Chad Christensen: Idaho Legislator Sees Bigfoot!

Chad Christensen: Idaho Legislator Sees Bigfoot!

Former Idaho state legislator Chad Christensen opens up about his real-life Bigfoot encounter deep in the Palisades Reservoir and Jackknife Creek area of Idaho.

In this exclusive interview, Chad recounts his chilling night in the wilderness — a 2 a.m. rock throw, glowing red eyes on a ridge, terrified horses, and a scream unlike anything human. He also discusses his background in law enforcement, his time in the Idaho legislature, and why he’s decided to go public after two decades of silence.

Host Jeremiah Byron guides listeners through one of the most credible firsthand Bigfoot accounts ever recorded in Idaho.

If you’re into Bigfoot sightings, Sasquatch encounters, or government witness stories, this episode is for you.

1
00:00:00.160 --> 00:00:02.839
You're listening to Big the Society, and I'm Jeremiah Byron.

2
00:00:03.040 --> 00:00:05.639
In this show, we go beyond the campfire stories to

3
00:00:05.679 --> 00:00:08.400
bring you first hand encounters from people who say they've

4
00:00:08.439 --> 00:00:12.759
seen something impossible. From backwoods trails and remote mountain haulers

5
00:00:12.800 --> 00:00:16.719
to quiet farms and crowded highways. The stories come from everywhere,

6
00:00:16.760 --> 00:00:19.719
and each one leaves us with more questions than answers.

7
00:00:20.719 --> 00:00:24.000
These are the voices of the people who've lived it.

8
00:00:24.079 --> 00:00:27.440
To settle in, because today you'll hear another account that

9
00:00:27.600 --> 00:00:30.120
just might change the way you see the woods forever.

10
00:00:30.440 --> 00:00:32.479
So stay with us, all right, Big the Society. You've

11
00:00:32.479 --> 00:00:36.240
got the privilege of talking to mister Chad Christiansen today.

12
00:00:36.600 --> 00:00:40.399
Chad has law enforcement and military experience and was also

13
00:00:40.439 --> 00:00:44.560
a state legislator for four years. So welcome to the show, Chad.

14
00:00:44.640 --> 00:00:46.119
It's great to have you on today.

15
00:00:47.520 --> 00:00:52.119
Hi, Jeremiah, I give it me Honarly too. I was

16
00:00:52.359 --> 00:00:56.479
an Army MP the clerk for a while for a while,

17
00:00:56.600 --> 00:00:59.719
and it was also a deeven operation officer and then

18
00:00:59.799 --> 00:01:03.039
went to the state Probation and pro and dealt with prolleues,

19
00:01:03.079 --> 00:01:05.959
come out of prison and also ran in the futuitive

20
00:01:06.319 --> 00:01:06.920
warrant team.

21
00:01:07.079 --> 00:01:07.959
So when any.

22
00:01:09.519 --> 00:01:13.959
Any of those proli user probationers in the office absconded

23
00:01:14.000 --> 00:01:16.079
and got a warrant after you for them, I would,

24
00:01:16.120 --> 00:01:18.040
you know, run a team to chase them down and

25
00:01:18.519 --> 00:01:20.840
we'd arrest them and put them in jail. And so

26
00:01:20.879 --> 00:01:24.680
that part of the job was pretty exhilarating. And and

27
00:01:24.719 --> 00:01:28.040
I from there, I went to state welfare fraud investigations

28
00:01:29.000 --> 00:01:30.519
and dealt with a lot of you know, a lot

29
00:01:30.519 --> 00:01:35.040
of people that have scammed the welfare system. And then yeah,

30
00:01:35.079 --> 00:01:39.519
I was elected to the state legislature in twenty eighteen.

31
00:01:39.560 --> 00:01:43.719
I'd beat a thirty year incumbent and the State Affairs

32
00:01:43.719 --> 00:01:48.120
Committee chairman. So it's pretty kind of a big deal. It

33
00:01:48.159 --> 00:01:50.120
was kind of state wide news. Hey this new guy

34
00:01:50.120 --> 00:01:53.439
that nobody knows about kind of beats this thirty year incumbent.

35
00:01:53.560 --> 00:01:56.799
So it was pretty exciting. And I spent four years

36
00:01:56.840 --> 00:02:01.959
in office. I'm running again in twenty six. I was

37
00:02:01.959 --> 00:02:04.799
in the House for four years then, so I'm again

38
00:02:04.799 --> 00:02:07.079
in twenty six. You know, you know, being the legislature

39
00:02:07.280 --> 00:02:10.560
was a good experience. You know, I feel like I

40
00:02:10.560 --> 00:02:14.879
stood for the people and not the establishment, and for

41
00:02:14.960 --> 00:02:17.360
what was you know, for the for freedom and the Constitution.

42
00:02:17.560 --> 00:02:18.400
So that was important to me.

43
00:02:18.719 --> 00:02:21.639
Chad, we had gotten connected about that. You have an

44
00:02:21.680 --> 00:02:25.319
experience that you were wanting to share that happened out

45
00:02:25.800 --> 00:02:27.520
out in Idaho to you correct.

46
00:02:28.960 --> 00:02:30.719
Yeah, I kind of had sit for years, and I've

47
00:02:30.759 --> 00:02:34.159
told more and more people after after the fact and

48
00:02:34.280 --> 00:02:39.039
friends and you know, my dad. Yeah, so you know,

49
00:02:39.080 --> 00:02:40.360
I get into it now if you want me too.

50
00:02:40.360 --> 00:02:45.400
And it was back in two thousand and three, and

51
00:02:45.599 --> 00:02:47.400
you know, it was the area I hunted quite a bit.

52
00:02:47.520 --> 00:02:51.240
You know, friend showed me this area for deer and

53
00:02:51.280 --> 00:02:53.560
elk and mostly elk. You know, I go back in

54
00:02:53.599 --> 00:02:58.400
there and elk usually and and my first it's called

55
00:02:58.479 --> 00:03:03.120
jet Nat Creek area and you go past Palasage Reservoir,

56
00:03:03.159 --> 00:03:06.960
which later I've come to know the area is quite

57
00:03:07.240 --> 00:03:09.080
you know, there's a custy stories about big foot in

58
00:03:09.120 --> 00:03:11.639
that area. And then that I've come to do research,

59
00:03:12.560 --> 00:03:13.960
and I didn't I had no idea there was that

60
00:03:14.000 --> 00:03:16.840
many stories and accounts that go back in the area

61
00:03:16.840 --> 00:03:22.159
around Palisades. So yeah, you'd pass Palasage Reservoir and go

62
00:03:22.159 --> 00:03:24.919
into Wyoming and then take it and go and go

63
00:03:24.960 --> 00:03:29.080
back west and go back in Idaho, and I would

64
00:03:29.360 --> 00:03:31.159
hunt there quite a bit. You know, I've been in

65
00:03:31.199 --> 00:03:35.039
there in this certain canyon it's called School Canyon, and

66
00:03:35.080 --> 00:03:37.439
I'd go in there, and you always feel just a

67
00:03:37.520 --> 00:03:43.479
weird presence. Hard to explain. I just didn't feel right.

68
00:03:43.919 --> 00:03:45.520
I was a little bit off. But I'd always just

69
00:03:45.520 --> 00:03:47.240
go back and hunt. It was a good area and

70
00:03:47.240 --> 00:03:53.759
I always get my elk and and be successful. And

71
00:03:53.800 --> 00:03:58.400
then I got my first chuck in there, probably in

72
00:03:58.400 --> 00:04:01.120
the nineties, and then went back in there and I

73
00:04:01.159 --> 00:04:06.000
took my dad and brother one year it too deer hunt.

74
00:04:06.560 --> 00:04:09.759
I remember one night we were and we were in

75
00:04:09.879 --> 00:04:13.120
camp and I and I had woken up and I heard,

76
00:04:14.000 --> 00:04:15.520
you know, I didn't think of anything at the time,

77
00:04:16.879 --> 00:04:20.839
but I heard a bipedal heavy walk at our camp

78
00:04:21.800 --> 00:04:25.000
and I know, I spoke like a skunk type smell,

79
00:04:26.680 --> 00:04:29.519
and I just okay, this is weird. And I didn't

80
00:04:29.560 --> 00:04:33.839
think much of it then. And the next day a

81
00:04:34.000 --> 00:04:37.199
warden came into our camp and in front of me

82
00:04:37.240 --> 00:04:40.279
about driving my jeep on it on that trail I

83
00:04:40.279 --> 00:04:41.839
shouldn't have been on. Oh, I didn't know it was.

