where it

104
00:07:11.040 --> 00:07:14.939
was and and i should mention i stream my my

105
00:07:15.240 --> 00:07:18.189
audio through hearing aids i wear hearing aids as a

106
00:07:18.230 --> 00:07:21.350
firearms instructor i probably didn't wear my hearing protection as

107
00:07:21.430 --> 00:07:24.310
much as i should have and genetically as well so

108
00:07:24.370 --> 00:07:28.569
now i have to wear hearing aids um So I

109
00:07:28.629 --> 00:07:33.769
listened to the exact same story and there's no chattering.

110
00:07:35.300 --> 00:07:40.920
I wish I could mimic what I heard. For some reason,

111
00:07:41.060 --> 00:07:44.060
I can't. And that in and of itself is unusual

112
00:07:44.100 --> 00:07:47.420
to me. But it wasn't there. So I simply thought, oh,

113
00:07:47.439 --> 00:07:51.019
it must be feedback in my hearing aids because my

114
00:07:51.060 --> 00:07:54.879
dogs didn't react to the sound at all. This is

115
00:07:54.899 --> 00:08:01.889
going to come into play later as well. So I think, okay,

116
00:08:01.910 --> 00:08:04.529
this must be just some feedback in my hearing aids.

117
00:08:04.790 --> 00:08:08.329
And I keep on walking and I get to the creek.

118
00:08:08.870 --> 00:08:12.740
And normally, even at night, I would just strip down

119
00:08:12.800 --> 00:08:15.939
to my underwear, jump in the creek, have a cold plunge,

120
00:08:16.860 --> 00:08:19.759
get back out, get dressed, and then carry on back

121
00:08:19.800 --> 00:08:23.199
to the car. And this night, I got to the

122
00:08:23.240 --> 00:08:25.899
creek and I was like, there's no way I'm getting

123
00:08:25.959 --> 00:08:30.379
in the creek. And I can't explain why. It was

124
00:08:30.639 --> 00:08:34.779
something I normally do, and I decided absolutely not. So

125
00:08:34.799 --> 00:08:41.000
I turn around, and I start walking back. And Jeremiah,

126
00:08:42.009 --> 00:08:46.129
I kid you not, at the exact same place on

127
00:08:46.169 --> 00:08:51.490
the trail where I heard that chattering in my hearing aids,

128
00:08:51.509 --> 00:08:55.149
I hear a sound, and this is going to be funny,

129
00:08:55.470 --> 00:08:59.500
but it It sounded kind of like a.

130
00:08:59.759 --> 00:09:04.070
Like Tim Allen from Home Improvement.

131
00:09:05.429 --> 00:09:08.649
So everyone I've told the story to is like, oh,

132
00:09:08.690 --> 00:09:10.950
Tim Allen from Home Improvement. And I didn't get it

133
00:09:10.970 --> 00:09:14.929
in the moment or sometime afterwards. So I hear this...

134
00:09:19.120 --> 00:09:22.960
And I got a veritable reaction in my body, like

135
00:09:22.980 --> 00:09:27.549
the release of adrenaline. And I went, what the heck?

136
00:09:27.669 --> 00:09:32.529
And I hear this again. And then a second later,

137
00:09:33.769 --> 00:09:39.549
I hear the snapping of trees and a very large

138
00:09:39.720 --> 00:09:45.919
boulder hitting another boulder down at the creek, which was,

139
00:09:46.100 --> 00:09:49.820
as I said, about 150 meters below me. Now, just

140
00:09:49.879 --> 00:09:54.600
to explain this, when I heard that weird noise, and

141
00:09:54.799 --> 00:09:58.149
I also want to say, in this moment, I was

142
00:09:58.309 --> 00:10:01.720
trying to implant that sound into my brain i was

143
00:10:01.779 --> 00:10:03.899
like i need to be able to recreate that sound

144
00:10:04.259 --> 00:10:06.000
and for the life of me i cannot so i

145
00:10:06.059 --> 00:10:08.440
know that it didn't sound like tim allen on on

146
00:10:08.500 --> 00:10:12.159
home improvement but that's the best that my brain can

147
00:10:12.220 --> 00:10:17.159
do with that noise so at this point i'm walking

148
00:10:17.259 --> 00:10:22.159
back towards my car So the upslope, the upward slope

149
00:10:22.259 --> 00:10:26.120
is on my left. The road is where I'm walking.

150
00:10:26.279 --> 00:10:29.039
And then on my right, it goes steeply down at

151
00:10:29.059 --> 00:10:34.840
a very high angle to the creek below. Now had a, oh, oh,

152
00:10:35.200 --> 00:10:39.470
and sorry, right before I heard the boulder snapping the trees,

153
00:10:40.000 --> 00:10:45.110
I heard this clunk, clunk, clunk of clearly rock hitting

154
00:10:45.269 --> 00:10:49.970
other rock. And that was from the upward slope. So

155
00:10:50.690 --> 00:10:55.100
if a boulder had just simply dislodged itself due to whatever,

156
00:10:55.720 --> 00:10:58.500
there is a sound of a boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom.

157
00:10:59.179 --> 00:11:02.929
And there are trees absolutely everywhere. Like there have been

158
00:11:02.990 --> 00:11:05.870
forestry crews that have gone in here. They've done some

159
00:11:06.350 --> 00:11:09.830
fire mitigation work. So they've opened it up significantly. But

160
00:11:10.009 --> 00:11:12.879
having said that, there is absolutely no straight path down

161
00:11:12.919 --> 00:11:15.840
to the creek. where a boulder could roll and not

162
00:11:15.960 --> 00:11:18.799
bump into a tree and stop rolling or whatever. It

163
00:11:18.840 --> 00:11:22.960
would make noise as it rolls on the ground. This boulder,

164
00:11:24.070 --> 00:11:27.710
for lack of a better word, was launched from the

165
00:11:27.909 --> 00:11:32.970
uphill side of the road over all of the trees,

166
00:11:33.470 --> 00:11:38.059
many of which are extremely tall, like we're talking British

167
00:11:38.120 --> 00:11:43.460
Columbia interior dug fir trees. that are like, I don't

168
00:11:43.480 --> 00:11:48.580
know how tall, like 150 feet, like whatever, like these

169
00:11:48.620 --> 00:11:53.919
are big trees. This thing ostensibly clears a whole bunch

170
00:11:53.980 --> 00:11:58.320
of trees and then on its downward angle, right before

171
00:11:58.360 --> 00:12:02.460
it hits a boulder or boulders at the creek, snaps

172
00:12:02.679 --> 00:12:09.570
off something, trees, whatever, and then instantly smashes onto another boulder.

173
00:12:10.549 --> 00:12:15.429
Now at that moment, Like I said, I've got adrenaline going.

174
00:12:15.450 --> 00:12:21.159
And my dogs, who I said didn't hear the chattering

175
00:12:22.440 --> 00:12:24.659
when I went by the first time, and they did

176
00:12:24.740 --> 00:12:28.970
not seem to react at all to the Tim Allen noise,

177
00:12:30.110 --> 00:12:35.110
hear the boulder smacking another boulder. And like, you know,

178
00:12:35.350 --> 00:12:38.120
it's hard to sort of gauge the size of rocks.

179
00:12:38.690 --> 00:12:45.169
But there was a deep bass kind of sound as

180
00:12:45.250 --> 00:12:48.990
the boulder hit another boulder. So it was significant. It

181
00:12:49.049 --> 00:12:51.370
was a significant size. I'm not saying the size of

182
00:12:51.389 --> 00:12:55.129
a Volkswagen or anything like that. But I'm saying as

183
00:12:55.210 --> 00:12:59.529
a 6'2 male, if I was to put my arms out,

184
00:12:59.610 --> 00:13:02.789
the boulder had to have been at least... you know,

185
00:13:02.840 --> 00:13:05.240
as big as my arms, like nothing that I could

186
00:13:05.559 --> 00:13:08.980
pick up. Certainly nothing that a human can throw. And

187
00:13:10.039 --> 00:13:14.679
it smacked like a, like a car wreck down there.

188
00:13:14.740 --> 00:13:17.440
So like a hundred, 150 meters below me. So the

189
00:13:17.539 --> 00:13:20.559
dogs react to that. They look at me, they look

190
00:13:20.600 --> 00:13:24.220
down slope and they're about to run down there. And

191
00:13:24.259 --> 00:13:28.370
at that moment I yelled dogs, get back here. And,

192
00:13:32.029 --> 00:13:35.110
I thank God for once in their rotten little lives,

193
00:13:35.169 --> 00:13:39.730
they bloody well listened to me. They came back and

194
00:13:40.269 --> 00:13:43.580
I was like, you know, all of this is happening

195
00:13:43.620 --> 00:13:46.600
in seconds. And I'm like, did that just happen? That

196
00:13:46.639 --> 00:13:51.299
just happened. What is going on here? And I was like, okay,

197
00:13:51.320 --> 00:13:54.679
it's time to leave. We're being told to leave. But

198
00:13:54.730 --> 00:13:57.389
I thought to myself, I'm not running away. Like we're

199
00:13:57.529 --> 00:14:01.840
sharing this bloody place, but I will jog. So I'm

200
00:14:01.909 --> 00:14:06.539
in my keen dad sandals and I start jogging and

201
00:14:06.580 --> 00:14:12.399
I'm keeping the dogs right close to me. And we're,

202
00:14:12.519 --> 00:14:17.529
we're just jogging out and you know, that hinky feeling

203
00:14:17.570 --> 00:14:21.330
you have when you know you're being watched. I had

204
00:14:21.389 --> 00:14:24.990
that feeling for, I would say 300 to 500 meters,

205
00:14:25.090 --> 00:14:33.279
something like that. And as I'm, as I'm running, as

206
00:14:33.340 --> 00:14:36.039
I said, it was dusk. So it was, there was

207
00:14:36.059 --> 00:14:38.759
a lot of darkness, but if I looked up slow,

208
00:14:39.450 --> 00:14:42.529
I could see that I like, I could see the

209
00:14:42.570 --> 00:14:45.769
skyline where it met, where it met the mountain up

210
00:14:45.830 --> 00:14:48.940
above me. And I could see the trees. And I,

211
00:14:49.129 --> 00:14:53.149
I looked up a few times and in all honesty,

212
00:14:53.230 --> 00:14:56.149
I did not want to see anything. And I, I

213
00:14:56.220 --> 00:15:02.899
did not see anything, but, uh, I had that feeling

214
00:15:02.950 --> 00:15:04.830
as though I was being watched. And then about, yeah,

215
00:15:04.850 --> 00:15:10.570
like three, 500 meters from there, that feeling completely dissipated.

216
00:15:10.590 --> 00:15:14.769
And a little bit further than that, I came back

217
00:15:14.830 --> 00:15:17.610
into cell service because the area that I was in

218
00:15:17.690 --> 00:15:22.289
was out of mobile service. And as I'm jogging, I

219
00:15:22.350 --> 00:15:26.730
call my girlfriend, she answers and she's like, what are you,

220
00:15:26.809 --> 00:15:29.009
are you running babe? And I'm like, yep, there's something

221
00:15:29.070 --> 00:15:32.919
up here. And, you know, the conversation kind of went like,

222
00:15:32.960 --> 00:15:34.720
what do you mean? And I go, there's something big

223
00:15:34.799 --> 00:15:38.840
up here, something through a boulder. We're getting out of there.

