How's it going tonight, Mark.

0:49 It's going good. How about you? It's going great. We are already talking a little bit before this, and I'm excited to talk to you about what you've been experienced down in the eastern ten. I've ever done for a living, it's hunting face and I've been spent lots of times on the water and lots of times in the woods and never thought my life would encounter anything where it's being. Are you able to share the area of eastern Texas that these encounters take place in. Well, you have the most famous lake in the world, which is Lake Fork. There's a big bottom that goes from Lake Fork to Telwokene. There's just a big bottom there, uninhabited and everything else. And that's where my recent encounters have happened.

1:37 Gotcha. And if you were looking at this on a map, lake Fork would be east of Dallas, it looks. But how far back does this happen? This last thing encounter was probably we'll see. We're in November, so I'd say probably Jan because I was just putting out cameras for my dear to see them eating on the protein and kind of I give them names and stuff like that as they're growing up. Got Mark, what I'm going to do is I'm going to just let you do what you do best, and just do you mind sharing your story of what happened. I'd love for people to know more about it because I'm always optimistic and this world has so many questions that are unanswered, and I don't want to ever feel like I'm making anything up or anything like that, because I just happened out of occurrence and there restraints and just back up just a little bit. I carried up Marine Billow this one time, and I was telling him my story and he said, Mark, he said, you'd be shocked at what we pulled out of the ocean sometimes, and I said, well, I can't imagine what's in those woods.

2:54 Backing up to my encounter, I'm putting out my game camps in the summer because I'm all these deer in velvet, and I want to watch and see how many bucks I've got coming through my property. And so I'm just lolly gagging around through the woods the middle of the day about eleven o'clock, because my goal was to put my camera out and go eat lunch, and because I normally start my morning's about five o'clock, whether I'm working or not. And I'm walking across the pond dam and look up and I said, deer coming at me. And I'm thinking that's weird. And it went to my ride about sixty yards. I walked a few more steps and then here come another one, and I thought, man, it's forty yards. I said, that's pretty weird. Y'all should be going the other direction. My deer semi tame. I say that they see me a lot, so they're not just terrified of me, but to run at me. That's a little bit interesting. As I'm walking across my pond dam and I've got my cellular camera in my hand. Now, I don't like to carrying my phone the woods because if you're out here putting up the tree ladders or deer stands and the ladder stands, I don't want to lose my phone in the woods because I'd never find it.

4:09 So I just don't given care. And I'm in my side, of my side, but I do have my cellular camera that sends pictures back to my cellphone in my hand. I'm going across to put it up across the pond. I look up after this deer come at me, and I had cut a limb off of a cedar tree that was about face high when you're on a side by side, and I turned this corel on my trail that slapped me in the face, so I'd cut it off and I just flew it down on the ground out there in this little opening, this little opening is about side of two pickup trucks. And as I walked across the pond down, I looked up, as you would in the woods. You're going to be looking for a movement at any time. And so I look up and I see something black in front of me, and I'm thinking it's a pig. I've got a lot of wild hogs in that bottom. First thing go so my mind as it's a hog because it's black and it's blow to the ground. I take a few more steps and this thing went from ground level to a linebacker position, and I was just like, what the heck, because hogs don't stand on the high ledge or hogs don't grow like that, leave you skimmish and run off. And then I looked at it again and it stood up and it turned around so smoothly from facing me to putting this back towards me, just like it was so fluid.

5:36 And at that point I don't know I was going to John Lane, because I just flew the camera down, pulled my pocket knife and went running after it. And at this time, I'm thirty yards when I think I'll running, it's thirty yards from me. It's stets in those woods. And I just it disappeared. I couldn't believe how fast it got away from my dish. Now, my woods ain't completely thick, but I could I should have been able to see this thing for at least to her yards before it crossed my fence road. And I never seen it again. At that point, I went back to my cabin, pulled out a pen and some paper, and I drew a sketch of what I had just seen because it was fresh on my mind, and I splustered. I was flustered pretty good because I was just like mad, I'm not supposed to be seeing this here. I went back got a tape measure after I drew the picture up all a piece of paper, and I knew where it walked beside this tree. I went over to that tree and I measured to where I've seen a not. The last visual I seen is it walked by this tree.

6:45 Was the knot that I cut a limb off was even with its right ear. Now I didn't see no ears. It was too hairy to see any years, but about where I would assume the ear would have been on its right side. And I thought, when I first thing it get up to be honest with you, I thought it was five maybe six week talk and I'm right. I'm about five ten, five eleven. When I got to the tree and measured it lost a little socket. It measured at six six at the right ear hole, so they would have put the top of the head about i'd see close to seven somewhere in that range. And I started looking around and I found three sets of tracks where it went in, and you can see the depression in the ground, and you can see where it smashed the pine needles down. Keep seeing on toes, but you can see the outline of the foot, but no toes because it's just it's good hard ground. What's funny is one of the tracks sunk in and I stood right beside that track, and I couldn't sink the dirt in.

7:47 Evidently it was I'm too fifty. And then it's heavier than me. It didn't look heavier than me, but it was because of that one step, because I couldn't make it go down. A few days goes by and I'm out again and I'm going up that little trail on the side by side, and I had to see a black flash. This is hard from where I seen it go into that tree and it goes across the trail. It was so fast it was like if you blink your eyes, somebody's still football across the just that's how I passed. It went across the trail, and I've never seen it go through the woods or nothing again. And I was just at that point, I was just like, God, leave now, I've seen it twice. I said, this is I'm gonna get it. I'm gonna get a picture of it somehow. So I had keen game cans out. I thinking, if you walk through my property, I'm going to catch you on one of them somewhere somehow. And I kept waiting to get pictured. About four days later, I'm going through there to check my cameras and I see it on my neighbor's property, just on my back fence, and I was able to pull my phone up and snap a picture. And it's a pretty interesting picture. And it looks just like what I seen walk away from me four days prior, or three or four days prior. And that's the last that I've seen it. Now. What's interesting is opening morning the Deer season on Rifles Season. I

9:20 was listening and I've heard these things supposedly whistle. I'm not sure if that's any truth to that or not. But I heard three whistles that morning in the woods, and they were several hundred yards apart, and it's just the one that's all. Okay. If you were you had a buddy deer hunt, you go, I'm over here, I'm over here, and it's just a several whistle. I heard those three whistles in a triangle area and they come together, and when they you could tell when they got closer. They whistle till they got closer. And it could have been people for that matter, I don't know. But then I heard the dog. God you remember though, Budwiser commercial base, you go ah or something like that.

10:05 Yeah, no way, it's what it sounds like. It's like, and I was like, look, and the next thing I know, I heard it make two more noise noises. Weird sound. I can't even try to do case, couldn't tell you what sounds like. It's just it wasn't a whoop or whatever. But it went back down in this bottom toward the lake. All this is happening pretty much in that one little corner of my property. I've got pretty heavy cameras in there, but I'm still waiting on the next encounter. But I want back up one thing in twenty twenty, where I had my game cameras out.

10:45 I was checking cameras one day and I went through the pictures and I seen two pigs in the middle of the day and they're running. And I'm thinking, I'm always looking to see what my deer running from or my hogs running from. Where it's a cow ode or hog dogs or whatever. And I go the next frame, the next picture, and I see this thing coming up. I got a little creek that runs through my place, and I see this thing coming up out of the creek. It's sixty feet in front of my camera, might even be a little further, but it's pretty good ways. And I showed it to Jeff Meldram. Most people in the big foot world know Jeff Mildram. He thought it was pretty interesting, and I showed you some of the tracks that I found. He thought it was pretty interesting. But it looks like a gorilla, that's all I can tell you.