84
00:04:42.160 --> 00:04:44.199
He says, what's parked? I said, Okay, I didn't see that,

85
00:04:44.879 --> 00:04:47.160
so I attributed that.

86
00:04:47.360 --> 00:04:49.120
I told my dad, hey, maybe that ward.

87
00:04:48.959 --> 00:04:51.639
Came into our camp last night. I heard somebody walking

88
00:04:51.680 --> 00:04:55.199
through it. I don't go to him now, obviously I

89
00:04:55.199 --> 00:05:01.360
think it was something else. So if you later, I

90
00:05:01.480 --> 00:05:05.800
was hunting elk in that same canyon and my dad

91
00:05:05.879 --> 00:05:08.279
was there. He didn't come up with he stayed down

92
00:05:08.319 --> 00:05:10.199
in it in the camper, and I went up and

93
00:05:10.279 --> 00:05:16.480
hunted in that canyon and I came across to six

94
00:05:16.920 --> 00:05:20.920
six by six elk leaving the herd of elk down

95
00:05:21.000 --> 00:05:26.240
the canyon. So I shot him and we got down

96
00:05:26.279 --> 00:05:28.439
to my dad. Hey, I got I got a bull,

97
00:05:30.120 --> 00:05:33.680
and he's going, oh awesome. So I still addressed it,

98
00:05:34.639 --> 00:05:36.480
and then I was it was getting late in the day,

99
00:05:36.519 --> 00:05:37.879
and I said, well, I'm gonna be just gonna still

100
00:05:37.920 --> 00:05:38.399
dressed and.

101
00:05:40.360 --> 00:05:42.279
Call my friend help me come get it out.

102
00:05:42.120 --> 00:05:45.319
Because he had horses. He told me, good help if

103
00:05:45.319 --> 00:05:50.920
I got something down, and so I, you know, still dressed.

104
00:05:50.959 --> 00:05:54.600
It went back down and I called I got I

105
00:05:54.639 --> 00:05:56.399
went out to get some syrus on my cellphone and

106
00:05:56.519 --> 00:05:58.759
called him, Hey, I got this out down. You're still

107
00:05:58.800 --> 00:06:02.199
on you still help me? He said yeah. So I

108
00:06:02.279 --> 00:06:07.759
drove back into town. And we got his and his horses.

109
00:06:10.199 --> 00:06:12.600
And had it back up.

110
00:06:13.959 --> 00:06:16.360
So we got there back up to that carryon about.

111
00:06:17.160 --> 00:06:21.040
It was around midnight, so it was late, and so

112
00:06:21.120 --> 00:06:24.639
we had two horses. His horse he was riding on

113
00:06:24.959 --> 00:06:29.199
it was a normal saddle, and then we had the

114
00:06:29.279 --> 00:06:32.199
other horse, which I rode on most of the way.

115
00:06:32.319 --> 00:06:34.079
It was it was a pack saddle, so it was

116
00:06:34.120 --> 00:06:40.040
very uncomfortable to ride on what I did. So we

117
00:06:40.079 --> 00:06:42.639
went kind of a different He knew the area well,

118
00:06:43.560 --> 00:06:45.879
and we didn't go ship up the canyon like I

119
00:06:46.000 --> 00:06:48.399
did the hunt. We went kind of up a different

120
00:06:49.959 --> 00:06:52.240
ridge and knowle to get down to the spot where

121
00:06:52.240 --> 00:06:55.759
we dropped down down in the canyon. And so as

122
00:06:55.800 --> 00:06:58.800
we got that Noel, we were looking down in the

123
00:06:58.879 --> 00:07:02.360
canyon that my elk was in and the horses were

124
00:07:02.480 --> 00:07:10.399
started going crazy and my horse butt me off and

125
00:07:10.519 --> 00:07:13.439
I got up back up. A guy slipped across the canyon.

126
00:07:13.519 --> 00:07:15.839
There was a set of eyes and they appeared to

127
00:07:15.879 --> 00:07:19.920
be red, and my friends like you see that. I'm like, yeah,

128
00:07:20.199 --> 00:07:24.000
He's like, what the heck is that? And well, I

129
00:07:24.040 --> 00:07:25.600
don't know, I never know an I want to have

130
00:07:26.480 --> 00:07:30.759
red eyes. And we were just nervous and and and

131
00:07:30.920 --> 00:07:34.160
then then it went away, and IKE were like, okay, well,

132
00:07:34.279 --> 00:07:38.360
let's just go get dealt now, and and he told

133
00:07:38.360 --> 00:07:43.120
the horses were still really nervous and agitated, and we

134
00:07:43.279 --> 00:07:47.439
went down and down the pass where that those eyes were.

135
00:07:49.480 --> 00:07:54.560
So we went up to get my We went up

136
00:07:54.600 --> 00:07:58.120
the canyon and the horses and I just spilled like again,

137
00:07:58.199 --> 00:08:00.079
like it was someone was off, and I thought I

138
00:08:00.160 --> 00:08:04.319
was being washed and just what we're feeling, you know,

139
00:08:04.399 --> 00:08:10.360
feeling of didn't feel good. It just felt weird. I

140
00:08:10.439 --> 00:08:12.720
got to my elk and I was surprised I hadn't

141
00:08:12.720 --> 00:08:15.199
been touched because of that whatever that was. I thought

142
00:08:15.279 --> 00:08:18.519
it probably got to my elk, and it was had

143
00:08:18.639 --> 00:08:23.720
been touched. Like okay, well that's good. So they got

144
00:08:23.759 --> 00:08:28.879
the elk and fours accorded it up and put on

145
00:08:29.000 --> 00:08:32.440
the pack horse, and I took I took the antlers

146
00:08:32.480 --> 00:08:35.639
off to take them. So he went out with the

147
00:08:35.679 --> 00:08:38.919
horses and he's like, well follow.

148
00:08:38.720 --> 00:08:44.240
Me up that no again, and on the way out

149
00:08:44.759 --> 00:08:46.279
where you know, whether we.

150
00:08:46.320 --> 00:08:49.840
Saw that or horses went nuts, And I said, okay,

151
00:08:49.879 --> 00:08:52.840
well you know, but he was always he was faster

152
00:08:52.960 --> 00:08:56.799
than me. So I was by myself in the dark

153
00:08:57.120 --> 00:09:01.080
and well at the lantern and a flash I can't wish.

154
00:09:01.159 --> 00:09:10.080
I think it was a flashlight. So I have the

155
00:09:10.480 --> 00:09:13.600
antlers in my other gear and I was at his

156
00:09:13.679 --> 00:09:17.399
side arm and at you know, forty five, and I

157
00:09:17.480 --> 00:09:19.639
went walking down the canyon and I got to this

158
00:09:19.759 --> 00:09:22.879
point where I was He told me to turn up

159
00:09:22.879 --> 00:09:24.720
the know again and ridge.

160
00:09:24.480 --> 00:09:28.519
And follow that area. And I don't know that, very

161
00:09:28.639 --> 00:09:29.120
very little I.

162
00:09:29.200 --> 00:09:32.919
Want to do in the dark, but so I decided

163
00:09:32.919 --> 00:09:33.799
to go down the canyon.

164
00:09:34.240 --> 00:09:37.840
And that area where.

165
00:09:39.840 --> 00:09:41.440
I was talking about why I was supposed to turn

166
00:09:41.600 --> 00:09:45.120
up right below me had a big set of logs,

167
00:09:45.279 --> 00:09:50.720
a downfall, huge trees that I had to go over

168
00:09:50.799 --> 00:09:54.039
and get down the canyon. As soon as I started

169
00:09:54.080 --> 00:09:57.919
into those logs, a big rock flew by my head

170
00:09:58.440 --> 00:10:01.440
and it was I mean, it was a big of rocky.