224
00:15:38.860 --> 00:15:43.470
And she was, you know, a little bit worried. I'm like,

225
00:15:43.529 --> 00:15:48.450
everything's fine. We're good now. And we ran, I don't know,

226
00:15:48.590 --> 00:15:52.029
like the whole thing, like the whole round trip is

227
00:15:52.129 --> 00:15:56.129
about seven and a half kilometers. So I had about,

228
00:15:57.529 --> 00:16:00.039
I'm going to say two to three kilometers to run

229
00:16:00.529 --> 00:16:05.690
back to get back to the car. And by the

230
00:16:05.730 --> 00:16:08.730
time I got back to the car, the feeling was,

231
00:16:09.389 --> 00:16:11.899
you know, you know, there was a sense of like

232
00:16:11.940 --> 00:16:17.899
something had happened, but the sense of urgency was, was gone. But, uh, yeah.

233
00:16:18.080 --> 00:16:22.039
So that was, that was what happened a year ago.

234
00:16:22.059 --> 00:16:28.940
That is wild. That's wild, Chris. Um, my goodness. What, what,

235
00:16:29.299 --> 00:16:31.580
kind of dogs do you have.

236
00:16:33.559 --> 00:16:36.990
Yeah they're uh they're mixed breed one is uh he's

237
00:16:37.000 --> 00:16:40.250
supposed to be bull lab the other one is like

238
00:16:40.450 --> 00:16:44.509
a american bulldog kind of thing so like 65 75

239
00:16:44.509 --> 00:16:46.690
pounds they're not big dogs by any stretch of the

240
00:16:46.710 --> 00:16:51.169
imagination they're they're great with bears i don't think they

241
00:16:51.190 --> 00:16:56.370
do well with bipedal hominids that launch boulders like a trebuchet.

242
00:16:57.340 --> 00:17:00.639
Yeah, exactly. So they are, they are not ones that

243
00:17:00.659 --> 00:17:02.740
are even afraid of bears is what you're saying.

244
00:17:03.879 --> 00:17:06.579
Not at all. No, any kind of predator in the bush,

245
00:17:06.599 --> 00:17:09.660
they go back like crazy. And that was the thing.

246
00:17:10.029 --> 00:17:13.730
Like when the initial chattering happened, like it, and when

247
00:17:13.750 --> 00:17:16.950
I say chattering, like it wasn't like the, like, I

248
00:17:17.029 --> 00:17:20.089
know there's that audio recording, like the kind of like the, the,

249
00:17:20.109 --> 00:17:22.450
the samurai talk they call it or something like that. Yeah.

250
00:17:22.470 --> 00:17:23.109
The Sierra sounds.

251
00:17:23.150 --> 00:17:29.019
This was, and that's the thing is like, if I

252
00:17:29.059 --> 00:17:31.359
try to recreate it, I can't, I can just say

253
00:17:31.940 --> 00:17:36.549
there was definitely, there was definitely two parties that were

254
00:17:36.609 --> 00:17:41.650
making some kind of chatter. Like, like it wasn't grunting,

255
00:17:43.029 --> 00:17:47.950
but it was definitely not human language. Like I can't

256
00:17:48.069 --> 00:17:54.339
approximate it, but there were definitely two, two critters that

257
00:17:54.380 --> 00:17:58.970
were making noise. And, Because the dogs didn't react at all,

258
00:17:59.109 --> 00:18:02.960
I just chalked it up to feedback or some weird

259
00:18:03.099 --> 00:18:07.799
anomaly in the streaming of my hearing aids. The only

260
00:18:07.859 --> 00:18:12.009
thing they reacted to was the boulder smacking the other boulder. Well,

261
00:18:12.069 --> 00:18:14.589
and the trees breaking, which was very loud.

262
00:18:16.430 --> 00:18:20.450
Yeah, I mean, that would definitely not be hearing aid related.

263
00:18:20.470 --> 00:18:26.549
My goodness. That's the first time I've ever heard someone

264
00:18:27.250 --> 00:18:31.450
describe it like the Tim Allen sound effect from Home Improvement.

265
00:18:31.569 --> 00:18:34.430
But I kind of wonder if other people have heard that.

266
00:18:34.569 --> 00:18:37.549
And I would really like to hear that if you've

267
00:18:37.630 --> 00:18:41.150
also experienced something that sounds like Tim Allen in a

268
00:18:41.210 --> 00:18:44.230
Bigfoot area. That would be kind of cool. Do you

269
00:18:44.450 --> 00:18:48.390
know if there's been other people that have experienced things

270
00:18:48.430 --> 00:18:49.190
in the same area?

271
00:18:49.210 --> 00:18:54.250
No. So, yeah, we can unpack that a little bit, too.

272
00:18:54.410 --> 00:18:59.450
So I would say about a year prior to that,

273
00:18:59.529 --> 00:19:01.849
maybe like eight months prior to that. So like I say,

274
00:19:01.890 --> 00:19:05.289
this is my dog walk. I was walking up there

275
00:19:05.569 --> 00:19:10.180
and in relatively the same area, maybe like, you know,

276
00:19:10.200 --> 00:19:16.119
a half a kilometer further into the bush. I heard

277
00:19:16.680 --> 00:19:22.970
the sound of boulders. Like not rocks, but boulders clunking in,

278
00:19:23.789 --> 00:19:27.049
excuse me, clunking into each other. Oh, right. It was spring.

279
00:19:27.609 --> 00:19:31.460
It was like it was the spring before this. So

280
00:19:32.299 --> 00:19:36.200
I heard this like clunk, clunk, clunk, clunk sound. And

281
00:19:36.259 --> 00:19:41.640
I was super confused because, you know, as our human

282
00:19:41.680 --> 00:19:47.460
brains try to rationalize what our experiences are, I thought, well, okay,

283
00:19:47.500 --> 00:19:50.279
it's spring runoff. So, you know, you know, spring runoff

284
00:19:50.339 --> 00:19:54.490
in the mountains is when, you know, these streams turn

285
00:19:54.509 --> 00:20:00.809
into these crazy torrents. And I thought, okay, maybe a

286
00:20:00.910 --> 00:20:05.819
tree fell down into the creek and it got between

287
00:20:05.920 --> 00:20:09.230
like a boulder and another boulder and the, the current

288
00:20:09.309 --> 00:20:12.650
is pushing the tree really hard and it's like, you know,

289
00:20:12.769 --> 00:20:17.240
usually it's levering the boulders back and forth and they're clunking.

290
00:20:17.960 --> 00:20:22.339
And I thought that would totally make sense, except it's

291
00:20:22.440 --> 00:20:28.309
happening up the hill from me. So what in heaven's

292
00:20:28.400 --> 00:20:34.690
name is, is doing that? And again, dogs didn't really

293
00:20:34.730 --> 00:20:37.589
react to it at all. And so I just, I

294
00:20:37.609 --> 00:20:39.990
just carried on. Like it was, it was like, it

295
00:20:40.039 --> 00:20:42.519
was something that obviously I stored in my memory, but I,

296
00:20:42.839 --> 00:20:45.279
I didn't really put down to any kind of, you know,

297
00:20:45.579 --> 00:20:51.140
sort of odd occurrence until I heard it again that

298
00:20:51.200 --> 00:20:55.940
day prior to the boulder, you know, smacking trees and

299
00:20:56.119 --> 00:20:59.230
crushing into another boulder. After the thing last September, it,

300
00:21:00.849 --> 00:21:03.869
now I'm going to say it took me two full

301
00:21:03.930 --> 00:21:06.470
weeks before I was willing to go back up there. Like,

302
00:21:07.920 --> 00:21:10.339
I just felt like it, it kind of kept me

303
00:21:10.400 --> 00:21:12.079
away for a little bit. So it was, it was

304
00:21:12.099 --> 00:21:14.420
like two weeks before I went up there again. And

305
00:21:14.460 --> 00:21:18.670
I did go up there again in the evening, like

306
00:21:18.809 --> 00:21:20.670
at dusk, I was like, I'm not going to let

307
00:21:20.710 --> 00:21:26.329
this experience, you know, beat me. And we were, we

308
00:21:26.349 --> 00:21:28.490
got to the river and I was like, okay, this

309
00:21:28.549 --> 00:21:31.410
is good. We're coming back out and everything's fine. And

310
00:21:31.430 --> 00:21:34.099
then probably about 500 meters before I was getting to

311
00:21:34.130 --> 00:21:38.230
my car, this guy walks off of another trail in

312
00:21:38.289 --> 00:21:41.390
front of me. And I'm like, Hey, how are you doing?

313
00:21:41.410 --> 00:21:44.349
He's like, good. How's it going? It's kind of a

314
00:21:44.410 --> 00:21:46.319
weird thing, you know, to see each other in the

315
00:21:46.359 --> 00:21:50.779
dark walking, but like we are, you know, we start

316
00:21:50.819 --> 00:21:55.599
talking and, and I said, just, you know, out of

317
00:21:55.619 --> 00:21:57.900
the blue, I was like, have you ever had anything

318
00:21:57.980 --> 00:22:01.589
weird happen up here? It goes, you mean like Bigfoot?

319
00:22:02.670 --> 00:22:05.680
And I go, yeah, kind of exactly like that. He's like,

320
00:22:05.829 --> 00:22:09.829
oh yeah, they're up here, man. And I was like, okay, yeah,

321
00:22:10.009 --> 00:22:12.829
I had this weird thing and I related the same story.

322
00:22:12.890 --> 00:22:18.109
He's like, they're up here. And he didn't go into

323
00:22:18.250 --> 00:22:22.420
any specific experience. It was like, you know, two weirdos

324
00:22:22.819 --> 00:22:26.000
on the same path at night. Like, okay, we'll talk

325
00:22:26.039 --> 00:22:29.339
a little bit, but we didn't hang out and chat

326
00:22:29.359 --> 00:22:33.160
for too long. And then probably about a I would

327
00:22:33.180 --> 00:22:35.940
say a month or two after that, there was a

328
00:22:35.980 --> 00:22:40.420
woman that was walking, you know, same area. And we

329
00:22:40.440 --> 00:22:43.079
ended up shooting the breeze a little bit. And I

330
00:22:43.119 --> 00:22:46.119
mentioned the thing. I was like, just so you know,

331
00:22:47.099 --> 00:22:49.559
there might be something up here. And she was like, oh, yeah,

332
00:22:49.579 --> 00:22:53.200
I'm well aware of that. So it doesn't seem like

333
00:22:53.319 --> 00:22:57.940
it's much of a secret. And the area, like the

334
00:22:58.029 --> 00:23:01.970
Kootenays area, like the, the, uh, it's, it's named after

335
00:23:01.990 --> 00:23:07.609
the Kootenai Indians and it's, it's, it, it's not unusual.

336
00:23:07.769 --> 00:23:12.359
Like there's a forest service road called a six mile

337
00:23:12.430 --> 00:23:17.819
lakes road and it leads to a lake called Sasquatch Lake. Um,

338
00:23:18.339 --> 00:23:22.720
and there's like in the East Kootenai, so we're in

339
00:23:22.740 --> 00:23:26.599
the West Kootenai in the East Kootenai, uh, in the

340
00:23:26.660 --> 00:23:29.599
area of White Swan and, and, and whatnot, uh, The

341
00:23:29.720 --> 00:23:36.420
stories are plentiful about having encounters with these creatures. It

342
00:23:37.059 --> 00:23:38.619
seems like it's that kind of an area.