11:38 It looks just like a gorilla, and it's on its knees and it's coming up out of that creek and it's got a big old gray nose, and it's got nostrils. You can put you from me. It's crazy. I all shoots you all the christures I got because that right there. So like some people go, that's a bird. I've never seen pigs run from a bird, and I can't make out a bird of it. I look at a gorilla more than anything. Everybody has assumed it in said it's a gorilla. And at one point in the picture, let's just say, you put your your thumb or your fingers in your pocket, like your right pocket, and how your or if you just put your finger your hand on your waist, how your little pinky kind of pops out like I can do it. Right now. I'm just putting my pressure on my right pocket of my leg, and my pinky just sticks straight out. I'm not even trying it, it just sticks out. In this picture of what looks to be a gorilla, you can see a finger. You can see a gray finger. It's the only thing that can be. You can follow the arm all the way down and there's a thing there's a finger sticking out there.

12:46 I don't it the thanky, but you can see the finger. To say, I have something. I've got a neighbor across the street. I sell him the pictures. He's got a little bit more akers than I do. He was intrigued by him. And we're gonna keep your eyes out and see what happens. Now, Doctor Meldrum has seen the photo your neighbor has. It doesn't sound like this has been on the internet at all. No, Yeah, that'd be very interesting to see that. So going back to when you had seen the creature, would you be able to talk through what you drew of the creature, what details you might remember. Yeah, I can see you. I took a picture of my little drawing, which if any of the listeners right now have ever watched The Adamas Family, it like Cousin It you remember Cousin. It is just a little fur ball as what it was, but as black. It's so basically when I drew it on the paper, I drew it about the size of my thumb and it just made the hair outlines. But you could definitely see and I still remember this right now on my mind, just like I'm looking at it. I can tell I remember the back of the head being a little bit taller than the front, like a slide slow, but definitely bigger in the back than it was in the front, if that makes any sense. It's not like it's got a chronicle hat or whatever the people say or whatever. It didn't look like that. It looked like it definitely was tallered the back and a little shorter above the four end.

14:18 I do, I do know. What you mean. Yeah, so it's interesting. I've never heard anyone else use the analogy of cousin it, which I totally know what you're talking about. Is there a certain may be too young? Oh, they definitely would be it. I just know because I used to watch Nick at Knight as a lot, being a lot younger back in the day. But anyways, what were the specific things you noticed about it that made you call it cousin it that made you jump right to that analogy? It was it's pretty hairy. It's pretty hairy. I hear a lot of people say, we've seen wan and it was like I had the mains or hair was missing.

15:00 And I can see that because the picture of what I call the gorilla, there's a spot right between its eyes on the top of its head that a big chunk of hair is missing. How many times do you walk through the woods with a ball cap on and the limb knocked your head off? Her head off big? So society will be right back after these messages. This gorilla picture had a spot right there on top of its head that you would think was kitching limbs and jerking all the air out. It's a big old ball spot, pretty obvious. But the shine. Now here's something that I sang two different times on it. One time I sing across the fence after it was chasing the pigs.

15:58 My girlfriend and I were traveling around back and I seen something on the other side of the fence low to the ground, and I just said, I don't remember that stuff being there, and they sing a note. It took off. It was lowed the ground. I seen that was a pig, but I remember seeing what looked to be like a silver street down its back. What it was that day across what I seen it turn and walk away from me two months ago, three months ago in June. It looked like right between the shoulder blades, it had about sixteen or eighteen inches of either white hair or silver hair between the shoulder blades. I'll never forget it because it stuck out big time. But now I also thought, could that big glimmer? And then I thought no, because what I seen across that pence a year or so ago it had the same thing. So I think I'm dealing with the same whatever.

16:54 Not you the carn I can tell you that you said it's not a glimmer. Can you define what you mean by that. It's like if sunlight hits a horse's hair, give that glare shiny side shining like it's using or. Whatever, and make it shine totally. And one of the pictures I took where it's going the other side before it took off running, you can see that same shimmer. You can see it, and it's one hundred yards away from me. I say it's a hundred yard away, Maye, it's seventy yards away around. But I got a pretty good picture of it. You can zoom it in and see that that shine off the hair. So the hair seems to be long and black. I don't see any color difference. It looks like black as they face. It's black. We don't have bears in these Texas.

17:41 You go north here toward Oklahoma and maybe see a few stragglers coming down where I'm at. I don't know if a bear has ever been seen in our county. Ever, it's a bear. Look this thing for so fast. A bear cann't go that fast. It have been drug by a truck. It's not possible. It's not possible. The steps worked very far apart going into that tree line, because it had just turned around and it didn't have to take but three steps, and it was in the woods, you see what I'm saying, So those steps were not like he was trying to get away at that point. And I never could find any in the woods because of the undergrowth and forage and stuff like that in there.

18:26 But the ones going in were you can see the depression of them in the outline of them and stuff like that. How long would you say? The tracks were. Ten to twelve? Maybe okay, and I probably leaned more. I probably lean more to the twelve. It's just hard to guesstimate when you're looking at it on the ground. But I were a ten and a half and it was every bit as long as my foot. But I'm that's in a boot, So if you measure the butt was probably twelve. Inches about so cousin it. Yeah, we're just gonna. Sorry, that's the only thing I can describe it. I see it, go for it, I go for it. It sounds like you got a look at the face of the creature. Was the whole face covered with hair then?

19:12 Or I never got All. I got to see is the back of the head. Okay, okay, gotcha. Never did get to see, but you could tell when it went as it turned around, you could tell that it was big at the back. It was just I don't know, my dad money slope like that. I don't know. It was just a gradual decline. And I mean that's all. I never got seated. Thanks, I want to see the pace, but never got to see the face. I just got to see the side in the head. And I couldn't even see an ear because if it had an ear, it was either really small or it's covered completely by hair. So when you see the picture I seen it, it's pretty wooly. I can't imagine how it is in this Texas.

19:54 Eat exactly when it's moving away from you. Did you notice anything about the arms, the legs at all? No, because see the bush was at the tree limb that I had cut was it stands about four feet tall. It was most of that was behind it. So when it turned and went away, I'm looking from its torso up and it's like its arms were right up against its side. So when it went in it was amost one uniform shape, so to speak. It's not like it was slinging its arms left and right. It was just like you just turned around real slow and just walked and didn't act like it was scared. When it was walking. The night before I took off running, it was walking.

20:36 But when I ran, that'st one either side. Hey, I better get her whatever. I can't believe it'd be scared of me. But when I started running it it was gone. It was so fat. I still blowed away by how fast it actually got into those woods, and I never seen it again. That's impossible because you said that you had you were chasing after it with. You said a pocket night for. Yeah. So when I finished, I carry a small pocket knife. But when I'm in the woods, I carry a big pocket knife. I say a big pocket knife. It's a five entry and it's razor sharp. I keep it served at all times, but it's the only thing I had.

