He Saw Three Bigfoot Near Drain, Oregon—and They Stayed for Hours

Three towering figures. A rain-soaked Oregon property. Something keeps hitting the metal walls of a workshop.

A man near Drain, Oregon, says he was working alone in his shop when he discovered three figures outside—ranging from roughly six feet to nearly ten feet tall. When the smallest stumbled over cinder blocks, he heard sounds from the larger figures across the highway. He says the activity continued for approximately three hours.

What brought them onto his property—and what kept coming back behind the shop?

In Bigfoot Society Episode 1232, Jeremiah Byron hears this account alongside reports of strange, speechlike chatter in the Oregon woods, a roadside sighting near Oak Ridge, Tennessee, and repeated encounters in Louisiana’s No Man’s Land. A Washington trucker also shares an unusual account involving a goose, while an East Texas driver describes the night that changed his willingness to travel rural roads.

These witnesses share what they remember, what frightened them, and the questions they still carry.

They're in drain, sir.

0:48 Oh, I moved out here January of this year after I got rid of my business in Eugene. So I bought a piece of property out here, and we're right off the river. So it's pretty nice. You were saying that you think you may have a family of them coming through your property? Well, I believe it was a family. I know what I've seen. Um, I'm assuming they're a family because there is a, uh, one that was about nine and a half feet tall, one that. Was about eight. And then the little one was like, well, I'd say five and a half, six foot tall.

1:32 So it sounds definitely sounds like a, so there was a large male, uh, was there one that looked more like a, uh, an adult female and then a juvenile you think? Yeah, it was a juvenile. Um, I didn't see any, like it was dark and, uh, I didn't see a lot of, a lot of it. I seen more eye shine than anything. Um, but it was, uh, they were actually, they went through my property. The little one fell, um, on, I have some cinder blocks out behind my shop and he fell down or she or whatever. And, uh, I could hear the other ones were already across the street.

2:14 I live off of Main Highway, but it's, we're out in the middle of nowhere. It's in between the I-5 and the coast. And so anyways, they were across the street on a empty property. And the little one I think was trying to catch up and he fell down and I heard some noise, like they were making some noise on the other side of the street. And then he got up and they went over there, but they came back through and there was about three hours that they were hanging out here. Oh, wow. Three hours. Did you hear any vocalizations during that time or anything? I actually did. And I tried to record them on my phone as best as I could.

2:59 But it was also pouring rain, just like it is today, tonight. It was pouring rain. So there's a lot of. You can hear some things, but I wouldn't say that you could absolutely guarantee it. Oh, wow. Wow. What kind of things were you hearing that you think were coming from them? Well, it sounded like mumbling, like mumbled vocalization. Yes. Does that make any sense to you? Oh, it does. I've heard it before, yes. I. Used to be an avid hunter up here and, uh, I'm not from Oregon. I've been up here 20 years now, but like all my buddies that are from here, like every single person has a story about a Bigfoot that I know.

3:48 I love it. Yeah. That is, that is so wild. I mean, I was up in, uh, the Willamette national forest area and Oak Ridge and it was the same way up there. I mean, everyone had a story. Yeah. Oak Ridge is, uh, Very popular for that up there. There's some people that I believe they have a house up there that they swear that there's a Bigfoot that used to go around. Their shop or something. If I remember correctly. Yeah. Oh, man. I think I seen. The guy on a TV show at one time or something. But yeah, it's a pretty popular place. He's got there's a river. or a lake out there where they took a bunch of footprints and stuff like that. And my brother had an encounter with my brother-in-law up out of Oak Ridge too. Actually out of Cottage Grove in the snow when they were breaking trail on the side by side.

4:48 So yeah, a lot of us have had some kind of encounter. On your property, did you see any tracks the next day? So. I looked, and that was the first thing I did, and I seen on the grass, because where they were at was behind my shop, and I have gravel all out there, and where they went across, see, I got a river, part of, oh, I can't remember what river it is that runs along my property, and I'm pretty sure they came from there, and I seen some imprinting on the grass, but they went across the gravel, too. And we have a big thicket of like all blackberries and a bunch of different thorn bushes that kind of basically hide my property from the main highway. And there's a little section where I think they went through. We got, that used to be an old driveway because there used to be a cabin on the property. And I think they stepped over that, but I didn't get really any, like nothing in the mud.

5:54 I wish they would have went in the mud. I would have plastered that up. Did anything else happen that night that you attribute to those Bigfoot that were there? I swear that they were because I when I heard that and I went outside and I had a headlamp because I was actually working in my shop on some. I was buffing a car and I went outside and I'd seen the ones, all three of them. We're at this time across the street. And then when I went. Back inside the shop and started working, I swear that at least one of them came back and was like making noise. I don't know if he was trying to get because we have apple trees right on the backside of my shop.

6:43 I don't know if he was trying to grab. Apples or what, but I swear he was picking up stuff and throwing it at the backside of the shop. Cause I got a big old pole barn with all aluminum sides on it. And you know, it was only me out here. My wife was in the house and I kept hearing stuff getting like hit in the shop. I'd go out there, it'd go quiet. And then I'd shine my lights across the street and I'd see one or two of them. One was missing. So I think he was fooling with me to be honest with you. Oh my goodness. Remind me what the date on that was again. I would say it was probably, this was earlier this year, it was February. I can't remember the exact day, but it was probably like the 26th of February. We had just moved in here and this property was empty for like, I don't know, like a year and a half.