343
00:23:41.059 --> 00:23:46.349
That's extremely interesting how it feels like... I mean, those

344
00:23:46.400 --> 00:23:48.970
are great odds. Two people you talk to, both are like, yeah,

345
00:23:48.990 --> 00:23:52.960
we know. There's... There's people in that area that know

346
00:23:53.200 --> 00:23:56.660
about what's going on, but maybe it's not just a

347
00:23:57.000 --> 00:23:59.829
publicly shared thing out in the open. But once you

348
00:24:00.369 --> 00:24:05.750
ask a person directly, stuff starts coming out. That is

349
00:24:05.809 --> 00:24:07.589
really wild. So you are not afraid to go back

350
00:24:07.630 --> 00:24:09.490
to that area. You will go back to that area.

351
00:24:09.569 --> 00:24:14.160
You feel that you're okay going back there is what

352
00:24:14.200 --> 00:24:14.700
it sounds like.

353
00:24:16.799 --> 00:24:21.650
Yeah, like I go there and I tell you. Every

354
00:24:21.730 --> 00:24:24.470
time I get into the zone, there's a little bit

355
00:24:24.509 --> 00:24:28.509
of a rush. And I'm always curious just, you know,

356
00:24:28.529 --> 00:24:32.089
if I'm going to hear something or whatever. But it

357
00:24:32.250 --> 00:24:35.910
is a wonderful place to walk the dogs. And so

358
00:24:36.170 --> 00:24:41.960
I continue there. And, you know, it occurred to me

359
00:24:42.200 --> 00:24:46.839
as well, Jeremiah, that if I was supposed to be

360
00:24:46.900 --> 00:24:50.640
a grease stain on the road, I would have been.

361
00:24:51.500 --> 00:24:56.380
So clearly it was a message. I, and I, I

362
00:24:56.400 --> 00:25:00.059
don't purport to understand these things at all. Like I,

363
00:25:01.819 --> 00:25:05.569
I don't know, but you know, but I've had a

364
00:25:05.609 --> 00:25:08.430
couple of experiences. So yeah. Yeah.

365
00:25:09.250 --> 00:25:10.849
I think it's a good way to put it because,

366
00:25:11.569 --> 00:25:12.970
you know, you're right. At the end of the day,

367
00:25:13.029 --> 00:25:18.410
we don't know if we're dealing with some undiscovered lost

368
00:25:18.470 --> 00:25:23.119
humans or, or, apes or something coming out of portal

369
00:25:23.220 --> 00:25:25.180
we don't know but what we do know is that

370
00:25:25.339 --> 00:25:28.430
you're right you went into this area and you made

371
00:25:28.450 --> 00:25:31.430
it out alive and you were not taken out so

372
00:25:31.450 --> 00:25:36.109
um yeah that's that's a that's a thing so i

373
00:25:36.150 --> 00:25:41.589
would say yeah i'd probably go back to um wild

374
00:25:42.259 --> 00:25:45.819
wild stuff Do you have any thoughts about what it

375
00:25:45.940 --> 00:25:48.960
is that might be out there when you think of

376
00:25:49.069 --> 00:25:52.670
Bigfoot or Sasquatch? Oh, dang.

377
00:25:53.710 --> 00:25:55.609
Oh, you're back. I lost you for a second.

378
00:25:58.990 --> 00:26:00.990
I'm going to look at, and this is going to

379
00:26:01.009 --> 00:26:06.599
be magic of editing here. Let's see. That is so weird.

380
00:26:06.640 --> 00:26:11.460
Your video went out. I think you're still there, though. Okay.

381
00:26:13.319 --> 00:26:16.740
I see like it's up in your neck.

382
00:26:18.259 --> 00:26:24.309
Sometimes on this app, when the bandwidth gets wild or

383
00:26:24.349 --> 00:26:28.730
not good, it'll like shut down a video type deal.

384
00:26:29.130 --> 00:26:30.170
So we can keep going.

385
00:26:30.230 --> 00:26:33.009
You know, when I was a kid, I saw the

386
00:26:33.029 --> 00:26:36.450
six million dollar man fighting Andre the Giant, who they

387
00:26:36.490 --> 00:26:40.650
dressed up as Sasquatch. And he was being controlled by aliens.

388
00:26:41.480 --> 00:26:47.519
And sometimes I wonder if that might actually be the thing,

389
00:26:48.240 --> 00:26:53.990
because when I imagine, and of course, like, you know, I, I,

390
00:26:54.829 --> 00:26:58.329
I carry pepper spray or, you know, whatever up there.

391
00:26:58.349 --> 00:27:04.609
And I'm like, what is this going to do? Like, right. Like,

392
00:27:06.069 --> 00:27:09.509
okay let's say that it's let's say it's a bipedal

393
00:27:09.589 --> 00:27:14.029
hominid that is a branch off of homo whatever and

394
00:27:15.170 --> 00:27:20.289
that it's just some lost sort of very you know

395
00:27:20.609 --> 00:27:26.920
provincial ape well A it's enormous they can kill a

396
00:27:26.950 --> 00:27:31.400
grizzly bear so like I'm absolutely nothing to that and

397
00:27:33.670 --> 00:27:36.509
and my, my, my own journey through this was like,

398
00:27:36.529 --> 00:27:38.589
you know, like I was a kid, saw a $ 6

399
00:27:38.549 --> 00:27:44.859
billion man. That's awesome. Grew up, heard the stories, was like, okay, well,

400
00:27:44.960 --> 00:27:47.079
I don't really know what's going on here. Didn't really

401
00:27:47.119 --> 00:27:50.000
think about it one way or the other. And then

402
00:27:50.440 --> 00:27:52.960
probably kind of went to a place of like, I mean,

403
00:27:52.980 --> 00:27:55.700
I don't really know if I believe in it or not.

404
00:27:55.829 --> 00:28:02.980
And then when I was posted to, to Pemberton, British Columbia, I, I,

405
00:28:03.960 --> 00:28:07.420
I had an experience there. Well, I guess actually a

406
00:28:07.460 --> 00:28:11.809
couple that I can relate to you. But, you know,

407
00:28:12.470 --> 00:28:16.009
I listen to the stories of people who... And I

408
00:28:16.849 --> 00:28:21.130
have never seen an orb. I have never experienced lights

409
00:28:21.230 --> 00:28:25.440
or anything like that. But I know that there are

410
00:28:25.480 --> 00:28:29.980
people out there who do. And it sort of seems

411
00:28:30.079 --> 00:28:36.809
like maybe these creatures... live between two worlds or dimensions

412
00:28:36.829 --> 00:28:40.349
or something like that. In some cases, you know, it's weird.

413
00:28:40.430 --> 00:28:45.170
They smell horribly. And it seems like it's a very corporeal,

414
00:28:45.970 --> 00:28:49.230
you know, being of this earth. And then in other,

415
00:28:49.869 --> 00:28:54.910
you know, recountings, it seems like it's something not of

416
00:28:56.119 --> 00:29:01.519
our reality. So I honestly, I really have no idea, Jeremiah. I,

417
00:29:02.019 --> 00:29:04.470
I don't, it's uh it's pretty.

418
00:29:04.309 --> 00:29:08.019
Wild i'm right there with you i mean when i

419
00:29:08.059 --> 00:29:12.640
get to go out uh it's just funny right now

420
00:29:13.559 --> 00:29:15.500
when i get to go out last time was april

421
00:29:16.059 --> 00:29:19.089
uh yeah i experienced orbs for the first time down

422
00:29:19.119 --> 00:29:20.630
tennessee and i still don't know what to make of

423
00:29:20.690 --> 00:29:23.430
it i it's still i think of it every day

424
00:29:23.450 --> 00:29:25.349
i'm like i don't know i don't know what it

425
00:29:25.390 --> 00:29:30.900
was they were everywhere and it wasn't hunting bugs I

426
00:29:31.160 --> 00:29:33.440
just don't know about this whole deal. The deeper you

427
00:29:33.460 --> 00:29:36.210
get into it, it's like this guy, Henry Franzoni, he said,

428
00:29:36.230 --> 00:29:37.849
he's like, you keep going down this road.

429
00:29:39.890 --> 00:29:39.970
And.

430
00:29:40.359 --> 00:29:44.319
It is it's a crazy well paraphrase it's crazy road

431
00:29:44.660 --> 00:29:47.339
it's just it is wild and he was right he

432
00:29:47.359 --> 00:29:50.980
was right man do you mind sharing about it sounds

433
00:29:51.019 --> 00:29:54.720
like you've also had some things happen over there in Pemberton.

434
00:29:56.339 --> 00:30:00.579
Yeah yeah yeah so when I was working in Pemberton,

435
00:30:01.680 --> 00:30:06.220
I was seconded, which is the militaristic term, I guess,

436
00:30:06.279 --> 00:30:12.039
for loan. Ostensibly, I was put on loan to a

437
00:30:12.160 --> 00:30:20.960
First Nations tribal police for a while. So I was

438
00:30:21.009 --> 00:30:23.460
doing the same work. I was just operating in a

439
00:30:23.480 --> 00:30:27.529
different office for a while. And one day, I was

440
00:30:27.789 --> 00:30:30.680
up a mountain road. And this is the coastal mountains.

441
00:30:30.700 --> 00:30:33.740
These are big mountains. I was up a mountain road

442
00:30:33.779 --> 00:30:41.359
just looking for a stolen vehicle. And I couldn't find it. Whatever.

443
00:30:41.380 --> 00:30:45.319
I was coming back down. There's a guy walking on

444
00:30:45.339 --> 00:30:49.359
the side of the road. First Nations. I pull over.

445
00:30:49.380 --> 00:30:51.839
I'm like, hey, you want to lift it out? He's

446
00:30:51.859 --> 00:30:55.380
like middle-aged. Back then I was in my 30s, mid-30s,

447
00:30:55.420 --> 00:30:58.059
I guess, something like that. He looks at me and

448
00:30:58.140 --> 00:31:01.799
he says, front seat or back seat? And I'm like, oh,

449
00:31:01.880 --> 00:31:03.740
front seat, man. I'll just give you a lift. So,

450
00:31:04.180 --> 00:31:06.930
you know, he's had enough experiences with the cops. He's like, no,

451
00:31:06.970 --> 00:31:08.589
I'm not jumping in the back of your cop car.

452
00:31:09.650 --> 00:31:13.369
So he gets in the front. We start talking. Awesome guy.

453
00:31:13.390 --> 00:31:18.410
He's telling me about basically like he's changed his whole family,

454
00:31:18.500 --> 00:31:21.099
like from eating crap food to good food. They're all

455
00:31:21.140 --> 00:31:23.539
losing weight. He's walking in the bush more and more.

456
00:31:23.559 --> 00:31:26.950
And I'm like, this is awesome. And I said to him, like,

457
00:31:27.069 --> 00:31:35.980
you know, I've heard stories about Bigfoot or Sasquatch around

458
00:31:36.019 --> 00:31:40.099
the area. I was just curious, like, because, you know,

459
00:31:41.180 --> 00:31:43.440
it's a subject I've always been interested in, just not

460
00:31:43.480 --> 00:31:46.119
knowing one way or the other what it is. And

461
00:31:46.900 --> 00:31:49.880
he told me a few things, and it was really interesting.

462
00:31:49.960 --> 00:31:52.519
He said that, and he called them the old ones.