171
00:10:01.440 --> 00:10:08.720
It was probably fifty pounds. And I could tell I've

172
00:10:08.720 --> 00:10:11.840
been throwing pretty a good distance. I mean, I couldn't

173
00:10:11.840 --> 00:10:14.000
see the whole lot of the dark, but I knew

174
00:10:15.080 --> 00:10:17.360
it wasn't a short distance. It wasn't like ten feet

175
00:10:17.480 --> 00:10:21.000
it had it been like fifty seventy five feet away

176
00:10:21.159 --> 00:10:25.200
or you know, out of my estimation and my eyes

177
00:10:25.279 --> 00:10:29.840
froze and what in the world. And I saw about

178
00:10:30.679 --> 00:10:33.919
seventy five feet away. You know, I couldn't see, I

179
00:10:33.919 --> 00:10:36.320
couldn't make it out real well. But I saw a

180
00:10:36.399 --> 00:10:41.320
figure and I saw and I saw his eyes look

181
00:10:41.360 --> 00:10:44.320
at me again and then turn away, and and.

182
00:10:46.600 --> 00:10:47.120
Then I just.

183
00:10:48.799 --> 00:10:50.919
So I started moving forward. It came real slow, and

184
00:10:51.000 --> 00:10:55.360
looking up there, I was super nervous, and I heard it.

185
00:10:55.679 --> 00:10:59.039
Then I heard a scream that I can never explain.

186
00:11:00.919 --> 00:11:05.519
The pitch I was. It's that was just a nerving

187
00:11:05.759 --> 00:11:11.600
It was high pitched. And if I could low growl

188
00:11:11.720 --> 00:11:14.039
into a high pitch, I guess a way to put it.

189
00:11:16.480 --> 00:11:20.559
And at that point, I just was busting through the

190
00:11:22.240 --> 00:11:24.600
the downfall as fast as I could, and I ran

191
00:11:25.279 --> 00:11:27.759
and ran all the way down that canyon to get

192
00:11:27.799 --> 00:11:32.000
out of there. And I got to the bottom, and

193
00:11:32.120 --> 00:11:34.360
my friend was waging down down there at the moment

194
00:11:34.440 --> 00:11:37.320
at the bottom that came with horses, and he was

195
00:11:37.399 --> 00:11:41.919
all Me and my friend were always drop with each

196
00:11:41.919 --> 00:11:44.120
other and always playing games on each other, and he

197
00:11:44.240 --> 00:11:46.919
was waiting there and you know, for me to come

198
00:11:46.960 --> 00:11:51.440
around a corner, and he scared me. So I was

199
00:11:51.440 --> 00:11:55.120
already scared, obviously, and I'm going for my gun because

200
00:11:55.159 --> 00:11:57.840
I didn't know what. But I obviously calmed down and

201
00:11:57.919 --> 00:12:02.960
I was okay, it's him. H So that was, you know,

202
00:12:03.279 --> 00:12:05.080
a pretty quick story, I guess, but that was the

203
00:12:05.120 --> 00:12:10.399
gist of that experience. And I've always we had another

204
00:12:10.519 --> 00:12:15.200
friend that the hut are quite a bit and he'd

205
00:12:15.240 --> 00:12:17.840
always told us, Hey, I hear the scream up the

206
00:12:17.960 --> 00:12:21.159
scream up there all the time. I can't tell what

207
00:12:21.279 --> 00:12:23.399
it is. It's not it's not any animal I know.

208
00:12:23.879 --> 00:12:26.919
And this guy is a quite quite a mountain man,

209
00:12:27.960 --> 00:12:30.480
and for him for him to say something like that

210
00:12:30.600 --> 00:12:34.960
to me, I was shocked because this guy knows his animals,

211
00:12:34.960 --> 00:12:37.080
and he's in the mountains all his life and he's

212
00:12:37.840 --> 00:12:40.799
pretty much a true Idaho mountain man. And it tells

213
00:12:40.840 --> 00:12:43.960
me that he didn't know what that that noise was

214
00:12:44.039 --> 00:12:46.799
that screamed up in there. It just made me even

215
00:12:46.919 --> 00:12:49.879
verify even more of it. Okay, this is there's something

216
00:12:49.919 --> 00:12:55.320
through this to this. I haven't been that back in

217
00:12:55.360 --> 00:12:59.679
that kind of since, So, I mean I might go

218
00:13:00.200 --> 00:13:01.240
eventually one day again.

219
00:13:06.519 --> 00:13:07.279
Wow, Yet.

220
00:13:10.039 --> 00:13:15.039
That's some That is a pretty frightening encounter. So just

221
00:13:15.320 --> 00:13:17.840
a few questions for you. So it was it was

222
00:13:17.960 --> 00:13:21.399
midnight when you went back and got the elk.

223
00:13:21.240 --> 00:13:25.480
Correct right, And I would say, well, I got down

224
00:13:25.600 --> 00:13:28.200
to that spot where it took a rock at me.

225
00:13:28.240 --> 00:13:32.039
I would say it's probably two three in the morning, okay, gotcha,

226
00:13:32.200 --> 00:13:33.320
probably two probably two.

227
00:13:33.759 --> 00:13:37.759
Yea, so two thirty ish, and that's around the same time.

228
00:13:37.840 --> 00:13:41.360
Then you're seeing a figure that's about seventy five yards away.

229
00:13:42.840 --> 00:13:46.639
Right, yeah, I would say it no yards, I would

230
00:13:46.679 --> 00:13:50.759
say it was probably in the yard is probably fifty.

231
00:13:52.879 --> 00:13:56.799
Okay, it's about fifty yards, which is about the length

232
00:13:56.879 --> 00:14:00.799
of like two tennis courts. That's an ex what that is.

233
00:14:01.799 --> 00:14:06.600
So around two thirty in the morning. And then how

234
00:14:06.720 --> 00:14:09.200
much of were you just able to see the figure

235
00:14:09.279 --> 00:14:11.200
that the sorry, were you just able to see that

236
00:14:11.399 --> 00:14:13.559
the silhouette of the figure or how much of it

237
00:14:13.679 --> 00:14:14.519
were you able to see?

238
00:14:15.279 --> 00:14:17.360
Well, I didn't see much detail when I saw the

239
00:14:17.399 --> 00:14:20.919
silhouette a couple of times, but sometimes it kind of

240
00:14:21.000 --> 00:14:26.759
faded into a dark background. But yeah, the silhouette, you know,

241
00:14:26.879 --> 00:14:29.159
I you know, I knew it was huge with that silhouette,

242
00:14:29.600 --> 00:14:33.120
and I definitely looked by a people to me, the

243
00:14:33.240 --> 00:14:37.039
way it moved and across that it was it was

244
00:14:37.080 --> 00:14:41.039
on the side of it a ridge. It wasn't on

245
00:14:41.120 --> 00:14:43.000
a flat It wasn't on flat grounds on the side.

246
00:14:44.080 --> 00:14:45.759
You know, all the time that we saw the eye

247
00:14:45.799 --> 00:14:48.320
that was on the side of the ridge when I

248
00:14:48.720 --> 00:14:50.360
was walking down the canyon was on the side of

249
00:14:50.399 --> 00:14:54.120
the ridge, and it moved on the side on that

250
00:14:54.279 --> 00:14:58.159
steep ridge with ease when it followed me for a

251
00:14:58.200 --> 00:14:59.720
little bit. I don't know how far to followed me,

252
00:14:59.840 --> 00:15:02.320
but well I saw it. It was on you know,

253
00:15:02.399 --> 00:15:06.159
it was walking next to me. It was on that ridge.

254
00:15:07.720 --> 00:15:11.159
And it seemed to be a very large bipedal. Yeah,

255
00:15:11.600 --> 00:15:15.919
and have mass to it. It was skinny, you know,

256
00:15:16.000 --> 00:15:16.960
it was a mass.

257
00:15:17.919 --> 00:15:21.120
And so when you say it had mass, were you

258
00:15:21.279 --> 00:15:25.320
able to to estimate, like, you know, was it very

259
00:15:25.440 --> 00:15:28.519
muscular or lean or was it did it look like

260
00:15:28.600 --> 00:15:31.679
it was a certain length acrossed at the chest or

261
00:15:31.759 --> 00:15:33.440
anything anything like that.