21:17 I just didn't know what else to do. If I would have it now. I carry my nine with me now all the time. I don't go in those woods within even if I'm bow hunting, I got it with me. It'spealy as for what I've seen. I'm just like man, I'm back there bow hunting. For what am I gonna do? Pokem running era so I won't have protection, and I don't know that I would shoot one. This depends. I don't know that I would shot. I'm not gonna shoot anything. I don't know what it is, period. But if it turns and counters me, then I had to make a decisions with me or him, and that might bring a decision on play. But I don't want to shoot one. I just want to get a good visual one with the things that's happened to me in my life in the last ten years, from hunting experience and stuff. Now I'm really more than anything. Now. My family has Indian heritage, so that if you don't know this, every Indian tribe actually has a name for it. Every Indian tribe has a name for it. Even Eskimos have a name for it.

22:21 So I wasn't too much into it. Didn't care whether they existed or not. I've been in the woods all my life. Didn't care. But now that the things have happened to me, I started looking into it more and I'm starting to put pieces together that's happened to me through the years, thinking I've been around these things a lot more than I thought I had been. Some of the things I've happened in the tracks and stuff like that. Ooah, man, that's pretty interesting. I ever thought it'd be right here in my backyard. Exactly right. No one ever thinks that you talked to your neighbors as well about them seeing creatures on their land as well. It sounds like no.

23:04 I have one neighbor that we communicate on deer, which I'm saying, this deer, you seeing it on your property? Blah blah blah. And I asked him, I said, you're further down in that bottom that I am. You ever have anything weird down there or anything? And goes, what are you talking about? When I showed him the picture of that, and he no, he said, but send me that picture. And so I send him the picture and he says, I hear some things down there, but I ain't never seen nothing. Oh okay, And I was like, you know, I'm only like five hundred yards from you. Yeah, I'm candy corner of your fence. You're down in the bottom. Not keep an eye out, see there's anything happening down there.

23:46 He ain't never text back that he's seen anything, but he was like, I need to see that picture, and I show you send that to me. Have you heard any any screams or whoop? Is there anything? Yes? Okay? Never paint no mine, never did. I'd be down there hunting pigs with herble at night and hear stuff. Then like, what what is that? I've heard mountlines, heard bobcasts boxes. Now, I'll make interesting knowledges. But you can take some of these things. You can't put an animal to the sound, so to speak. And I heard some pigs screen for bloody and murder back there. And we've had some pigs show up with ear and missing. I assume that was home hunters. But we've had some pigs that were dead found dead on my property and they had an ear missing, and I thought that was pretty strange. But I don't know that can be hog hunters taking the ears of trophy or whatever.

24:45 It sounds like you're you've got an eye out on your property. Now you're looking for something to show up, which is cool. Ten cameras. Yeah, something I also wanted to talk to you about. And this is getting off subject for just for a little bit, but just because that area of Texas is also known for some other things as well, and some just throw it out there. If you've ever seen or heard anyone that's had an encounter with like an upbreak canine ever or something called it dog man. No, now I heard this dog man theory, and I'm not going to say it don't exist again. I'm gonna be optimistic. I'm even optimistic that most likely a unicorn don't exist, but you're sure, as I say you don't, somebody will find one. So I'm not going I'm always gonna be optimistic because of that. But I never heard anything like that. What's pretty interesting, Teremiah, because now I've had this and started looking into it. I hear these so called experts say they follow waterways. You got to think about where I'm at, Sabine to the south, we have to suffer to the north, and in the Trinity too far back that way to the west, we're kind of in the middle of a lot. And of course you got cattle Lake the Falkns Munster out of Arkansas, the falk Muster, or the legend of Boggie Creek's Lessen

26:17 that's less than seventy miles from me, or where Bonby Creek runs into Cattle Lake. Oh, there's no doubt about it that you are in the right area where a lot of stuff happens. So it's not the question that it doesn't sound like you have a zoo right next door where like a gorilla could get loose from right. When people said that gorilla. When I show people in that picture that one, they said that somebody of bus had got one. Look got loose at the zoo, I said, the zoo had a Yeah, well there's been one gorilla and the zoo lost around here, ever, So don't make up. Stories, gotcha. The other question I've been throwing out just for fun, is any stories you've ever heard of people seeing something that resembles like a hyena.

27:09 You're talking about like a chu. Not chup of cobras are awesome, but this would this would be that's a good. That's a good around here. Okay, Yeah, usually a hyaena sighting would be totally different than a chupacabra. But yeah, I guess down there you're gonna. There's people that actually bread Highenas and I wouldn't be shocked if some in Texas. Oh yeah, that's a good point. That's a good point. Yeah. I've seen a video of people that random and they got them his pants. We were talking earlier about you've had some some interesting things you've seen up in in Oklahoma as well. Do you mind sharing about that for a bit?

27:52 Now, that's really where all this stars, that's where it got interesting through the years. And and like I said, who would have ever follow I could have had this happen in my backyard. And I tell people, you can't unsee what you've seen. You can't do it. And you might make up stories, but you're making up a story on something you never seen. But when you've seen it. People that know me, and if you ask them about me, they're going to tell you, hey, that's the most time this guy you're ever gonna meet. My people tell me I'm too honest. My daddy told me not to ever tell a lie. You tell a lie, you got to cover it up with another one. So I just tell it like it is, and you can take it for what it is. And that's just what it is. So getting to my open Alma story, but I want to start from not the exact beginning, but it's part of the beginning. So I'm this old man was a friend of my best friend, and he told us to come up, dear hunt with he don't come up here, he goes, I stay up every boy himself. He bought this acreage.

28:55 I can't remember how many acreages it is total, but it's kind of on the neck south of Tulsa. And he had told us when he bought it, he keeps all the cows on this side because on the other side of the creek, it was just he'd lose a cow if that got over there, so he would never go over there. And he's a lazy old man, so if he's going to hunt, he's sure ain't going back there, putting no effort in it. He did hunt the meta, but he had told us when he bought that place, and he had found a human skeleton up in these rock foremotions and had a spine on it, and I thought that's pretty cool. I'd like, where's that at? And that went and looked far. He told me I never did find it, and everything else, So that kind of comes into play with what may have happened to me or what has happened to me. It may have some instances with that for that matter, might have been a Julnile one for that matter. Here's how the story goes.

29:50 We're uting been there hunting. We probably hunted there for five six years. Never nothing weird, just typical deer hunting. Walk on them as a two weeks season. So we're there during the week of Thanksgiving and then it's over. It's a week after the week of and a week after so we go off, or we'd hunt for three or four five days and then go up to another place now my home and. Hunt again big so society would be right back after these messages. We're walking down the fence row before daylight or right at daylight. I'm going to cross this big creek which is about a twenty put in up on the other side that turns into an old logging road. So there used to be an old bridge at one time there and it's flowed out, but it's were logging roads. On the night and I had a deer feeder sitting way back in there, and it took me a pretty good little job to get back there in the bark, and it was I'm not scared ahead that I know of, but it was pretty scary walking in there in the dark and you can't see your hand in front of your face. We're walking down the fence row and all of a sudden, his towels come running over that. It's like, not like we were going to feed him, but like a stampede, and they're just moon and we're like, my best friend, he's a city boy, so he has no idea about cows, nothing whatsoever. He looks at me and says,

31:23 what's wrong with them cows? I was like, dude, I don't know. I've hunted all over America. I've ran the deer us for years and I've seen them around mountain lions, bears, wolves, cows. I ain't never seen no cows a like like these. I guess they've got the mad cow disease making a humorous part of it. They ran back cow and you can stillhou with them in the pasture a little bit because it's starting to get it's not daylight. The sun is coming up, so the skylines right, but the lower base is dark still. They make them about a I don't know, fifteen to seventy five yards circle. And they came back and they ran into that bombed wire fence at full speed, just like you were hurting buffalo off the cliff or whatever, and they cut theirself. They bit three of the tea posts over with the weight of them hit it at a pretty good speed. We jumped back.