463
00:31:52.680 --> 00:31:54.299
I believe that's what he said. I think he called

464
00:31:54.319 --> 00:31:57.390
them the old ones. And he said when they're unhappy

465
00:31:57.450 --> 00:32:01.140
with what's going on, they show their displeasure by doing

466
00:32:01.200 --> 00:32:05.839
things like rolling boulders through the village. So like a

467
00:32:06.019 --> 00:32:11.160
boulder will literally come rolling down and like not necessarily

468
00:32:11.200 --> 00:32:15.519
destroy stuff or whatever. But like he said, that's one

469
00:32:15.539 --> 00:32:17.740
of the things that they'll do. Or you'll hear them

470
00:32:19.019 --> 00:32:23.759
like running around and screaming and sort of, you know,

471
00:32:23.880 --> 00:32:28.329
carrying on like that. And I think at the time

472
00:32:28.369 --> 00:32:30.109
I took it with a grain of salt and I

473
00:32:30.130 --> 00:32:34.109
was just asking him like, so what would make the unhappy?

474
00:32:34.130 --> 00:32:36.599
And he said that the logging that was going on

475
00:32:36.670 --> 00:32:39.500
on one of the mountains was making them unhappy. And

476
00:32:40.299 --> 00:32:42.099
I was like, okay, well that checks out.

477
00:32:42.140 --> 00:32:42.240
Yeah.

478
00:32:42.400 --> 00:32:46.240
They're, they're taking down some old growth trees. So that's

479
00:32:46.259 --> 00:32:51.279
not great. Um, and, uh, and so that kind of

480
00:32:51.299 --> 00:32:57.490
like got me thinking and then I can't remember how

481
00:32:57.569 --> 00:33:05.490
long it would be. Let's see. It would be about 2004, 2003, 2004,

482
00:33:05.490 --> 00:33:11.380
something like that. I got to work and at this

483
00:33:11.490 --> 00:33:13.930
point I was not being loaned to the tribal police.

484
00:33:14.019 --> 00:33:18.700
I was working in my regular office, the regular RCMP office.

485
00:33:19.380 --> 00:33:22.079
I got to work and one of the tribal guys said,

486
00:33:23.339 --> 00:33:26.859
asked if I could come with him to do some

487
00:33:27.039 --> 00:33:33.599
follow-up on a call. I was like, sure. So jumped

488
00:33:33.680 --> 00:33:37.880
in the car. We got in the same vehicle, drove

489
00:33:38.140 --> 00:33:39.799
out to this place, and I'm like, so what are

490
00:33:39.819 --> 00:33:43.779
we doing? So he tells me that he had a

491
00:33:43.819 --> 00:33:48.829
Sasquatch call the night before. And at this point, I

492
00:33:49.140 --> 00:33:53.089
was like, okay, what are you talking about? And he said,

493
00:33:53.109 --> 00:33:59.710
the people called in that a Sasquatch had been running

494
00:33:59.730 --> 00:34:09.139
around their house shrieking for hours. And I'm just like, whoa,

495
00:34:09.199 --> 00:34:12.320
am I in the twilight zone here? Like, what is this?

496
00:34:13.880 --> 00:34:18.590
So I'm like, okay, so what happened? He says, well,

497
00:34:18.639 --> 00:34:22.860
I drove to the place. drove like into the yard

498
00:34:24.780 --> 00:34:27.800
and I parked and I said, well, okay, did you

499
00:34:27.880 --> 00:34:31.449
see something? He goes, I did. Well, what was it?

500
00:34:32.500 --> 00:34:36.480
And he said, I saw something running on two legs.

501
00:34:37.719 --> 00:34:40.980
It was in the yard. And when I got there,

502
00:34:41.079 --> 00:34:43.320
cause he had his lights, you know, he had his,

503
00:34:44.070 --> 00:34:47.989
his lights and sirens on. When I got there, it

504
00:34:48.030 --> 00:34:51.679
looked at me. And it took off and it ran

505
00:34:51.760 --> 00:34:55.820
through the yard back towards the river. And there's a

506
00:34:55.920 --> 00:34:58.320
fence in the way. And I asked him about the

507
00:34:58.360 --> 00:35:01.030
fence and he said it like, and it was like,

508
00:35:01.050 --> 00:35:04.090
you know, your standard, like, like horse cattle fence. Like,

509
00:35:04.130 --> 00:35:06.409
what are they like five foot tall? He said the

510
00:35:06.429 --> 00:35:09.210
thing just like basically went over it. Like it was

511
00:35:09.250 --> 00:35:12.309
a hurdle in the Olympics. Like it just ran over

512
00:35:12.349 --> 00:35:14.610
top of it. And I said, well, how big was

513
00:35:14.639 --> 00:35:18.210
this thing? And what we used as a gauge was,

514
00:35:18.730 --> 00:35:21.250
was there's uh i don't know if you remember those

515
00:35:21.309 --> 00:35:24.489
old ford bronco twos do you remember those that it

516
00:35:24.530 --> 00:35:31.019
was the smaller bronco yeah really square block yeah so

517
00:35:31.039 --> 00:35:34.019
there was one of those parked in the driveway and

518
00:35:34.079 --> 00:35:37.019
i said like how much taller was it then like

519
00:35:37.059 --> 00:35:39.260
was it as tall as that or like how big

520
00:35:39.300 --> 00:35:43.260
was it and what he did was he spread his

521
00:35:43.340 --> 00:35:47.250
arms out like to to full length so we're gonna

522
00:35:47.309 --> 00:35:52.409
say that this thing was probably five feet taller than

523
00:35:52.429 --> 00:35:59.409
the Ford Bronco 2's roof. So that's what he saw. Now,

524
00:35:59.969 --> 00:36:04.769
obviously in any situation, not that it would be embellishment

525
00:36:04.849 --> 00:36:08.530
on purpose, but like, you know, stressful situations, sometimes memory,

526
00:36:09.110 --> 00:36:12.250
you know, it can go a certain way, but obviously

527
00:36:12.289 --> 00:36:16.449
this guy is a trained police officer. He's used to observation.

528
00:36:16.530 --> 00:36:19.840
He's gone to court. He's given evidence. So this is

529
00:36:19.880 --> 00:36:24.820
somebody that's not prone to making stuff up. I'm like, okay,

530
00:36:25.219 --> 00:36:31.679
that puts it somewhere between, you know, eight to 10

531
00:36:31.679 --> 00:36:35.940
feet tall. And I said, was it a bear? Like,

532
00:36:35.980 --> 00:36:38.110
was it, was it a grizzly? He's like, I know

533
00:36:38.119 --> 00:36:39.989
what a grizzly looks like. I'm like, I know, you

534
00:36:40.010 --> 00:36:43.690
know what a grizzly looks like, but like, just tell

535
00:36:43.710 --> 00:36:45.289
me it was a bear. He's like, it wasn't a bear.

536
00:36:47.269 --> 00:36:49.170
And I was just sitting there. I remember just like

537
00:36:49.710 --> 00:36:54.289
my whole universe just got a little bit bigger. Like

538
00:36:55.250 --> 00:36:58.409
what the heck? So I said, okay, so what'd you

539
00:36:58.429 --> 00:37:01.400
do next? And, and so he said, well, it took off.

540
00:37:01.480 --> 00:37:03.940
So he went to the house, he's knocking on the

541
00:37:03.980 --> 00:37:06.980
door and there's no answer at the door. There's no

542
00:37:07.039 --> 00:37:10.320
answer at the door. He has dispatch called up, dispatch

543
00:37:10.360 --> 00:37:13.159
calls them. So what picks up the phone? They're like, oh, okay,

544
00:37:13.179 --> 00:37:16.840
we can go to the door now. I can't remember

545
00:37:16.860 --> 00:37:18.460
who opened the door if he told me who opened

546
00:37:18.480 --> 00:37:20.760
the door, but anyways, basically it was like an extended

547
00:37:20.840 --> 00:37:23.050
family that was inside there. They were all huddled in

548
00:37:23.070 --> 00:37:26.710
the living room, like basically like, like in a Buffalo's dance.

549
00:37:26.789 --> 00:37:30.449
Like they were all like the, the grandparents, the parents

550
00:37:30.489 --> 00:37:32.889
and the kids were all like in a circle in

551
00:37:32.929 --> 00:37:35.130
the middle of the living room. And apparently this thing

552
00:37:35.590 --> 00:37:39.949
had been running around the house screeching every night for

553
00:37:39.969 --> 00:37:45.010
like a few nights. And they finally, decided to call

554
00:37:45.110 --> 00:37:47.150
because you know i mean it's not a thing you

555
00:37:47.170 --> 00:37:52.429
do you call the cops because like you've got a

556
00:37:52.510 --> 00:37:55.230
sasquatch running around your house like i don't know it's

557
00:37:55.269 --> 00:37:59.869
never happened to me but uh yeah so he shows

558
00:38:00.030 --> 00:38:06.789
up they're all scared very very scared and uh you

559
00:38:06.829 --> 00:38:09.349
know he spoke to them about it and then he

560
00:38:09.409 --> 00:38:11.389
told them that he'd come back the next night so

561
00:38:11.409 --> 00:38:16.210
that's he and i both there We go and yeah, we,

562
00:38:16.349 --> 00:38:23.440
I just spoke to the people, like got the same story. And,

563
00:38:23.539 --> 00:38:28.199
and I w I would say like, um, not to generalize,

564
00:38:28.280 --> 00:38:33.219
but these people were fairly tacit, like they're, they're not prone, like, like,

565
00:38:33.489 --> 00:38:35.150
listen to me. I can talk and talk and talk.

566
00:38:35.750 --> 00:38:40.250
They're not talkers. Like they, they, they, they say what

567
00:38:40.289 --> 00:38:43.550
needs to be said. They're conservative with their words. But

568
00:38:43.760 --> 00:38:46.849
they told me the exact same thing, that this thing

569
00:38:46.889 --> 00:38:50.329
was running around the house, shrieking. And it wasn't until

570
00:38:52.610 --> 00:38:55.170
my friend showed up in the police car that it

571
00:38:55.210 --> 00:38:59.590
took off. And it had come back after he left.

572
00:39:00.309 --> 00:39:03.150
So it was clear. And that was kind of the

573
00:39:03.210 --> 00:39:07.929
moment when I was like, so maybe these things are real.

574
00:39:08.550 --> 00:39:09.929
Up to that point, it was kind of like an

575
00:39:10.010 --> 00:39:15.360
esoteric concept like oh these people have these experiences whatever

576
00:39:15.420 --> 00:39:17.780
blah blah blah and in this moment i was like

577
00:39:17.960 --> 00:39:23.929
something happened here and again you know but i don't

578
00:39:23.949 --> 00:39:26.690
know what it is like it's.

579
00:39:27.030 --> 00:39:32.150
It's incredible it's absolutely fascinating uh so what i would

580
00:39:32.170 --> 00:39:34.550
be curious about and i'm just trying to think of

581
00:39:35.480 --> 00:39:39.659
myself in in your situation right there so are you

582
00:39:39.840 --> 00:39:43.869
when you're you're having to interview all the the individuals there,

583
00:39:43.929 --> 00:39:48.150
are you taking them into like another room or are

584
00:39:48.190 --> 00:39:50.869
they being interviewed in like a big group? And it's like, okay,

585
00:39:50.889 --> 00:39:52.650
tell me what happened or how did that go down?