7:41 Yep. And we have the perfect area. I got six acres here and we got the, we got the river, we got tons of food. You know, I got deer in my yard all the time. I've had a couple of bear come through here. So, you know, we got a lot of wildlife around here. Uh, has anything happened since then? I haven't seen, uh, anything like, uh, like Bigfoot related, just, uh, some bear and a couple of mountain lion and a ton of deer. But I've been looking. Yeah, well, I mean, if anything else happens, feel free to reach out. I got my email right up there on the screen, and I'd love to hear from you again.

8:22 Yeah, I'm putting cameras up, so hopefully. Well, then you won't see any. I know, right? That's how it'll probably be, but hopefully. But if you do. I'm pretty sure because, like, people here in town, you know, it's like no big deal. They're like, yeah, we've seen that stuff through here all the time. And so, I mean, you know, we got tons of the game and tons of fruit trees and everything around here. So, you know, if I lived out in the woods, this would be the perfect area. In my opinion, we got fish in the in the river and, you know, people are sparse. I think there's only 2000 people in the town here. And I live just west of the town.

9:03 So and a big elk refuge about. 20 minutes away so there that's that's it that they seem to follow the elk is what i learned up in the willamette from a lot of hunters they would they were telling me that they're like keep an eye on where the elk are going you'll you'll see them but uh yeah i mean. Thank you for coming up i appreciate it and uh feel free to keep keep in touch if something else happens oh i will definitely all right thank you all right not a problem have a good day Hey, Gustin, thanks for coming up. But what would you like to share today, sir? So the only Bigfoot story I have is this girl I used to be a long distance girlfriend, like a girlfriend with. It's like a native town, indigenous people. So it's underneath the Grand Canyon. I'm sure you heard that place, right?

9:52 The Grand Canyon. So I have. Heard the Grand Canyon. Yeah at the grand canyon um there's this uh village like it's like population like a couple hundred not that many and there's like waterfalls down there called the havasupai. And not too many people. Know about the uh you know um i guess you have to be like athletic to go down there um take a trip down there but usually people just visit on top of it so she used to tell me that. Bigfoot existed there. Yeah. She used to tell me stories that they wouldn't go outside. It was just normal to them. And it's pretty scary because that place is pretty remote.

10:34 Let's see. I'm seeing there's a Havasupai Indian Reservation in Havasupai, Arizona. Yes, at the Grand Canyon. Okay. It's pretty waterfowl. If you look at it, it's beautiful. A lot of people should visit it. Did she ever share any particular accounts? This was a little while ago, but she claimed to that they really do exist. And she kind of kept it quiet. And yeah, it's a pretty cool place. They get their mail by mules, and the only place to get out of there is by a helicopter, back and forth. But that's basically a story on them.

11:15 Hi there. Am I saying Sedaz right? Is that how it's pronounced? It's Sadie's. Thaddeus. All right. Sorry about that. So thanks for coming up. Cool. So I saw that you had a sighting in the Oak Ridge, Oregon area. Actually, it wasn't in Oak Ridge, Oregon. It was in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Oh, yes. Just as crazy, though. I'm well aware of that area. Lots of sightings down there. Definitely. Feel free to share. I was. It was in a rural area because there's a lot of wooded area from the property line. Have you heard of Y12K25?

11:55 No. It's like a nuclear thing. Yes. Okay. It's a highway that's passing these facilities, but once you pass them, it's all wooded. And it was dusty dark, not too, too dark. But we were going through. into the city of Oak Ridge from the backside, it had ran across the highway. I mean, it was pretty quick. So it was me and my husband, and I would say it was about almost eight feet. And by the time it happened so fast, it went into the wood line.

12:35 How many steps did it take to cross? It was a four-lane highway. It was already halfway across by the time we approached it when the lights hit it. I would say maybe six big leaps over the other two lanes. Okay. The shoulders were pretty broad. At first I thought it was a bear, but it was upright. You know, we don't have apes running loose in that area. So I knew, I had a good feeling I knew what it was. But the shoulders were pretty broad and the arms were like, Real long, almost down past its waist, kind of, sort of, the way it was going. But I don't have much detail other than the backside of it.

13:27 Were you able to see a color at all in the headlights? It was weird. It was like a. Golden dark with a hint of golden brown, but it's more dark than anything, like a reddish type of color. Date on that again? This was approximately, and it's been quite some time, I would say about 28 years ago. So, yeah. But some people don't believe. But we believe. No, yeah, absolutely. And I mean, that area, I've heard so many accounts. I mean, it's not just Bigfoot down there, but there's also a ton of Dogman reports in that area.

14:14 And a lot of people think that it is something it's all connected to that power plant and there might even be portals or stuff coming through. There's just a lot of weird stories around that area that are coming up. I mean, luckily my husband was with me, but most people don't believe you. They think you're crazy, but I know what we saw. We know what we saw, you know? Oh, I, there are so many people reporting. I mean, I have a buddy down there, Harley Owens. He's a researcher and, And he has talked to so many people in that area. It's insane. It's just everyone is having stuff happen down there.

14:55 It's wild. Yes, and I do believe, like you said, they talk rumors of the nuclear plants. You know, there's crazy stuff that it's unexplainable. My grandfather purchased 77 acres within a mile and a half from those plants, and it's all wooded. So we hear wild things. We hear weird noises and screams, and some believe it's the panthers, or you can't explain it until you see it. Once it's dark, you can't see anything, but you know it's out there. Is that still going on current day?

15:39 Oh, yes, yes. Now, I relocated. Me and my husband relocated to Georgia. We live in Georgia now in the Georgia mountains. But I have family that's still living up there on the property, and they have things, stories they tell me that doesn't make sense. I don't know. We don't know what they eat. I'm not researched enough to know what they eat as far as that goes, but they've had, like, for example, there was a story they had some things in a cage, a coop, some birds and some gainies, and there's no way possible that they could have got out because it was covered outside you know like you buy a dog lot and they got it the next day and there's no one around and it just the birds are gone.