262
00:15:37.000 --> 00:15:44.120
Yeah, it seemed broad and and muscular, right, It definitely

263
00:15:44.120 --> 00:15:48.000
didn't seem like it was skinny, and very very wide

264
00:15:49.879 --> 00:15:53.799
from the shoulder to the shoulder, and very wide when

265
00:15:53.799 --> 00:15:55.799
it turned sideways. I can see it was wide that

266
00:15:55.879 --> 00:15:58.279
way as well. Take that way.

267
00:16:00.960 --> 00:16:04.039
Were you able to get an estimate of how tall.

268
00:16:03.919 --> 00:16:10.960
It seemed to be not real.

269
00:16:11.039 --> 00:16:12.080
Will, but I would.

270
00:16:13.840 --> 00:16:17.240
Just kind of ballpark figuring it and maybe from the

271
00:16:18.679 --> 00:16:21.240
rocks and boars and trees around it, you know, I would,

272
00:16:21.440 --> 00:16:25.679
I would. I would have said, just guessing eight feet gotcha.

273
00:16:28.080 --> 00:16:33.399
At any time when you saw it fifty yards away

274
00:16:33.480 --> 00:16:35.720
from you and it it was moving, it was walking,

275
00:16:36.639 --> 00:16:40.799
did you ever see anything glowing at all or anything

276
00:16:40.879 --> 00:16:42.879
that made any any light.

277
00:16:44.879 --> 00:16:46.840
No, I don't think anything was glowing. I think it

278
00:16:47.000 --> 00:16:49.200
was a reflection. I think when I saw its eyes,

279
00:16:49.240 --> 00:16:54.519
it was a reflection from the moon, is what I

280
00:16:54.559 --> 00:16:57.360
think it was. Yeah, the first time I saw the

281
00:16:57.399 --> 00:17:00.440
eyes across the canyon with my friend, I think the

282
00:17:00.639 --> 00:17:04.400
redness coming it was a reflection I believe from the

283
00:17:04.519 --> 00:17:08.000
light was there. So I don't I don't think it

284
00:17:08.039 --> 00:17:10.240
was glowing. I think it was reflected from you know,

285
00:17:10.279 --> 00:17:11.079
the light from the moon.

286
00:17:11.559 --> 00:17:14.440
Sure were you able to see any of that reflection

287
00:17:14.680 --> 00:17:17.519
when you were looking at it when it was starting

288
00:17:17.599 --> 00:17:23.400
to move walk away after the rock was thrown at you, Yes.

289
00:17:23.480 --> 00:17:25.200
Yeah, yeah, it would. It would look forward, it would

290
00:17:25.240 --> 00:17:27.559
turn look at me and and I see the eyes

291
00:17:27.599 --> 00:17:30.319
were looking at me, and they would they would they

292
00:17:30.319 --> 00:17:33.279
would have a turn again and go to walk forward

293
00:17:33.880 --> 00:17:38.279
and to look back again, maybe probably three times. I

294
00:17:38.319 --> 00:17:40.599
probably saw it transcend toward to me and saw reflection

295
00:17:40.880 --> 00:17:44.920
when it was on the side of the ridge. I

296
00:17:44.960 --> 00:17:46.880
see that. I see that reflection of the eyes.

297
00:17:48.920 --> 00:17:52.160
What what color did it seem to have for reflection?

298
00:17:53.559 --> 00:17:53.759
Red?

299
00:17:54.160 --> 00:17:56.599
Okay, so it was red at that time as well.

300
00:17:58.319 --> 00:17:58.839
When it.

301
00:18:01.000 --> 00:18:04.279
Made the move in order to turn its head to

302
00:18:04.400 --> 00:18:07.759
look at you, could you tell if it was more

303
00:18:07.839 --> 00:18:11.039
of a having to turn its whole body or was

304
00:18:11.079 --> 00:18:15.319
it able to just turn its head and look over.

305
00:18:16.759 --> 00:18:19.119
No, I think it turned. I think it was kind

306
00:18:19.119 --> 00:18:21.759
of both. I think it was its shoulder turned too,

307
00:18:22.759 --> 00:18:24.319
and its head would turn a little bit with it.

308
00:18:24.440 --> 00:18:27.920
I believe that's how I kind of so more of

309
00:18:27.960 --> 00:18:31.559
a more of his body I think turned first, you know,

310
00:18:31.640 --> 00:18:37.200
a shoulder turned back and turned towards me. And you know,

311
00:18:37.279 --> 00:18:41.319
I believe they had turned some too, sure most of

312
00:18:41.400 --> 00:18:42.000
the body. Yeah.

313
00:18:43.680 --> 00:18:46.799
Was there anything that you noticed that would have made

314
00:18:46.880 --> 00:18:50.200
you think that you're dealing with a male or a

315
00:18:50.400 --> 00:18:52.519
female bigfoot?

316
00:18:52.680 --> 00:18:54.599
No? I could make that out at all.

317
00:18:54.720 --> 00:18:58.880
No, gotcha? How did this affect you? After you had

318
00:18:58.960 --> 00:19:01.799
this encounter? And then you know, you go back home

319
00:19:02.400 --> 00:19:05.240
and you try to go about your life. Did it

320
00:19:05.359 --> 00:19:09.400
affect you in any ways right off the bat, Oh, yeah, I.

321
00:19:09.400 --> 00:19:13.839
Mean I just I went nuts on researching and before

322
00:19:13.920 --> 00:19:16.119
I know, I always kind of you know, I never

323
00:19:16.160 --> 00:19:20.079
I never dismissed sasquatropic for the being real. I didn't.

324
00:19:20.119 --> 00:19:21.359
I wasn't one of those people that are like, oh,

325
00:19:21.440 --> 00:19:24.240
that can't be true, and it's there's no way. I

326
00:19:24.400 --> 00:19:26.559
always have an open mind about it, but I didn't

327
00:19:26.880 --> 00:19:30.240
know it existed, and I didn't really put my thought

328
00:19:30.279 --> 00:19:34.599
into it. So when I after it happened to me, yeah,

329
00:19:34.640 --> 00:19:38.480
I became not on researching it and looking at other

330
00:19:38.519 --> 00:19:42.279
people's stories and just finding out there every tribe in

331
00:19:42.359 --> 00:19:47.160
the world has a name for it. And the encounters

332
00:19:48.119 --> 00:19:53.640
people's witness account encounters are just so consistent with some

333
00:19:53.680 --> 00:19:56.119
of the things that I came across. The you know,

334
00:19:56.200 --> 00:19:59.240
the smell, I thought I miss all the thing out

335
00:19:59.240 --> 00:20:01.680
of the canyon, but in my camp I realized, Okay,

336
00:20:01.720 --> 00:20:03.920
maybe that was big fit. I came into a camp

337
00:20:04.039 --> 00:20:07.599
and the smell is consistent, and the rock throwing and

338
00:20:08.519 --> 00:20:11.640
the eyes seemed consistent for a lot of people, and

339
00:20:11.839 --> 00:20:14.480
so many behaviors. You know, people don't make up those

340
00:20:14.480 --> 00:20:17.680
things and it's so consistent, and being law enforcement and

341
00:20:17.759 --> 00:20:21.480
witnesses are important, and when the stories are consistent, that's important.

342
00:20:22.480 --> 00:20:24.200
You know, people aren't you know, of course there's going

343
00:20:24.279 --> 00:20:27.240
to be some people that are fraudule in their stories,

344
00:20:27.319 --> 00:20:31.200
and that when those people when a lot of people,

345
00:20:31.480 --> 00:20:34.200
most of them are very consistent in their stories. Okay,

346
00:20:34.240 --> 00:20:40.599
somethings to this, something's going on, sure, So yeah, since

347
00:20:41.759 --> 00:20:44.759
you know, twenty years I just became a nun researching

348
00:20:44.799 --> 00:20:46.680
it and so changed me for sure. I became assesssed

349
00:20:46.720 --> 00:20:51.440
at times and look in researching it. And you know,

350
00:20:51.519 --> 00:20:55.039
doctor Milderham. It's close to where I live, so I

351
00:20:55.880 --> 00:20:59.319
would email him and call him and pick his brain

352
00:20:59.400 --> 00:21:02.119
a little bit, and I began to respect him. You know,

353
00:21:02.279 --> 00:21:05.799
he's and his science. You know, you know things that

354
00:21:05.920 --> 00:21:13.039
he's come across, and you particulately things real well, how okay, yeah,

355
00:21:14.039 --> 00:21:17.680
you're right mid tussle break, that's it. Absolutely. You know.