586
00:39:54.190 --> 00:39:58.559
Yeah. So because there's no criminal act or anything that's happened,

587
00:39:58.639 --> 00:40:03.280
there's no crime. This is basically just being reported as

588
00:40:03.599 --> 00:40:08.800
an incident. And obviously the sub the suspect or the

589
00:40:08.980 --> 00:40:15.070
subject of the complaint clearly is not a human. Um,

590
00:40:16.929 --> 00:40:21.429
it was just a matter of like grabbing dad, just

591
00:40:21.469 --> 00:40:24.489
taking them over and saying, okay, so what happened? What

592
00:40:24.510 --> 00:40:27.159
did you see? Like, you know, he says it, so

593
00:40:27.659 --> 00:40:30.380
there's no need, like, it's not like, you know, something

594
00:40:30.400 --> 00:40:33.139
happened where everyone goes back to the detachment, you know,

595
00:40:33.260 --> 00:40:35.480
take them into an interview room, take a long interview

596
00:40:35.519 --> 00:40:38.619
or anything like that. We were just so busy. Like

597
00:40:38.719 --> 00:40:44.210
our call volume was so busy that a, there's no need. And, B,

598
00:40:44.269 --> 00:40:47.610
there's no time. Like you're, you're, you're busy working on

599
00:40:48.329 --> 00:40:53.789
crimes all the time with a very, uh, small, uh, with,

600
00:40:53.849 --> 00:40:54.889
with a small workforce.

601
00:40:54.989 --> 00:40:57.030
So you're just busy as hell.

602
00:40:57.710 --> 00:41:00.800
But, uh, yeah, it was like, it was, it was wild.

603
00:41:01.929 --> 00:41:04.980
So how would, going off what you remember, what was

604
00:41:05.019 --> 00:41:09.199
the emotional state of those, the individuals that you interviewed

605
00:41:09.219 --> 00:41:11.079
about what was going on?

606
00:41:12.780 --> 00:41:19.170
Scared. Yeah, absolutely. Like scared. Okay.

607
00:41:20.070 --> 00:41:24.539
Man, that's wild. I can't imagine that. So then next

608
00:41:24.599 --> 00:41:29.199
question would be, was there any, did you have to

609
00:41:29.260 --> 00:41:31.099
file a report about what happened?

610
00:41:33.829 --> 00:41:34.190
Yeah.

611
00:41:34.250 --> 00:41:34.469
Yeah.

612
00:41:34.510 --> 00:41:36.849
I mean, I just wrote up an assist file and

613
00:41:37.510 --> 00:41:43.269
basically like, I just wrote up exactly what was explained

614
00:41:43.309 --> 00:41:47.099
to me by the tribal member and Wrote up, wrote

615
00:41:47.380 --> 00:41:52.059
what my actions were, talked to these people, whatever. And

616
00:41:52.300 --> 00:41:57.710
it just goes into a file. And like we spoke before,

617
00:41:57.929 --> 00:42:03.869
you know, recording, there's no redaction. There's no, nobody talked

618
00:42:03.909 --> 00:42:05.630
to me about it. There's like, no, you didn't see

619
00:42:05.650 --> 00:42:07.409
that or anything like that. It just goes into a

620
00:42:07.449 --> 00:42:09.429
file and it sits there. That's it.

621
00:42:12.389 --> 00:42:16.349
Right which i mean there's there's two two options there

622
00:42:16.590 --> 00:42:21.070
is i mean one would be they're not reading the

623
00:42:21.110 --> 00:42:24.699
files and from what i know about the rcmp they

624
00:42:24.780 --> 00:42:27.500
absolutely are on their game and they're reading the files

625
00:42:28.300 --> 00:42:32.840
um it's just it's crazy no redactions and no one

626
00:42:33.280 --> 00:42:36.639
no one followed up with you like hey he's back

627
00:42:36.719 --> 00:42:40.550
on the sasquatch stuff or man that's that's some wild

628
00:42:40.610 --> 00:42:42.230
wild things right there.

629
00:42:45.050 --> 00:42:48.000
It's almost as though if you don't make a big

630
00:42:48.039 --> 00:42:51.900
deal out of it, it's not a big deal. Right.

631
00:42:54.599 --> 00:42:56.440
Would that kind of stuff come up every once in

632
00:42:56.460 --> 00:43:00.769
a while in, in the, in the RCMP? I don't

633
00:43:00.789 --> 00:43:02.849
know if you call them like stations or.

634
00:43:05.070 --> 00:43:11.010
Yeah. Well, it's, you know, it's funny because it's such

635
00:43:11.030 --> 00:43:15.840
a hard thing to describe. Like, I mean, I think

636
00:43:15.989 --> 00:43:20.860
oftentimes anything that's anomalous is more than likely just treated

637
00:43:20.960 --> 00:43:27.739
as entertainment. I worked with a guy who, and there's

638
00:43:27.800 --> 00:43:32.539
no word of a lie, got into a high-speed pursuit

639
00:43:33.199 --> 00:43:41.059
with a UFO near Sylvan Lake, Alberta. And when the

640
00:43:41.139 --> 00:43:44.639
members were trying to figure out where he was, he said,

641
00:43:44.690 --> 00:43:47.590
you have to look in the field. He was ripping

642
00:43:47.690 --> 00:43:52.989
through a field in a police car, chasing a UFO.

643
00:43:53.789 --> 00:44:04.739
No way. And it's treated as something funny. Like there's

644
00:44:04.820 --> 00:44:09.340
no men in black. There's no nothing. Anybody who had

645
00:44:09.380 --> 00:44:13.239
a scanner would have heard it. Like, and it's just,

646
00:44:14.260 --> 00:44:16.619
it's not really treated like it's a big deal at all.

647
00:44:17.079 --> 00:44:20.000
No one's ever come to me for anything that I've

648
00:44:20.039 --> 00:44:22.639
written in a file. And I mean, honestly, I don't

649
00:44:22.860 --> 00:44:24.849
think I've really written much up in files that would

650
00:44:24.889 --> 00:44:28.190
be like, well, we, I guess we did have one

651
00:44:28.449 --> 00:44:32.820
really odd sort of, paranormal case when i was posted

652
00:44:32.860 --> 00:44:35.179
in northern alberta but again like you just write it

653
00:44:35.260 --> 00:44:40.099
up you submit it and it just goes into storage

654
00:44:40.199 --> 00:44:43.500
like nobody's doing anything with it it just doesn't seem

655
00:44:43.539 --> 00:44:44.360
to matter.

656
00:44:45.239 --> 00:44:47.550
That that's why so it was like a some kind

657
00:44:47.570 --> 00:44:50.210
of like haunted house or just a really weird occurrence

658
00:44:50.269 --> 00:44:50.789
type deal.

659
00:44:52.630 --> 00:44:55.869
Yeah, I mean, this has nothing to do with what

660
00:44:55.929 --> 00:44:57.909
most of your subject matter is about, but I can

661
00:44:57.929 --> 00:44:59.710
tell you the story if you want. I'd have to

662
00:44:59.750 --> 00:45:04.510
pull it out of my brain. It was a northern

663
00:45:04.530 --> 00:45:11.829
community in Alberta, and we got a 911 hang-up. And

664
00:45:11.829 --> 00:45:15.260
911 hang-ups are of the highest priority because you always

665
00:45:15.320 --> 00:45:19.619
imagine someone's being killed or something horrible happening to them,

666
00:45:19.699 --> 00:45:22.539
and they dial 911, but then the phone gets hung up.

667
00:45:23.219 --> 00:45:27.849
So this 911 hang up comes in and our dispatch

668
00:45:27.909 --> 00:45:33.010
gives us the address and the town I was in

669
00:45:33.070 --> 00:45:37.510
was broken into Northwest, Northeast, Southwest, Southeast. We're given the address.

670
00:45:37.610 --> 00:45:40.840
We go to where the address is and that physical

671
00:45:40.949 --> 00:45:46.179
address doesn't exist. So we have dispatch call back to

672
00:45:47.000 --> 00:45:53.230
the phone number and there's no answer. So we're trying

673
00:45:53.250 --> 00:45:56.090
to figure out what's going on here. We're not hearing

674
00:45:56.250 --> 00:46:00.480
any sounds. And, you know, if bloody murder is being

675
00:46:00.539 --> 00:46:03.360
committed and there's like a horrible thing going on, you know,

676
00:46:03.420 --> 00:46:07.420
neighbors might hear it. There's no follow-up phone calls, nothing

677
00:46:07.460 --> 00:46:11.869
like that. So eventually we kind of narrow it down

678
00:46:13.090 --> 00:46:18.750
to it's a house that is a subsidized housing house.

679
00:46:20.039 --> 00:46:23.179
And it's the only one that makes logical sense because

680
00:46:23.300 --> 00:46:29.059
we know that the people on either side, there's nothing

681
00:46:29.079 --> 00:46:33.239
going on there. It has to be this house. And

682
00:46:33.280 --> 00:46:35.739
so we decide we're going to go knock on the

683
00:46:35.760 --> 00:46:41.530
door because you have to. And the first thing that

684
00:46:41.590 --> 00:46:47.170
I noticed, so I had my recruit and another young

685
00:46:47.210 --> 00:46:50.130
guy well, we were all young, really young guy at

686
00:46:50.230 --> 00:46:56.300
the front door and myself and the guy that was my,

687
00:46:56.719 --> 00:46:59.360
he had been my trainer. We were walking to the

688
00:46:59.400 --> 00:47:01.780
back door and in this town, nobody ever used their

689
00:47:01.820 --> 00:47:05.280
front doors and a lot of houses were those buy levels.

690
00:47:06.039 --> 00:47:09.420
So the guys at the front door had to walk

691
00:47:09.500 --> 00:47:12.139
up a set of concrete steps to a short landing.

692
00:47:12.829 --> 00:47:15.860
And then there's a door. So we were walking to

693
00:47:15.900 --> 00:47:19.280
the very back and we walked by a basement window,

694
00:47:19.300 --> 00:47:24.300
you know, those small basement windows. Um, they're not like

695
00:47:24.320 --> 00:47:26.139
a full size window, kind of a half size window.

696
00:47:26.199 --> 00:47:29.139
So there's broken glass, but there's a bunch of broken

697
00:47:29.179 --> 00:47:32.679
glass on the outside of the window. And we're like, oh, okay.

698
00:47:32.719 --> 00:47:36.579
We're at the right place. So we go around the

699
00:47:36.820 --> 00:47:40.349
back of the house and, uh, we're knocking on the

700
00:47:40.369 --> 00:47:45.949
door and no one is answering of course. And I'm like, okay,

701
00:47:46.010 --> 00:47:50.489
I'll kick the door in. And Jeremiah, I'm like, I

702
00:47:50.889 --> 00:47:56.630
played defensive line for my university football team. Like a

703
00:47:56.670 --> 00:48:00.210
big guy. I kicked the door. The door doesn't move.

704
00:48:00.550 --> 00:48:03.949
When I say the door doesn't move, the door didn't flex.

705
00:48:04.610 --> 00:48:09.280
Like this is a cheap subsidized housing door with a

706
00:48:09.480 --> 00:48:14.739
cheap lock and no deadbolt. I've kicked a lot of doors.

707
00:48:14.960 --> 00:48:17.860
I've kicked doors completely off of, like I've taken the

708
00:48:17.900 --> 00:48:22.969
whole frame off the wall. I kicked this door hard

709
00:48:23.789 --> 00:48:25.519
right in the spot where you need to kick it.

710
00:48:26.469 --> 00:48:30.610
Normally what happens, if it's reinforced, you'll see some flexing

711
00:48:30.690 --> 00:48:34.750
in between the door and the jam. Nothing moved. And

712
00:48:34.809 --> 00:48:37.679
I kicked it again. And I kicked it again. And

713
00:48:37.760 --> 00:48:40.760
nothing's moving. And I look at my friend and I'm like,

714
00:48:40.800 --> 00:48:42.880
what's going on here? He's like, I don't know. And

715
00:48:42.940 --> 00:48:45.280
I radio to the guys at the front. I'm like, hey,

716
00:48:45.880 --> 00:48:48.500
can you tell I'm kicking the door? And they get

717
00:48:48.539 --> 00:48:50.900
back to me. The whole house is shaking. I'm like, okay.