16:31 That is very very interesting um if there's individuals that are still on that property near that area that are having stuff happen i'd I'd love to talk to them. I mean, feel free to pass on my email if you feel inclined. But yeah, that would be very interesting to talk to them. Yeah, I still have family that live up there. And like I said, it's not in a city. It's just all wooded area and it's just a few houses out there. So there's strange things. But sometimes you don't talk about it because some people think, well, you're just crazy or they don't believe you. But we know what we hear. We know what we see.

17:11 Yeah, I think we're at the point where we all need to just start talking. Yeah. There's something happening. So I appreciate you coming up and sharing what you experienced. Thank you for your time, sir, and thank you. Yes, ma'am. You have a great rest of your night. You too. I'm going to send an invitation to Dale. Heard samurai chatter west of Sutherland. That's in Oregon, I believe. While I'm waiting. Here we go. Okay. Hey, you got me? Hello, Dale. Yeah, what's up? You got me? Hey, yeah. Hey, sorry it took so long to reach out to you.

17:53 I saw your comments there. I did hear samurai chatter in west of Sutherland, just north of Roseburg, central Oregon. It's kind of along that mountain range that's between I-5 corridor. There's a mountain range in the coast. And I feel like it's kind of a highway there for certain times a year. They're around there. And you guys were talking about the elk. And the area that I heard that in was a clear cut. And I was up there getting wood. And it was just right after hunting season for elk, too. And I'd seen elk a month prior when I was getting wood in the same location. And at this point, I'm on a...

18:42 on the high line up on top of the mountain where they drag all the lumber up, you know, this is an old high line where the downed Madrone wood, uh, was seasoned, you know, it's dry. So you just kind of bust it up. They don't, they don't haul that out of there. They leave that there. Cause they're pulling out the, the Doug for, and all that. So, um, it was a clear cut where I was getting wood at, but I was by myself, uh, this time, but I'd been there a month before. And when I was there before, I was like, The hair kind of just stood up on the back of my neck. And I'm like, man, this feels creepy. I was there with my neighbor. Actually, my neighbor was getting wood. I didn't say anything to him. He didn't seem like a guy who really was interested. But when I came up there a month later, I was by myself. And I really felt like something was watching me. When people describe that, I don't think... If you haven't had that happen to you, you don't... It's hard to describe how.

19:40 How obvious it is something. Is watching you. You know what I mean? It's super creepy. So I stood there for an hour, prepped my chainsaw, and set it on the tailgate. and just looked out and the tree line. So I'm on the edge of the clear cut. So 200 yards in front of me is old growth trees, very, very steep terrain. Like you'd have to be on all fours to climb up there and stuff. So, um, I went ahead and stood there for about an hour and, I decided I was going to go ahead and get some wood. I got to do something, right? So I start busting up some wood, throw it in the truck and. Get out of there.

20:20 And I head down the hill about probably 100 yards closest to the old growth tree before I turn around and head down the mountain. I get out of my truck again, turn it off, just sit there. Man, I'm sitting there for like 30 minutes. I'm like, man, I feel like whatever's watching me is up in here. It's a weird feeling. I stood there for the longest time. And just every now and then I'd hear the slightest little twig snap, you know, and I'm thinking, I'm just being paranoid, you know. But it is so quiet. When you're in the deep woods, it was so quiet you could hear forever. But out of nowhere.

21:01 I heard two things talking to each other is the only way I can describe it. And it was really fast speak. it was close enough to where I could hear it was a language, but it wasn't a language language that I understood. Like I couldn't identify what it was or where it came from. It was clearly not English. The only way I can describe it was like, it was Russian. And I've heard a lot of people describe it as, you know, samurai chatter. I don't know what to call it except for it sounded Russian and it sounded like younger, you know, sound like two younger ones, but they were both talking over each other at the same time. I know it sounds ridiculous when I do that, but it's the only way I can describe what it was.

21:52 I was hearing. Now, this is in the tree line. It's high up on the hill, probably another 80 yards up the hill, but it's got a clear shot at me, so the sound carries perfectly. And And the first thing that came to my head was, there's no kids up there. That's all. That's the first thing I thought. I didn't hear anything else. But I definitely heard that crystal clear. And yeah, like I said, there wasn't anybody else up there. There's no other way to get up there. I'm on the only road up there. And to get up there, like I said, you're on all fours. And for more than one of anything to get up there, you're straight going through the woods, the mountains, the old growth. So, yeah, when I hear people talk about the language, the chatter, the speak, I find that really interesting because let's say you see something and you see it from far away, you're always going to be scratching your head like, I can't believe what I just saw and I don't believe what I just saw.

23:05 What did I see? You're never going to figure it out. But when you hear something, you hear something like that. That's obviously it's not English. There's no Russians up there. Right. Yeah. That's just a whole other element of you'll never know what it was. You can't explain it. So even when you see something, it seems to have the same effect. That's the only thing that's ever happened period. But I do find it fascinating when people talk about the language and the chatter and the talk. Have you ever heard of, or have you ever listened to the Sierra sounds before? Yes, I have. Was it close to that?

23:45 Um, I, I can't remember. Okay. I've heard so many of them. Yes, I have heard the Sierra sounds, but I don't have it memorized in my mind. Uh, the exact, I've heard several different other audio. And so I think after that, I really started getting interested in researching and looking up, uh, chatter and sounds and talk. Um, and there's so much BS out there. It's hard to weed through it. Right. And sometimes you hear really good audio and you're like, okay, that's gotta be BS, but, but maybe it's not, you know what I mean? Kind of like a good photo. It gets treated the same way.