356
00:21:17.759 --> 00:21:21.720
His his explanations were, am I, okay, you know you're

357
00:21:21.759 --> 00:21:24.640
right or something to this, and and I believed them.

358
00:21:24.839 --> 00:21:28.400
I didn't tell many people the story for a long time,

359
00:21:28.519 --> 00:21:31.319
and then I told my friend that night. He knew

360
00:21:31.359 --> 00:21:34.720
I was someone's wrong with me, and you know, he

361
00:21:34.839 --> 00:21:37.799
kept asking on the way home, what's wrong, and I'm good.

362
00:21:38.920 --> 00:21:44.079
I finally told him and he that's when he told me, Okay,

363
00:21:44.160 --> 00:21:47.440
our friend, but what I mentioned to you that I

364
00:21:47.519 --> 00:21:49.480
heard those noise, heard those screams up in the in

365
00:21:49.559 --> 00:21:54.079
the area. He told me, yeah, our land from from work,

366
00:21:54.920 --> 00:21:57.200
you know heard I heard these screams up there for years.

367
00:21:57.240 --> 00:22:00.160
And he can't he can't put there, you know, a

368
00:22:00.240 --> 00:22:03.880
creature to those streams. So I think he believed me

369
00:22:04.960 --> 00:22:06.599
because of that when he said that, And then I

370
00:22:06.640 --> 00:22:09.160
finally told a friend of mine and we were pretty

371
00:22:09.200 --> 00:22:13.559
close during that time. He's a deputy sheriff. I won't

372
00:22:13.680 --> 00:22:17.759
use his name, and it finally told him and he

373
00:22:18.079 --> 00:22:20.799
and when I did it, he's like, oh, and I

374
00:22:20.799 --> 00:22:25.359
could tell something was honest. His demeanor changed and he

375
00:22:25.400 --> 00:22:28.720
knew something was he knew something.

376
00:22:28.880 --> 00:22:29.119
I said.

377
00:22:29.119 --> 00:22:31.720
I pushed him, what what are you what? Something's you're

378
00:22:31.720 --> 00:22:33.440
thinking about something? And you want to tell me, I think,

379
00:22:34.039 --> 00:22:36.160
So I kept bugging him, tell me what you're thinking,

380
00:22:37.960 --> 00:22:40.880
and he finally told me. He came across the Sasquatch

381
00:22:41.640 --> 00:22:44.039
what he believed to be a sasquatch over and led

382
00:22:44.200 --> 00:22:48.160
or Idaho m He told me, you know, me and

383
00:22:48.400 --> 00:22:50.599
me and my friend he was and I an a

384
00:22:50.759 --> 00:22:54.720
false police officer and him were I mean folders down

385
00:22:56.119 --> 00:22:57.759
what they called eight mile of trail up and let

386
00:22:57.920 --> 00:23:03.920
or and then coming down this canyon. It was towards

387
00:23:04.160 --> 00:23:07.319
you know, he was getting trying to get dark. There

388
00:23:07.440 --> 00:23:10.160
still light enough to see well, but the sun was

389
00:23:10.160 --> 00:23:12.000
starting to go down. And he came out the corner

390
00:23:12.000 --> 00:23:14.160
and he said his friend was ahead of him. So

391
00:23:14.359 --> 00:23:19.000
his friend had passed whatever the scene was, and he came.

392
00:23:19.160 --> 00:23:22.039
He came on his corner and he said this scene

393
00:23:22.160 --> 00:23:26.720
was off the trail. So the trail to the right dropped,

394
00:23:27.200 --> 00:23:29.319
and he said this scene was standing on the off

395
00:23:29.359 --> 00:23:31.079
the side of the trail and his back was to

396
00:23:31.200 --> 00:23:33.359
him and it put his arm out to kind of

397
00:23:34.759 --> 00:23:39.920
protect itself from the four wheather as he passed, and

398
00:23:40.039 --> 00:23:42.599
he said that he was as tall as him on

399
00:23:42.759 --> 00:23:47.319
his foot with her and was standing down below the trail.

400
00:23:47.519 --> 00:23:49.599
So he thought, okay, the scene is like ten feet tall,

401
00:23:49.920 --> 00:23:52.720
and he went past. He went down to the trail

402
00:23:52.759 --> 00:23:57.279
head and made it with his friend, and he told

403
00:23:57.359 --> 00:23:59.839
his friends for him this laughed at him, and see

404
00:23:59.880 --> 00:24:03.319
you're full of it, and and that's why he was

405
00:24:03.319 --> 00:24:05.240
so hesitant to tell me. I don't think he told

406
00:24:05.440 --> 00:24:10.519
hardly anybody besides me and maybe his parents the story.

407
00:24:10.759 --> 00:24:13.720
But fact that was pretty cool that, you know, Okay,

408
00:24:14.440 --> 00:24:16.119
you know what else is out there that I don't

409
00:24:16.119 --> 00:24:19.599
know about that people, you know, friends and family have experienced.

410
00:24:19.680 --> 00:24:22.880
And since you know, I, since I told him my story,

411
00:24:23.400 --> 00:24:26.200
he eventually told me his. And I think a lot

412
00:24:26.240 --> 00:24:30.400
of people's reports are people's encounters don't get reported, you know.

413
00:24:30.480 --> 00:24:35.839
I know that the BFRO has you know, a map

414
00:24:35.920 --> 00:24:38.599
of how many reportings are across the nation, and I'm like, okay,

415
00:24:38.640 --> 00:24:41.920
it's probably only like ten percent of the real reports,

416
00:24:41.960 --> 00:24:45.799
if it's that much. You know, looking back to when

417
00:24:45.799 --> 00:24:48.160
I was a kid, and it's not far from the

418
00:24:48.200 --> 00:24:52.240
area where I had my encounter. You know, we we

419
00:24:52.319 --> 00:24:56.960
would go, you know, on time reunions to it's called

420
00:24:56.960 --> 00:24:58.680
the Kelly Canon area, which is, like I said, not

421
00:24:58.759 --> 00:25:01.559
too far from policys we had my encounter. And I

422
00:25:01.640 --> 00:25:06.680
remember because my cousins and we'd pick cuckleberries and there

423
00:25:07.039 --> 00:25:09.680
and there's you know, you know, in a canopy of trees.

424
00:25:10.759 --> 00:25:12.640
I remember one time I looked back way back at

425
00:25:12.640 --> 00:25:15.279
then a canopy of trees and I saw the same

426
00:25:15.319 --> 00:25:18.839
thing red eyes, and I would hit my cousin, hey,

427
00:25:19.000 --> 00:25:23.640
what's that back there? And I one time I heard it.

428
00:25:23.720 --> 00:25:27.119
I saw it swaying back and forth, and so did

429
00:25:27.160 --> 00:25:30.279
she and we were like this and we point out

430
00:25:30.279 --> 00:25:32.000
to her cousins, hey, look back there, what is that?

431
00:25:32.200 --> 00:25:34.559
And you know, some of the cousins didn't care, so

432
00:25:34.759 --> 00:25:39.400
we did, me and my female cousins of mine. So

433
00:25:39.519 --> 00:25:42.400
after after my experience in the mounds and then looking

434
00:25:42.440 --> 00:25:46.160
back to that, I'm like, okay, that is possibly a sasquatch.

435
00:25:46.359 --> 00:25:50.559
And I after my research, and you know, I came

436
00:25:50.640 --> 00:25:52.359
to realize, Okay, a lot of them are pretty curious

437
00:25:52.359 --> 00:25:56.119
about kids and there kids being playful, and they'd come

438
00:25:56.200 --> 00:25:59.240
down and watch kids being just sili and playful, and

439
00:25:59.480 --> 00:26:01.640
I was in our to them, I believe. So it

440
00:26:01.720 --> 00:26:04.279
made sense to me, okay, that that's why that was there.

441
00:26:04.480 --> 00:26:07.559
Watching those chat a few a few questions for you.