718
00:48:51.699 --> 00:48:55.630
So I kick it again and nothing happens. So we

719
00:48:55.690 --> 00:48:58.809
switch guys. I go to the front door. So I

720
00:48:58.849 --> 00:49:03.949
go up the concrete stairs to this little landing. And

721
00:49:03.989 --> 00:49:06.840
I kick that door. And the same thing. It doesn't

722
00:49:06.900 --> 00:49:10.739
move like at all. Like nothing. Not a little sliver

723
00:49:10.739 --> 00:49:13.210
or anything. And I'm like, okay, this is crazy. So

724
00:49:13.210 --> 00:49:15.539
I turn around and I donkey kick it, which is

725
00:49:15.539 --> 00:49:18.989
what you're actually supposed to do. Apparently it like saves

726
00:49:19.030 --> 00:49:22.400
you injury. So I donkey kick it and it doesn't move.

727
00:49:22.920 --> 00:49:25.199
And now we're like wondering what's going on. And we,

728
00:49:25.320 --> 00:49:28.519
the whole time we've got dispatch, excuse me, calling the number,

729
00:49:28.760 --> 00:49:32.639
no answer, nothing like that. So we're like, okay, what

730
00:49:32.659 --> 00:49:35.820
are we going to do here? So I leave, uh,

731
00:49:35.860 --> 00:49:39.989
we've got like a recruit, my recruit, And the one

732
00:49:40.030 --> 00:49:43.190
guy at the front door, myself and my trainer are

733
00:49:43.230 --> 00:49:45.429
just at the corner of the house. So we all

734
00:49:45.469 --> 00:49:49.820
have a view of the whole house on the sides

735
00:49:49.860 --> 00:49:52.900
in case somebody bolts or anything like that. We're trying

736
00:49:52.920 --> 00:49:56.139
to come up with a plan. And I'm like, well,

737
00:49:56.519 --> 00:49:59.280
maybe one of us has to go through the basement window.

738
00:49:59.739 --> 00:50:01.880
So I told you the glass was broken. It was

739
00:50:01.920 --> 00:50:04.570
broken on the outside. And there was still tons of

740
00:50:04.639 --> 00:50:08.989
jagged glass around the frame. No blood, nothing like that.

741
00:50:10.409 --> 00:50:12.929
So I'm like, okay, if someone's going to go through

742
00:50:12.969 --> 00:50:15.550
that basement window, we're going to have to use a baton,

743
00:50:15.630 --> 00:50:18.349
clear that glass. The guy's going to have to go

744
00:50:18.429 --> 00:50:21.650
in backwards because he can't fall down like however many

745
00:50:21.690 --> 00:50:25.300
feet to the floor. And then if somebody can get

746
00:50:25.340 --> 00:50:28.119
a gun up and a flashlight in beside him to

747
00:50:28.199 --> 00:50:32.900
maybe see what's going on. And then as we're coming

748
00:50:32.920 --> 00:50:38.199
up with this plan, we get radioed that someone's come

749
00:50:38.239 --> 00:50:41.739
to the front door. And I was like, okay, we'll

750
00:50:41.760 --> 00:50:43.679
tell them to go to the back door and let

751
00:50:43.739 --> 00:50:47.969
us in. So we go to the back door and

752
00:50:49.809 --> 00:50:56.489
it opens up and there's a scared, like, I don't know,

753
00:50:56.489 --> 00:51:01.309
12 year old kid. And they scurry away from the door.

754
00:51:01.849 --> 00:51:05.010
So again, it's a bi-level. So you get into the

755
00:51:05.030 --> 00:51:07.989
house and you either go downstairs or upstairs. So the

756
00:51:08.030 --> 00:51:13.440
kid goes upstairs. I walk through that door, and Jeremiah,

757
00:51:13.460 --> 00:51:19.139
I look at it. It is a flimsy piece of crap,

758
00:51:19.159 --> 00:51:23.219
like the cheapest exterior door that you can get with

759
00:51:23.429 --> 00:51:27.110
no deadlock and just one of those cheap, you know,

760
00:51:27.829 --> 00:51:34.250
doorknobs on it. There's absolutely no reinforcing, nothing whatsoever on

761
00:51:34.289 --> 00:51:38.110
this door. Like, that thing should have, like, it should

762
00:51:38.130 --> 00:51:44.079
have just matchsticked. And there was no flexion, nothing whatsoever

763
00:51:44.599 --> 00:51:47.480
at all. So we go in and again, it was

764
00:51:47.519 --> 00:51:50.760
kind of like that situation with the Sasquatch. It was

765
00:51:50.780 --> 00:51:55.340
an extended family, grandparents, parents, and the kids in like

766
00:51:55.380 --> 00:51:58.639
a circle in the living room. And they are all very,

767
00:51:58.699 --> 00:52:02.489
very scared. I walk past them. I go to the

768
00:52:02.530 --> 00:52:04.969
front door. I look at it. It's exactly the same.

769
00:52:05.050 --> 00:52:10.079
There's no deadbolt, cheap little doorknob. that you can walk,

770
00:52:10.119 --> 00:52:13.539
but the door is like nothing special at all. Like

771
00:52:13.639 --> 00:52:17.199
there's no reason this door shouldn't have flown in on itself.

772
00:52:17.420 --> 00:52:21.449
I don't understand what's going on. We speak to the people.

773
00:52:22.130 --> 00:52:25.769
They tell us that nothing's going on. We tell them

774
00:52:25.789 --> 00:52:31.050
we got a 911 hang up and they are scared

775
00:52:31.150 --> 00:52:34.969
of something. We do not know what it is. Nobody

776
00:52:35.070 --> 00:52:38.349
crawled out that bottom door. basement window if you crawled

777
00:52:38.389 --> 00:52:40.530
out that basement window you would have broken all the

778
00:52:40.610 --> 00:52:46.340
glass along the frame so something broke out shattered some

779
00:52:46.400 --> 00:52:48.599
glass but it didn't like it wasn't like a body

780
00:52:48.639 --> 00:52:51.739
or anything that got out so we searched the whole

781
00:52:51.780 --> 00:52:55.420
house these people had just moved from like about a

782
00:52:55.519 --> 00:52:59.389
three hour drive a reserve up north and they got

783
00:52:59.429 --> 00:53:02.429
this subsidized housing they just got in here it was

784
00:53:02.469 --> 00:53:07.639
their first night in there There's no furniture. There's nothing

785
00:53:07.719 --> 00:53:11.760
in there. So we searched the whole place. All there is,

786
00:53:11.820 --> 00:53:13.719
is like a washing machine and a dryer. Cause it

787
00:53:13.760 --> 00:53:15.940
comes with that, but there's no furniture. We look in

788
00:53:16.039 --> 00:53:19.199
every closet. We look in the washing machine. We look

789
00:53:19.219 --> 00:53:24.170
at the dryer. There's no one in here. Like we're

790
00:53:24.230 --> 00:53:28.989
just all confused, but like no one's hurt. No one's injured.

791
00:53:29.630 --> 00:53:32.349
We don't really know what's going on, but for some

792
00:53:32.409 --> 00:53:36.340
reason we could not get into that house. And I

793
00:53:36.409 --> 00:53:42.710
realized about 15 minutes into it, this is back in 1998.

794
00:53:42.710 --> 00:53:49.929
There's no cell phones. People don't have cell phones at all.

795
00:53:51.070 --> 00:53:55.469
And I realized there's not even a phone in this house.

796
00:53:57.190 --> 00:54:01.849
The phone hadn't been hooked up yet. So we got

797
00:54:01.889 --> 00:54:02.750
a 911 hang up call to.

798
00:54:05.739 --> 00:54:07.840
An address we couldn't figure out what it was it

799
00:54:07.900 --> 00:54:14.860
didn't exist the people in this house had something truly

800
00:54:14.900 --> 00:54:18.340
weird going on and the only way that i can

801
00:54:18.380 --> 00:54:21.099
say this is that house didn't want us in there

802
00:54:21.659 --> 00:54:24.769
because i couldn't kick that door in none of us

803
00:54:24.789 --> 00:54:29.590
could kick that door in like it like like even

804
00:54:29.630 --> 00:54:32.329
a reinforced door. Like if you've got like, you know,

805
00:54:32.349 --> 00:54:34.829
like a stick behind it that goes into the ground

806
00:54:34.869 --> 00:54:36.730
or like a metal rod or whatever that goes into

807
00:54:36.769 --> 00:54:39.289
the ground, you kick on that door. It's going to flex.

808
00:54:39.349 --> 00:54:43.530
It's going to move. It was like, and I know

809
00:54:43.550 --> 00:54:45.289
I sound like a crazy person when I say this,

810
00:54:45.329 --> 00:54:48.150
but like, that's my experience. It was like, this house

811
00:54:48.269 --> 00:54:53.070
didn't want us in there. It was so trippy. And

812
00:54:53.159 --> 00:54:56.670
this was in a town where, Like, again, we talked

813
00:54:56.690 --> 00:54:59.550
to the people. They didn't say anything was wrong. They're

814
00:54:59.650 --> 00:55:04.159
clearly scared. But nothing has happened. So we don't need

815
00:55:04.199 --> 00:55:10.480
to be there anymore. And so we get names, dates

816
00:55:10.539 --> 00:55:12.460
of birth, all that kind of stuff. We obviously know

817
00:55:12.480 --> 00:55:15.480
the address. And we're like, okay, well, if you need us,

818
00:55:15.579 --> 00:55:18.489
call us. But they don't even have a phone. So

819
00:55:18.690 --> 00:55:22.690
we leave. Like, there's nothing to be done. And this

820
00:55:22.750 --> 00:55:26.070
was a very, very busy day. town so we just

821
00:55:26.119 --> 00:55:29.329
went from call to call to call to call and

822
00:55:30.269 --> 00:55:35.050
yeah that was just one weird night.

823
00:55:33.710 --> 00:55:37.150
That's one of the weirdest things I've heard my goodness

824
00:55:37.170 --> 00:55:40.289
no phone how did it happen I don't know man

825
00:55:40.309 --> 00:55:50.179
I don't know I really don't know I had a

826
00:55:50.219 --> 00:55:56.860
follow up question about RCMP yes So in America, we

827
00:55:56.960 --> 00:56:07.619
have ways of requesting for documentation from police stations or FOIA.

828
00:56:07.780 --> 00:56:11.489
Are there equivalents of those up where you guys are?

829
00:56:12.710 --> 00:56:15.309
Yeah, totally. I think we call it FOIA, Freedom of

830
00:56:15.469 --> 00:56:16.610
Information and Privacy.

831
00:56:19.260 --> 00:56:19.840
That's cool.

832
00:56:20.260 --> 00:56:24.150
Good to know. As long as... The thing is, I

833
00:56:24.329 --> 00:56:28.030
don't know how long files are kept because everything I'm

834
00:56:28.050 --> 00:56:31.400
describing to you is all paper files because I'm so old.

835
00:56:34.820 --> 00:56:37.139
Files are only kept for so long and then they're shredded.