24:26 Um, but yeah, I, all I know is I know what I heard and I know there wasn't people up there. and I know it was a different language that I'd never heard before. I travel a lot for work all over the country. Um, and I hear different languages all the time. So I'm familiar with, I can almost tell by the, the, by the, by the language of what part of the country they're from. And I'm geographically challenged as most people are, but I can kind of tell what part of the world you're from by the, the way your language is, um, might be overstating myself there a little bit, but, But I could tell enough and I was close enough to hear this to know that it sounded very Russian. And it sounded very juvenile. And it sounded like more than one. And they were just talking weird fast over the top of each other.

25:19 Just bizarre. That's extremely interesting. I think this is the first time that I've actually talked to someone who has heard something they're describing differently. to be close to, to what you're saying. So, uh, I'm, thank you for, for coming up and for, for chatting Dale. If anything else happens, feel free to reach out my emails. I'd love to hear from you. Hey Carol, how's it going? Hey man, what's up? Hey, good. Thanks for coming up. So you have some things to share about some sightings you've had. Yes. Um, I don't know if it's the same one or it was a different ones, but I used to live in, And a place called Marthaville, Louisiana.

26:04 It's a little bit north. You ever heard of No Man's Land out there in Louisiana, Texas border? No, sir. But I know where the border is, yeah. But we live close to the border. It's deep woods, deep everything. And there's these old abandoned houses. And me and my mom were going down this dirt road to take my aunt some food. And it was at least eight foot tall. Standing in the middle of the road, eye contact for like minutes, but it was like 10 seconds. And he just slowly walked away. And it was like he had mange, you know, like a dog has mange.

26:44 Okay. You know, like missing fur or whatever. And the second time we were going home, which a few miles away, And we lived way. Back in the woods. And it was running, like running for its life or just booking it. And that thing was moving so fast through the woods, and it was about the same height. And me and my mom looked at each other like, is that the same one? Is he following us? But the next time we moved.

27:25 A little bit further south, closer to no man's land, And we saw another one, but they have orangish-looking eyes, and he was at least five to ten foot from us, and you could smell them. They smelled so bad. But that's my story. I've seen it three times, and my mom probably has seen it more. So what you saw, would you say, did it remind you more of something that looked like an ape or maybe more human-like? Oh.... It was like a combination of the two. It didn't have the.

28:07 Head. It was more like a. It. Reminded you of a... It had like a color of an orangutan. Kind of orangish. Brownish or orangish, but. It was bipedal, you know, like walking on two legs. And it. When it was running.... It would stoop down, you know, like it was supporting itself with its arm, but it would get up and run. And it's hard to describe. When it looked at you, it was almost like human face. But all... But.

28:50 Like an orangutan, like human hybrid, or like a. And. My uncle's telling me that, by my mom's brother, telling me that his dad has so many recollections of them, of them, just out from no man's land. That's why nobody ever goes through those swamps, nobody ever visits those deep wood areas, stuff like that. And that, a lot of abandoned houses have places where my uncle believes that they rest. But that's just what he believes. But I've seen them three times with my own eyes, and it's hard to describe. They're about seven and a half to eight foot tall and orangish yellowish eyes and like an orangutan color.

29:40 Just like a darker color. Can you share again approximately where this place called no man's land. Is it's south of where we lived in marthaville louisiana and you can google it google no man's land louisiana and it has a whole they have like a whole festival and stuff for it now. Oh, okay. Let me take a look. The history, the deeper history of the area is a little bit dark and crazy. Marthaville, Louisiana. Let's see. Okay.

30:21 Oh, yeah, it is. I mean, Sabine National Forest is right there to the west of it. Yes. Yeah, that's an area, dude. That is a wild, wild area. Absolutely. And I loved it out there. It was great living there, but it was wild. When you were able to look one of these in the face, did it have any emotions when you were looking at it that you could see? Shocked. You know, like I was. We were just. It's kind of like he was baffled. I don't know if it's he or she. I'm just saying he. But I was baffled. It was baffled like, yo, hey. And he's like, I guess it's a surprise that I saw him.

31:13 Eye contact. But look at my mom. My mom turned pale white. She was terrified. I was at the time, 18, 19 years old. I was like, oh, man, this is pretty cool. You know, my dad was always skeptical because he's a big hunter, but he has seen, and he. Used to hunt a lot out there. And he finally saw, he saw a sign that something had tried to erase, like, footsteps. That's his story, that, you know, you go way deep in the woods, you go hunting, and And you could tell something had walked through there, and he's like, it's some big feet.

32:00 And you could. Tell they took a stick or a piece of brush and tried to clean up after themselves, like they knew that humans were coming through there. This is very, very interesting. How did seeing these creatures affect you the rest of your life, do you think? The rest of my life, I mean, not in a negative way. It just opened me up to be more curious. There could be mammals and reptiles that have yet to be discovered that are elusive to us because we don't look.

32:43 And there are very few people that do look. But it made me believe that there are some things out here that we have not yet discovered. My uncle and my granddad always said that that's just another creature that they just kind of coexisted with. That they know it's out there and they know that we're here. We leave them alone, they leave us alone. And my papa, before he passed away, just believed that they're just not documented. And he just believes it's just another animal. He just wishes that people would kind of He's afraid that if they do become mainstream and zoos will try to get them and captivity, and he's like, just let them live.

33:33 You know, just let them be. Absolutely. When you were looking, you know, you had multiple times where you saw them. Yes. Was there a thing that you. Remember that made you think, I can't believe what I'm looking at right now. When we made eye contact, the first time I saw him, he stopped in a road. He was at least 20 yards from us. It's shocking. It's like, I thought it was a dude in a ghillie suit, but it wasn't because it's way too tall, way too big.