442
00:26:07.960 --> 00:26:11.759
You know, you're coming forward with your you know, your

443
00:26:11.839 --> 00:26:16.079
full name and exactly who you are, and that you

444
00:26:16.200 --> 00:26:18.680
were a state legislator. And not only that, it's not

445
00:26:19.000 --> 00:26:21.599
that you're retired, it's that you're also trying to get

446
00:26:21.839 --> 00:26:26.079
back into this position as well. Why come forward now

447
00:26:26.240 --> 00:26:30.920
with what you experience regarding Bigfoot in these areas.

448
00:26:31.200 --> 00:26:34.640
You know, I'd have been afraid of truth, I guess

449
00:26:34.680 --> 00:26:37.599
I've I've always been one the truth important to me,

450
00:26:37.680 --> 00:26:41.559
and I don't want to and I know people, you know,

451
00:26:41.640 --> 00:26:43.000
some people might get a little of this and they

452
00:26:43.640 --> 00:26:45.359
chance a no job and you know they probab already

453
00:26:45.359 --> 00:26:48.799
to do the ones that don't like me. But you know,

454
00:26:48.839 --> 00:26:50.839
it's just my personality. I guess I don't. I'm not

455
00:26:50.920 --> 00:26:54.799
really afraid of things like that. I'm just the kind

456
00:26:54.799 --> 00:26:58.240
of cursions just always you know, speaks the truth. You know,

457
00:26:58.279 --> 00:27:01.319
when I was not this, I was pretty hated by

458
00:27:01.480 --> 00:27:05.640
this you know what we call the establishment, for speaking

459
00:27:05.680 --> 00:27:07.839
the truth about what happened in the legislature. You know,

460
00:27:07.880 --> 00:27:11.440
I would I would out him for hate. There's this

461
00:27:11.559 --> 00:27:15.160
corruption there and there, and I would point it out.

462
00:27:15.279 --> 00:27:16.599
So I was I was a big target for that

463
00:27:16.680 --> 00:27:20.240
reason for speaking truth and and not and letting people

464
00:27:20.359 --> 00:27:24.000
know the truth and what was going on. So I've

465
00:27:24.000 --> 00:27:26.720
always I've always been one never been afraid to shy

466
00:27:26.720 --> 00:27:30.000
away from the truth. And you know, I can't say

467
00:27:30.039 --> 00:27:34.359
definitive definitively that what I saw was a bigfoot. But

468
00:27:36.359 --> 00:27:40.680
all signs point to that direction. Of course, obviously, if

469
00:27:40.680 --> 00:27:43.960
I I'm calling you and explaining the story to you

470
00:27:44.119 --> 00:27:48.119
and and my friend that I had experience and let order,

471
00:27:48.200 --> 00:27:51.480
I mean that was Crows the bill to him, and

472
00:27:53.000 --> 00:27:56.480
he was so hesitant to tell me that. He was like,

473
00:27:56.559 --> 00:27:58.000
he was trying to offer it to me. This is

474
00:27:58.000 --> 00:28:00.319
what happened to me, and please believe me. You know,

475
00:28:00.440 --> 00:28:02.200
he was so hesitant to tell me, and I'm like, Okay,

476
00:28:02.279 --> 00:28:03.079
this is this is true.

477
00:28:03.839 --> 00:28:04.680
He's not lying to me.

478
00:28:04.880 --> 00:28:08.559
You know. It's just I've always been wondered to seek

479
00:28:08.599 --> 00:28:12.079
truth and I don't care what people think. It's just

480
00:28:12.440 --> 00:28:12.920
too I am.

481
00:28:13.000 --> 00:28:18.359
I guess during your time as a legislator so far,

482
00:28:19.000 --> 00:28:21.680
did the topic of bigfoot ever come up in conversation

483
00:28:21.960 --> 00:28:25.519
or did people know that, hey, Chad's the bigfoot guy,

484
00:28:25.799 --> 00:28:27.160
you know, anything like that.

485
00:28:28.079 --> 00:28:32.000
No, I never I never prought it up to anybody,

486
00:28:32.079 --> 00:28:37.440
am I the little legislators or in that realm of politics,

487
00:28:37.480 --> 00:28:40.559
And I mean I wouldn't try away from it. I

488
00:28:40.559 --> 00:28:42.640
guess I never came up a topic. And you know

489
00:28:42.720 --> 00:28:45.599
the times I made there, you know, you know you

490
00:28:45.640 --> 00:28:47.079
know there's one I trust and I would tell that

491
00:28:47.359 --> 00:28:50.880
story too, and I just never came up. So I

492
00:28:50.960 --> 00:28:54.119
guess I didn't think about killing anybody. That.

493
00:28:56.319 --> 00:28:59.160
Have you heard of any other government officials that have

494
00:28:59.279 --> 00:29:03.920
also had big foot encounters? Anything that you've heard through

495
00:29:04.039 --> 00:29:05.240
your channels over the years.

496
00:29:07.839 --> 00:29:09.319
Oh yeah, I mean I've done a lot of research

497
00:29:09.400 --> 00:29:13.000
and her stories from you know, police officers, and I

498
00:29:13.079 --> 00:29:16.160
mean not not in our area, but yeah, I've heard

499
00:29:16.200 --> 00:29:19.920
lots of individuals that were Dublin officials that were you know,

500
00:29:20.039 --> 00:29:22.799
forest rangers and police officers and you know Dutch princes

501
00:29:22.839 --> 00:29:25.359
and their how they were told to be quiet. You know,

502
00:29:25.480 --> 00:29:27.759
if you don't be quiet, you lose your job. Well,

503
00:29:27.839 --> 00:29:29.880
you know I did show went up in North Idaho

504
00:29:31.880 --> 00:29:34.519
a story that came across the different research and it

505
00:29:34.559 --> 00:29:38.599
was a state employee that was out so doing some

506
00:29:38.720 --> 00:29:42.920
kind of surveying I think, out in forests for a

507
00:29:42.960 --> 00:29:44.960
long for like a month at a time, and they

508
00:29:45.039 --> 00:29:49.799
came across a family and then you know this, this

509
00:29:49.960 --> 00:29:51.400
this guy was streating with his job. He if you

510
00:29:51.400 --> 00:29:53.480
don't be quiet, you know, you don't lose your job.

511
00:29:53.720 --> 00:29:55.000
So I know, I know that would happen to an

512
00:29:55.000 --> 00:29:59.839
Idol State employee. I don't. I think it was up

513
00:30:00.200 --> 00:30:02.799
Orth or maybe Central Idaho. You know, I came across

514
00:30:02.920 --> 00:30:07.599
some stories of guides over in that same area around

515
00:30:07.680 --> 00:30:11.039
Palisades Sasha's chronicles. I came across the story of it

516
00:30:11.960 --> 00:30:14.839
a guide over in the area where I was, and

517
00:30:14.960 --> 00:30:18.559
he had like three encounters. Michael it cal He's a

518
00:30:18.599 --> 00:30:20.240
lot more prevalent than I thought in the area.

519
00:30:20.640 --> 00:30:25.079
What do you think it would take for the topic

520
00:30:25.200 --> 00:30:29.359
of bigfoot to be widely accepted or disclosed?

521
00:30:33.640 --> 00:30:37.039
You know, I don't. I believe that there's been after

522
00:30:37.240 --> 00:30:38.920
you know, after by twenty years of research, I do

523
00:30:39.039 --> 00:30:42.160
believe there's been bodies fund and and you know, a

524
00:30:42.200 --> 00:30:43.920
good amount of evidence that's been found. I think the

525
00:30:43.960 --> 00:30:48.200
government just covers it up. So I don't know if

526
00:30:48.200 --> 00:30:51.000
anything that we've, any evidence that we find, can be

527
00:30:51.720 --> 00:30:56.319
really put on the mainstream science and media. I don't

528
00:30:56.359 --> 00:30:58.200
think it's I think the government cuts up so much

529
00:30:58.240 --> 00:31:01.759
and threatens people that it's not a possibility to be

530
00:31:03.599 --> 00:31:05.039
to get to that point. In my opinion.

531
00:31:06.880 --> 00:31:09.880
I've heard stories like that as well, some of them

532
00:31:10.559 --> 00:31:13.440
that can never really be put out there into the public.