836
00:56:38.380 --> 00:56:40.199
I don't know if they would all have been digitized

837
00:56:40.260 --> 00:56:44.280
or anything like that. It's hard to say. There's two

838
00:56:44.340 --> 00:56:46.530
systems in place. When we went from the old system

839
00:56:46.570 --> 00:56:48.949
to the new system, the old system you had a

840
00:56:49.010 --> 00:56:54.320
total of 229 digital characters to summarize an entire file

841
00:56:55.179 --> 00:56:58.800
so whatever 229 is divided by five which is the

842
00:56:58.940 --> 00:57:01.599
average length of a word that's all you had so

843
00:57:01.639 --> 00:57:04.559
that's probably all that remains for most of these things

844
00:57:05.079 --> 00:57:07.380
anything that would have come like much much later than

845
00:57:07.420 --> 00:57:09.739
that would be on like the full digital system that

846
00:57:09.800 --> 00:57:13.739
like all police you know all all police services in

847
00:57:13.780 --> 00:57:17.940
north america use something similar and those those are easily

848
00:57:18.000 --> 00:57:20.630
kept forever i would assume i don't know But yeah,

849
00:57:20.730 --> 00:57:22.230
most of the stuff I worked on would have been

850
00:57:22.269 --> 00:57:27.190
like probably shredded years ago. But yeah, pretty wild. I

851
00:57:27.250 --> 00:57:32.079
had one other experience that is, this was, this is

852
00:57:32.139 --> 00:57:36.179
more related to like Bigfoot Sasquatch. This would be, I

853
00:57:37.139 --> 00:57:42.429
guess around 2020, something like that. I think it was

854
00:57:42.510 --> 00:57:48.440
right around in COVID. I had, driven up one of

855
00:57:48.559 --> 00:57:53.099
the forest service roads near Nelson and I was just going,

856
00:57:53.960 --> 00:57:57.780
I just love driving up to altitude. Uh, it's just fun.

857
00:57:57.880 --> 00:58:00.949
So I had my dogs and I had my compound

858
00:58:00.989 --> 00:58:03.909
bow with me and, uh, it's not hunting season or

859
00:58:03.929 --> 00:58:07.889
anything like that, but I brought my compound bow and, uh,

860
00:58:09.050 --> 00:58:11.230
I got up to the point where this was spring,

861
00:58:11.369 --> 00:58:14.909
it was early spring and, uh, I started hitting snow.

862
00:58:16.460 --> 00:58:22.679
And yeah, this is, this is kind of weird, but I,

863
00:58:24.239 --> 00:58:28.159
as I'm driving up this service road and I did

864
00:58:28.179 --> 00:58:30.500
the snow, I realized that I don't want to push

865
00:58:30.559 --> 00:58:33.239
it too far. If I get stuck, there is no

866
00:58:33.300 --> 00:58:37.090
cell service. I'm a very long way up, like probably about,

867
00:58:37.110 --> 00:58:41.429
I don't know, 15 miles up this road and I

868
00:58:41.449 --> 00:58:45.050
just don't want to push it. So I'll just turn

869
00:58:45.090 --> 00:58:48.030
around and, drive back down it was a lovely drive

870
00:58:48.699 --> 00:58:51.639
but as i was just you know sort of making

871
00:58:51.659 --> 00:58:57.559
that decision the road went straight up above me and

872
00:58:58.039 --> 00:59:02.969
it it uh it obviously flattened out a little bit

873
00:59:03.050 --> 00:59:05.030
and then dipped a bit and then it kept going

874
00:59:05.090 --> 00:59:08.639
so there's kind of like a false horizon on the road.

875
00:59:08.659 --> 00:59:16.329
And I saw, I'm going to sound crazy. I saw

876
00:59:16.550 --> 00:59:26.309
a brown lump quickly go across that false horizon. And

877
00:59:26.550 --> 00:59:30.760
in that moment, I thought, was that an owl? I

878
00:59:30.840 --> 00:59:34.710
don't know what that is. That's really weird. So I thought, well,

879
00:59:35.110 --> 00:59:38.610
I'll jump out and go see. So I was driving

880
00:59:38.630 --> 00:59:41.829
an FJ Cruiser. I stopped. I let my dogs out.

881
00:59:43.090 --> 00:59:45.409
I grabbed my compound bow. And I had this very

882
00:59:45.489 --> 00:59:50.610
funny thought of, you're bringing a sharpened stick to whatever

883
00:59:50.829 --> 00:59:56.369
that was. Good job, buddy. So I'm walking up the

884
00:59:56.829 --> 01:00:04.440
road in the snow. And it's springtime, so it hasn't

885
01:00:04.500 --> 01:00:08.889
snowed a lot. And the snow is relatively firm. So

886
01:00:10.650 --> 01:00:13.469
I'm not sinking in it too much, but the car

887
01:00:13.570 --> 01:00:15.670
was sinking in it more, which is why I didn't

888
01:00:15.690 --> 01:00:17.349
want to push it. I didn't want to keep going up.

889
01:00:18.570 --> 01:00:23.670
So I get up to where that false horizon was,

890
01:00:23.769 --> 01:00:26.829
where the road flattens out and dips a little bit.

891
01:00:26.849 --> 01:00:36.440
And I see the remains of a deer and it's

892
01:00:36.500 --> 01:00:43.329
quite strange. There's bits of, of deer hair, like floating

893
01:00:44.230 --> 01:00:48.150
around a little bit. It's not a windy day, just like,

894
01:00:48.849 --> 01:00:53.380
but there's like this like fluff, like, you know, the, the,

895
01:00:53.639 --> 01:00:57.900
the fluffier white rather than the Brown and gray just

896
01:00:57.920 --> 01:01:04.750
kind of, floating around and um it's laying on the

897
01:01:04.829 --> 01:01:16.659
snow the head has been like uh separated with about

898
01:01:16.820 --> 01:01:19.519
this much like let's say a foot and a half

899
01:01:20.139 --> 01:01:25.909
to foot of the spine and it's laying separate from

900
01:01:25.949 --> 01:01:33.090
the rest of the carcass and And there's really no

901
01:01:33.409 --> 01:01:41.889
meat left at all. And there's no blood on the

902
01:01:42.010 --> 01:01:49.760
snow at all. So I'm looking at it and it's

903
01:01:49.820 --> 01:01:52.099
a strange situation and my brain's just trying to take

904
01:01:52.139 --> 01:01:57.389
it all in. And I'm, And I never, I didn't

905
01:01:57.539 --> 01:02:00.099
go to like Sasquatch or Bigfoot or anything like that.

906
01:02:00.199 --> 01:02:03.219
I just was like, what am I looking at here?

907
01:02:03.239 --> 01:02:10.500
And I kind of poking around and I'm like, okay,

908
01:02:10.519 --> 01:02:13.679
the meat's all gone. Some of the fur is here.

909
01:02:13.699 --> 01:02:21.320
The bones are here. The spine and the head are separate.

910
01:02:22.219 --> 01:02:24.530
And it's a mule deer and it's a four point

911
01:02:24.769 --> 01:02:27.199
and it's got a really nice rack. And I thought

912
01:02:27.219 --> 01:02:31.820
to myself, oh, I should take that home. And as

913
01:02:31.880 --> 01:02:34.099
I bent over to grab it, there was a voice

914
01:02:34.139 --> 01:02:36.760
in my head that said, do not touch that. It's

915
01:02:36.820 --> 01:02:42.440
not yours. I'm going to leave that alone. And like,

916
01:02:42.480 --> 01:02:45.800
it wasn't like, you know, some alien voice or saying like,

917
01:02:45.820 --> 01:02:48.860
don't touch that. It was just like, Chris, don't touch that.

918
01:02:48.900 --> 01:02:52.679
It's not yours. So I'm like, okay. And I'm looking

919
01:02:52.719 --> 01:02:55.250
and I'm like, how does the head and the spine

920
01:02:55.809 --> 01:03:00.070
get separated? from the rest of it. That's very strange.

921
01:03:01.889 --> 01:03:07.230
It looks like a very recent kill. How can there

922
01:03:07.349 --> 01:03:16.719
be no blood whatsoever in the snow? No matter what

923
01:03:16.860 --> 01:03:23.280
killed this thing, there would be blood everywhere. There's no

924
01:03:23.380 --> 01:03:28.269
blood at all. And I thought, okay, cougar. cougar kill

925
01:03:29.650 --> 01:03:32.449
well i've never heard of a cougar separating the like

926
01:03:33.239 --> 01:03:38.340
head neck from the body they just eat it and

927
01:03:38.380 --> 01:03:40.639
i thought but that's also weird because this is kind

928
01:03:40.679 --> 01:03:47.440
of an open area cougars generally like secrete like secret

929
01:03:47.480 --> 01:03:51.460
their their their kills to a more private area like

930
01:03:51.500 --> 01:03:55.340
their private kind of kind of animal the way that

931
01:03:55.360 --> 01:03:57.730
they do it And I'm looking at the snow around

932
01:03:57.750 --> 01:04:00.820
this thing and the snow is all padded down very flat.

933
01:04:01.760 --> 01:04:09.059
But there's no claw marks at all. And bears have claws.

934
01:04:10.500 --> 01:04:12.530
That's what made me think cougar. Like if a cougar

935
01:04:12.570 --> 01:04:16.690
was there, like, you know, their claws are retractable. But

936
01:04:16.750 --> 01:04:22.550
like exsanguination would occur if a cougar bit a deer, right?

937
01:04:22.650 --> 01:04:27.070
Like you're going to get blood everywhere. So where's all

938
01:04:27.090 --> 01:04:29.590
the blood? And then I'm looking and I'm like, well,

939
01:04:29.630 --> 01:04:32.829
if a bear did it, there would most definitely be

940
01:04:32.949 --> 01:04:38.369
claw marks. And it wouldn't look so neat and tidy.

941
01:04:39.050 --> 01:04:43.170
This was all neat and tidy. And not a single

942
01:04:43.230 --> 01:04:48.639
claw mark, nothing dug up. The body's only a couple

943
01:04:48.699 --> 01:04:51.539
feet away from the spine and the head. None of

944
01:04:51.639 --> 01:04:57.909
this made sense to me. And it wasn't until, and

945
01:04:58.050 --> 01:05:00.010
I can't draw like any, like I can't draw for

946
01:05:00.030 --> 01:05:02.349
a conclusion or anything like that, but I, I was

947
01:05:02.429 --> 01:05:09.159
listening to Dr. Jeff Meldrum talking about like how he

948
01:05:09.219 --> 01:05:13.559
believes that Sasquatch, how they're, how they walk, like the

949
01:05:13.599 --> 01:05:18.989
way that their, their, their feet articulate. And I thought

950
01:05:19.030 --> 01:05:24.860
to myself, if you, if you had a big wide

951
01:05:25.119 --> 01:05:31.550
flat foot and you were eating off of this deer,

952
01:05:32.630 --> 01:05:37.510
it would certainly pack down the snow. Like it's packed down.

953
01:05:38.300 --> 01:05:42.739
I still don't understand the lack of blood. I like Jeremiah.