34:16 The arms were a little bit longer than a human arm. Its legs were shorter than I thought they would be, you know, for, you know, I. Had a longer torso, longer arms. But like I said, it was huge. And it ran like a human, but it, but when we were close to it, you know, like I said, about 10 yards from it, you could smell it. And it, oh, the worst case of B.O., That's what stood out to me more, was how bad they smelled. And every now and then, you could hear, if you just go camping out there in the National Forest, you could hear.

35:08 Those guys. You could hear certain noises that are not human or whatever documented animal that there is out in No Man's Land or the National Forest. And we just, you know, we just learned to kind of coexist. My uncle, he still lives out that way. And he said, yeah, they're still there. Absolutely incredible. Thank you for coming up and for sharing what you experienced. If you ever do experience anything else, feel free to reach out. I've got my email right up there on screen. Well, it was a pleasure chatting with you today.

35:50 Hey, thanks for having me on. Yes, sir. Hey, Steve, how's it going? Thanks for coming on up. All right, go ahead, man. So two years ago, I went camping all through Oregon, and I came down into Medford, and I was staying at a KOA. I was super tired. My dog was about three years old at the time. She just turned five. And I woke up because she was no longer laying next to me, and I heard a growling sound coming from her that I've never recognized. And she was standing looking up at the mountain, and that's when I heard it was like somebody was picking up trees out of the ground is the only way I can describe it.

36:33 Up to this point, I'd never said I. Believed in Bigfoot, but I did not not believe in Bigfoot. There was a. Primal fear that went through my body listening to this. And I always laugh when you watch videos and go, oh, why didn't they just grab their camera? I physically couldn't even think about a camera. I was thinking about keeping my dog from going through my tent to protect me because she was shaking. She had every hair on her body standing on end and she was locked. Like she's a boxer. She had every muscle locked and focused at the mountainside.

37:13 She knew something wasn't that was, it was a predator is the feeling I got. Like we were, we were being watched by something and that something per se Sasquatch Bigfoot was letting me know it knew I was there. If that makes sense. No, it totally does. Did you smell anything weird at the time? It was too far away, and we were coastal enough that we had the coastal breeze coming in. It was Medford, Oregon. So it was a good windy night. So the wind was blowing in the wrong direction for me to have gotten.

37:57 I might have, and my brain was in, like, survival mode almost, like, Oh, absolutely. Yeah. My, my whole body. And I've been in the military and I've had a fair, but this is a whole different fair that you can't explain until you're in that moment. Yeah. I'll tell you what that Southern Oregon, some weird stuff comes to me from that Southern Oregon area, especially like, and even South of Medford and well, the Applegate area, you've probably heard of that area. And, uh, just north of grants pass. There's some weird stuff there too. I mean, the whole area is just plain full of Bigfoot encounters.

38:42 It's just, it is absolutely incredible. Yeah. Cause I will, when I got up, I asked the lady who was camping next to me, um, hold on, let me turn this fan on off. I said, did you hear any of the sounds last night up in the mountainside? She's like, no. And I asked a couple other campers, and this one lady who was a Bigfoot believer, because she's retired and travels all over the place, she told me, she goes, it was meant for you then. She goes, if nobody else heard it, it was meant for you to say, hey, I'm here. I do a lot of ghost investigating, a lot of spiritual realms and learning all about gateways. And the idea that these creatures step through gateways to get to destinations makes a lot of sense to me. They're a being that's way above us. I think, in that space.

39:52 You know, it's a thing where, yeah, I'm sure you've heard the story that came out of Skinwalker Ranch a while back where they saw the portal open up on the ridge and they saw something humanoid step out of it. Yeah, that was mentioned in a book a long time ago. But they could see blue sky through the other side of the portal. Very, very weird stuff out there. We don't know. we don't have the answers yet because, uh, or at least that's what I think, you know, just because we haven't got one to really study. So I think all bets are off, you know? Yeah. I just, there's so much in the universe that we don't know.

40:32 Yeah, absolutely. We have just such a small fraction of what is actually in existence. But so, yeah, that was my moment when I realized, and then I also listened to it leave because, because when I woke up from my dog not being next to me, it was as if the creature was walking where it could almost get a better view of where we were. And then this was all of about a 15-minute situation. And then all of a sudden it just, I don't want to even say there was a grumble to it, There was just sort of like a, like, okay, nothing happened type noise. I don't know how to put it in words. And then, like, one more big tree got moved, and you could literally hear something walking away. And this had to have been about 10 miles up the mountain. So this wasn't, like, close, close to me, but it sure felt it, and it sure sounded like it.

41:40 It's absolutely wild. Thank you for coming up and for sharing what you experienced that night. It sounds like it really changed your life for sure, Misty. Oh, most definitely. I mean, I went from a maybe, maybe not. To a yeah, they're real. They're there. Absolutely. Absolutely. Thank you for letting me tell my story. I appreciate you being here. Have a great night. Yeah, have a good one. You as well. Hi there, Wilkes. Thanks for coming up. I appreciate you coming up. Would you be able to, would you mind sharing what you experienced there? Well, like I said, I grew up on the Trinity River. And, you know, I would always hunt when I was a younger kid. And I would always see these tracks in the creek and stuff. And I would tell my grandparents about it and be like, you're just losing your mind.

42:24 People swimming and stuff. I'm thinking, now who in the heck. Will walk through a briar patch or go swimming? Well, anyway, it's one of my hunting expeditions. I kept hearing something like a rocket beside a tree beside me. Didn't really think much of it. I heard this rustling of bushes, and I looked through the woods there through my scope, and I saw it. And I don't know if it was scaring me, but I know when I was scared of it, I got out of there. And that was dope. If you were able to look through your scope and see it, I'm thinking you probably got a pretty good look at it. Oh, yeah. Yeah.