32:17 What the heck? And my buddy says, man something, I rolled the cows, and he said, what are you thinking? I said, dude, I don't tell you. I don't know, but I tell you this, whatever scaring them might scare me. I ain't going in the woods till I seek it. I just got a bowl air. You got a gun. I got a bowl air. I ain't going in there. I didn't even have my pistol on it. He said, I'm going to go get the blind. He rolled out and. Gets the bike. I wait there for a little bit. I decided I'm better get going because it's a long ways back here to my feet and probably already gone off, and I'm gonna walk up and scare of the deer I'm trying to kill. I start up this logging row. It's one of them cool mornings, not a hot morning and not a cold morning, but a little hard for a jacket if you're going to be hiking, Like I was three quarters of a mile to get to that stand back there. So I'm going up this logging road.

33:09 And I walking up the logging road, and I stopped to take my jacket off to stick get in my backpack. And I understand when I get back there, I carry a backpack, and I'm must stay all day. I ain't going back there for two hours in the morning, two hours even, I'm staying all day. So I stick in my jacket into my backpack, and I'm out in the middle of that logging road. And that's when I look up and I see a big track right in the middle of that road. And it's obvious what made it. You can count all five toes. I didn't measure it, but I guess it could be fifteen inches, and it's about seven to eight inches wide. I see it, and I'm just like an, oh, my lord, and I turn in a little can I see which direction it went, And it went off the road and it's storing towards this rock formation over on the hill there. Those tracks were between three and a half and four feet apart in strive and when it stepped off the road, it sunk like three inches. It sucks, And I was like, oh man, And it was just when it got off that logging roll and started going toward that hill. You can see how much it was sinking in the ground and how much money is flicked. You run a horse through a muddy area, it just drops it up. They sink and blud goes everywhere and all that. So I like, man, So I found a rock and I put it on that track, and I said, I'm want to bring my best friend back in there and show them that. Now I know what is scared those cows. That's what scared those cows. And in front of me somehow. So I walk up the logging road about twenty more yards out here,

34:41 just like a baseball back hits lood. I didn't know what that was, didn't that what, didn't care. I just want to get back to my stand. But to be honest with you, after seeing that track, I'm not deer hunting anymore. I'm looking for what made that track, and I want to see it before it's me. So I'm going back in there and I get my stand. I stay all day, I'm looking. I've seen a few deer, but didn't see a lot that day. It didn't seem like they were moving around very good. And it might be because this thing was in the barrier. I come out of there, told my best friend. And next day I said, I know what's scared when we got out of the woods at nights and I know what scared of those cows. He said, what's that? I said, Bigfoot?

35:24 He said Bigfoot? You bigfoot? I said, Scott. I said, hew, hey, years we've been up together, he said about thirty. I was like, have you ever heard me say anything about bigfoot? And he said nope. I said, I'll tell you. I've got a track up there in that logging road. You it's going to freak you out when you see it. You're gonna look at me and go up. And I said, you just wait, I'll show it to you more. I got a rock way up in the road, looking where's it? So I took it back in there and showed him the next day. That's pretty interesting. He said, that's pretty interesting. Still skeptical, didn't want I believe it, but it was like because he thought I might have been playing office. I'm not a holter. I'm a christer sometime, but I'm not a holster. So he's that's pretty interesting. So we went on the honey never seen nothing else. Blah blah blah.

36:15 We try to go back a year or two after and they have a big flood and we can't get to the other side of the creek where we have two bowl feeders over there, one for him and one for me if he decides boa And so we couldn't get back there and fill them up because of the flood. So I said, I'll go for the summertime when the creek is low down and there's no no water, and there's a very little bit of water in it. There's always water in it, but it won't be a bunch. So I come back a back ten years later and I come in. I think it's June or July. So I pulled down my four wheeler off and I'm trying to get my four wheeler loaded up the cord and I go down the creek and I'm looking around to see where that I used to get a good rud up that embankment of forty five and catch up logging road and go back and fill my feet er up.

37:03 It all washed out when we had a big flood, it just washed the whole embankment out. So I'm walking around in the creek and I hear this. At that point, I had a forty caliber on my side because I knew I was gonna see a snake on that creek somewhere somehow, so I always carried my pistol for seating snakes in the summertime. This thing was up on this ledge yet grounded, I mean, and it sounds like a dog, but it sounded like a bull. At the same time, I know we don't have no cattle on that side of the creek, so whatever this is, I'm thinking, huh, I've never heard anything like that. But I got a forty caval I'm a pretty good shot. Don't mess with me or I'll shootee whatever. It doesn't about probably four times but in about a twenty minute span. And at that time I start walking down the creek to look for another place to get my four whee or up the creeks out, and I can hear it walking with me up on top of this hee O can't see it.

It's twenty foot deep in that creek probably or at least a thing, and I can hear it walking through the brush up there, and I go down this way and then I hear it's hollering me, it's tracking me or whatever. Now that's pretty interesting that whatever it is is definitely paying attention to me. And at that point I turned and I looked at when I sang seven sets of tracks coming off the side of that creek bluff, and they were going in an angle instead of just jumping straight off. It was like I did before, I get a run at it an angle and go up. These were coming down. So I went over there and put my boot beside him, and they were about eleven inches long. But what I thought was weird about those is that the toes were long like my fingers. They weren't like big and right. They were really long and skinnym you can see the big toe, it was more like a thumb. The other ones were riding along the skin, and they were about three of maybe three and a half of the part. They didn't have near's biggest stride as of one I've seen years by prior, And I was like an old man, there's a different one. Because I knew those weren't from the same one I've seen earlier several years before, and I had taken pictures of the ones that I found three or four years before, and I had them on one of my phones, and I had lost I'd transferred to my pictures from one phone to another, and then sometimes

39:33 with my game cams, go with my cell cam, and sometimes I just go through there and to deleave pictures, and I either deleted them or they got removed when I switched falls. So I didn't have those first sets of tracks. I had them in an email because I emailed them just a couple of tables, so I can look back in my email and find them, but it may be thousands of them to go through, but I definitely got them an emails. I remember emailed them to a few people. I go up there to get a cattle pan. I A'm goot to get a cattle panel laying on the side of the creek where I can catch it with my nobbies and go up to catch that logging road. And I was just going to wire this cattle panel into the side of the creek channel so I can get a run and get tracks in and get on the back there and because I'm not hauling corner back here on my back. I'm getting on that foe winter and I had a too well drive. I'm going up to the barn to get the cattle panel and owners up there at the barn. And then so I said, hey, buddy, I said, you got a digital camera and he said I do. I said, you got a bigfoot living on this dead gun place. Because I found some more tracks. I said, you remember them I found a couple of years ago. He said, yep. I said I found some more today. They're not as big, but they're back there. And he was like a kid in the candy start. I said, get you digital camera and meet me down there at the creek and we'll get some cameras that I want them on a SD card so we can't lose them. I don't want to lose them. And he gets his camera and I'm down there wire and this cattle panel up. He comes down there and says he's looking at me. Said, man, that's pretty good idea. Mark. I would have never thought that.