954
01:05:42.760 --> 01:05:44.780
That doesn't make any sense to me at all. I

955
01:05:44.820 --> 01:05:49.739
have no idea. And I, the only thing, and it

956
01:05:49.800 --> 01:05:51.980
was in that retrospect that I was like, when I

957
01:05:52.099 --> 01:05:56.780
saw that brown thing go across the false horizon, like

958
01:05:57.079 --> 01:06:01.489
the reason that I thought owl was is I thought like,

959
01:06:01.710 --> 01:06:04.530
if for the instant that I saw it, if an

960
01:06:04.789 --> 01:06:08.289
owl was in flight and it's had its wings down,

961
01:06:09.050 --> 01:06:12.179
it would look like, I thought maybe it would look

962
01:06:12.260 --> 01:06:16.269
kind of like, like, like a, a big lump and

963
01:06:16.289 --> 01:06:19.030
then a smaller lump. And I'm like, but that doesn't

964
01:06:19.070 --> 01:06:21.909
really actually make any sense. Cause what I saw kind

965
01:06:23.070 --> 01:06:27.630
of looked like, like a, a smaller lump that went

966
01:06:27.690 --> 01:06:30.590
into a bigger lump and I can make all kinds

967
01:06:30.630 --> 01:06:33.090
of leaps. Like if a Sasquatch was running sideways, there

968
01:06:33.130 --> 01:06:35.829
is its head. And then there's like its shoulders and

969
01:06:35.889 --> 01:06:38.650
body and you see it in profile and that's what

970
01:06:38.670 --> 01:06:42.909
it would look like. But like, honestly, I've never been

971
01:06:42.949 --> 01:06:45.329
able to figure that one out, but just given some

972
01:06:45.369 --> 01:06:47.530
of the weird experiences that I've had, I was like,

973
01:06:48.469 --> 01:06:51.420
this one doesn't make any sense. Like the complete and

974
01:06:51.500 --> 01:06:54.440
utter lack of blood, the fact that everything's been eaten,

975
01:06:54.500 --> 01:06:57.559
but it's super neat and tidy. The head and spine

976
01:06:57.599 --> 01:07:00.449
have been separated from the rest of the body. And

977
01:07:00.610 --> 01:07:02.989
whatever was in me that was like, do not touch

978
01:07:03.010 --> 01:07:04.869
that rack. It's not yours. You don't get to have them.

979
01:07:06.510 --> 01:07:09.409
That was... It's just kind of weird. I don't know

980
01:07:09.429 --> 01:07:11.889
what to chalk that one up to. It's in the

981
01:07:11.949 --> 01:07:14.449
unknown file for me, but none of it made any

982
01:07:14.469 --> 01:07:16.179
bloody sense at all.

983
01:07:17.400 --> 01:07:21.820
Exactly. I mean, especially I keep going back to the

984
01:07:21.860 --> 01:07:25.280
fact where there's no blood there and that just does

985
01:07:25.320 --> 01:07:27.719
not make sense logically to me. There should be. I

986
01:07:29.400 --> 01:07:33.489
don't know, man. It makes me think of how there's

987
01:07:33.650 --> 01:07:37.190
the I was not saying it was like a cow mutilation,

988
01:07:37.210 --> 01:07:42.480
but there are other instances where you find deceased animals, uh,

989
01:07:42.559 --> 01:07:47.519
with no, no blood around them. And, um, I don't know.

990
01:07:47.539 --> 01:07:50.719
That's weird, man. I just, I really, I don't know

991
01:07:50.780 --> 01:07:54.820
logically what that, that could have been. And, uh, yeah,

992
01:07:54.940 --> 01:07:56.800
that would, that would, uh, that would stick with me

993
01:07:56.889 --> 01:07:59.110
for quite a while. And obviously it stuck with you for,

994
01:07:59.349 --> 01:08:00.809
for almost seven years.

995
01:08:00.829 --> 01:08:05.570
Yeah. It certainly has. Hmm.

996
01:08:06.789 --> 01:08:09.269
Weird weird is that area known for any other weird

997
01:08:09.309 --> 01:08:10.510
stuff happening.

998
01:08:10.110 --> 01:08:15.750
Or well the whole area is like the whole area

999
01:08:15.809 --> 01:08:18.609
just has a weird vibe to it and i never

1000
01:08:18.770 --> 01:08:22.729
like i never thought this stuff would happen to me

1001
01:08:23.329 --> 01:08:26.350
but like everything that i've talked about is in like

1002
01:08:26.729 --> 01:08:31.569
like relative proximity to one another like okay it's in

1003
01:08:31.649 --> 01:08:34.600
the bush it's it's it's it's away in the bush

1004
01:08:34.659 --> 01:08:36.279
but it's all in the same neck of the.

1005
01:08:36.260 --> 01:08:39.239
Woods That makes sense.

1006
01:08:39.739 --> 01:08:40.239
You got it.

1007
01:08:41.319 --> 01:08:44.159
And that is really the case when you have one

1008
01:08:44.279 --> 01:08:48.079
side of, let's say, Bigfoot stuff going on. You could

1009
01:08:48.119 --> 01:08:51.569
easily have other weird stuff going on, too. And we

1010
01:08:51.609 --> 01:08:55.189
don't even know all the weird stuff that Bigfoot can do.

1011
01:08:55.210 --> 01:08:58.050
I'm pretty sure that's the case, at least.

1012
01:08:58.789 --> 01:08:59.170
Who knows?

1013
01:08:59.430 --> 01:09:02.300
Maybe we'll figure it out. out someday but my goodness

1014
01:09:02.319 --> 01:09:05.039
I don't think we will I really hope we do

1015
01:09:05.300 --> 01:09:10.460
I hope we do man um I'm ready to I'm

1016
01:09:10.500 --> 01:09:11.760
ready to see one so.

1017
01:09:13.359 --> 01:09:16.590
What do you think like do you like do you

1018
01:09:16.630 --> 01:09:22.069
have a like When people are asked on various podcasts

1019
01:09:22.140 --> 01:09:27.159
and stuff, what do you think Bigfoot is? I'm dumbfounded.

1020
01:09:27.359 --> 01:09:29.539
I don't know. I have no idea. I'm curious what

1021
01:09:29.859 --> 01:09:31.020
your thoughts are.

1022
01:09:31.539 --> 01:09:38.029
I have heard... On this show, we hear all sides

1023
01:09:38.409 --> 01:09:44.390
and we do not discriminate against either side. How I

1024
01:09:44.449 --> 01:09:47.710
look at it is... I go off of what I

1025
01:09:47.770 --> 01:09:54.069
have experienced personally, and I'm at the point where you

1026
01:09:54.109 --> 01:09:57.470
do not have enough data. Um, I, I, I can

1027
01:09:57.510 --> 01:10:02.109
say this to you that there's, so I know there's

1028
01:10:02.130 --> 01:10:05.560
some physical stuff going on out there because, uh, one

1029
01:10:05.680 --> 01:10:08.199
I've found tracks out in Oregon. I have not had

1030
01:10:08.220 --> 01:10:11.039
a visual, but I've had, I've seen a 16 to

1031
01:10:11.039 --> 01:10:16.840
17 inch tracks. that were left by one that jumped

1032
01:10:17.340 --> 01:10:21.229
and ran um by a person the person had a

1033
01:10:21.270 --> 01:10:24.189
visual of it and then i got there late uh

1034
01:10:24.310 --> 01:10:27.130
the same day in oakridge that's that's a different deal

1035
01:10:27.270 --> 01:10:30.010
it's 24 um so there's some physical going on but

1036
01:10:30.050 --> 01:10:32.470
then there's weird sides to it too in the same

1037
01:10:32.609 --> 01:10:39.060
area in 25 um i ventured out in the woods

1038
01:10:39.100 --> 01:10:41.359
a bit by myself and i was like hey if

1039
01:10:41.380 --> 01:10:43.909
there's anything here can you make a noise And then

1040
01:10:44.029 --> 01:10:48.069
a few seconds later, I had a response of two

1041
01:10:48.090 --> 01:10:54.949
wood knocks about 15, 20 feet in the woods away

1042
01:10:54.989 --> 01:10:57.340
from where I was. And so I tried to do it.

1043
01:10:57.670 --> 01:10:59.770
I did it again, said the same thing out loud,

1044
01:11:00.609 --> 01:11:04.680
got the same response. And so there is something there

1045
01:11:04.689 --> 01:11:08.539
that can understand things and do weird stuff.

1046
01:11:08.640 --> 01:11:08.920
Right.

1047
01:11:09.260 --> 01:11:11.199
And that's not even like talking about portal stuff. That's

1048
01:11:11.220 --> 01:11:15.510
just like, Hey, I'm saying, a request, can you do it?

1049
01:11:15.619 --> 01:11:17.720
And it does it. And I don't know how to

1050
01:11:17.819 --> 01:11:22.930
like wrap my mind around that. So I think if

1051
01:11:22.979 --> 01:11:25.270
I had to guess, man, without the data, I think

1052
01:11:25.890 --> 01:11:28.250
we're looking at some kind of physical creature that can

1053
01:11:28.289 --> 01:11:32.050
do a lot of weird stuff that science doesn't comprehend yet.

1054
01:11:32.689 --> 01:11:35.869
Mainstream wise, if you know what I mean. But I

1055
01:11:35.970 --> 01:11:38.649
hope to be able to go further down that road

1056
01:11:38.840 --> 01:11:41.750
and to figure that out more for myself as I,

1057
01:11:42.239 --> 01:11:45.279
Once I get back out there, you know what I mean? So, yeah, that's,

1058
01:11:45.340 --> 01:11:46.899
that's kind of where I'm at.

1059
01:11:48.119 --> 01:11:54.229
Yeah, man. Yeah. Truly, uh, want you to be getting

1060
01:11:54.270 --> 01:11:55.109
back out there, brother.

1061
01:11:56.329 --> 01:11:59.529
Oh yeah. I'm already, I'm already making, I'm not even

1062
01:11:59.609 --> 01:12:02.550
through treatment. I'm already making plans for next year. So

1063
01:12:03.189 --> 01:12:05.470
it's going to happen. The odds are good. We're going

1064
01:12:05.489 --> 01:12:07.189
to do it. So good stuff.

1065
01:12:07.229 --> 01:12:07.750
Good stuff.

1066
01:12:07.909 --> 01:12:12.520
But yeah, absolutely. but Chris, thank you so much, man, for, for,

1067
01:12:13.279 --> 01:12:16.529
for coming forward, for sending me an email, reaching out and,

1068
01:12:16.729 --> 01:12:19.590
and sharing, you know, it's very rare to hear, uh,

1069
01:12:20.949 --> 01:12:25.859
things like this that happened during the, um, you know, from, uh,

1070
01:12:26.020 --> 01:12:31.180
from RCMP or, um, you know, law enforcement. Those are

1071
01:12:31.220 --> 01:12:34.479
very rare interviews. So we definitely never take those for

1072
01:12:34.500 --> 01:12:37.340
granted when we're able to talk to someone like yourself

1073
01:12:37.399 --> 01:12:40.199
about what your experiences were. So thank you so much

1074
01:12:40.359 --> 01:12:44.590
for coming on the show and sharing what your journey

1075
01:12:44.630 --> 01:12:46.710
has been for a bit. I greatly appreciate it.

1076
01:12:47.609 --> 01:12:50.010
Oh, you are so welcome. And I thank you for

1077
01:12:50.090 --> 01:12:54.840
all the work you do for this platform. I am

1078
01:12:54.899 --> 01:12:58.159
just truly grateful for you, man. So thank you so much.

1079
01:13:00.670 --> 01:13:03.090
If you've had a Bigfoot encounter of your own, I

1080
01:13:03.109 --> 01:13:04.909
would love to hear from you. You can send me

1081
01:13:04.930 --> 01:13:10.170
an email with your encounter at bigfootsociety at gmail.com. I've

1082
01:13:10.210 --> 01:13:13.770
come out with a free report about the top 10

1083
01:13:13.770 --> 01:13:18.760
Bigfoot hotspots. You can go over to bit.ly forward slash

1084
01:13:18.859 --> 01:13:24.020
BFS report. I'm Jeremiah Byron. Thanks for listening to Bigfoot Society,

1085
01:13:24.159 --> 01:13:24.659
and I'll see you

1086
01:13:24.680 --> 01:13:25.119
In the woods.