533
00:31:13.559 --> 00:31:17.359
But there there are some some definite stories out there

534
00:31:17.559 --> 00:31:22.119
of the government showing up in different areas, like maybe

535
00:31:22.160 --> 00:31:25.519
even the Navajo reservation and showing up with black SUVs

536
00:31:25.599 --> 00:31:30.000
and and you know, taking whatever it was off in

537
00:31:30.119 --> 00:31:30.720
their vehicle.

538
00:31:32.839 --> 00:31:33.000
Right.

539
00:31:33.079 --> 00:31:35.319
Oh, and I didn't. He was telling the story about

540
00:31:35.680 --> 00:31:39.319
as well as the story of my friends over and led.

541
00:31:39.440 --> 00:31:42.039
Or he went back to that area. I could. I

542
00:31:42.079 --> 00:31:45.039
could a few days later because he was curious. I

543
00:31:45.039 --> 00:31:47.400
would have been scared to go back, I guess. But

544
00:31:47.519 --> 00:31:50.000
he he got curious and went back to that trail

545
00:31:51.000 --> 00:31:53.880
and he started up the trail a little ways. Also

546
00:31:54.000 --> 00:31:59.119
enything was taped off, and he you know, the trail

547
00:31:59.240 --> 00:32:02.920
was was closed, and he came across the ranger that

548
00:32:03.000 --> 00:32:04.920
was really close started questioning the rangers, and the ranger

549
00:32:04.960 --> 00:32:07.200
started saying, hey, you know, my closing trail because of

550
00:32:08.079 --> 00:32:10.960
a cougar has been having problems, and he's like, he

551
00:32:11.119 --> 00:32:14.599
kept questioning him, and he didn't believe him, so he

552
00:32:14.680 --> 00:32:17.960
kept questioning the ranger. The ranger got a little stinty

553
00:32:18.039 --> 00:32:21.240
with him, and so, yeah, that did happen with him.

554
00:32:21.279 --> 00:32:22.759
My friend to mention that, So I think they're that

555
00:32:22.880 --> 00:32:25.559
ranger knew something was going on there with what he

556
00:32:25.680 --> 00:32:29.160
saw so did he. So that's that's why he was

557
00:32:29.240 --> 00:32:32.440
so he questioned that ranger so much.

558
00:32:33.160 --> 00:32:38.519
It's a tricky subject because, and I've never heard this

559
00:32:38.759 --> 00:32:42.920
from just from what I've heard, I think a lot

560
00:32:43.000 --> 00:32:45.839
of those guys, you know, if they do start talking

561
00:32:46.559 --> 00:32:49.240
on record, I mean, they're going to lose their job. Actually,

562
00:32:49.440 --> 00:32:51.759
I can say I've talked to one guy out in

563
00:32:51.799 --> 00:32:54.720
the Pacific Northwest and yeah, he won't come on there,

564
00:32:56.480 --> 00:33:00.279
but he's sad stuff happened out there. And let's just

565
00:33:00.319 --> 00:33:04.839
say the the PNW, uh this is pretty wild. Well,

566
00:33:05.200 --> 00:33:09.359
it's it's getting close, man. So I would feel that

567
00:33:09.559 --> 00:33:12.359
over the last let's say, maybe ten years or less,

568
00:33:12.799 --> 00:33:17.559
we've really started to experience a disclosure in the UFO

569
00:33:17.759 --> 00:33:23.160
or UAP phenomenon field. And it's slow, it's really really slow.

570
00:33:24.000 --> 00:33:26.759
Do you think that will ever happen on the big

571
00:33:26.799 --> 00:33:31.200
Foot side of things or are we probably a while

572
00:33:31.319 --> 00:33:32.079
away from that.

573
00:33:33.400 --> 00:33:39.960
Yes, it's a good question, you know, I know, you know,

574
00:33:41.279 --> 00:33:43.279
in my research, I came across the Army manual and

575
00:33:43.519 --> 00:33:45.519
in that same area that you just mentioned, the city

576
00:33:45.599 --> 00:33:50.759
northwest of Roshington. Well, they in that manual they were

577
00:33:50.759 --> 00:33:52.160
talking about you know, you know, if you come across

578
00:33:52.160 --> 00:33:58.200
the Sasquatch, this is what you do. So and that

579
00:33:58.279 --> 00:34:02.519
was a real army manual for for training. But so

580
00:34:02.720 --> 00:34:05.240
I think it's kind of been in and out. I

581
00:34:05.279 --> 00:34:07.079
think if we're gonna print something like that in an

582
00:34:07.200 --> 00:34:11.119
army manual, I think that there was it can be

583
00:34:11.320 --> 00:34:16.079
kind of gradually canal into that in that realm of

584
00:34:16.599 --> 00:34:22.280
being more open and honest about discussion, you know, and

585
00:34:22.440 --> 00:34:25.199
what was to me, you know, doctor Meldrim was very

586
00:34:25.239 --> 00:34:27.920
open about it, and I appreciated about him. He was

587
00:34:28.000 --> 00:34:30.559
just you know, we were kind of like that, you know,

588
00:34:30.639 --> 00:34:32.280
you know, I liked that way that we were just

589
00:34:33.239 --> 00:34:35.280
we cared about truth and that's what he cared about.

590
00:34:36.400 --> 00:34:39.199
And to see all these professors treat them like crab

591
00:34:39.800 --> 00:34:42.960
really really bugged me. You know. That was you know,

592
00:34:43.440 --> 00:34:46.159
they made fun of him, and his colleagues wouldn't talk

593
00:34:46.159 --> 00:34:49.320
to him and made fun of him. And that's so

594
00:34:49.320 --> 00:34:50.920
I guess my point with Dad is just getting past

595
00:34:51.000 --> 00:34:56.639
that childishness and and having an open mind and and

596
00:34:57.119 --> 00:35:02.360
stop stuffing science a way like they did. You know,

597
00:35:02.880 --> 00:35:05.440
you know, Molder had good science behind what he what

598
00:35:05.519 --> 00:35:07.920
he knew to be true, and stop dismissing that. I

599
00:35:07.960 --> 00:35:10.920
guess it's going to be the key to the key

600
00:35:10.960 --> 00:35:11.639
to that theme.

601
00:35:11.559 --> 00:35:14.480
You know, Oh absolutely. I mean doctor Meldrum was a

602
00:35:14.719 --> 00:35:18.639
fantastic individual. I there's going to be there's quite a

603
00:35:18.719 --> 00:35:22.320
void to fill, and hopefully, for sure we all realize that,

604
00:35:22.519 --> 00:35:26.079
you know, we need to step up in that regard,

605
00:35:26.239 --> 00:35:30.079
and I believe some people already are. Would you be

606
00:35:30.199 --> 00:35:35.079
able to talk to individuals that might be listening to

607
00:35:35.280 --> 00:35:41.239
this particular episode that are let's say, in higher maybe

608
00:35:41.320 --> 00:35:47.800
government positions or et cetera, that might have knowledge about

609
00:35:48.599 --> 00:35:51.119
you know, Bigfoot that they're not coming forward with and

610
00:35:51.480 --> 00:35:52.639
why is it?

611
00:35:53.199 --> 00:35:53.400
Wow?

612
00:35:53.480 --> 00:35:54.000
Did you hear that?

613
00:35:55.800 --> 00:35:56.199
I didn't.

614
00:35:58.039 --> 00:36:01.400
I just had some really fun interference on my side.

615
00:36:01.920 --> 00:36:06.840
Uh wow, oh boy. Okay, So could you take a

616
00:36:06.960 --> 00:36:11.079
minute to maybe discuss about why it would be important

617
00:36:11.400 --> 00:36:14.920
for those individuals as well to come forward with what

618
00:36:15.639 --> 00:36:17.280
they know about this subject?

619
00:36:20.639 --> 00:36:24.280
Yeah, I think it's important for you know one. You know,

620
00:36:24.400 --> 00:36:27.199
the reason I mentioned before is just you know, the truth.

621
00:36:27.360 --> 00:36:29.599
I think the truth is important. I think people deserve

622
00:36:29.679 --> 00:36:35.280
to know what's out there. I think there's beings out

623
00:36:35.320 --> 00:36:38.599
there that you know, I think some are very docile

624
00:36:38.719 --> 00:36:42.679
and friendly and some are some are aggressive. You know,

625
00:36:42.800 --> 00:36:44.559
I think they're a lot like like humans.