40:59 I said, I'm a guy. We on this type of stuff. I can come up with things. He said, yeah, I would have never thought that. You put that cattle panel down on that soft sand, and you just run over it and go back there. We're sitting there talking, he's on the players, and all of a sudden he goes again, and I'll tell you this, old man's eyes got's bigg around. It's soft. He lived in me, he said, Mark, I'm seventy three years old. I ain't never heard nothing like that. I started loud, and I said, it's already done that to me like five times or six times. He said, I don't have a clue. I said, I knew it wasn't none of your cows, because you want a cowl over. He's absolutely not. I wouldn't put my cowls over, but never find them, he said. But I ain't never heard nothing like that. So we're sitting there talking again and we try to get quiet, and we start here. Makes some I don't know, it made a couple of weird little bee noise. It's not like a mouse, like a like he was popping his lip to be like like that, and I was like, he goes, that's weird. So anyway, he asked about three or four more times, and then it just got quiet, but we could hear it up there moving around when we would move or whatever we can hear. He gets the pictures, said, I can't wait to see them to the game boarding because that's just crazy.

42:07 So he takes all these pictures and he got them on his camera and I get on back there and fill my feet up. I've never seen nothing when I get on top of that hill, and never did or anything like that. When I was getting back there to hunt. When we came to hunt during the fall, I was going with that logging road and when I shold my best friend that that track a few years before with a rock, I moved those rocks the rock to the side. When I came back up this time, there was two rocks in the middle of the road, and I'm thinking I didn't put them there. I'll remove them from last time. Those rocks had been there in years and there was only one, but there this time there was. I'm starting to go back there to hunt, and I checked my finger before we started out, actually is what it was.

42:48 And there's a tree laying across the road. I'm thinking, that's weird. I jump the gun here. I gotta go back to the game mording story real quick. But going back up, I want going back to the tree. He goes, this was a game warden. Two weeks later game ward drug and they were bear tracks when they're not bear tracks, but they were too long to be a bear tracking bear don't have a three and a half flips dride anyway, And he said they got behind his house. He heard some noises behind the house for a bout a week and they disappeared. That was all before we got to go up there and hunt before the tree and the rocks. We go back up there and I'm going across inur this tree. It's uprooted, it's got a roof ball on the end of it. It's run across my trail the logging road. Speaking around as a football fifteen eighteen pele long.

43:33 It's not something you're gonna pick up real easy and move. I was able to grab one in and just move it around off the road and going in there with my fourhead or I could have probably just jumped over it, but I thought, well, I don't want to do that and take too much time. I'll just go ahead and move it out way. So I got off moved that way. They go back there and I hunt. About two days later, I'm going back in there, and the two rocks were back in the road, and the tree was across the road. Again. I'm thinking, okay, somebody jacking with me. This is crazy, this isn't I still never found where that rootball come from. I looked all up and down the side of the road, and here's a tree that's got a pretty good rootball on it, Bigger than a trash can, bigger than if I got a buck, That's what I'm saying. And I can't see any ruards been uprooted. It was put there in that road. There's nowhere up down that road I could see where that thing was jerked out at. I moved them again, went enter in another day or two, ever seeing nothing, every saying nothing else, never heard that.

44:30 We came back the next year, and about one hundred dollars before my deer stand, a bigger tree was laid across the road. And this one was big enough you wasn't gonna move unless you had a tracker, so it could have been a dead follow. But I never could find where it fell. It was like a tree top and fell out, and then something was just. Put in there big so society would be right back. After these messages. I never see the root ball, was it or anything like that. I could see where it fell out, and so that was basically then never see anything else other than that. But I've kept my eyes opening. And of course we don't hunt there no more. The old man's moved on and all that kind of stuff, so we don't unt there anymore. But he did say his neighbor had brought on a crail cam or a game cam, but I never didn't get a chance to go see that either. But that's my almost start.

45:35 It's a wild one, especially that noise that you guys heard. Are you able to share any more specifics about the area that was? I know you mentioned it was like south of Tulsa, right. Yeah, Bristol we hunted is out of Bristol and between Bristol and there's a national force there. I forget what to call it, Wilmall management areas. Huh, we were hunting, not there's a lot of management area probably about five miles from actually probably probably three miles from us, and we were back down and there between Bristol and that wildlife management area, which is I think there's two or three big creeks in there at that time. I don't know what the names of them are, but those creeks they travel all up through there in all but yeah, Bristol or vr Stows. I don't know how they pronounce it up there.

Going back to your property down into do you think that there's two different types of bigfoot down there? You mentioned you have the picture of the gorilla, then you have the cousin it. I think the gorilla the cousin are the same, but I think the same one. Okay, Yeah, because they're they're they're all in a they're all in this corner. It is the thickest corner on my property. It is the thickest cover on my property. So it makes total sense.

Never see anybody over there ever, And that's where I think it's if it has a home or where it's hanging out. I think that's where it's hanging because that's the thick place and there's something to think about it. And I thought about this after far people say they stayed them eight nine ten, twelve feet tall. Twelve would be just that's what the gigantical pitts. That's what I think some of these might going to be. You gotta think about this. If you're gonna do the woods, and the woods are thick, and it's just standing there and all you're gonna feaze two legs, and if the cover's got everything else broken up, if it's fairly tall, so if you're not looking mid rains, you could probably miss it completely because you're just singing.

If it was very tall, if it was eight nine, ten feet tall or whatever, I would think you that some of the brush that I'm looking at, the underbrush comes up so far you can see trees so far that middle torso area would just be camouflaged by trees. You wouldn't be looking at it as it's something solid. You just see two legs a little like two trees. It would be the weirdest thing in the world. I can't imagine. How would even it through there? Yeah, I didn't. Imagine, but I want to. I want to back that up with something. I had watched. Elk that have horns as right as the hood of my truck runs through the forest and not hit them hardly a branch or not take their head plum off. And I'm thinking, hell, that possible. I've seen elk with massive racks go through some of the tightest cover. They lean their head back and run right through there one hundred mile and ire to get away from you. And you would think that that their horse would catch a limb and jerk their head flow back or do a back with you right through there. It's amazing what thing do. But here I want to give you something else. So people ask me, what do you believe almost had to now? I said, did I care before? I always suckers. I'm always optimistic. Right, The white deer exists, but if you go try to buying one, you'll spend a lot of money trying to buy one and probably not ever buy one. And as somebody says, you, hey, I got one of my backyard eating chees or whatever. So I look at it like that, Why there exists? But how many do you see? You know?

But I'm just saying that I'm not going to go looking for something black in the black of the night. But one morning I'm down there, I'm hunting buying, and I take my brother while he's hunting out here's hunting and buying at another place. I said, you wouldn't believe what I'm looking at. He said, was that I'm looking up in a tree and it's like there's a spotlight up or that tree. He really I said, yeah, and the son's not even close to coming up, and I said, it looks just like a little head laugh, a little little light up there. And I watched this thing for eight to thirty minutes, and I don't know if it was a reflection of something or what it's up in a tree light thirty five forty feet and then all of a sudden, I looked back on where I'm looked away, looked back, it's still there. I looked back and it's gone, and I've never seen it again. I thought that is weird, wow, because it was just it looked like a little light up front the top of a tree. And I was like, and he said, the weirdest stuff goes on down there.