43:04 What were some details that you noticed when you were able to look through the scope at that? Honestly, the best way I can translate is, remember Harry and the Hendersons? Sure. Just like that. Really? Just like that. Oh, wow. Yeah, I live down here on the Trinity River, and the Boggy Creek is like seven miles away, which runs into the Trinity River, Cobb Creek. They're all in this area. Did you notice it having any emotions to its face while you were looking at it? No, not really. Okay, just kind of. I didn't really stare at it that long.

43:46 Ah, yeah, yeah, gotcha. How did that affect the rest of your life after you had that sighting? Really, I was told not to ever talk about it because everybody would think I was nothing. But there have been other accounts in that same area, so I know it wasn't just me. There have been multiple accounts in that area over the years. Things I've heard, you can– there's a great book about Texas Bigfoot called Texas Bigfoot by Lyle Blackburn. If you don't have that, I would recommend getting a copy of it. It's got information about the entire state. It's a very good read. But yeah, you're correct. That whole area is just– it's full of activity.

44:31 Oh, yeah. Would you ever want to see one again if you had the opportunity? I don't think it would bother me. I don't really think they're vicious. I just don't think they want people treading on their paths. Because it didn't seem angry or after me. It just didn't, it acted like it just didn't. Want me around. It was a rock-throwing thing. Right. Yeah. But that happens a lot out there. I agree. I think a lot of this, the viciousness comes from if we are you know, in an area they don't want us or there's a lack of food or something like that, right? I don't think they're just angry and mean all the time, but, you know, that's just a feeling I have, but.

45:17 I don't know. Yeah. They didn't really see bitches or... I think it was just trying to scare me away. Because they could have probably easily covered that distance between us and gotten to me a lot quicker and I could have got away. Oh, I'm sure, yeah. Absolutely. Well. Wilkes, I appreciate you sharing what you experienced that day. Thank you. Anytime, man. All right. Thank you for coming up, sir. Yes, sir. How's it going? Hey, Timmy. Thanks for coming up. Feel free to share what you experienced out there in Washington. So I used to be a long-haul trucker, and I was up a load of paper, and they hadn't quite gotten our load filled. So we went to a truck stop about 44 miles north of Washington, Oregon. Oregon border on the interstate 5 the truck stop is called GC's truck stop theme is Bigfoot and like they've got all kinds of stuff and it's all surrounded by forests and so they have a big old dirt parking lot for truckers and so I'm in the parking lot waiting for uh my teammate to come back from in the truck stop so I could go in because we couldn't leave our trailer alone because we've had issues with people breaking into it thinking there's stuff in it so we would take turns making sure nobody was messing with it and I'm standing outside on the phone with my wife and I look off just past the main truck stop there's

46:48 a little pond area that's gated in with chain link and And there's like ducks and geese and stuff. And so at the edge of the forest that's just past that, I see a bigfoot walk out, grab a goose out of the enclosure, the little pond area, and just walk back off back into the forest. Now, from where I was, it was probably. 130, 140 yards away. I would guesstimate the Bigfoot was probably 8 1⁄2 to 9 feet tall. Again, that's guesstimation. I'm not 100% sure if it was like a hoax, like somebody dressed up, because the thing that I noticed is the animals didn't freak out. Like, you know, when animals hear a predator or see a predator, usually, you know, they flee and stuff.

47:40 So there's a very. Big possibility that it could have been somebody in a costume. I... But the way it walked, the way it moved, it didn't look like a person to me because it moved through these trees a lot faster than anybody I know could move, especially at something of that height, like if somebody was on stilts or something. So it's the only encounter that I've ever had. And it was just it was strange, but like. The animals didn't react, so that's why I'm not 100% certain that it was actually a Bigfoot, but it didn't look like a person in costume to me. It didn't look like it was hanging off of them.

48:23 Like they were inside of a suit. This looked like the fur was part of it. This is very interesting, so let me throw this at you. This is around Toledo, Washington, right? Pretty close to there, yeah. Yeah. Okay. Now, most people will think that Bigfoot, like other large predators, is using something called infrasound. And one thing that you can do with that is you can, or they think that there's, you know, sometimes they can maybe even paralyze. So, hypothetically, what if it was... It sent that out to the goose so that it wouldn't freak out or it wouldn't run away. And then it just goes over, picks it up.

49:13 Easy as pie. I don't know. Yeah. That could be a reason. Yeah. I've heard the infrasound thing. It's just. I, the only reason why I'm not a hundred percent is because the truck stops whole theme was Bigfoot, you know? So I'm like, kind of like there's, there's a, there's a possibility, but yeah, like my teammate didn't see it. He, he was inside the truck stop. I don't know if there was anybody else there that actually saw it. As far as it goes. So I didn't hear anybody freak out. There wasn't like, you know, news crews or anything out there, but yeah, like it was, it was really, it was unsettling as the, the feeling that I got, like, you know, I was seeing something that I shouldn't be seeing.

49:55 Oh, wow. Uh, what color was it? It was a dark, like, I don't want to say dark Brown, not like, like mud, like dirt Brown, but like, it was, uh, kind of, uh, I'm trying to think of what color would be close to it. It was like a deep golden brown, like two or three shades lighter than dirt. It was almost the same color as the bark of the trees in the forest. Almost. It was like a shade or two off from that, but if you weren't looking, it could easily blend in.