626
00:36:44.599 --> 00:36:45.320
I think there are.

627
00:36:45.239 --> 00:36:48.199
Different personalities involved. I think it's important for people to

628
00:36:49.679 --> 00:36:55.000
be aware of if possible dangers in the wild. And

629
00:36:55.119 --> 00:36:59.880
I think you know, these these these government workers or officials,

630
00:37:00.199 --> 00:37:05.000
you know, they what to their to the public. I

631
00:37:05.119 --> 00:37:08.079
believe in my opinion that you know, to tell the truth.

632
00:37:09.119 --> 00:37:11.320
You know there there are people to go missing in

633
00:37:11.320 --> 00:37:14.159
the mountains every year, and I think I think some

634
00:37:14.480 --> 00:37:18.559
some can attribute to to these creatures. I think they

635
00:37:19.599 --> 00:37:22.880
have it have to kidnap people and taking people, and

636
00:37:23.039 --> 00:37:25.159
I think that's and I think, like I said, I

637
00:37:25.199 --> 00:37:27.360
don't think all about that. I think a very small

638
00:37:27.400 --> 00:37:32.280
portion of these beings are aggressive. What there are some

639
00:37:32.440 --> 00:37:35.199
that are, and I think people deserve to be aware

640
00:37:35.239 --> 00:37:41.880
of what's around them and and the possibilities of you know,

641
00:37:42.760 --> 00:37:45.360
being out there in the forest and then their surroundings.

642
00:37:45.400 --> 00:37:47.400
I think, you know, these government officials are what to

643
00:37:47.599 --> 00:37:51.519
the public. To speak up and tell what's going on.

644
00:37:53.119 --> 00:37:56.920
I agree one hundred percent. And to put a little

645
00:37:58.360 --> 00:38:01.199
plug out there, I guess for the own my own show.

646
00:38:02.039 --> 00:38:04.840
If you are listening and you do have something to share,

647
00:38:04.880 --> 00:38:08.079
and even if it is off record, and anonymous and

648
00:38:08.199 --> 00:38:10.320
it can't go on the show. I'd still love to

649
00:38:10.400 --> 00:38:12.800
talk to you. I think that information is still important

650
00:38:13.400 --> 00:38:15.320
and if you do want to come on on the

651
00:38:15.400 --> 00:38:18.079
show and share whatever you know, please reach out to

652
00:38:18.199 --> 00:38:22.559
me at Big Fuz societygmail dot com. But Chad Man,

653
00:38:22.679 --> 00:38:27.880
this has been such such an interesting conversation in an

654
00:38:27.960 --> 00:38:30.039
area where you know, I've had a few people on

655
00:38:30.920 --> 00:38:36.000
from the Palisades area and there's some weird stuff going

656
00:38:36.079 --> 00:38:40.519
on in that region as as you've experienced yourself, and

657
00:38:40.840 --> 00:38:43.519
if other people I've experienced stuff around there, please reach

658
00:38:43.599 --> 00:38:45.599
out too. But you know, Chad, I want to make

659
00:38:45.639 --> 00:38:48.880
sure that you were able to share everything that you

660
00:38:49.280 --> 00:38:51.440
came to the show today to share about.

661
00:38:54.039 --> 00:38:56.800
Yeah, you know, I had those three different experiences I

662
00:38:56.880 --> 00:38:59.119
wanted to share. You know. I know my experience as

663
00:38:59.159 --> 00:39:03.440
a kid was brief, but asually I had experience in

664
00:39:03.480 --> 00:39:05.280
the mountains. I look back to my you know that

665
00:39:05.400 --> 00:39:08.079
came to my head and yeah, I remember as a child.

666
00:39:08.239 --> 00:39:11.599
But yeah, I did share all the experiences that I

667
00:39:11.679 --> 00:39:12.199
came to share.

668
00:39:12.320 --> 00:39:12.519
Yeah.

669
00:39:14.280 --> 00:39:16.599
Absolutely, Well, thank you so much for spending some time

670
00:39:16.719 --> 00:39:19.639
on the show today. It was a privilege to have

671
00:39:19.840 --> 00:39:22.599
you on, and I wish you. Best of luck to

672
00:39:23.679 --> 00:39:27.199
in the future as you try to get a I

673
00:39:27.239 --> 00:39:30.119
guess another be another four years in the state legislator

674
00:39:30.199 --> 00:39:31.360
of Idaho.

675
00:39:31.119 --> 00:39:34.480
Those two year terms two years, yeah, get yeah, hope. Yeah,

676
00:39:34.800 --> 00:39:36.920
I'm going for the Senate at this time and before

677
00:39:36.960 --> 00:39:39.000
I was in the House, so I'm going to get

678
00:39:39.280 --> 00:39:44.119
for the Senate this next in twenty six so yeah,

679
00:39:44.159 --> 00:39:45.840
I'll get a two year term if I get in again.

680
00:39:45.920 --> 00:39:48.559
And yep. So I appreciate that.

681
00:39:49.159 --> 00:39:53.679
Fantastic And just asking is there anything that you would

682
00:39:53.920 --> 00:39:58.800
want people to follow, you know, regarding yourself or anything

683
00:39:58.880 --> 00:39:59.039
like that.

684
00:40:01.639 --> 00:40:05.079
Sure, I mean, I guess my Facebook campaign pages check

685
00:40:05.079 --> 00:40:09.639
which is for freedom loving Idahoans. He's my Facebook page,

686
00:40:09.719 --> 00:40:13.760
and yeah, follow that and for more campaign information and

687
00:40:14.920 --> 00:40:15.760
that'd be great.

688
00:40:16.280 --> 00:40:18.960
Awesome, good stuff. Well, chat Thank you again for coming

689
00:40:19.000 --> 00:40:22.559
on the show. It has been a pleasure chatting with you,

690
00:40:22.800 --> 00:40:25.519
and we'll have to stay in touch maybe for the future.

691
00:40:25.679 --> 00:40:28.719
You have a good one, sir, you too, Thanks Jeremiah.

692
00:40:29.760 --> 00:40:32.000
Before we wrap this episode, I want to say something

693
00:40:32.119 --> 00:40:35.320
directly to a very specific group of listeners. If you're

694
00:40:35.360 --> 00:40:39.079
in the military, any branch or forces, and if you've

695
00:40:39.119 --> 00:40:41.960
seen something that no one can explain, or if you're

696
00:40:42.000 --> 00:40:45.239
a National park ranger or forestry worker who's been told

697
00:40:45.280 --> 00:40:48.679
to stay quiet. If you're a pilot who's seen something

698
00:40:48.800 --> 00:40:51.679
strange down on the ground, or if you're with the

699
00:40:51.840 --> 00:40:55.719
FBI a federal agency, or working intelligence and you stumbled

700
00:40:55.800 --> 00:40:58.599
upon something you're not allowed to talk about. And if

701
00:40:58.639 --> 00:41:02.199
you're a firefighter, ParaMed or search and rescue responder who's

702
00:41:02.239 --> 00:41:05.840
heard screams or found tracks that didn't make sense. If

703
00:41:05.880 --> 00:41:09.519
you're in the logging industry on a remote oil field,

704
00:41:09.719 --> 00:41:12.679
or a trucker with government contracts and you've had something

705
00:41:12.840 --> 00:41:16.199
happen that you've never told a soul. And if you're

706
00:41:16.239 --> 00:41:20.079
a biologist, a wildlife specialist, or a field researcher under

707
00:41:20.159 --> 00:41:23.400
contract who has found evidence you're not allowed to report.

708
00:41:24.039 --> 00:41:26.480
If you're a pastor, a missionary, or someone on a

709
00:41:26.559 --> 00:41:30.000
spiritual retreat and you saw something that shook your faith,

710
00:41:30.719 --> 00:41:33.800
or if you work in the shadows, CIA, NSA, or

711
00:41:33.880 --> 00:41:37.199
anything with clearance and you've seen what the public hasn't,

712
00:41:38.599 --> 00:41:41.960
then I want to talk to you, Even if it's anonymous.