You would have thought somebody was coon hunting they had in one of them trees, because it just set up for a little bit and I watched it, and it may have been a reflection of sunlight coming through something or whatever. Well, sometimes we have to here something that the most time, we don't. It's just difficult old hunting. And every now and then, well or something it's a little different. But there's time because the same old stuff. But it's like right now, I said, So, the last time I seen it was probably probably in let's see some where, probably August was the last time that I seen it. I've seen the picture of the date on it, so you'll be able to that'll be my last picture. Uh as a day not saying it, I said, no more size. I look in the mud all the time, all the time I'm getting around my pond perspective, I am looking. I'm looking at the creek, cattles and stuff. I'm always looking for that little something different. Oh, I know what I can't tell you. So my grandson and I we were where I've seen this thing that before I had explained to him where I seen it or this, but about a month before that, before I

57:07 seen it. We were walking through there and there was a peak skeleton and a tree about I don't know, five foot tall, and it was in the fork of a tree. Oh really, and my grand said said yeah. My grand said, goes look here. I'm like, yeah, I want you do that far. He said, I didn't do that. I said, yeah, you did. He said no, I didn't. I said, what whatever, And I just shook it off like I didn't think nothing of it. Didn't think nothing of it. Well, right when I seen that thing, walked to the tree the other side of that little opening that tree was in. That tree is about as big around as a Copenhagen can about about that size of that.

He said it was there, That's why I told you. And I was like, I didn't do it. Somebody said, what about homeless people. I'm like, yeah, that's possibility. You remember when back in the old days mountain men got in the mountains and you've never seen again. Sure, okay, Indian tribes and I can't remember which ones. I'm trying to think it might have been either the sewer or the crow if you dishonored the tribe, or we're caught doing something with a squaw or and somebody will probably lavigate on this a little bit more, but they would kick you out of the tribe and tell you to go to the mountains and never be seen again. And so I've often wondered if this could be some past episodes of that, because I'm pretty sure it's more than one tribe, but it's either there, the Sue, the Crow I can't remember, but one of them, maybe all of them, I don't remember. The privilege of talking to Dan from down in Missouri about some things he's experienced regarding Bigfoot. How's it going tonight, Dan, It's doing really good. Finally got a little bit of rain. It's been pretty dry, but ere season has been rolling along and a lot of people have been out in the woods and probably experiencing a few weird things, because this time of year is when we hear or experience more strange things as far as Bigfoot. Some people claim that they migrate through this part of the country anywhere from the end of October through the end of December, first part of January, so that's when we've had most of our incidences.

Are you able to give maybe a general location or if we need to just leave it at Missouri, that is fine too. No, we live in Reynolds County, Missouri, which is about one hundred and twenty miles south southwest of Saint Louis, down in the Theozarks, Johnson Sheddon State Park, Elephant Rocks, different things like that. But we're an extremely rural. Area you most certainly are. The thing that started it with me was my grandson graduated from high school twenty sixteen, and prior to that, probably about a year before that, my daughter and grandson lived on the family farm and there's roughly two hundred acres and anyway, they live on the backside of the farm.

It was late October, beautiful day in the morning, and across the ridge from them, it would be east from them, we heard a blood curdling scream and there was a group of coyotes up on a hill and they started yelling and yipping, and they ran south and continued to yell until they were completely out of sight. I've heard a lot of strange animal noises, bobcats, coyotes, the foxes. I've never heard anything like that. And we kind of looked at each other.

He came home for Christmas break. He came home early Thanksgiving and we have faro hogs here. Terrible animal. And to give you an idea, from my daughter's house to the nearest town, it's twenty miles. There's nothing but forest in between there. It's extremely dense forest. And we're walking along a game trail which was probably i would say sixty yards down from the peak of the hill. And as we're walking he's in front of me.

And I looked up and you could see branches and twigs and stuff falling off the trees where it came through. There. My grandson turned around, goes, where did that come from? I said, I don't know, man, it looked like it came from up above the hill. And we looked. He goes, I don't think we need to go up that way now. I don't think so. So we made a circuit and went back to the house. And that same year that he was on leave, there's a pond in the woods that used to be an old farmer way back there, and we went back here to hog hunt. One night.

1:07:48 There was a big pig that was coming in there, and there was maybe not quite a half moon, just bright enough be able to see walking back in there. And we sat up and he'll come in here pretty soon. And all of a sudden, the night noises got extremely quiet. We heard something walk behind us, and it wasn't a deer, rather heavy. You could almost feel it stopped behind us, and we sat there and finally you could hear it walk off and went up the hill on the other side of us. And we sat there for probably fifteen minutes. The night noises came back, and he looked at me.

My daughter, this time of year show here tree knocks and usually it's after dark and she's in the house with the TV on, and she called me one night. Her husband's in over the road truck driver, so she calls me up. She goes, look, I'm hearing these noises. So I went back out there and I listen. I don't really hear anything. So went and visited for a little bit, and as I walked out, we heard it again and it was up on the hill. I'm not sure about that. That's weird. This time of year, she'll hear them three knots, and she's heard three of them when east of the house. One would have been north and the other one would have been west. They were back and forth. She says, I didn't bother the dog and anymore now, she says, she goes, I've heard it so much it doesn't bother me. And her husband's came home from traveling one time and she'd said something to about it, and he's, oh, you know, it's probably the house or something. And he heard it one night too.

1:09:38 It's things like that. My sister and brother in law live about three miles from us, and they're out about two weeks ago, and in the evening they like to walk around. They've got twelve acres and he's got a trail all the way around that they walking for exercise, and he said there was an extremely musky smell. He's like a lot of us, we lived in this part of the country and you hear things or see things since yeah, that's a fox, or oh that smells like pigs or whatever. He goes now, he said this was nothing like he'd ever smelled before, and they went home. It makes me wonder, now if they're coming through this time of year, if it's a migration, where are they going and how come we never experience anything like this any other time of the year. I'd really like to know if there's a migration pattern or something like that.

1:10:35 That would be interesting. Oh. Absolutely, your daughter has heard tree knocks. And this has been going on. Like I said, this time of year. Gosh, probably they've lived over there for fifteen years on and off like that, and it's always this time of year. I put game cams out and I've never, unfortunately, never had a picture of anything like that. I've heard and talk to people that claim that they have pictures of a bigfoot. I've never seen the pictures. I really would like to see that, but there's just there's a state park north of US tom Soak State Park, and one of the rangers a story is if he went out to get some equipment one time and it was off on its own. I don't know if it was like a bulldoze or what, but one of the ladies that work out there said that he came back and said, if you want that equipment, you go get it yourself. I will never go back out there, So I don't know what he saw or you hear different things and you just and it's always this time of year.

1:11:46 That's what's strange about it. So is that a ranger you know personally or just you heard about it from somewhere. No one of the ladies that worked out there told us about it. I don't know the ranger put us. There's a lot to you hear a lot of stories in hearsay. I do know four individuals and one extremely well that had seen one. They were in high school on riding four by fours and he said, it cross the road right in front of us. And it wasn't a bear, he said. The only thing I could say is it was a bigfoot. And this guy's extremely reliable. Same time of year. I would love to have some kind of definite proof or something. Something's out there, and I believe that's what it is. And this time of year, like I said, it's got to be a migration pattern.