50:35 And I would guesstimate from the distance, I would guesstimate it probably had a couple inches of fur, but I don't know. Because you could tell it was fur. But it didn't look like it was six or eight inches hanging off because when its arms moved, I didn't see the fur waving and moving. But again, I was so far away, it very well might have been. Did it have any type of emotion to its face when it went over to get the uh, the animal. I was so far away that I couldn't. Oh, it's face. But the way it moved, it moved with purpose. Like it knew that's what it was going to do. It was going to go down, grab this and turn around and walk back. It didn't run it. You know, it wasn't in any kind of hurry. It just strode over like a casual walk, but its gait was so much wider than what I would think a human could do. Again, I'm not an expert in human ambulation, but it moved with purpose.

51:42 When it was moving, did it cover multiple feet with each step or. So being the distance of where I was, I would guesstimate it was probably with its gait, it was probably doing six and a half to seven foot strides with each step. I'm six foot five and I could probably do four, maybe five feet tops if I'm really trying to extend my gait. But, yeah, this thing covered because I had gotten. Out before all this. I had went over there and looked at the goose area. And it was probably a good 80 yards from the little pond to where the trees were. And this thing walked from the tree line to the pond and back in under 20 seconds.

52:36 My goodness. And the whole time the goose was not making noise. It was just chilled out. It was, yeah, it was just, like, almost like if an owner had went over and picked it up. That's why I'm, like, I'm still on the fence on whether it was actually a Bigfoot or a person because, like, none of the animals freaked out. And I. And I don't know what species of geese it was. It wasn't like a Canadian goose. It had a bigger head. But from what I know about geese is they're usually very vocal. And when they're being picked up, they don't really like being handled. So that's why I was like, maybe it was the owner, you know, just trying to drum up some attention. But I just, I was unsettled by it.

53:19 Dude, I don't know. I mean, from everything you're telling me, it almost feels like I think he actually saw something, but the thing is, is when you experience something, our logic wants to explain it away so much, right? It just, at least that's what I've experienced when I've had experiences. It's like, I want to explain it away so very much, but sometimes you just have to be okay with it, you know? So, Richie, it didn't hurt the goose in any way, shape, or form. It just grabbed it, like picked it up. I can't exactly tell you where it picked it up. It looked like it grabbed it by the body. It didn't look like it grabbed it by the neck or anything.

54:01 And then he was just holding it as he just strode back into the woods. So whether or not it was there to, whether it was going to hurt the goose or not, I don't know. Extremely interesting. Wow. Thank you for coming up to share. That is such a unique sighting. Thank you. Not a problem at all. Glad I could. I'm going to hang around and help you hear some more. Awesome. Thanks for being here. Have a good one. We're going to have James come up here, I think. James, how's it going? Thanks for coming up. Can you hear me? Yes, you sound great. Feel free to share what you experienced along that road.

54:44 Um, yeah, I was, I was driving down a dark, dark road. Um, I was going to work and I started working this job in East Texas out in decaf. And, um, I took a shortcut because I was staying in New Boston and I took this one country road and I'm driving down where you had to keep your high beams on because this farm, like this wild pigs, cow cattle, you know, cars run into those. out there. So you got to have your high beams on. And there was a truck coming on the other direction. So I cut my high beams down. And as I'm driving, I cut them back on. And I see something on the side of the road. And I thought it was like a bear.

55:30 And I was like, cool. I want to see a bear. So I stopped. I slowed my car down and I stopped. And it got bigger and bigger. And like it stood up. And it was massive. Like, like I probably came to this thing's knees. That's how big it was. And like, it just looked at me and just like stared at me. And I was like, when I finally figured out what it was, I was, the hair stood up in back of my neck and I took off down the road going about 80, hit a turn going about 80, you know?

56:13 And I went to work and, I didn't want to go outside my job. I was smoking inside the store, you know, and my boss was like, you can't smoke inside the store. I was like, I ain't going outside. Like, I'm scared. And I talked to people in that town and I didn't tell them what I saw, but I asked them, I asked this old man, I was like, what do you think about Bigfoot? And, you know, he was always joking with me before, before the conversations we had. And he just turned pale white. And he was like, told me he seen one down the same road that I seen it down. And he tried to hit it with his truck.

56:53 Oh. And he said he was, you know, he was going about 80 in his truck. And this thing was running faster than his truck. And he ran into a tree trying to hit it. And it jumped up the tree and took off faster than the tree. And it was on foot. Oh, my goodness. You know. Oh, wow. And I was like, wow. So I quit that job and came back to Dallas and never went back out there. Wow, you got out of there. I mean, things got real for you real quick. You probably don't have contact with that gentleman anymore, do you? No, no. Okay.

57:33 That's incredible, man. Thank you for sharing. From what you saw, would you say, did it look more human or did it look like something completely different? It looked, okay, his chest was as wide as two door frames. And it had, like, a human face, but, like, it had, like, a comb kind of for a head. Like, his head was kind of like a comb. And it had, like, red, grayish hair. And you could see its muscles through its fur, like, his hair. Like, you see, like, it looked like Brock Lesnar, like, rip cut like you see it like it was nobody in the suit no there was nobody that big like it was probably like 10 feet you know like easy.

58:27 Wow brock lesnar that's an extremely muscular individual yeah anyone knows who. That is like i said i probably came to this thing's knee like i look like a infant toddler compared to this thing And I was like really close to it. Like it wasn't that far from me and it wasn't scared of me. And it wasn't, it wasn't aggressive. Like it kind of like, like it was peaceful. Like, like, I don't know. Like it wanted, like, I don't know. It just, it just picked his head up and like, like what? Like to me, like that. And I just took off, you know, like people were like, why didn't you take a picture? I was too scared. Yeah. Oh my goodness.

