I Saw UFOs near the Yuma Proving Ground: WITNESS PHONE CALL
Arthur contacted me after seeing one of my UFO shows on Youtube. He wanted to share his sighting of an oblong moon and a strange ufo in the area of the Yuma Proving Grounds of Arizona in 1991. I believe this is his first time sharing his story.
This is a strange one and he's just wanting answers after all these years.
Hopefully someone else out there saw it as well.