1:12:38 Have you ever talked to neighbors around around the area about this as well, to see if they've ever experienced anything weird on their properties. One of the individuals that live was a matter of fact, across the street from the Highway from my sister and brother in law. They had heard this basically the same we heard, only was a different time. Once again, these people hunt there out in the woods a lot, and he said it was. He said it literally scared him to the point where he didn't think he was wanting to go out in the woods anymore after that. But we've had people that claim that they've had calves missing and things like that. But as far as like I said, is the one guy that I do know. He said that he had some hunting dogs missing, and he said he had a very had put a game cam up and had a shadowy image of He said, the only thing I could say it was a bigfoot. And once again I asked, I said, hey, send me the picture.

But now that this time of year, like I said, this time of years when most of the stuff when we hear strange noise is tree knocks things like that. But like I said, some people are just literally to talk about us. Well, I'm not going. Let's see what's going on, So maybe get some researchers down here or something. Missouri is a state where there are there's a ton of researchers. You've got Miguel from Sasquatch theory is hitting up all sorts of places down there in Missouri. And I think you guys have Mark Twain State Forest.

1:14:33 Well, Mark Twain. That's just yes's right a stone throw from here, is it really? Yeah? Oh boy? And like I said, there's literally miles and miles of nothing, but for us, it's a great habitat. Lots of food. Deer, wild hogs. Yeah, there's great habitat for them. So I even said an email to it. I've never heard back from them when I started following you. Oh maybe I can get a like minded person or some response. I'm glad that you contacted me. That's wonderful. Absolutely, whenever I get a connection, I always like to see if I can talk, because you never know what kind of small thing you might drop and that might help someone who's listening, or some connection out there big for society will be right back. After these messages, it feels like your daughter's having some really interesting things going on.

1:15:55 She's really the one that's heard more tree knocks I've I heard. Oh gosh, it's been a number of years ago and I was in a tree stand bow hunting and it was I heard it, and it was like, maybe that's a woodpecker. And I. Didn't even think about that for a long time until Leslie started here in a minute, say, that's probably what I heard, because those seasons this time of year two. So, like I said, I'd really like to see if there was a way that people could put the dates together in different locations in the country and see if there is a migration trail.

1:16:38 That's a cool idea. So you said you were in a tree stand hunting and you started to hear knocks around you. Yeah, would have been up the ridge from where I was sitting in a tree stand, And like I said, at first, I thought I really didn't equate it to that, But now that I've think about it, and it was more than one time, so I wish i'd have thought about it back then. So, although I don't know how happy i'd be to be in a tree stand with a bigfoot running. Around, yeah, exactly, that can lead to some really interesting scenarios that I've heard of, and it can really definitely mess with you. Was there a pattern to the Knox that you heard when you were up in a tree stand.

1:17:26 I'd here. I remember there's probably three to four knocks, and then it was like a delay, and then again, and then I didn't hear it anymore. And like I said, at first, I just blew it off as a kind of animal, or if it was a little windy, maybe it was a tree limb hitting another tree. I never did put two and two together at the time, but it was interesting, not that i'd have went up the hill. To look exactly the scream that was heard. Do you remember any details about length, duration, anything weird that you noticed. It was a very one of these extremely long golly, it was probably thirty seconds forty seconds long, extremely long, extremely loud, and it was one of these things that just raised the hair up on the back of your neck.

And like I said, when the coyotes took off and they yelped and screamed until they went out of earshot, and we looked at each other and it was like, what in the world is that? And when we talked to our neighbors and they heard something similar, only it was probably a year later, and that's when we even looked up. We started listening to animal noises on the phone. Okay, what's the bear sound like? But we know what mountain lions and bobcats and coyotes and five that sound like. But we couldn't get anything like that. And then he said, let's look up noises for bigfoot, and he started to listen to different things, and there was one in particular, and it was like, whoa, I think that's it. And it was I think a recording from Washington or Oregon or something like that. But yeah, it was one of these things. It brings the primeval fear out.

1:19:27 Have there been any other out of place sounds that have been heard around the properties at all. Or not that anybody's talked about. Mainly, the main thing that we hear a lot is a tree knox. And like I said, the rock being thrown at us was that's when I really it's like my daughter told me, she goes, that's when you really got interested in it. I wanted to start researching a little bit, and I talked to people. I've got a big footsticker on the tailgate of my truck, and of course I've got the one in my front yard too that I showed you a picture of that funny story. But anyway, people will see that and I'll go, hey, you believe in Bigfoot?

1:20:10 Sure how about you, and some people will open up a little bit. I thought I heard this, or I thought somebody talked about this. You hear second a lot of secondhand stuff, but as far as just down to earth things, I just know what's happened to my family and myself. But yeah, I really started. Somebody wants to talk about it, I'm open to talk about it and see what they hear, what they know. And like I said, it's always this time of year. You had mentioned really quick that there were some dogs that came up Missus a gentleman. He lives probably i'd say twenty twenty miles from us.

1:20:56 I stopped at his place of business one day. He saw my truck and he goes, oh, Bigfoot, and I go, yeah, I goes, Hey goes, I've got a picture one. I go, you're kidding me, I said, can I see it? He showed me on his phone and it was taken from his game cam. You could see the outline and it looked like he had something. It looked like it had something in its hand. And the guy goes, that's my dog. I'm going your kidney. No, he says, I've been missing dogs. And he said, I put my game cam up and that's what I got. And I said, would you send me that picture? And I gave my phone number, but like I said, I never got it. But yeah, and he was an avid hunter and he uses dogs for pig hunting, so they weren't little dogs by any stretch of the imagination. But yeah, it was I'd really like to talk to him again and see if he's had any That was last yeah, last year, see if he's had any incidents this year. And there's a doctor in Salem, which is like fifty miles from here, and he does a lot of research. I have not been able to get in touch with him, but yeah, and they claim he's done a lot of research and did talks on it and all that, but like I said, I've never been able to get in touch with him. So once again, it's all secondhand information. But there's definitely a pattern or something through here.

1:22:27 Living in that area of the Ozarks. Are there other weird things that happen to or primarily a bigfoot type thing going on there? Sometimes these areas have other things going on too. There's people that see different things, hear different noises and stuff like that. Being in the Ozarks here is a lot of oh, I don't even know what you would call it, superstitions and things like that. But I've heard some of the older people talk about, oh, there was like some kind of wolf that would go through and make all these weird noises and stuff, and there have been. Matter of fact, my brother in law has a picture of a wolf. He'd killed a hog on his property, about a four hundred pound hog, and there was a wolf he got a picture on a game cam. I think was huge. People will hear things like that. It's not that there's a lot of wolves around. I think they probably migrate through too, But yeah, different things like that.

1:23:29 Like I said, a lot of superstitions, a lot of areas that people won't go into. Mark Twain National Forest has herds of wild horses believe it or not, in there, and now we have elk, so people will see something and it could be just a large elk going through. They started that ten years ago bringing elk back in. You mentioned large wolves. Do you think from what you've heard these are actual wolves or is it ever these stories could be like a humanoid type canine or a dog man or anything like that. There are people, they'd be a little more south of us that they claim that there's a dog man. I've around here. I've never heard anybody mentioned anything like that.