59:07 It's something. People, they don't realize how tall 10 feet is. And to see something like that, that muscular, I cannot even comprehend. Yeah. Like I said, I thought it was a bear at first. If I thought it was a Bigfoot at first, I wouldn't have stopped. This thing looked like it could snatch me out the car if it wanted to with my windows rolled up. That's how big this thing is. If you used to come out and shoot it with a gun or something, it wouldn't hurt. It would make you mad. Yeah. It would just tear the doors right off. Yeah. Yeah. Wow.

59:47 Wow. Have you ever been back to that area? No. I'm scared to go out to the country. Wow. Oh, my goodness, dude. What approximate year and month was this? It was probably like 2019. It was like summertime. Yeah, I can. I mean, 2019, that. Was about, you know, almost six years ago, but I can still hear it, that it is definitely affected you, James. Oh, yeah. I'm shaking right now.

1:00:28 Yeah, absolutely. Man, I know it's taken a lot for you to get up here and to share, and I just want to say thank you for doing this. No problem. Because, like, people out there, like, to me, I never believed in it. Never believed. Like I said, never thought that that was real, you know? Yeah. And then when I seen it, it just like tripped me out. Uh, if you ever, I mean, if you have, if you ever need to talk, uh, to anyone, I got, you got my email right up there. You can always reach out, man.

1:01:08 Okay. Okay. All right. But thank you for coming up and for sharing what you saw that night. I appreciate it. Let's see. Um, We do have someone requesting. All right. We'll try to bring this individual up here. Hey, Backwoods. This is Jeremiah. Thanks for coming up. Do you mind if I potentially use this audio for my podcast? Sure, you can. Actually, I have some valuable information. I see that you're going to Bigfoot. I'm Native American, so I have some valuable information if you want me to. But I might be telling you. Yeah. Yep. I live in South Carolina.

1:01:49 I'm Cherokee, Blackfoot, and Seminole Native American. Those are the three tribes that I have. That is my bloodline. Yes. So I'm South Carolina is one of the original 13 colonies. And, uh, recently my state had a Bigfoot sighting, but I'm gonna go a step further. There was two sightings in that area. I forgot what part my dad was telling me, but, um, I started diving dig big, real big and decrypted and stuff because of a show that used to came on the show stopped. It was called mountain monsters. And, um, so in it, after it stopped, I did more, did more digging. And about a week or two ago, I, um, the hurricane hit my state and North Carolina hit those States real big. So, uh, backstory real quickly, if you know about history, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Georgia, those four southern states, used to actually be Cherokee territory. So, yeah, it was in North Carolina.

1:03:01 Just to let you know, I have background noise. Hold up. So, I did some digging. When this show, sorry for the background noise. My brother and my sister's boyfriend, sorry for the background noise. Sorry. Oh, you're good. I'm real big into cryptids because of my Native American heritage. I did my digging because of a show that got me hooked into it. It's called Mountain Monsters. It was a bunch of West Virginia boys who were Cherokee, Blackfoot, Seminole, Shawnee. They did a lot of digging in these Bigfoot encounters. And I did my digging after I started learning about it, the show. So I don't know if you've ever heard of this one, but in Cherokee, we call him Sukaloo.

1:03:45 But in English, it's Cherokee Devil. Um he's a well-known one in north carolina nash county north carolina um and i will let you know up front i will never step in those woods because of that cryptid because of that bigfoot because of what he has done to my ancestors and what he's done to other cherokee people like he will really lose he will really lose you uh He will hypnotize you. I found out some people from North Carolina in that area have told me other natives, other Cherokee have told them if you're local or if you're a tourist, stay in the hotels. Do not go in the woods at night because it can hypnotize you. It really can. And it has been proven.

1:04:32 The story goes from generation to generation. He took a little Cherokee girl from that village, married her, then unalived her. Legitimately unalived. Oh, wow. So it's been an ongoing conflict since the early 1800s. How far has this conflict been going back? And come to find out recently from people in North Carolina I have in contact with, who I follow on here, who have told me, I was in one live and this woman told me, she said, yeah, I know what the. Cherokee Devil is. And it does, a lot of the missed people in that area got missing because of him. they would disappear for years and, uh, reappear without knowing their name, their family, nothing.

1:05:20 There's been a lot of this just because of him. So I wanted to get that valuable information. I know a lot about the other, other States that have him had those kinds of Bigfoots and those areas. I know the Ohio has the grass, man. I know there's also the stone is giant. There's, uh, the one in a Lee County, West Virginia has the, um, That area is called, that forest is actually called the Dark Forest, has the woman of the woods, who's a witch, and also has the raven mocker. That Bigfoot can look through a raven's, look through his eyes, but he can also look through a raven. You know, back in the old days, anybody who elderly have told you, I've heard this, a raven means a sign of unalignment.

1:06:05 And that Bigfoot has glowing eyes, and he's out in Lee County, West Virginia, And I did a lot of my digging research, and there is a special forces unit that our government has that is called Phantom that hunts down these cryptids and these creatures and has tried to capture them, and they've all gotten away from what I'm digging on. So, yeah, that's the information I found out. Thank you for coming up and for chatting and for sharing what you found. I appreciate you coming up for. A little bit. Thank you very much, sir. You have a blessed day and God bless. You too. If you've had a Bigfoot encounter of your own, I would love to hear from you. You can send me an email with your encounter at bigfootsociety at gmail.com.

1:06:54 I've come out with a free report about the top 10 Bigfoot hotspots. You can go over to bit.ly forward slash BFS reports. I'm Jeremiah Byron. Thanks for listening to Bigfoot Society, and I'll see you in the woods.