1:24:18 Further south the Missouri Arkansas border down in that part, people talk about it, but up here, I've never seen it. I've got the picture of the wolf and the pig. I'll send it to you when we're done talking. But as far as dog man and things like that, I've I've never heard anything like that around here. Primarily people if they hear anything they have they'll either blow it off or that could be a bigfoot. Some people will say that kind of laugh about it, but I think they think that that could be. There's definitely something that goes through here this time of year. I have seen type structures before walking through the woods and at the time you go through there and you look at it and go, you know, wow, there must have been a lot of wind or something. And doing a little more research is that's odd. It's we don't have snowload around here, and if we do have a lot of wind, the trees usually get blown over. They don't get put up like tripod things.

1:25:21 And yeah, yeah, that's not normal for sure. Yeah, you mentioned that there were some areas that people stick stay away from. Is that anything you have more details about what these certain areas are or why they're still going from. No, and it's it was more. Oh. I hate to say old timers because that's what I'm now. But No, as a kid, you hear people talk about it. That's you don't want to go down in that part of the woods. That's that's just not that's not a good place to go, and things like that, and you don't hear too much of that anymore. Like I said, a lot of the old people, old timers would say that.

1:26:10 I remember as a kid, there was a lady that told my cousin and I that there was a place that somebody had She said, the Indians had a mine and all that stuff. He didn't want to go up there. Being kids, we actually found it and it was creepy, but we didn't hang around too long. But like I said, a lot of people would in the old days would say stuff like that. But you don't really hear too much of that anymore. A lot of there's not I hate to say it, A lot of the younger kids, they're not into going out in the woods hunting that much. There's some, but not like it was when I was a kid. He practically lived in the woods. But you don't hear too much of that anymore. There are places, but I'm sure that people would avoid for one reason or another. But I've only heard of a couple of them, and that was one of them that my cousin and I went to that one time. But other than that, I don't hear too much of it anymore.

1:27:12 Have you ever heard of a place called the Marley Woods in Missouri? Marley Woods? No, it doesn't ring a bell. Yeah, I'm not surprised. It's supposedly someplace in Missouri where it's like a ranch type setting where there's a lot of really weird stuff that happens, including UFOs and just we really weird things like that. But it's kind of like only a few people are aware of the location as it's private property stuff like that. But it's one of those things. That's never No, we've seen unidentified flying objects around here.

1:27:53 I was in the Air Force and there's things that I've seen here and that's no plane that's no sad light. That's just weird. And once in a while somebody will say saying, oh wow, I saw UFO last night. Doesn't surprise me. My son in law and I will go out go out at night in hog Hunt and it's amazing. Some of the things in the sky extremely interesting, and some of it it's like, what is it? Don't have a clue. There is a place in Missouri, I think it's a west somewhere southwest where there is a light that evidently goes up and down a road. They talk about that too. I remember where that was at in there west plains or something. I've never seen it.

1:28:39 So, so you said you saw some like UFO type things in the sky. Were was it like strange lights or like an actual craft that you saw. Or strange lights? One night we were my daughter and my wife and my two daughters were coming back and there was a large why craft or something and I stopped in the road and they said, you just need to keep going. Yeah, you there's no there's hardly any light pollution down here. So you see a lot of stuff that was just bizarre. You stopped in the road to look at it, and your families you just need to keep driving.

1:29:22 Just drive. Yeah, that's really interesting. Yeah, it was, it was. It was really interesting. But no, and then once in a while you'll see something like I said, I have no idea what it is. It's there's can't be human made. With the way the thing, with the way they move, part of ninety degree turns be there, I'll get real bright and disappear. Just things like that. It's it's cool to watch, but at the same time you wonder what is it and where did it come from. Yeah, there's been some really interesting reports from Missouri over the years. You've got everything from the Momo monster back in the day. More recent during the I think it's the Joplin tornadoes, people were reporting seeing beliefs. They were calling them butterfly people around the time of the tornadoes, and some people were thinking maybe some form of angels.

1:30:24 We're not sure, but it's just it's a very interesting state. Sure it is. Depending on where you're from, there's a golly different beliefs things like that. Yeah, like I said, the one place down the West Plains with the light and then for the south, the Howler or whatever you want to call it. There's just there's all kinds of things up north by the rivers. I'm sure there's things up there, but yeah, down here primarily, like I said, this time of year, you'll hear tree knocks. And like I said, the rock throne thing was the one thing that really that in the same time period when we had whatever was walk behind us, just it was bipedal.

1:31:09 It was extremely heavy, and yeah, it was one of those things. I've never been afraid to be in the woods, but that right there creeped me out. My grandson said, you about done her. Grandpa say, let's get the heck out of here, so went back home. Yeah, you were talking about the howler. Is that in reference to when you heard the screams? I would that was more I've heard people talk about the howler, but that's more of a I would think of a wolf type sound. This was a wow. I can't it's hard. It would be I wouldn't even call it would be like an extremely frightened woman's scream, only more guttural. But it was. Yeah, that was really strange.

1:32:03 And like I said, for all those coyotes to run away the way they did, if it was just a screaming probably want I don't know what that is. But to hear the coyotes run the way they did, there was obviously something up there they didn't want to be around. That always makes you wonder, right, like when you hear these reports or you actually hear the recordings where it's like something large makes that noise and then the coyotes just noted shut up. They've probably been messed with from it in the past. It'd be interesting if you put the sound recorder out in there area captured. Yeah. As a matter of fact, my daughter and son in law did that, put one on the back of their house facing the forest, and there were sounds that they heard and when they checked the recording, it wasn't on the recording. Yeah. What in the world, he said, I know that thing's working, right, you'd hear the dogs bark and all that, but you couldn't hear that. Oh, so they here in the house.

1:33:07 They can hear stuff through their own ears, but it's not getting picked up. That is really weird. It's not getting picked up. Yeah. Like I said, we've got game cams we put up and we've captured a lot of different things, but not that. I don't even know how you would track those I put them on game trails before out in the woods to see if we could see anything. But like I said, I've got pictures of deer, I've got pictures of dogs and hogs, but nothing like that. No one's trying to do like a gifting type situation or leave food for them or anything like that. Right, No, we haven't tried anything like that. That's good.

1:33:47 Yeah, I don't know if I want to feed the animals like that or not, but I've not heard of anyone trying that. Like I said, there's so much out in the forest farm. We've got so much deer, and like I said, the faroh hogs are unbelievable. There's so many of them. They have ample food, for sure. I don't know. That is interesting. I remember seeing the TV show with they were putting stuff out for him to eat, donuts and all kinds of stuff, and I keep thinking that maybe that's hooey. I don't I'm not. Sure, but yeah, my personally it's I am very wary of stuff like that because like one of the times, you're gonna either stop feeding them or you're gonna forget too.

1:34:33 And that's like those are the reports I take where it's like it's just stuff goes haywire after that. Yeah, yeah, I think I'd pass on that action for sure. Yeah, no sense pushing my Look, I don't mind putting game cams out and seeing if I can hear them, but no, yeah, that might irritate them quite a bit. Dan. It has been a fun chatting with you. It sounds like you you have some really interesting stuff going on there. Definitely keep me in the loop. If you hear some more stuff go on down there. I definitely will. And like I said, I'll talk to different people see if there's anything. This time of year, there's a lot of people deer hunting and things like that.

My daughter, particularly she's she'll tell me I heard him again last night, Dad, And like I said, at first it bothered her, but now whatever. She thought it was weird when she heard the three of them going back and forth though, which I can I can understand that because where her house is at it's on the back of the back side of the farm. Yeah, but pretty interesting. But I'll keep my ear to the ground see what I can find out. If I hear anything interesting, I'll be more than happy to drop your line.
